Turbo is your average Pegasus, sort of. He is nice to his parents and friends, and shy around big groups of ponies, but aren't we all? It's just the charm that he wears around his neck that separates him from the common pony. This charm, dubbed the Mira Virtus grants him powers that rival the Alicorn Princess's magic. And the weird part about that, is that he cannot take it off. After a certain indecent with another magical pendent, Turbo forces himself into hiding, to escape everyponies hate directed towards him.

In order to rid Turbo of his shyness, his friends take him to the Summer Sun Celebration to hopefully, have him come out of his shell. And, as it turns out, another group of companions go to the same party, but with more malevolent intentions...
