My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic

=Episode 1 - Mare In The Moon=

It was the middle of the afternoon and Midnight Wind was just getting out of bed. Midnight Wind is a black pegasus with a blue and red mane, his cutiemark is a white cloud with a red and blue striped lightning bolt. Midnight got out of bed and went into the bathroom to take a shower. once he got out of the shower and dried himself off and went to the kitchen to make some breakfast. once he was done he grabbed his saddle bags and walked out the door.

Midnight took off in the direction of his training grounds. While he flew over Ponyville he landed at walked up to the apple stall where one of his friends was standing. "Hey Applejack." Said Midnight.

"Hi Midnight how ya doin' today?" Said Applejack

"I'm fine, just heading to the usual training place, you know strengthen my wing." He replied

She snickered "Of course you are, you an' Rainbow Always do." She said.

"Well, I'm just here to get the usual." He said.

"Sure thing, here you go." She said as she gave him 4 apples.

He thanked her and flew off into the same direction. he spotted something off in the distance and saw it was a rainbow streak coming straight at him. He grinned a little and payed little mind to it. It was now in his field of vision and sped up a little. "This is ganna throw her off." He thought as he sped up more. He kept speeding up until he was at max speed. Once he was at max speed he speed past Rainbow as she sped past him, they were about 3 inches away from each other. She yelped and stopped, she looked around to see a black pegasus laughing.

"Oh 'hahaha' very funny." She said sarcastically.

Midnight kept on laughing until she flew into him. "Ow." He said.

"That's what you get." she said.

"What ever lets just get to training." He said with a slight blush. Lately these day Midnight has been getting a little more sensitive around the cyan pegasus.

They started with the usual race that they always finished at the same time. They did tricks stunts loops and everything they usually did. They kept on training with each other for about 2 hours and they were having a lot of fun together. They were done training for the day and they packed up their thing.

"Well I gotta go clear out the sky for the celebration see you tomorrow."  Said Rainbow.

"Yeah me too, I need to go help Rarity with the decorations for tomorrow, bye!" Said Midnight

They both took off in different directions. Midnight flew off towards town hall to help Rarity with the decorations. He landed outside of town hall and walked in. "Hey Rarity I'm here." Said Midnight.

"Ah, Midnight darling there you are, can you help me put up the banners?" asked Rarity.

"Sure thing Rarity." Said Midnight. He flew up to the highest part of the walls and hug the last banner the kept decorating the place for about an hour, until a lavender unicorn and a dragon walked in the building. Midnight Watched them from high in the room as they walked towards Rarity.

"Oh, Midnight could you come here please!" Said Rarity. Midnight flew down and landed next to her.

"Yes?" He asked.

"Could you put this one last banner up?" Said Rarity.

"Sure" He Said.

He flew up and nearly crashed when he hear rarity yell. He turned around to see Rarity talking to the unicorn about her mane. He sighed and turned back around and flew off towards the wall. he looked around to see the there were no spots to put it. He turned back around to ask Rarity where to put it

"Uum, Rarity, where do i put the bann--" He saw that nopony was there so he just squeezed the banner in between two others. He was done decorating and when outside to see Pinkie Pie bouncing towards him.

"Oh, Hey Pinkie, what's up?" He asked.

She pulled out an envelope that said. 'You have been invited to a surprise 'Welcome to Ponyville' party at The Golden Oaks library at dusk. See you there and have a fun day. Pinkie Pie.' He looked up to talk to Pinkie, but she wasn't there anymore. He shrugged it off and just walked towards the library since it was almost time.

He got to the library where the party was going to start in a couple minuets. Everypony was hidden in their spots and waiting for the pony to come in. he heard the door open and hear voices.

"Huh, rude much?" Said a male voice.

"Sorry Spike, but i have to convince the princ--" His listening was interrupted when Rainbow tried to ask him a question.

"Hey, um, Midnight?" She said

"Yeah Rainbow?" he said quietly.

"I, um, I just wanted to know--" She was interrupted when the light turned on and everypony yelled 'SURPRISE!!!' at the same time. It was quiet for 1 second until Pinkie started rambling on to the new pony about how she was new and who she knew she was new because she knows eveypony in Ponyville. Everypony was having fun and and playing games. Midnight thought he saw Rainbow looking at him but he barley noticed and just kept on having fun. It was almost time for everypony to go to town hall for The Summer Sun Celebration.

Everypony walked to town hall and crowded around the stage. Fluttershy's song birds started playing music. "Fillies and Gentlecolts, as mayor of Ponyville it is my great pleasure to announce the beginning of the Summer Sun Celebration!" Said the mayor.

Everypony started cheering and the mayor continued. "In just a few moments, our town will witness the magic of the sunrise and celebrate this, the longest day of the year, and now it is my great honor, to introduce to you the ruler of our land, the very pony who gives us the sun and the moon each and every day, the good, the wise, the bringer of harmony to all of Equestria, Princess Celestia!" Said the mayor.

Fluttershy's song birds played a little tune and Rarity pulled the curtains open to reveal.... nothing. Everypony gasped, they were all murmuring in shock and Rarity went to go check and see if the princess was there. "Remain calm everypony, there has to be a reasonable explanation." Said they mayor.

Suddenly, Pinkie started talk her randomness. "Ooh, ooh, I love guessing games, is she hiding?" Said Pinkie. Rarity came out onto the balcony. "She's gone!" She said. Everypony gasped in shock. "Oooh, she's good." said Pinkie. Pinkie Gasped in shock as purple smoke came out from behind the curtain, and so did everypony else did too. The smoke turned into a mysterious pony.

"Oh, my beloved subjects. It's been so long since I've seen your precious little sun loving faces."  Said the pony.

"What did you do with our princess?!" Yelled Rainbow. She tried to fly up to her but Applejack kept her form flying up by biting her tail.

"Mhmhhahahah, why, am I not royal enough for you? Don't you know who I am?" She asked.

Pinkie started her randomness again. "Ooh, ooh, more guessing games, uuh, Hokey Smokes, how 'bout Queen Meanie, no, Black Snooty, Black Sno--" Pinkie was cut off when Applejack shoved a cupcake into her mouth.

"Dose my crown not count, now that I've been imprisoned for a thousand years, did you not recall the legend, did you not see the signs?" She said. But somepony spoke up.

"I did, and I know who you are, your the mare in the moon, Nightmare Moon!" She said. Everypony gasped.

"Well, well, well, somepony who remembers me. Then you also know why I'm here" Said Nightmare Moon.

"You here to..to--" She didn't finish her sentence.

"Mhmhmhmhaha, remember this day ponies as if it were your last, from this moment forth, the night will last forever!" She said and started laughing. "AhahahaHAHAhaha!"
