Aqua trotted down the Main Street of Canterlot a very large colorful scarf wrapped around her covering her wings as the ends floated behind her

Dusty a not very well know red Pegasus was outside a store just staring at the display items

Aqua reached the shops and stopped looking at the window displays going from one store to the next

Dusty looked around not sure what to do, his life was never really that exciting

Aqua just went from one shop to the other looking at the window displays

Dusty rub his mane and he felt something solid on his fore head he looked at her and shook scared

"um i have a horn" he said

"yeah... am i gong to die?"he asked

"um i f..feel fine" then dusty blacked out

"...oh my goodness dusty!...." She gasped worried as she goes to his side to help him

"ugh what’s going on?" Dusty asked

He wakes up in a very soft cloud like bed a small damped towel on his forehead.

dusty turned and saw and old pony

The older light gray/green unicorn mare with yellow gray out mane smiled gently at him.

"i..im..ok i guess"

"....good...now rest young one..I'll have my granddaughter bring you in something to eat in a bit..."

"o.oh okay" dusty snuggled into the bed and sheet and nuzzled the pillow

The older mare gathered her things and left the room. A couple of minutes later Aqua knocked on the door and came into the room, a tray floating next to her "..Dusty?...you awake?..."

Dusty tossed and turned in the bed he cried in his sleep murmuring incoherent things. Dusty turned in bed "m...Mom don’t hurt me" he murmured "dad please" dusty then bolted awake "no!"

Aqua gently sets the tray on her desk. She jumps back a bit as he bolted awake yelling. she hurries over to him. "...Dusty are you alright?!..It was just a dream dusty..."

"I’m not safe here! Help me’’

Dusty sobs and hugs her tightly "please don’t...don’t leave me"

Dusty then kisses her and buries his muzzle in her shoulder

"...I wont....dusty wha..." she gets cut off mid sentence as he kissed her. She deeply blushes and doesn't say anything else as she hugs him close as he muzzle into her shoulder

: "I’m sorry" he cried dusty looked up and saw the old mare standing behind them dusty scrambled back and cover his whole body with the blankets and curled into a ball

"...I heard screaming is everything alright?’’...she asked looking into the room having really only seen Dusty scramble back into the covers.

Aqua turns around "...grandma!....I’m sorry grandma....Dusty seemed to have been having a night terror....he is quite scared and jumpy..." she said hiding part of her face mostly looking back to the bed trying to hide her blush

"...alright sweetheart...you try to care the dear down...ill go make him something so he could sleep and not have the dreams..." the old mare said stepping out the room once more.

Dusty poked his head out a little and looked around then at aqua and noticed the blush and he to blushed

: Aqua watched her grandmother leave before looking back to her bed noticing dusty poke his head out "...you alright dusty?..."

"i.im sorry for kissing you"

"...I um...it's alright.." She whispered looking away a bit. She looks down at the hooves then blows her bangs off her face looking back at him "....are you alright?.." She asked more worried about how he was reacting when he was asleep

“I think your cute” he spoke shyly

"...oh okay as long as your alright right now...." She said giving him a small smile. She quickly start to lightly blush again looking away from him "...I....I...um..I...thank you ..." She whispered

Dusty smiled and jumped up and flapped his wings happily "so is this your house? its quiet nice! wow nice picture you look very pretty here" dusty said holding a photo of aqua

“I had it taken at the gala’’ she said

"You went to the gala! I tried to sneak in but i got caught and the security ponies got me....um i punched one in the face and uh...there was an explosion"

"dusty poked at the ground "…um yeah?" he looked down "im sorry"

"...oh don't be sorry to me...be sorry to the princesses....besides of it being scary a first...I was curious who had done it"

dusty trembled at the thought of being in front of the princess he looked down and not know what to say he looked crestfallen

"will you go with me? to meet the princesses?please" dusty gave her a puppy eyed look

Aqua looks at him and gives him a smile and a small nod

"...sure thing Dusty...Ill go with you to speak with the princesses in the morning..."

"thank you you don't know how much that means to me" as aqua nodded and left her grandma was there "you like the boy don't you?"

Aqua slightly jumps as she turns around after closing the door. "...grandma....I...um....I don't know...he is different from other stallions.." she said walking slowly way from her room and down the hall with her grandmother lightly blushing trying to stay in control

dusty poked his head through the door "um sorry to interrupt but uh...where is the uh...bathroom?"

"...um...there is one in my room Dusty......not the door close to the window but the one next to it.." Aqua answered hoping her grandma would not ask or forget about her question

"thank you" dusty smiled witch made aqua blush and went back inside

"He seems to like you" her grandma said

"...your welcome.." she said lightly blushing from his smile. She smiled hearing her grandmothers comment "....I don't know maybe he dose.."

"why don't you invite him to the gala this year?" her grandma asked

"..you really think?....I don't know I would have....not really sure if he would want too.."

"im sure he would love too" she said

"....well it dose not hurt to try....he did want to go this one year..." She gently smiled and nodded "...okay I will..."

"OK well ill be at the market if you need anything" then she left and they didn't know that dusty had been listening in on them

"...okay grandma" she said with a smile heading down stairs with her. As she waved goodbye to her grandmother she walked into the kitchen

dusty got down in to the living room with a blanket and pillow and layed on the couch and turn the tv on and watched cartoons

Aqua had been looking thinking of what to make to eat when she heard the noise. Her ears twitched as she quietly walked over to the living room, peeking into the room from the door way

dusty just sat there looking at the TV in amazement " wow, never had a tv before... never had anything actually.....why am i here im just invading in some families life my home is the streets" he told himself

Aqua covered her mouth with her hoof as she could not help but giggle at the face dusty was making as he watched the tv

dusty looked around for the control remote and couldn't find it "where's the stupid remote?"

: "..I found it!...its down here mistow..." said a tiny bit voice from under the couch

: "ah! were you come from?" dusty stumbled back startle

*giggles are heard as a tiny Pegasus, smaller then ones her age crawled out from under the couch holding the remote in her mouth. She looked just like Aqua but a smaller version, the same dark messy slight curly mane, though hers was tied up into a pony tail with a loss ribbon. Had chocolate color eyes, but her fur was the light blue as Aquas markings and the foal had the same makings too but were very light blue whitish color*

dusty look down at the filly and gave a crooked smile " i think im seeing double" dusty looked at were aqua was standing and were the filly was "um"

*the filly lets out a muffled giggle as she sits in front of the couch in which dusty was sitting at looking up at him. Aqua covers her mouth giggling into her hoof lightly blushing as he had noticed her standing there*....he-he *Aqua moves her hoof away from her mouth*...he-he Dusty...meet my little sis...Amaryllis.."

*the filly lets out a muffled giggle as she sits in front of the couch in which dusty was sitting at looking up at him. Aqua covers her mouth giggling into her hoof lightly blushing as he had noticed her standing there*....hehe *Aqua moves her hoof away from her mouth*...hehe Dusty...meet my little sis..Amaryllis....."

dusty looked at the filly "hey amaryllis"

: The little filly got up and placed the control on the couch next to him "...hiya mistor.." she said with a happy smile

dusty give a crooked smile "uh hi..... how old are ya?’’

Aqua smiles as she besides to go back into the kitchen and cook. Amaryllis looks up at him happily "...I is five mistow..."

''wow your big'' he smiled and looked up "well um i heard that the gala was in two days...... you going?" he called out to aqua

"...yes I will...." Aqua called out from the kitchen

dusty shuddered ''at lease i wont be in your way tomorrow... i mean i did say only one night so um... ill find a box to sleep in''

"....a box?...why you sleep in a box?.." Mari said confused "...what no its alright...ill get the guess room ready for you and no friend of mind is sleeping out in a box.."

dusty looked at her shocked "r.really?''

"...I would not be saying or offering if I was kidding.." she said walking to the door way again a large spoon levitating next to her giving him a smile from across the room

dusty looked at the little filly then back at mari ''oh thank you'' he then jumped on aqua pulling her into a hug "oh i love you so much for this thank you thank you thank you"

Aqua let out a squeak yelp as he jumped out of the couch and pulled her into a hug. She lightly blushed "...your welcome Dusty.." she replied hugging him as little mari giggled

dusty then unexpectedly kissed her and leaned into her.....then stepped back shocked and flew out the door

Aqua Marie as the door slammed shut behind him, Aquas magic frizzed up and poffed off as the wooden spoon fell to the ground. She stood there face red from blushing and her eyes open wide. Mari had covered her eyes to not see, hearing the door close she looked up to her shocked older sister "...Aqwie?.." she spoke up

dusty hid in an apple tree next to the house "ugh...stupid,stupid,stupid why did you kiss her.....grrr"

: Aqua just continue to stand there speechless again and embarrassed that her little sister saw "...um Aqwie.." the small filly poked her sisters leg. Aqua shaked her head blinking her eyes as she looked down at Maire smiled picked up the spoon and went back to the kitchen large blush still on her cheeks. Marie just stood there confused
