//-------------------------------------------------------// Loops of Eternity -by Viper Redbird- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1 Loops of Eternity- Alpha Kimori Ep. 1 Chapter 1 Proofread by Silent Loiness Princess Twilight Sparkle sighed as she drew the last piece of the incarnation circle in place. If she succeeded, she would probably create what could be the biggest and most monumental magical spell in all of eternity. If she failed, she would create a smoking crater in the middle of the Everfree Forest, which would mean that she would have to gather all of the material ~ again. Twilight charged up her horn, and the circle glowed with the same hue as her aura. Then, the world briefly flashed white 50 years ago, the planet earth was invaded by aliens. God manifested in the form of a spaceship, Alpha, to save the chosen few of humanity. Alpha protected the humans with seven angels, and brought them to their new promised land, Kimori. The humans began to fight each other. Kimori thus played host to two warring human factions – the Bidarians, who want to reclaim Earth, and the Jinarians, who are contended with their new home. The Bidarians, led by elder Alistair, destroy the flora and fauna of Kimori to obtain powerful ki crystals. Their purpose is to enhance the mighty Robotic Intelligent Cybernetic Armor (RICA) technology, for liberating Earth from it’s invaders. “Nobody can flee from my deadly beautiful high voltage beam!” Vanessa announced. “RICA High Voltage!” A beam of electricity shot out from her RICA, injuring the targeted sylph. “I wish I didn’t have to do this anymore…” Rich murmured when a flash of indigo light temporarily blinded him. When the light cleared, he could see a purple-colored alicorn. “Elder Evlar, sir! A… thing just entered the battlefield! Targeting it now, going in!” Rick shouted as he approached the creature. He quickly fired up a shot. And the next thing he could see was the creature’s horn lighting up before his mind was overwhelmed by a single thought. BARRIER! A purple wall of energy sprang up, instantly deflecting the bullets. “Stop, please! I don’t mean any harm!” Twilight shouted as she deflected the small metal canisters. The gigantic metal ape robot in front of her seemed to hesitate. “Please, I don’t want to hurt anypony…” Twilight pleaded with the creature. “S-sir… the creature is sentient… and I see no ki crystal in its chest.” The creature said. Twilight suddenly felt a strong desire to facehoof. Obviously, she was the stranger here. Another ape-like creature-being, Twilight corrected herself- approached. From what Twilight could see he carried a smitchiar, and had some form of authority over the other beings. “Everyone, go to Bidari and tell Elder Alistair that a new transmutation has been found. I will deal with the Jinarian.” He said. “Blade Cross!” Evlar said. Two cresent-shaped blades appeared, ready to strike the creature, before his mind, and everybody else’s, were overwhelmed by a single thought, yet again. BARRIER! The amount of force was so much, Evlar’s Blade Cross shattered to pieces halfway through, effectively creating a lot of small explosions near the purple-colored dome. “Please, I don’t mean any harm!” The winged unicorn said. Evlar cursed inwardly. If she meant what she said, Bidari should be safe. If not, he would be bringing a potential villain to Elder Alistair, not that he minded that much. “Then you will come in peace to Bidari, and you would not have used any ki skills. No, I do not believe you, Jinarian.” Daygan hissed. “No, please, I’m Equestrian, not Jinarian…” The winged unicorn whined. Rick looked closely at the creature. It was stunning, to say the least. Then, noticing the look Evlar gave him, Rick proceeded to steer his RICA to return to Bidari and inform the other Elders of the news. “Daygan, get out of here, this is none of your concern.” Evlar commanded Daygan. “But Elder Evlar, sir, it is a Jinarian!” Daygan protested. “Daygan, now!” Evlar replied. Grudgingly, Daygan left Evlar to the Jinarian. Evlar watched as Daygan left in his RICA, heading to Bidari. He turned his gaze to the creature before a frown appeared on his face. He would have to kill her. Either that, of Alistair would torture her for Alpha knows how long. Evlar thought. As if sensing his thoughts, the winged unicorn took a shaky step backwards. And another, and another, the hoofsteps quickly increasing. “No, please, d-d-don’t…” Twilight softly said, fear racing across her mind. She would never see her friends, or the Princess, or Shining, or Cadence, or her parents, or anypony else, again. There would be no body to- Twilight stopped mid-thought. There would be a body. She could easiliy draw power from the Sun to warn Princess Celestia, or, she could absorb the magic around her, especially from the being named Evlar. Yes, the crystal on him was stored with power. More power than the average unicorn. “Look, I don’t want to kill you, but you can’t stay here.” Evlar told her. “Considering you can attack me, Elder Evlar, which would not be a very good move.” Twilight retorted respectfully, suddenly filled with rage at what Evlar was proposing. Of course, Twilight was vary careful to keep her tone even. ”Look, while I would love to chat with someone who isn’t against me, I cannot. Unless you want to be tortured, I suggest you run.” Evlar calmly noted, his expression near perfectly masked. But not from Twilight. “Fine, I’ll go and run, but don’t pretend I can’t sense where you are.” Twilight said with a frwon before spreading her wings and taking flight. Elder Evlar looked up to the sky, staring at the winged unicorn. He was surprised to feel how much power she had. He could have sworn that her ki was leaking absolutely everywhere. He was stopped from further pondering when he saw Elder Alistair approach him. “Evlar, what happened here?” Alistair demanded to the other Elder. “It was nothing of much importance, Alistair. The ki creature flew away before I could apprehend it, but it seems that it possesses even more power than the two of us combined.” Evlar reported truthfully. “Very well. Now, come. You and I know that this will be discussed by court, and then it will be announced to the public.” Alistair said, a hand motioning for Evlar to follow. Author's Note Hello! If you all haven't noticed, this story is a crossover between MLP:FiM and Alpha Kimori Episode 1. //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 2 Loops of Eternity – Chapter 2 Proofread by Silent Lioness and Flemming ~ ~ ~ Twilight thought hard as she flew, following Evlar under an invisibility spell. The beings certainly weren’t paying much attention to their surroundings, because she knew that while she was clearly invisible to the unaided eye, she still cast a shadow. She watched as Evlar and the other beings entered a sort of fortified city, with metallic guards flanking the entrance. Twilight somehow passed those guards with ease. As she entered the city, Twilight looked around. Her mind was taking in everything she saw. After all, what does one do when encountering a whole new world? Soundlessly, Twilight landed on what seemed to be a town square of sorts. She quickly followed Evlar through the city. There was no risk of bumping into someone at all. All that she needed to do was stay within a meter or so near Evlar’s group, for the crowd parted to let then through. After some time of following Evlar, Twilight decided that she didn’t need to stalk him anymore, so she simply flew up to rest on a cloud. Or examine the city and it’s inhabitants. Evlar took his seat at the middle of the council room. While he did have his own seat, he was the one being interrogated, and as such, he sat at the center of attention. “The High is now in session.” Elder Alistair announced, banging the gravel twice. ~ ~ ~ Evlar sighed as he entered his quarters. It had been a long day for him, and tomorrow would be even longer. “Hello, Evlar.” The winged unicorn said, as she suddenly appeared near the window. Instinctively, Evlar flung his blade at the source of the sound. A purple glow surrounded her horn, and the same glow surrounded his blade. She yelped as she evaded the attack. “What do you want?” Evlar asked. “First of all, Evlar, I want to know where we are.” Twilight answered. “We are in Bidari, in the planet known as Kimori.” Evlar answered, eyeing his sword. Twilight quickly saw what he was looking at. “Don’t even try to attack.” Twilight warned/squeaked, as Evlar’s sword was lifted in her magic, only to disappear. “For your information, your sword is currently invisible, so you can’t see it.” Twilight added. “Now, what are you?” “I’m a human being.” Evlar replied. “B-but that’s impossible! Humans don’t have any magic!” Twilight exclaimed, disbelief showing. “I think you mean ki.” “But then how are you supposed to be able to attack me? And then why do you have so much magic in the crystal? None of this makes sense!” Twilight ranted. This place was getting weirder and weirder to her. She continued rambling, ignoring the world around her. Right now, Evlar had half a mind to just call the guards, and another part of his mind had the idea that he should just search for his sword. “Will you calm down?” Evlar snapped at the winged unicorn. She had been ranting non-stop for minutes, by now. As if fate had just read his thoughts, a pair of guards chose that moment to barge into his room yelling, “Sir, we heard the shouting what-“ The guard stopped as he took in the weaponless Evlar, the winged unicorn in the room, and the clear abundance of ki. Then, just like that, the winged unicorn disappeared into thin air. Evlar couldn’t help but grin at where the winged unicorn had last been seen. It had been a while since a guard had barged in a room panicking to find nothing. As in never. “I am sure you have been imagining things. Now, go back to your posts.” Evlar watched as the guards saluted, all the while mumbling a quick and embarrased response. “Alright, you can show yourself now.” Evlar stiffly said to what would seem his wall. “Behind you.” Twilight whispered, flapping her wings to stay flying, manipulating the air around her to stay quiet. She was puzzled by the guards. They were all female. “Why are the guards all female?” Twilight asked Evlar. “They just look like that. In truth, all the guards are male.” He answered. “Now can I have my sword back?” “No. One more question. What are you using to generate magic?” “That’s common knowledge. My ki crystal. Now, my sword. I have things to attend to. Stay in my chambers, don’t wander around. I want to be able to find you. And I need your name.” After all, I can’t just keep calling you, well, you. “It’s Twilight” Twilight said as she disappeared. “And I won’t stay here, there’s too much I can learn!” She proclaimed.
