The sun was about to begin it's swift descent beneath the horizon. Ponies all around Ponyville were pulling down their blinds and closing their shops. The wind had not yet reached Ponyville from the sea, but it was coming. Before it would reach, however, two close friends consecrated their love for one another in Ponyville's own bell tower.
Rainbow rested with her head propped against the wall. Fluttershy lay atop her, her tummy faced upwards. They were both looking out over ponyville, listening to the sounds of the other's heartbeat. Rainbow Dash's arms were draped around Fluttershy, holding her close. The sun was setting, the air cooling, but all they could feel was the heat of the brick and wood work. The tower was constructed in a way that allowed it to hold in heat for a long time, and to slowly let it out, warming the air around it.
Rainbow Dash was going to ask if Fluttershy was awake, but she didn't need to, she could tell. They had spent many afternoons up here, always the exact same thing, always something new. The way Fluttershy's heart... fluttered, it told Rainbow that she was very much awake, and was very much anticipating what would come next.
Rainbow's arms slowly moved down the frame of Fluttershy's belly, caressing her soft fur. Fluttershy's breathing picked up for a moment, but she then calmed down.
Rainbow nuzzled her cheek, a soft sign of affection to her best friend, her everything. Fluttershy, she was scared at first, every time she was always nervous at first. Afraid she would mess something up, afraid that she wouldn't do so well, but in the end, in her heart she knew, whatever she did, Rainbow Dash would love her all the more for it. Fluttershy returned the nuzzle.
No words were spoken, they were unnecessary. All they needed was each other, just their presence, the feel of their warm soft fur, the sound of the other's shallow breath. In Fluttershy's soft touch, and in Rainbow's protective embrace, they both found comfort. Fluttershy leaned more deeply into Rainbowdash.
Fluttershy suddenly gasped. Rainbow kept massaging, not furiously. She learned her lesson the first time. Fluttershy liked to be gently prodded, and though it was a bit of a slow pace for her liking, she disliked even more to make Fluttershy uncomfortable.
Fluttershy's moaning died down, as her body became accustomed to the intrusion. This signalled Rainbow to push a little deeper. Her moans picked up, and she through her head back, knocking it against the wall.
"Owch." She muttered. Rainbowdash readjusted herself so that Fluttershy wouldn't need to worry about that again. Fluttershy was now free to let out her moans, and they were heard from entire inches away. Thinking about it, Rainbowdash realized that that was the first time Fluttershy had spoken during one of these sessions in over two years.
Fluttershy couldnt take it anymore, and let out a long, low moan. Phase one, complete. Rainbow thought to herself, as if this was one of her signature moves, as if she were trying out for the Wonderbolts. The only difference, really, is that this was way more important to her.
No words were spoken, they both knew what came next, Rainbow of course. Rainbow got out from beneath Fluttershy and repositioned herself so that her legs went both ways. This wasn't usually comfortable, but it made it easier for Fluttershy, so Rainbow was willing to put up with it.
Fluttershy moved her head closer to Rainbowdash and began getting to work. With anypony else, she would hold her moans in, not wanting to seem weak. However, Fluttershy always told her that her moans let her know she's doing a good job, so Rainbow made Fluttershy an exception. Her moans could be heard down the road, but nopony was there. They had waited for it to be evening . Only reason that Fluttershy and Rainbowdash went to the Bell Tower was that it was a special place to them, and the privacy made it seem all the more intimate. Fluttershy worked furiously for about six minutes, and then Rainbow lost herself.
Fluttershy lingered for a moment, wanting to collect all of her booty, oh and she licked the juices up too. Fluttershy got up from her best friend and walked over to a loose board in the floor and moves it aside. Suddenly, she gasped.
"Uhm... Rainbow?"
"What is it?" Rainbow Dash was on full alert, never before had their cycle been broken like this. She jumped over to Fluttershy and gaped with her.
"Our toys... they're gone..." Fluttershy felt awful. Rainbow Dash had bought them those toys so that they could have even more things to do with one another, rather than just end it after maybe twenty minutes.
"Well... Vinyl told me about what she does when she doesn't have any toys." Rainbow Dash began. Fluttershy cocked her head, giving no verbal response. Rainbow led her over to the wall and placed her on her stomach. Then, she positioned her so that their bodies made a + shape, and pushed herself up against Fluttershy. The squeezed themselves together, sandwiching their lips together as rough as they could. They tried grinding, which provided some pleasure, but in the end it was actually kinda boring. They stopped after maybe three minutes of failed attempts.
"Maybe I'll need to ask her how she does it again." Rainbow said solemnly.
Afterwords, they lay together for another hour or so, just feeling each other's company, losing themselves in the sound of the other's heartbeat.
And so their intimacy ended , but their time together did not. They spent many hours together, walking through Ponyville, admiring the children playing. And slowly, the night brought forth the cold breeze that blew out the day.
