"Would you like some tea, Princess?" asked a Unicorn butler levitating a silver tray with the blue aura of his magic.
"Yes please, that would be nice," Princess Celestia had said, eating a piece of vanilla cake. The butler nodded and walked away.
"You should lay off the cake dear sister, you know as the what they say: 'the plot thickens'", Princess Luna jokingly said to her sister. The two were having a small lunch in the dining room
"Lu-Lu have you been staring at my flank?" Celestia joked as well with a raised eyebrow.
"How can I not? It gets larger every year." Luna giggled back.
"Funny, you don't seem to have the same problem." Celestia said before taking another bite of cake.
Luna blushed, "You win this time..."
"That makes 26 out of 40," Celestia said victoriously. The two alicorn sisters would have a playful trash talking war with each other within time to time just for fun or just to pass the time.
The butler cam back in with a cup of tea on the tray and approached Celestia. She grabbed the cup with her own magic and took a sip.
"Anything else, princess?" he asked.
"No, that is all. You are dismissed." Celestia answered. The butler gave a small bow and exited the room. Celestia took another sip of her tea and set the cup down. As soon as she set her cup down she couldn't but notice circles started form in the tea and settle down and form more circles. "What in Tartarus?"
*BOOM*
A loud rumble echoed across Canterlot followed by another and another until a loud deafening roar was heard, a roar the two Princesses hoped they'd never hear again.
Luna's eyes widened, "N-no! This shouldn't be happening, it's been 3,000 years! We defeated it!" she exclaimed with fear.
"We thought we defeated it..." Celestia said shocked. "May Faust help us all."
A Royal Pegasus guard came rushing in at full gallop, "Your highness, a massive beast is-"
"I know... evacuate every civilian and send EVERY branch of the royal guard to stop this thing!" Celestia cut off the soldier, "And bring us our armor!"
"Yes ma'am!" the soldier saluted and quickly departed.
Princess Celestia levitated a scroll and quill towards herself, "We can't waste any time, we need the elements..."
Godzilla lumbered across Canterlot leaving a trail of death and destruction behind him. His large scaly tail swayed and flicked, knocking building down with ease. The giant would charge up it's atomic breath and lay waste to anything in it's path leaving a fiery walkway for the monster. Some ponies ran or flew away to escape the gargantuan beast but the ones that were too scared met the gruesome fate of being smashed by Godzilla's large clawed feet as if they were mere insects. The ant-sized ponies were nothing to this walking Hell on Equis. Godzilla was approaching the castle where the Princesses resided and the distance was closing.
"We must not let this damned monster get to the Princesses! SOLDIERS, ATTACK!!!!" Cried a unicorn soldier. Immediately after the order was made hundreds upon thousands of Unicorn, Pegasus, and Earth ponies swarmed the monster. "Pegasi, fly in front of the thing face to distract it! Unicorns, blast the beast's legs with all of your strength! Earth ponies, attack the legs as well with your catipults! Now lets kill this thing!" The same unicorn guard ordered.
The ponies let out a cry for war but their noise was soon drowned out by Godzilla's own thunderous cry. The Pegasi swarmed Godzilla's head trying to distract the beast but in vain. Godzilla started to swipe at the Pegasi with his hand and tail, he even caught a few that made the fatal mistake of flying to close to his mouth. The Pegasus didn't stand a chance, they were dropping like flies. The Earth and Unicorn ponies had no luck either as their attacks didn't leave some much as a scratch. Fear got the best of some and retreated, leaving their brothers in arms to face the beast. It didn't matter if they ran or not, they would all meet their inevitable fate. Godzilla was getting annoyed with the pests and did his signature atomic breath to rid of them, any who were unlucky enough to be struck by the blue beam was instantly obliterated.
From 50,000 to 500 the guards were dwindling down in mere minutes. Soon none of the soldiers had the courage to even look at the monster, all fled and would eventually die to the beast.
"Oh no," Twilight gasped holding a hoof over her mouth as she read the letter that was just sent from Princess Celestia.
"What's going on?" Spike asked.
"Equestria, possibly all of Equis, is in danger." Twilight said void of any emotion, any except fear. Twilight tossed away the scroll and searched for a thick book hidden in her shelf. Said book was hidden at the very back of the shelf, she opened the book to reveal the elements of harmony embedded in the pages. She got hold of the elements with her magic and walked towards the front door, "Spike, I want you to stay here, and please stay out of trouble," she said with a small smile.
"Please be safe," Spike pleaded.
Twilight smiled again at the baby dragon, "I promise," and with that she headed out to round up her friends.
"Girls this could be the most dangerous foe we'll ever face, we don't even know if this...thing could be stopped." Twilight explained to the rest of the mane six. They were all still not knowing how to take in this information, not even the overconfident Rainbow Dash.
"What is this thing exactly?" Applejack asked.
"I-I don't know, even Celestia has no idea what it is. From what I've read from the letter they called it Godzilla, a mysterious beast whose origin is unknown. Apparently it has attacked before, 3,000 years ago, the princesses had beaten it but barely by the skin of their teeth. This creature had attacked many countries across the planet, it was a world wide threat that just destroyed without purpose. The only way they could describe it was as the following: "It has become death, the destroyer of worlds.'"

Look, let's just say Godzilla had always been there. I'm not creative enough to come up with how or why he's even there so bare with me on this.
