Staring at your reflection you admire how well your features have translated onto an equine face excluding your larger than normal eyes you chuckle to yourself after noticing a long conical horn protruding from your forehead, your own reflection something that came from a children’s cartoon but it’s time you find some answers such as: Where am I? Am I in Heaven or something similar? Why am I a bloody unicorn? If I'm alive how am I going to get back to the battle? But then you remembered, you died looking at yourself frantically you find no signs of blood or injury as well as checking for your amulets sighing in relief as no injuries have been found nor any of your titans have gone missing you collect your thoughts and set off to find the answers to your questions, seeing a dirt road it seems the only logical thing to do Walking through town was rather easy seeing as though no one has really noticed you, some mares giving you the odd look or two. You notice none of them are wearing clothes but then again only consisting of jewelry and hats they also seem to have strange tattoos on their flanks. shaking your head you decide to find the answers you've been looking for, walking to a small stand you meet a mare cream in color with a lush red mane selling roses to customers waiting patiently in line you finally arrive at the counter. “Hello there mister, what can I do for you?” She asks Your jaw drops as the mare speaks giving you a confused look she asks “Umm are you alright?” “Uhh yeah?” you reply while in your mind you decide to have a laughing fit. ‘Oh gods technicolor talking magical unicorns? What next a magical pony that makes cotton candy clouds that make chocolate rain?’ Whilst in your subconscious start the mare bops your head repeatedly while asking if you’re ok. You turn around to see a group mares and colts running away from more than 10 moving fissures in the earth, each separating into a different street. Turning to ask what's going on you see that Roseluck has disappeared, gathering your bearings you follow the three dog creatures. Ruff Play with MetagolemAs you chase the tunneling 'Diamond Dogs' as the ponies refer them to their trail suddenly stops, skidding to a halt, you look around to see 6 mares run towards you. a lavender unicorn with wings, a butter yellow winged pony, a cyan mare also winged with a rainbow colored mane , an orange pony wearing a stetson, a pink mare with a puffy mane and a snow-white mare with a curly mane and tail. "You there, did you see where they went?" asked the purple one "No the tunnel ends here" you reply "I've never seen you around before *GASP* OHMIGOSHANEWPONYINTOWNHOWCOMEIWASN'TTOLDINEEDTOTHROWYOUAPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTY" she screamed "Ah wouldn't worry too much 'bout her too much names Applejack bah the way what's yours?" asks the orange one "Anon" you reply "hmm an unusual name, my name's Rarity Darling" The Alabaster unicorn says obviously one of those higher class people easy to identify with the accent. "I'm Rainbow Dash Fastest Flyer in Equestria!" the cyan one declared, in your opinion she has the biggest ego I've ever seen. "I'm Twilight Sparkle Princess in Training" she declared rather sheepishly "Oh that's Fluttershy she doesn't talk much" "It's alright what are those things anyway?" You ask "as far as I know they're called Diamond Dogs" "You mean you've never heard of Diamond Dogs?" Rainbow Dash asks "No and as far as I'm concerned I'm on an entirely different planet" You confess "So you're an alien?" Applejack asks "You could say that" you reply "I'm afraid this little talk will have to wait these Dogs won't leave by themselves" After a long moments pause something doesn't seem right until a sudden............ "Hey where's Rarity?" asks Pinkie Pie "Over there!" you point towards a group of eight or so Diamond dogs some wearing armor carrying Rarity away, sprinting towards the foal-napped mare, you decide to pick up the pace. "HYPERSTRIDE" you yell feeling the familiar sensation of magical energies speeding up your movement, even Rainbow Dash had trouble catching up, "tch so much for the fastest flier" you mutter. the Mane 6 watched slack-jawed as your hooves glowed blue and you charged ahead at a breakneck pace with a powerful charge you barrel into the group of Diamond Dogs, "BubbleLift" you mutter as an orb of energy surrounds Rarity lowering her to the ground safely. "are you alright?" you ask "What are they after?" "they're after me" Rarity confesses "it happened a few years ago" "back stories can wait right now it's just about showing these thugs the door" you say As the Diamond Dogs reclaim their jimmies you take up a fighting stance on your hind legs giving them a cold glare, the Dogs prepare as well for a fight to behold. the Ponies nearby peer from their hiding places getting themselves comfortable for a show. One naive Dog charges you with a short sword aiming with a stab you spin avoiding the crude blade before retaliating with three swift jabs to the Dog's stomach and finishing off with a roundhouse kick forcing him to double over in pain. taking up your stance again you prepare for the next challenger unsurprisingly they all charge towards you. "Well you wanna play dirty? let's play dirty Sick 'em METAGOLEM" seizing your amulet from your neck you call to your titan and he answers willingly. As you admire your gigantic clay friend rise his anatomy has changed to a more equine shape but this didn't hinder the Titan in the slightest as he towered over the group of Diamond dogs, jaws slackened and Eyes went wide as the behemoth leered at the group before raising his front hoof and smashing it into the dirt with so much force it sent tremors into the earth knocking the dogs into the air seizing this opportunity Metagolem rises into his hind legs before slamming his head into the mosh pit of Dogs sending them six-feet under. Getting the message quickly the group flees into the earth digging their way to safety "Good Work" you say before the titan disappears into a wisp of purple smoke before returning into your amulet a brief purple aura surrounds you as the titan is absorbed into the amulet you merely grunt in all the effort. but an unfamiliar sensation washes over you you look to your flank to see a strange violet light on your flank before fading away quickly, leaving a symbol on your flank you realize that it resembles something very similar to Metagolem's head. "Well that's unusual" you say before turning around to the Mane 6 all their jaws hanging from their mouths. "What?" Is your only response "Never seen a Titan before?" "N-no and what is a Titan?" asks Twilight "I don't know" butts in Rainbow Dash "BUT THAT WAS AWESOME!" As the locals leave their hiding places you realize you have become quite the celebrity already many young foals rushing up to you especially a certain trio asking about something about 'Cutie Marks" guessing that's the tattoo on everyone's flank you tell them how summoning Metagolem made it appear, the locals mostly mares ask the basics such as names, occupations. Realizing the sun is slowly setting you worry where you will stay for the night. "Since it's sundown where will I sleep for the time being?" you ask Twilight "OOH OOH PICK ME PICK ME!" screamed a very ecstatic mare, searching through the crowd you find the source of the shouting a mint green mare a unicorn with a white mane and auburn eyes comes forward. "Umm Hi What's your name?" you ask politely "I'm Lyra Heartstrings nice to meet you!" she beamed There was some commotion from the crowd mostly negative responses some muttering about her being a madpony believing in hairless apes to be real or something along those lines, you feel rather sad for the mare watching her head hangs solemnly and her ears droop sadly, slowly walking towards her you place a hoof on her shoulder, her ears perk up adorably. "Perhaps you can tell me about those hairless apes?" you say "Is that a Yes?" she squeed "I'd be happy to stay for the night" you confirm Settling InThe mare squealed before running away from the crowd shaking your head you follow her at a casual walking pace. When you reach Lyra's house you find it to be a 2 storey apartment. Nodding your head in approval you wonder if there are others living with Lyra as well, turning your attention to the door you see the mare searching her saddlebags for something most likely the keys, something you are accustomed to alot. "Do you live with anyone else?" you ask "Yeah there's Bon Bon" she answered continuing to rummage through her bags "Why don't you ring the doorbell?" you advise "She's probably asleep" She continues on dismally "Hmm eh why not" you mutter to yourself grabbing an amulet from your neck 'What are you do-' interrupted by a flash of green light, shielding her eyes the light disappears leaving a strange lack and white raccoon like creature sitting on your shoulder where the light once was. "Springer meet Lyra, Lyra Springer" you say gesturing Springer to Lyra and vice-versa Springer seems intrigued by Lyra's appearance leaping of your shoulder onto Lyra's mane she giggled as it tickled her as he climbed onto her shoulder. "He's cute, what is he?" Lyra asked "Springer is a Titan not made to fight he's more into puzzle solving" you answer "You mean the big stone guy is a Titan as well?" she asked "yep" As you speak, Lyra watches the Titan sniff the lock inventively, with a simple touch of its finger on the lock you hear a faint click as the door unlocked itself, then the titan simply pushed the door and it swung open. "After you" gesturing the doorway to her she giggled before entering the house inside was homey enough for your taste dismissing Springer and returning him to his amulet, you take off your trench coat and hang it on the coat rack. "Why do you wear clothes anyway?" she calls from the kitchen "You wouldn't believe me if I told you" you reply She returned from the kitchen carrying two mugs of Hot Chocolate (with marshmallows of course) setting the mugs on the table you sit down with Lyra "try me, and I've seen crazy things happen I assure you" she says testily "Alright here goes" you say rubbing your hooves together "I'm not really a pony, I'm in fact a human from the planet Earth" Her eyes widen to an impossible size before dropping her mug. 'Bubble Lift' you mutter saving the hot drink from being ruined. "D-did you j-just say H-H-Humans?" She asked her eyes twitching and a creepy smile forming on her lips. "Yes?" in a rather fearful tone as she begins to lean over the table forcing you to sink into your chair. "So y-you were a H-human?" she questions her smile becoming impossibly wide "y-yeah" you squeak "OH SWEET CELESTIA THANK YOU!" she screamed "They told me I was mad and now I have proof that humans exist!" "slow down there Lyra I may have saved Ms. Rarity I doubt they are willing to trust me just yet" "True but maybe you can.... teach me about the human world?" giving you the puppy eyes as she spoke "Alright but can it wait for later all I want right now is to sleep" You yawn "I gotta agree with you there" came a new voice obviously feminine with a hint of grogginess "Oh ummm hi Bon Bon" Lyra greets rather sheepishly Looking at the new arrival is a cream colored mare with sky blue eyes with a dark blue and pink mane. Bon Bon asks "Well that's a long story" you explain "but i'll be happy to explain once I've had a decent rest, summoning a Titan takes a lot out of you" Yawning loudly you walk upstairs and find the room small but cosy you take off your shirt and pants and falling onto the bed face first, before quickly falling asleep. A New Day A New AdventureWaking to hear the sound of cooking and birds tweeting outside your window, you groggily rise from your awkward sleeping position stretching your body and getting the cricks out of your joints you slowly walk downstairs following the scent of breakfast. You turn to see Lyra humming a tune whilst pouring what you believe to be pancake batter onto a frying pan you feel your mouth water at the smell. "Morning" she called happily "Good Morning" you reply Lyra levitates you a plate with two fresh pancakes a square of butter on top, without hesitation you grab the bottle of syrup and drizzle large amounts of syrup onto your breakfast you dig in without any sense of table manners, Lyra giggled as you devour the pancakes quickly, syrup dripping from your muzzle, she laughed hysterically when you went to drink your juice giving you an orange mustache and a syrup goatee. "What?" you ask "Nothing" vainly struggling to hide her laughter Already knowing Lyra's struggle you casually pick a napkin and clean your muzzle Looking at her expectantly she shrugged. "By the way where's Bon Bon?" you ask whilst walking to the sink to clean up, Lyra explains that she leaves home early sometimes to got to work. "I think I might head outside, is that alright?" already preparing yourself hanging your amulets around your neck, she nods whilst finishing off her breakfast "I'll be back soon see ya later!" you call "See ya" she returned Walking through the town was refreshing seeing the ponies walking around, some with foals others with friends, sitting at a nearby bench you notice a fountain in the middle of the square, feeling a familiar call within you, walking to the fountain you look at a plaque feeling the aura grow stronger you reach out and touch it, a bond was beginning to form. Others watched as you touched the plaque something solid forms in your hoof. "An Amulet" you breathe "If there are Titans here then that means......" Your attention is diverted elsewhere when a mare rushes over to you she is a reddish purple with a pink mane her 'Cutie Mark' was three flowers arranged in a triangle. "Hello there Umm this might be abrupt but can you help me with something" She asks politely Nodding for her to continue she resumes her question "Can you help supervise the children? we're going on a field trip near the Everfree forest and we're running low on guardians to keep them safe, it would be really helpful if you could come along seeing as though you took down those Diamond dogs yesterday afternoon". Thinking for a moment you agree to go seeing as though you have nothing else to do "OH thank you, the field trip will be at 10:00 so you still have some time to prepare should the kids wait a bit?" Shaking your head "I'm pretty much all set" you say the mare grinning happily in response "My name is Cheerilee what's yours?" "Anon" "Alright follow me then, following the mare towards a barn shaped building you walk inside then out another door to see the children sitting at their desks, some waiting patiently others talking to their friends. "Alright class today we will be going on a field trip just near the Everfree forest we will be doing some work while we are there, and you must be on your best behavior as the Everfree is a dangerous place" As she continues talking to the children you are more intrigued by the amulet you recovered it appears golden with 3 pairs of what looks like wings protruding from the sides of a greeny blue gem. "A Krono-Titan If only I had my Holotome" you mutter, hearing Cheerilee finish you stand up and wait at the exit counting the number of heads in the group including the other parents before following close behind shutting the door after you leave. as you follow the children you see the entrance to a forest its trees tall and foreboding giving off a slight sense of dread to the locals but otherwise you seem unaffected, to be honest you don't know the reason why the ponies are scared of this place it seems like your average forest, maybe the occasional odd plant or two but otherwise normal, deciding to quench your thirst for knowledge about this new world you look to a unicorn you remember to be called 'Dinky Hooves' a rather adorable name, a name that made your heart melt whenever you said it to yourself. Walking along with Dinky you come to a clearing where the class had gathered around Cheerilee other parents had gathered around Cheerilee had a parent to levitate a strange blue plant, listening in on her lecture she explains the strange properties of the plant and its history some guy named Discord the god of chaos created many crazy creatures, the 'Poison Joke' one of them as well as wooden constructs dubbed 'TImberwolves'. Such wow much puns so doge After registering the terrible puns in this world, Cheerilee instructs the you and the other adults to follow groups of children and keep them safe whilst they look for more interesting wildlife, around the Everfree. following Dinky and her group which consisted of AppleBloom, SweetieBelle,Scootaloo, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. As you followed them you've had to constantly break them up due to bullying Diamond tiara and Silver Spoon constantly calling the unfortunate trio 'Blank Flanks' not willing to let it pass, you separate the two groups threatening to have stern words about Diamond and Silver's bad attitude. "We'll never find anything interesting here" Whined Scootaloo as she searched under bushes and rocks. "I bet we can find something if there weren't any Blank Flanks in this group" Diamond muttered "I heard that young lady" you growl, feeling your patience with this child grow thinner and thinner by the minute, to the point of just picking up the child and booting her across forest not caring how 'high and mighty' her father is, to be honest you utterly despised upstart snobs who only care about the wealth they have, and by God Diamond was one of the worst. "Hey over here" shouted Sweetie Belle following the source of the noise you see Sweetie Belle standing in front of what appeared to be a mass of fur, bat-like wings sprouted from its back and a scorpion's tail lay limply by the rocks. Your eyes went wide when your memory registered what you are looking at, A Manticore. Whilst Sweetie Belle sat on top of its back giggling with glee, you however had other ideas. "Sweetie Belle what are you doing?" you ask cautiously edging slowly closer as to not awaken the beast. "Well Ms. Cheerilee did say that we had to look for interesting wildlife so I found this!" she exclaimed "That's a Manticore Sweetie it will eat you if it wakes up" you say trying to get to her "Well duh only a smart pony would know that you stupid blank flank!" Diamond shouted As if on cue the Manticore's eyes opened quickly getting to its feet it roared, the sound echoing throughout the forest. The other groups turning to the origin the other supervisors' eyes widen "Oh no" was all they could say "Damn it" you curse the beast slowly walked forward making the group back up against the tree, gathering your courage you stand defiantly blocking the Manticore's view of the children. the beast roared its paw lashing out towards you. "HONOURGUARD" you shout a field of blue protecting you from the attack, "DRAGONFIST" you shout your hoof glowing with a red violent aura hitting the beast in the stomach it merely grunted before slashing you with his other paw. 'Aaaaaaagh!' you scream in pain as the claws sliced through your shirt blood spattering onto the grass. the fillies cringe as they watched you take the blow "GO" You shout the fillies nod and run away, turning your attention to the Manticore you snort at it issuing a challenge to the beast. The Manticore waited for a moment before charging its tail extended, whilst you wait calmly waiting for the right moment dodging the beast's stinger you use your momentum to kick the beast in the side growling in pain the Manticore lashed out ducking under the swipe you move in for swift jabs to the beast's chest and face, only irritating it further. It opened its jaws and went for a bite only catching thin air before you bucked the beast in the face making it whimper in pain the beast roared before slamming you against a tree and then throwing you over the treeline. Landing with a loud crack you gasp in pain s you feel your leg break. Hissing in pain whilst you mutter 'Everfight' a golden aura consumes you dulling the pain. Ponies stop their activities as they see the Manticore charge from the forest ramming you and carrying you slamming you against a brick wall. With the last of your strength you pull out an amulet. "Fight With Me CALIBAN!" After a rather majestic intro, the armored warrior was no longer bipedal and instead had a pony's anatomy, taking out its sword it slashes the Manticore in the back averting its attention, barely conscious you watch Caliban dodge the Manticore while delivering swift retaliation. The citizens watched in awe as the armored warrior masterfully fought slashing his blade leaving only shallow cuts in the beasts' hide, but Caliban could not last as long as his Seeker became dreary as Everfight's effects were dying from injury before long Caliban was struck by its stinger and his soul returned to his amulet. Barely alive you struggle to stand as the beast padded over towards you ready to strike you down. "Go ahead make my day" is your last words before you begin to lose consciousness As the beast raised its paw, its claws lengthened from their sheathes before you passed out you saw a shape tun in front of you. " Secrets RevealedFalling into your subconscious, you see a familiar yellow Pegasus stand in front of you, she began to yell at the Manticore stopping in its tracks but before you can see anything else you pass out. 'HOW DARE YOU!' Fluttershy roared the lion hybrid stopping in its tracks. One little trick you haven't heard of before The Stare an unknown power which can make even the wildest beast as helpless as a worm on a hook. Fluttershy's Stare ceasing the Manticore's movement. "You should be Ashamed of Yourself harming Anon like that you big mean BULLY!" she screamed many cringed at her sudden outburst, by God you swore she was the Dovahkiin if you were awake, but that's another story. The Manticore whimpered backing away, but before it could leave Fluttershy apologized to the creature leading it away from the town. ---------Princess Celestia's POV--------- I have decided to make a surprise visit to Ponyville, after so many dangerous occurrences i have decided to pay my subjects a visit every once in a while, perhaps once a month. Back to my trip well it was pleasant the Pegasi have done a wonderful job a keeping the clouds in check, as I go lower under the clouds I see beloved Ponyville taking in the sights and sounds something disturbs the peace. the sound of steel clashing with steel. Looking down a large Manticore fought an armored stallion, watching the impressive spectacle from above it is short lived as he is impaled in mid-air by the stinger, cringing away and expecting to see blood the figure has disappeared a wisp of blue flying towards an unconscious stallion lying among the remains of a food cart. "No i-impossible" I breathe "If that's there then that means......another Seeker? There hasn't been one since......I must find out" Gliding low I watch as Dear Fluttershy escorts the Manticore away, looking at this strange stallion one thing I notice the one thing that confirms my suspicions, amulets strung around his neck his breathing shallow as wound on his chest was deep. "Princess Celestia" called an all too familiar voice turning to see my beloved student Twilight Sparkle run towards me, I gave her a friendly hug. "Who is this stallion?" I ask "I've never seen him before" "He arrived yesterday I forgot to tell you about him" my student replied "He summoned something similar, a giant stallion made from stone or clay maybe he commanded it to fight the Diamond Dogs' she continued. "Metagolem" I murmur "So he is a Seeker" "Get him to the hospital, quickly those wounds are deep" I command I watch as ponies load the injured stallion onto a stretcher and carry him away. "Will he be alright?" asked Twilight "Yes, my child yes he will" I reply -----------Back to You-------------------- Your eyes struggle to open, as you open them though your eyes are blinded by a bright white light covering your eyes with a hoof you notice its bandaged as well as your torso and left leg. Looking ahead of you is a tall pony white as snow with a fluorescent mane that seems to drift in a non-existent wind, two guards stand beside her as she moves towards you her horn glows, the pain in your body dies and your bandages disappear without a trace. "Greetings Seeker I am Princess Celestia Co-Ruler of Equestria" she declared in a calm but confident tome "How do you know I'm a Seeker?" you ask "You are not the first Seeker to arrive in this world the first was called Starswirl the Bearded, a Casterwill who dabbled in advanced transportation spells brought him here" she answered "But how did you arrive here?" she asked "During a war on my world I was outnumbered by a Cult who called themselves the Blood Spirals enemies to the CasterWills they cut me down and left me to die, next thing I knew I woke up here" you reply "Starswirl was indeed a Casterwill one of the oldest, he left behind a legacy that changed Equestria forever" Celestia explained, her horn glowed yellow as a box shaped object appeared in your lap. "this was his Holotome, perhaps a Seeker such as you might need it" she said summoning a box it opens to reveal amulets. "These belonged to him" she explained they have been getting restless since your arrival. Lifting the Amulets carefully you place them onto the scanner of the Holotome. A bright Blue light emanates from it as a 3-D image appears. "Jir-Wolf attack 3 defense 2 type Meso titan scout size: Small special abilities: Shadow walk" it continued to speak as it scanned the other Titans "Feyone attack 4 defense 4 type Yama Titan Warrior size: Average special abilities: energy blast", "Icarus attack 3 defense 1 type: Krono Titan Archer size: Average special abilities: Flight" "Hoplite attack 2 defense 1 type Krono titan Warrior size: Large Special Abilities: Teamwork" Smiling at the new additions to your team you pack up the Holotome and pocket the Amulets. Freelancer an average titan willing to fight for you without hesitation You have faced many foes in the world from the Organisation’s grunts to the Ancient Blood Spiral Cult that protect ancient artefacts none have made you sway in your journey for knowledge. But as one man said all good things must come to an end during the final battle you were cut down by hordes of Blood Spirals and left to bleed in the dirt. Waking upYour weary eyes flutter open gazing in to the bright morning sun shaking your head you try to push yourself up into a sitting position looking down everything seems normal still wearing your ragged clothes consisting of a tan trench coat, black t-shirt and jeans. but what shocks you is your lack of feet, remaining calm you lift your pants up a little only to see a cloven hoof like a horse, your eyes widen when you notice your hands/hooves lacking any fingers you look for something to see your reflection in, seeing a small pond you somehow run towards it on all fours without any thought of walking like the biped you once were. Staring at your reflection you admire how well your features have translated onto an equine face excluding your larger than normal eyes you chuckle to yourself after noticing a long conical horn protruding from your forehead, your own reflection something that came from a children’s cartoon but it’s time you find some answers such as: Where am I? Am I in Heaven or something similar? Why am I a bloody unicorn? If I'm alive how am I going to get back to the battle? But then you remembered, you died looking at yourself frantically you find no signs of blood or injury as well as checking for your amulets sighing in relief as no injuries have been found nor any of your titans have gone missing you collect your thoughts and set off to find the answers to your questions, seeing a dirt road it seems the only logical thing to do Walking through town was rather easy seeing as though no one has really noticed you, some mares giving you the odd look or two. You notice none of them are wearing clothes but then again only consisting of jewelry and hats they also seem to have strange tattoos on their flanks. shaking your head you decide to find the answers you've been looking for, walking to a small stand you meet a mare cream in color with a lush red mane selling roses to customers waiting patiently in line you finally arrive at the counter. “Hello there mister, what can I do for you?” She asks Your jaw drops as the mare speaks giving you a confused look she asks “Umm are you alright?” “Uhh yeah?” you reply while in your mind you decide to have a laughing fit. ‘Oh gods technicolor talking magical unicorns? What next a magical pony that makes cotton candy clouds that make chocolate rain?’ Whilst in your subconscious start the mare bops your head repeatedly while asking if you’re ok. Shaking your head repeatedly you apologies for your rudeness, she giggles playfully. “My name is Roseluck what’s yours?” “Anon” “That’s an unusual name” Roseluck “Anyways back to my original question do you need help with something?” Nodding in reply you ask where you are. “You mean you don’t know?” She asks “Not one bit” You reply Well you’re in Ponyville Equestria” she replies casually “W-Wait Equestria I've never heard of it” “Where were you raised the moon?” She asks slightly annoyed at your rather blunt response “Nope I was raised on a different planet” You reply “B-but that’s impossible! Well then again you do sound alot like that Doctor Whooves guy" Wait? Doctor Whooves? Oh God this place is like pun heaven Your ears perk up as your conversation is interrupted by the sound of screaming. You turn around to see a group mares and colts running away from more than 10 moving fissures in the earth, each separating into a different street. Turning to ask what's going on you see that Roseluck has disappeared, gathering your bearings you follow the three dog creatures.
Ruff Play with MetagolemAs you chase the tunneling 'Diamond Dogs' as the ponies refer them to their trail suddenly stops, skidding to a halt, you look around to see 6 mares run towards you. a lavender unicorn with wings, a butter yellow winged pony, a cyan mare also winged with a rainbow colored mane , an orange pony wearing a stetson, a pink mare with a puffy mane and a snow-white mare with a curly mane and tail. "You there, did you see where they went?" asked the purple one "No the tunnel ends here" you reply "I've never seen you around before *GASP* OHMIGOSHANEWPONYINTOWNHOWCOMEIWASN'TTOLDINEEDTOTHROWYOUAPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTY" she screamed "Ah wouldn't worry too much 'bout her too much names Applejack bah the way what's yours?" asks the orange one "Anon" you reply "hmm an unusual name, my name's Rarity Darling" The Alabaster unicorn says obviously one of those higher class people easy to identify with the accent. "I'm Rainbow Dash Fastest Flyer in Equestria!" the cyan one declared, in your opinion she has the biggest ego I've ever seen. "I'm Twilight Sparkle Princess in Training" she declared rather sheepishly "Oh that's Fluttershy she doesn't talk much" "It's alright what are those things anyway?" You ask "as far as I know they're called Diamond Dogs" "You mean you've never heard of Diamond Dogs?" Rainbow Dash asks "No and as far as I'm concerned I'm on an entirely different planet" You confess "So you're an alien?" Applejack asks "You could say that" you reply "I'm afraid this little talk will have to wait these Dogs won't leave by themselves" After a long moments pause something doesn't seem right until a sudden............ "Hey where's Rarity?" asks Pinkie Pie "Over there!" you point towards a group of eight or so Diamond dogs some wearing armor carrying Rarity away, sprinting towards the foal-napped mare, you decide to pick up the pace. "HYPERSTRIDE" you yell feeling the familiar sensation of magical energies speeding up your movement, even Rainbow Dash had trouble catching up, "tch so much for the fastest flier" you mutter. the Mane 6 watched slack-jawed as your hooves glowed blue and you charged ahead at a breakneck pace with a powerful charge you barrel into the group of Diamond Dogs, "BubbleLift" you mutter as an orb of energy surrounds Rarity lowering her to the ground safely. "are you alright?" you ask "What are they after?" "they're after me" Rarity confesses "it happened a few years ago" "back stories can wait right now it's just about showing these thugs the door" you say As the Diamond Dogs reclaim their jimmies you take up a fighting stance on your hind legs giving them a cold glare, the Dogs prepare as well for a fight to behold. the Ponies nearby peer from their hiding places getting themselves comfortable for a show. One naive Dog charges you with a short sword aiming with a stab you spin avoiding the crude blade before retaliating with three swift jabs to the Dog's stomach and finishing off with a roundhouse kick forcing him to double over in pain. taking up your stance again you prepare for the next challenger unsurprisingly they all charge towards you. "Well you wanna play dirty? let's play dirty Sick 'em METAGOLEM" seizing your amulet from your neck you call to your titan and he answers willingly. As you admire your gigantic clay friend rise his anatomy has changed to a more equine shape but this didn't hinder the Titan in the slightest as he towered over the group of Diamond dogs, jaws slackened and Eyes went wide as the behemoth leered at the group before raising his front hoof and smashing it into the dirt with so much force it sent tremors into the earth knocking the dogs into the air seizing this opportunity Metagolem rises into his hind legs before slamming his head into the mosh pit of Dogs sending them six-feet under. Getting the message quickly the group flees into the earth digging their way to safety "Good Work" you say before the titan disappears into a wisp of purple smoke before returning into your amulet a brief purple aura surrounds you as the titan is absorbed into the amulet you merely grunt in all the effort. but an unfamiliar sensation washes over you you look to your flank to see a strange violet light on your flank before fading away quickly, leaving a symbol on your flank you realize that it resembles something very similar to Metagolem's head. "Well that's unusual" you say before turning around to the Mane 6 all their jaws hanging from their mouths. "What?" Is your only response "Never seen a Titan before?" "N-no and what is a Titan?" asks Twilight "I don't know" butts in Rainbow Dash "BUT THAT WAS AWESOME!" As the locals leave their hiding places you realize you have become quite the celebrity already many young foals rushing up to you especially a certain trio asking about something about 'Cutie Marks" guessing that's the tattoo on everyone's flank you tell them how summoning Metagolem made it appear, the locals mostly mares ask the basics such as names, occupations. Realizing the sun is slowly setting you worry where you will stay for the night. "Since it's sundown where will I sleep for the time being?" you ask Twilight "OOH OOH PICK ME PICK ME!" screamed a very ecstatic mare, searching through the crowd you find the source of the shouting a mint green mare a unicorn with a white mane and auburn eyes comes forward. "Umm Hi What's your name?" you ask politely "I'm Lyra Heartstrings nice to meet you!" she beamed There was some commotion from the crowd mostly negative responses some muttering about her being a madpony believing in hairless apes to be real or something along those lines, you feel rather sad for the mare watching her head hangs solemnly and her ears droop sadly, slowly walking towards her you place a hoof on her shoulder, her ears perk up adorably. "Perhaps you can tell me about those hairless apes?" you say "Is that a Yes?" she squeed "I'd be happy to stay for the night" you confirm
Settling InThe mare squealed before running away from the crowd shaking your head you follow her at a casual walking pace. When you reach Lyra's house you find it to be a 2 storey apartment. Nodding your head in approval you wonder if there are others living with Lyra as well, turning your attention to the door you see the mare searching her saddlebags for something most likely the keys, something you are accustomed to alot. "You lose something?" "Yeah I forgot my keys" she chuckled You instinctively facehoof, travelling the world and all even you sometimes lose your keys. "Do you live with anyone else?" you ask "Yeah there's Bon Bon" she answered continuing to rummage through her bags "Why don't you ring the doorbell?" you advise "She's probably asleep" She continues on dismally "Hmm eh why not" you mutter to yourself grabbing an amulet from your neck 'What are you do-' interrupted by a flash of green light, shielding her eyes the light disappears leaving a strange lack and white raccoon like creature sitting on your shoulder where the light once was. "Springer meet Lyra, Lyra Springer" you say gesturing Springer to Lyra and vice-versa Springer seems intrigued by Lyra's appearance leaping of your shoulder onto Lyra's mane she giggled as it tickled her as he climbed onto her shoulder. "He's cute, what is he?" Lyra asked "Springer is a Titan not made to fight he's more into puzzle solving" you answer "You mean the big stone guy is a Titan as well?" she asked "yep" As you speak, Lyra watches the Titan sniff the lock inventively, with a simple touch of its finger on the lock you hear a faint click as the door unlocked itself, then the titan simply pushed the door and it swung open. "After you" gesturing the doorway to her she giggled before entering the house inside was homey enough for your taste dismissing Springer and returning him to his amulet, you take off your trench coat and hang it on the coat rack. "Why do you wear clothes anyway?" she calls from the kitchen "You wouldn't believe me if I told you" you reply She returned from the kitchen carrying two mugs of Hot Chocolate (with marshmallows of course) setting the mugs on the table you sit down with Lyra "try me, and I've seen crazy things happen I assure you" she says testily "Alright here goes" you say rubbing your hooves together "I'm not really a pony, I'm in fact a human from the planet Earth" Her eyes widen to an impossible size before dropping her mug. 'Bubble Lift' you mutter saving the hot drink from being ruined. "D-did you j-just say H-H-Humans?" She asked her eyes twitching and a creepy smile forming on her lips. "Yes?" in a rather fearful tone as she begins to lean over the table forcing you to sink into your chair. "So y-you were a H-human?" she questions her smile becoming impossibly wide "y-yeah" you squeak "OH SWEET CELESTIA THANK YOU!" she screamed "They told me I was mad and now I have proof that humans exist!" "slow down there Lyra I may have saved Ms. Rarity I doubt they are willing to trust me just yet" "True but maybe you can.... teach me about the human world?" giving you the puppy eyes as she spoke "Alright but can it wait for later all I want right now is to sleep" You yawn "I gotta agree with you there" came a new voice obviously feminine with a hint of grogginess "Oh ummm hi Bon Bon" Lyra greets rather sheepishly Looking at the new arrival is a cream colored mare with sky blue eyes with a dark blue and pink mane. "hello Lyra and who's this guy?" she asks pointing to you "Oh this is Anon didn't you see him take out the Diamond Dogs with the giant golem?" Lyra responded "Nope" was her only reply "eh I don't blame you you had other things to do, speaking of which we should really go to bed now" you say "on another note where will i sleep?" you ask Lyra "Umm you can sleep in the guest room it's upstairs just opposite Bon Bons' room " she said "Wait wait wait why is he sleeping here?!" Bon Bon asks "Well that's a long story" you explain "but i'll be happy to explain once I've had a decent rest, summoning a Titan takes a lot out of you" Yawning loudly you walk upstairs and find the room small but cosy you take off your shirt and pants and falling onto the bed face first, before quickly falling asleep.
A New Day A New AdventureWaking to hear the sound of cooking and birds tweeting outside your window, you groggily rise from your awkward sleeping position stretching your body and getting the cricks out of your joints you slowly walk downstairs following the scent of breakfast. You turn to see Lyra humming a tune whilst pouring what you believe to be pancake batter onto a frying pan you feel your mouth water at the smell. "Morning" she called happily "Good Morning" you reply Lyra levitates you a plate with two fresh pancakes a square of butter on top, without hesitation you grab the bottle of syrup and drizzle large amounts of syrup onto your breakfast you dig in without any sense of table manners, Lyra giggled as you devour the pancakes quickly, syrup dripping from your muzzle, she laughed hysterically when you went to drink your juice giving you an orange mustache and a syrup goatee. "What?" you ask "Nothing" vainly struggling to hide her laughter Already knowing Lyra's struggle you casually pick a napkin and clean your muzzle Looking at her expectantly she shrugged. "By the way where's Bon Bon?" you ask whilst walking to the sink to clean up, Lyra explains that she leaves home early sometimes to got to work. "I think I might head outside, is that alright?" already preparing yourself hanging your amulets around your neck, she nods whilst finishing off her breakfast "I'll be back soon see ya later!" you call "See ya" she returned Walking through the town was refreshing seeing the ponies walking around, some with foals others with friends, sitting at a nearby bench you notice a fountain in the middle of the square, feeling a familiar call within you, walking to the fountain you look at a plaque feeling the aura grow stronger you reach out and touch it, a bond was beginning to form. Others watched as you touched the plaque something solid forms in your hoof. "An Amulet" you breathe "If there are Titans here then that means......" Your attention is diverted elsewhere when a mare rushes over to you she is a reddish purple with a pink mane her 'Cutie Mark' was three flowers arranged in a triangle. "Hello there Umm this might be abrupt but can you help me with something" She asks politely Nodding for her to continue she resumes her question "Can you help supervise the children? we're going on a field trip near the Everfree forest and we're running low on guardians to keep them safe, it would be really helpful if you could come along seeing as though you took down those Diamond dogs yesterday afternoon". Thinking for a moment you agree to go seeing as though you have nothing else to do "OH thank you, the field trip will be at 10:00 so you still have some time to prepare should the kids wait a bit?" Shaking your head "I'm pretty much all set" you say the mare grinning happily in response "My name is Cheerilee what's yours?" "Anon" "Alright follow me then, following the mare towards a barn shaped building you walk inside then out another door to see the children sitting at their desks, some waiting patiently others talking to their friends. "Alright class today we will be going on a field trip just near the Everfree forest we will be doing some work while we are there, and you must be on your best behavior as the Everfree is a dangerous place" As she continues talking to the children you are more intrigued by the amulet you recovered it appears golden with 3 pairs of what looks like wings protruding from the sides of a greeny blue gem. "A Krono-Titan If only I had my Holotome" you mutter, hearing Cheerilee finish you stand up and wait at the exit counting the number of heads in the group including the other parents before following close behind shutting the door after you leave. as you follow the children you see the entrance to a forest its trees tall and foreboding giving off a slight sense of dread to the locals but otherwise you seem unaffected, to be honest you don't know the reason why the ponies are scared of this place it seems like your average forest, maybe the occasional odd plant or two but otherwise normal, deciding to quench your thirst for knowledge about this new world you look to a unicorn you remember to be called 'Dinky Hooves' a rather adorable name, a name that made your heart melt whenever you said it to yourself. Walking along with Dinky you come to a clearing where the class had gathered around Cheerilee other parents had gathered around Cheerilee had a parent to levitate a strange blue plant, listening in on her lecture she explains the strange properties of the plant and its history some guy named Discord the god of chaos created many crazy creatures, the 'Poison Joke' one of them as well as wooden constructs dubbed 'TImberwolves'. Such wow much puns so doge After registering the terrible puns in this world, Cheerilee instructs the you and the other adults to follow groups of children and keep them safe whilst they look for more interesting wildlife, around the Everfree. following Dinky and her group which consisted of AppleBloom, SweetieBelle,Scootaloo, Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. As you followed them you've had to constantly break them up due to bullying Diamond tiara and Silver Spoon constantly calling the unfortunate trio 'Blank Flanks' not willing to let it pass, you separate the two groups threatening to have stern words about Diamond and Silver's bad attitude. "We'll never find anything interesting here" Whined Scootaloo as she searched under bushes and rocks. "I bet we can find something if there weren't any Blank Flanks in this group" Diamond muttered "I heard that young lady" you growl, feeling your patience with this child grow thinner and thinner by the minute, to the point of just picking up the child and booting her across forest not caring how 'high and mighty' her father is, to be honest you utterly despised upstart snobs who only care about the wealth they have, and by God Diamond was one of the worst. "Hey over here" shouted Sweetie Belle following the source of the noise you see Sweetie Belle standing in front of what appeared to be a mass of fur, bat-like wings sprouted from its back and a scorpion's tail lay limply by the rocks. Your eyes went wide when your memory registered what you are looking at, A Manticore. Whilst Sweetie Belle sat on top of its back giggling with glee, you however had other ideas. "Sweetie Belle what are you doing?" you ask cautiously edging slowly closer as to not awaken the beast. "Well Ms. Cheerilee did say that we had to look for interesting wildlife so I found this!" she exclaimed "That's a Manticore Sweetie it will eat you if it wakes up" you say trying to get to her "Well duh only a smart pony would know that you stupid blank flank!" Diamond shouted As if on cue the Manticore's eyes opened quickly getting to its feet it roared, the sound echoing throughout the forest. The other groups turning to the origin the other supervisors' eyes widen "Oh no" was all they could say "Damn it" you curse the beast slowly walked forward making the group back up against the tree, gathering your courage you stand defiantly blocking the Manticore's view of the children. the beast roared its paw lashing out towards you. "HONOURGUARD" you shout a field of blue protecting you from the attack, "DRAGONFIST" you shout your hoof glowing with a red violent aura hitting the beast in the stomach it merely grunted before slashing you with his other paw. 'Aaaaaaagh!' you scream in pain as the claws sliced through your shirt blood spattering onto the grass. the fillies cringe as they watched you take the blow "GO" You shout the fillies nod and run away, turning your attention to the Manticore you snort at it issuing a challenge to the beast. The Manticore waited for a moment before charging its tail extended, whilst you wait calmly waiting for the right moment dodging the beast's stinger you use your momentum to kick the beast in the side growling in pain the Manticore lashed out ducking under the swipe you move in for swift jabs to the beast's chest and face, only irritating it further. It opened its jaws and went for a bite only catching thin air before you bucked the beast in the face making it whimper in pain the beast roared before slamming you against a tree and then throwing you over the treeline. Landing with a loud crack you gasp in pain s you feel your leg break. Hissing in pain whilst you mutter 'Everfight' a golden aura consumes you dulling the pain. Ponies stop their activities as they see the Manticore charge from the forest ramming you and carrying you slamming you against a brick wall. With the last of your strength you pull out an amulet. "Fight With Me CALIBAN!" After a rather majestic intro, the armored warrior was no longer bipedal and instead had a pony's anatomy, taking out its sword it slashes the Manticore in the back averting its attention, barely conscious you watch Caliban dodge the Manticore while delivering swift retaliation. The citizens watched in awe as the armored warrior masterfully fought slashing his blade leaving only shallow cuts in the beasts' hide, but Caliban could not last as long as his Seeker became dreary as Everfight's effects were dying from injury before long Caliban was struck by its stinger and his soul returned to his amulet. Barely alive you struggle to stand as the beast padded over towards you ready to strike you down. "Go ahead make my day" is your last words before you begin to lose consciousness As the beast raised its paw, its claws lengthened from their sheathes before you passed out you saw a shape tun in front of you. "
Secrets RevealedFalling into your subconscious, you see a familiar yellow Pegasus stand in front of you, she began to yell at the Manticore stopping in its tracks but before you can see anything else you pass out. 'HOW DARE YOU!' Fluttershy roared the lion hybrid stopping in its tracks. One little trick you haven't heard of before The Stare an unknown power which can make even the wildest beast as helpless as a worm on a hook. Fluttershy's Stare ceasing the Manticore's movement. "You should be Ashamed of Yourself harming Anon like that you big mean BULLY!" she screamed many cringed at her sudden outburst, by God you swore she was the Dovahkiin if you were awake, but that's another story. The Manticore whimpered backing away, but before it could leave Fluttershy apologized to the creature leading it away from the town. ---------Princess Celestia's POV--------- I have decided to make a surprise visit to Ponyville, after so many dangerous occurrences i have decided to pay my subjects a visit every once in a while, perhaps once a month. Back to my trip well it was pleasant the Pegasi have done a wonderful job a keeping the clouds in check, as I go lower under the clouds I see beloved Ponyville taking in the sights and sounds something disturbs the peace. the sound of steel clashing with steel. Looking down a large Manticore fought an armored stallion, watching the impressive spectacle from above it is short lived as he is impaled in mid-air by the stinger, cringing away and expecting to see blood the figure has disappeared a wisp of blue flying towards an unconscious stallion lying among the remains of a food cart. "No i-impossible" I breathe "If that's there then that means......another Seeker? There hasn't been one since......I must find out" Gliding low I watch as Dear Fluttershy escorts the Manticore away, looking at this strange stallion one thing I notice the one thing that confirms my suspicions, amulets strung around his neck his breathing shallow as wound on his chest was deep. "Princess Celestia" called an all too familiar voice turning to see my beloved student Twilight Sparkle run towards me, I gave her a friendly hug. "Who is this stallion?" I ask "I've never seen him before" "He arrived yesterday I forgot to tell you about him" my student replied "He summoned something similar, a giant stallion made from stone or clay maybe he commanded it to fight the Diamond Dogs' she continued. "Metagolem" I murmur "So he is a Seeker" "Get him to the hospital, quickly those wounds are deep" I command I watch as ponies load the injured stallion onto a stretcher and carry him away. "Will he be alright?" asked Twilight "Yes, my child yes he will" I reply -----------Back to You-------------------- Your eyes struggle to open, as you open them though your eyes are blinded by a bright white light covering your eyes with a hoof you notice its bandaged as well as your torso and left leg. Looking ahead of you is a tall pony white as snow with a fluorescent mane that seems to drift in a non-existent wind, two guards stand beside her as she moves towards you her horn glows, the pain in your body dies and your bandages disappear without a trace. "Greetings Seeker I am Princess Celestia Co-Ruler of Equestria" she declared in a calm but confident tome "How do you know I'm a Seeker?" you ask "You are not the first Seeker to arrive in this world the first was called Starswirl the Bearded, a Casterwill who dabbled in advanced transportation spells brought him here" she answered "But how did you arrive here?" she asked "During a war on my world I was outnumbered by a Cult who called themselves the Blood Spirals enemies to the CasterWills they cut me down and left me to die, next thing I knew I woke up here" you reply "Starswirl was indeed a Casterwill one of the oldest, he left behind a legacy that changed Equestria forever" Celestia explained, her horn glowed yellow as a box shaped object appeared in your lap. "this was his Holotome, perhaps a Seeker such as you might need it" she said summoning a box it opens to reveal amulets. "These belonged to him" she explained they have been getting restless since your arrival. Lifting the Amulets carefully you place them onto the scanner of the Holotome.
