Bittersweet
All-American Girl Verse. Recounting one's tale of growing up is a feat in it of itself. How does that tale play out if the one telling the story grew up not among her own kind, and the story of such has been kept hidden away due to hardships?
Written for the All American Girl May Story Challenge.
She was originally called Minty: the second child of Rarity and Silversteel, younger sister of Sandalwood. However, she does not consider herself this, she does not even consider herself a pony despite physically being one.
She was raised among humans, and she considers herself one. How she came to be is generally known, but that knowledge is usually the abridged version.
The actual truth, is deeper than that.
