Prologue

Twilight Sparkle’s hooves pounded on the stone roads of Canterlot. She had gotten an urgent message from the princess and had to go right away. All the others had things to do so she was going to tell them what the princess wanted. She entered the palace doors and princess Celestia said, “Thank you from coming so soon my faithful student. I am afraid to tell you that Nightmare moon has returned. Also, when she returned she helped Discord escaped as well. They then transported to the ‘human’ world. You and the others need to get the elements of harmony, go to the human world, and stop nightmare moon and discord. You must find a guide who will give you information on how to blend in to the human world. Please, you must find a pony and stop them before the human world is thrown into complete chaos!” Twilight knew just what pony to ask; Lyra Heartstrings. See was the pony with the most knowledge about humans. Twilight knew that she would be the best guide. The only problem was finding her. Twilight had already checked Lyra’s favorite spots in Ponyville. She was going to check with the others. Rarity had just seen Lyra pass by. When see asked why Twilight said, “The fate of Equestria rides on her and the elements of harmony.” Rarity decided to help her find Lyra. When they found Applejack, she claimed that Lyra had said see was heading to sugar cube corner. When Rarity told her what was up, Applejack decided to come with them. When they saw Pinkie pie at sugar cube corner, she said that Lyra was headed to Fluttershy’s cottage to ask Fluttershy a question. When she asked, Applejack told her, and Pinkie too, tagged along for the ride. They found Fluttershy, but no Lyra. They decided to check with Rainbow Dash. But finally, they saw Lyra; she was talking to Rainbow Dash. “Finally!” cried Twilight. She quickly explained the situation and Lyra thought for a second and agreed to be their guide. But how would they get to the human world; more commonly known to humans (and Lyra) as ‘Earth,’ they had no way of getting they unless they could use the elements, but they realized that Discord will have hidden the elements of harmony again. So how do they get to earth? Can they stop Discord AND nightmare moon?
