The journey to ponyville
I was walking down the street and was getting hungry so I went up to the fruit stand.
And began to look at the selection of fruits it had to offer.
Sales pony said " Can I help you sir. ". I noticed she was trying to be polite but there was a hint of annoyance in her voice.
I said " I would like to buy some apples. You don't have to be afraid of me I was not a member of that cult okay. ". She didn't look at me I just put my bits on the counter and left.
As I was walking down the street I noticed that no one would look at me.
I walked into my house and went into my room and was looking at myself in the mirror. When my room mate came into my room.
She said " Cleo are you okay. "
I said as I turn around "Daisy I wish every pony wasn't so afraid of my eyes these are my natural color. ",
Daisy said ". I know that. You just have to be nice to every one they will come around. "
I replied while looking down " but what if they don't what do I do then. "
Daisy said " have you thought of confronting night mare moon ."
I said " I have thought of that but no one knows what happened to her after the princesses return. "
Daisy said " Have you thought of going Ponyville. " I looked at her with confusion ". That is where her castle is located maybe some pony there would know what had happened to her. "
I said " In the morning I will be heading on my way."
Daisy said " that is a long journey. I am not going to let you travel alone. "
I said " But you don't have to come with me. "
Daisy said " yes I do you are my best friend after all I am not going to let you go alone. " I just nodded.
I said ". I guess you can come with me if you really want to. ".
The next morning I woke up early and left the cottage I was determined to leave without daisy she was a good friend after all but this would be a long journey and I didn't want to see her get hurt and besides she has a life here in las pegasus.
Of course as I was leaving the city who did I find waiting for me.
" hello Cleo are you trying to leave with out me. "
I said " Daisy I don't want you to get hurt.."
Daisy said " what about you my friend you my need my help. " just then I heard another voice and turned around.
" don't you mean our help my old friend. "
I. Said " Weisel are you following me. ". As he walked out from behind the building. I looked at the two of them and " there is no talking you two out of this. "
Weisel spoke as he unfurled his wings " no there isn't. Besides wouldn't it make things easier to have a pegasus come with you. "
I grudgingly answered " fine you two can join me.”. And the. Three of us headed on our way. A pegasus. A unicorn and a earth pony did I forget to mention that I myself was a unicorn and my friend daisy was an earth pony .
We began our journey by going over the Applewood mountains.
Weisel flew on ahead making sure our path through the mountains . After we had travel for a day or so it had been easier journey when weisel came flying down to the ground.
Weisel said " I am sorry but the path ahead is block by a boulder. " I looked at him.
I said " is there any way around it. ". He shook his head. " how far ahead is it."
Weisel said " about an hour or so. " the three of us walked together knowing the fact that the boulder was in our way there was no longer any need for weisel to scout ahead for us.
When we reach the boulder the three of us looked at it I had hoped that weisel had been wrong but there was no doubt about it we would have to go.
I said " Daisy what are you doing? " as I saw that she was about to buck the boulder.
Daisy said " getting rid of this dang rock."
I said " you earth ponies can be stubborn but there is no way you could move that. "
Daisy said " and you unicorns give up to easily when ever there is any physical challenge. "
I continue to look at the boulder hoping to find something that I had messed before. I just couldn't I turned to her and shook my head "I have to at least try. "
I ask her " why ."
Daisy said " I don't want to feel useless on this journey .". I just nodded and watched as she gave the boulder a series of bucks " just one more time I think it moved that time. "
I said " no it didn't. "
Weisel said " maybe if you used your magic to give her a hoof "
I then concentrated my horn on it it was a lot harder to move then the mugs I used to deal with at the cafe I used to work at until I was asked not to come to work.
Weisel suddenly proclaimed "it is moving. " I notice that he was right the boulder was moving.
I said " maybe you can give us a hoof here as well .". I took all of us to move the boulder a few feet but it was. Enough for us to squeeze though it. That evening we found shelter in a cave for the night.
