It was a lazy Sunday afternoon as our younger crusading fillies found them themselves at the gripe of boredom
"im bored" spoke up Scootaloo as she was blowing a feather up and down in a bored way.
"me too" chimed in Sweetie Belle as she was counting the tiles on the roof for what seemed like the thousandth time.
"me to there has to be something that we can do" said Applebloom sighing a bit.
"we could get our marks in photography" suggested Sweetie Belle.
"nah last time we did that we were banned from entering into the Everfree forest after dark" said Scootaloo rolling her eyes.
"how was I suppose to know that it was timber wolves mating season"? said Sweetie Belle who was glaring at her peagsi pal.
"bite me" said Scootaloo glaring back at her.
"girls please there is probably something that we can do" said Applebloom.
"like what exactly"? asked Scootaloo raising an eyebrow at the earth pony.
"well...what about a contest"? suggested Applebloom.
"a contest of what"? asked Scootaloo as this had peaked her interest.
"what about best practical joker"? suggested Applebloom.
"oh please I can do that in my sleep" boasted Scootaloo a hint of pride in her voice.
"I dunno im not good at practical jokes" said Sweetie Belle looking down at the ground.
"this will be a cake walk then" said Scootaloo.
"don't count your chickens before they hatch Scootaloo you haven't won yet" said Applebloom with a smirk.
"yea yea" said Scootaloo rolling her eyes a bit at the comment.
"tomorrow morning we each come up with a joke...best one wins" said Applebloom as she stomped her fore-hoof "meeting over" she said
"This going to be good" said Scootaloo heading off figuring she would be the winner.
"this is going to be bad" squeaked Sweetie Belle heading off herself.
~Tomorrow Morning~
"where can they be"? asked Applebloom as she was at the clubhouse bright and early figuring that her fellow CMCers were being held up for something.
finally for what seemed like a long time she could see a glint of orange over the horizon as Scootaloo had reached the clubhouse.
"ready to lose applebloom"? asked Scootaloo smirking a bit.
"hold yer eggs" said Applebloom "you havent won yet...where is your practical joke"? she asked.
"Dont be stupid i cant reveal my joke to you it ruins the joke" said Scootaloo as she made a face "er...Scootaloo are you ok"? asked Applebloom"
"ah...ah...ah..CHOO!" said Scootaloo sneezing as she covered her nose "ahhhhh im bleeding"! shouted Scootaloo as she appeared to be bleeding out of her mouth,muzzle and eyes to which Appleblooms eyes widen "Oh sweet celestia"! she shouted in a state of panic.
Scootaloo looked up at her before she burst out laughing before wiping the blood away from her face "fake blood i got some from Rainbow Dash after i told her my joke idea" she said as Applebloom glared at her "ugh that was a horrible joke" she said as she said "thats it we aint friends anymore". putting on an angry expression.
"come on Applebloom it was just a joke" said Scootaloo as Applebloom noticed Scootaloos expression before bursting out laughing "gotcha"! she shouted as Scootaloo glared at her now "thats it"? she asked.
"I um...panicked i was going to do something else,but I ran out of time to plan it" said Applebloom giving off a small *squee* and an embarrassed expression on her face.
"whatever...where's Sweetie Belle"? asked Scootaloo.
it wasn't long after she asked that she could see a small white blob heading towards them as there seemed to be a faint noise "ooooooo" it said as it reached them.
Scootaloo snorted "a sheet"? as she said "come on that aint funny nor scary" as Applebloom giggled "it is kinda funny,but we know its you" she said.
"no its the ghost of Spooky Belle" said the sheeted figure. "don't be stupid Sweetie Belle we know its you" said Scootaloo tearing off the sheet off of sweetie belle before revealing a headless sweetie belle as both of her friends screamed "AHHH ITS THE HEADLESS MARE"! running away as far as their legs can take them.
the headless filly stood there as there was a small whoosh followed by an expression of a grinning unicorn filly "guess i win then" she said.
