Little Sister Big Baby Forever
“But Shining, what if-“
The young scholar was intercepted by her brother’s firm hoof on her shoulder, “Twily, you're honestly stressing about this too much, don’t you think?”
“Me, stressing? Of course I’m stressed I’m-I’m just not sure Shiny.”
The Stallion smiled warmly at his baby sister. It’d been nearly a year since the two had talked to each other, and here they were conversing about such a bizarre subject. Hardly ever did two ponies outside their respected relationships converse about fetishes; even less did two siblings converse about their fetishes.
Shining armor used his hoofs to lift his sister into the air, “Twily, you know I’m up to doing anything with you. You and Spike saved my marriage, an afternoon of role play is no trouble at all.”
The young alicorn’s confidence tried to strife as she spoke, “I know Shining, but I’m just umm…”
“Embarrassed?” Shining suggested.
“Yes!”
“Don’t be.” The older brother finished by wrapping his arms around his sister’s neck for a tight hug, “I’ll see you in your nursery tonight, alright Twilight? Until then!”

Hours seemed to drift on by as the clock slowly rolled past every single numeric symbol. ‘What was taking him so long? Is he ditching me? Was his commitment all a joke?’
From the corner of the room, came a knocking from the door, “Twiliy, are you ready?”
Twilight’s eyes shot open as her heart seemingly stopped beating. This was it, this was the night she’d so since been anticipating all week. Twilight was not only going to get her big brother best friend forever back, but Shining was about to get his little sister back. The title made Twilight giggle, but laugh nervously, living up to the title while maintaining her role was going to prove a formidable challenge.
The nursery door opened. Raising her head, Twilight looked directly at her brother who was carrying a diaper bag in hoof, “H-hey S-Shiny, Let’s get s-started!”
Shining shut the chamber door behind himself. Walking over to the changing table, he dropped the diaper bag to the ground.
“A bit eager I see, aye Twily? I didn’t know you were in that much of a rush to be foal again.”
That comment made Twilight cringe, it sounded so bad when he put it that way. Indignant to her brother’s comment, Twilight stomped her hoof on the ground and shouted, “No! I just umm… I just don’t know how I’m going to hand this.”
“What? How could my sister, Twilight Sparkle of all people, not know how she’s going to handle things?!” Shining said glancing at his sister who was slowly making her way towards him.
Twilight blushed, “I-I dunno. Everybody always thinks I have a plan, but I don’t! Sometimes I just get put under a lot of pressure and I stress out about things that I shouldn’t! This is one of those situations, I just- mmph!”
A pacifier was shoved into the young alicorn’s mouth, impeding her speech completely.
“Shh, Twilight…” Shining said levitating his sister on top of the changing table with his magic, “You’re my baby sister. I’ll take care of everything today, I promise.”
Reluctantly Twilight accepted her brother’s statement and laid peacefully on the changing table’s padded surface.
Slowly, the older brother unfolded a puffy white disposable diaper in his hoofs, “You know Twilight, I never expected to be diapering you after you turned four.” Shining used his magic to raise his sisters hyde legs, “I always figured you’d grown out of them…” He lathered his hoofs with oil and started working around Twilight’s private parts.
The instant reaction from Twilight was a sensation of embarrassment and shame. Obviously unprepared for the touch of her brother’s hoofs, she cringed a little on the inside.
Shining grabbed the powder in his hoofs and sprayed a plentiful amount on his sister’s front and backside, “Of course, I knew you might have to wear them one day when you’re really old…” Shining leaned forward and taped the tabs snuggly around his sister’s waist, “I never counted on you becoming an alicorn, it sucks to think I married one…”
“Hmm?” Twilight muttered behind her pacifier.
Shining reached his hoofs out and picked up his little sister. Gently he set on the ground, her diapered rump pushing against the nursery’ carpeted floor. He sat down in front of her and looked down, “The problem with alicorns is that they outlive normal ponies by so many years. I’ll be lucky if Cadance even remembers me when I’m gone.”
Without a word, Twilight jump forwards and gave her brother a hug. She nuzzled her head against his chest, feeling its soft warmth against her cheek.
“Huh? Is something a matter Twilight?” Shining said brushing the back of his sister’s mane.
Twilight shook her head.
Smiling, Shining leaned in kissing his sister on the forehead, “It’s alright Twily, if I outlived you and her I’d just wake up every morning sad that I don’t get to see the prettiest mare and cutest filly in all of Equestria.
Blushing an even deeper shade of red, Twilight closed her eyes as she felt her brothers arms wrap around her completely.
Smiling, Shining picked Twilight up in his arms again, “Come on Twily, let’s go snuggle on the couch like old times!” With that said, Shining carried Twilight over to a pink padded sofa and sat down on his rump.
The young alicorn grew antsy sitting on her brother’s lap, she reached out her arms hugging the stallion around his neck. As expected, Twilight felt Shining’s hoofs lift under her legs and back and brought her into a cradle position.
Shining smiled, looking condescendingly at his baby sister, “Awh, Twilight. Who’s a special little filly?”
Blushing, Twilight pointed at herself.
His sister’s innocent answer made him laugh a little bit harder than it should have, “Haha, well you are awful adorable Twilight. I’m lucky to have such a special little sister. I gotta say, your wings are awful pretty too. Have you learned how to preen yet?”
Twilight retracted the pacifier from her mouth and smiled, “Mmm-hmm! Fluttershy taught me all about preening! Do you really think my wings are that pretty?”
Shining nodded, “Mmmhmm, they’re beautiful!”
The young mare playfully kicked her legs, “Hehe, thanks Shiny. You’re looking really nice too! Have you been working out?”
“Hehe, you’re going to make me blush Twilight. But yeah! I’m not sure if you’ve noticed or not, but Canterlot has had a lot of threats made to it since you moved to Ponyville…”
“Mmmhmm?”
Shining closed his eyes and smiled, for nothing else than to nullify his own laughter, “Haha, well I’m not sure if you noticed, but the Canterlot Royal Guard isn’t fairing too well. Between Chrysalises, Sombra, and more recently Tirek, we’re about 1-2. I figure I need to try harder to keep every pony safe…” Shining leaned in to kiss his sister on her forehead, “Especially my baby sister!”
Twilight couldn’t help but smile, the phrase ‘baby sister’ made her all warm and fuzzy inside. Shining was always such a charmer!
Using the back of his hoof, Shining brushed Twilight’s long silky bangs away from her eyes and behind her ear, “Twilight…” Shining smirked as he held a tear back in his eye, “You’re getting too big for me to rock you know?”
The young girl frowned, “I know Shining, but I like being held by you.”
“Do you now?” Shining said, rubbing little circles around Twilight’s back, “How come?”
Saddened by the reality of the truth, Twilight avoided looking directly at her brother, “C-cause I-I don’t always wanna have control of my body.”
“Hmm, how come?”
Twilight swallowed hard as tears rushed to the corners of her eyes, “Y-you know why Shining. Sometimes my mind gets a hold of me and I start doing compulsive things that don’t make sense. I can try to tell myself that it’s all just superstition, but that can’t be! It’s like anytime I do something out of order, something bad happens…”
Shining subconsciously started to rock his sister, while he hung unto every word of his sister’s speech.
“I-It’s like I always have to be perfect. I wanna let go, but my mind drives me crazy if I do. I fear that my world will come to an end the moment I forget how to do things, and it scares me Shining! It scares me a lot, a-and you don’t know how safe I feel in your arms!”
The small alicorn’s voice faded into faint choking, before a full sob brought shameful tears to her eyes.
Shining pulled his sister in for a hug, before bringing her back into her cradle, “Well Twily, don’t you trust anypony else be there for you?“
“No!” Twilight objected, trying to collect her thoughts, “A-all of my friends like me, but not enough to talk about this sorta thing! You’re the only stallion I’ll ever trust Shining, please don’t let me go!”
Shining smiled, “Twily, I’ll never let you go. Come on, why would I ever do that? You’ve got such cute hoofsies, and pretty hair, and squeak when I rub your tummy!”, Twilight let out a cute high pitched sound as he brushed his hoof across her stomach.
Twilight starred hopefully upwards at her brother, it was like he was a completely differn’t stallion than the one she had grown up knowing. He was always a caring one, but now he was empathetic too. Almost as if her years of her seclusion were understood.
The young alicorn calmed herself down as the imminent sensation of her brother’s hoof loss contact with her coat. Comfortable with her situation again, she cheerfully asked, “Shining, can you feed me? I-I know it’s dumb, but I’m you baby-sister.”
“Awh, does baby Twily need her big brother to feed her?” Shining asked, conjuring a warm bottle of milk with his horn.
Upon the bottles atomization, Twilight grabbed it out of the air with both hoofs and ducked it towards her lips. With the bottle’s amber nipple in her mouth, she started greedily sucking the warm milk inside. Without hesitation, Twilight closed her eyes and allowed the natural suction of her lips to do what they were doing.
Shining smiled looking down upon his sister. His horn lit up once again and in seconds a dark purple cap appeared on his sister’s horn.
Twilgiht’s smile faded as she looked wearily upwards at the strange cap, “W-what is it? Why does my horn feel so… ‘funny’.”
Shining grabbed a nearby blanket and wrapped it under his sister’s back and around to her chest, “It’s called a ‘magic
nullifier’”.
“W-what’s it do?” Twilight said, struggling to pick up anything with her magic.
Pulling the two disconnected ends of the blanket over Twilight’s stomach, he gave his sister a warm grin, “It prevents the use of magic via the wearers horn. The best part about it is, it’s powered by my magic. You won’t be able to take it off, you’re magic is weaker than mine.”
Confused by the very notion a unicorn’s magic was more powerful than her own, Twilight asked, “H-how is that possible”
Shining grabbed Twilight’s hoofs and smiled. His eyes made direct contact with hers’ as a small smirk appeared on his face, “Simple Twily. You don’t know any protection spells. I used nullifiers to retain criminals all the time. Even an alicorn can’t escape it’s effects.”
Twilight sifted awkwardly in her cradled position, “I-I tickles in a funny way.”
“That it should” Shining said lowering his sister’s hands nearer to her mouth.
“B-but…” Twilight said teasing the bottle’s nipple at her lips, “I-It feels ‘funny’”
Shining pushed the bottle’s nipple back into her mouth and continued to rock her.
The young alicorn didn’t need to second guess his brother’s words. After several more minutes of sucking, more and more tension built up within Twilight’s horn. As she ‘rounded the end of her bottle, a sudden final pulsating wave alleviated the stress to her horn as she felt several small surges of magic push rampantly out of the top and out of the bottom of the nullifier.
She opened eyes and blushed at her older brother, who seemed to stair in entertainment at the expense of the young mare’s pleasure.
“Does Twily want more warm and gooey milk?” Shining said lighting up his own horn again.
“Now it won’t be as filling as the last bottle, but I think you’ll like what I have in store!” Shining said brining the bottle back towards Twilight’s lips.
Twilight wanted to reject the bottle, but the thoughts of her previous feeding made her think again. Reluctantly Twilight let Shining push the bottle into her mouth. Almost graciously, she started licking the nipple to syphon more milk faster and faster.
As time when on, Twilight began to feel more and more desperate; as if she craved more and more of a ‘touch’ from her brother. Not so much sexually, but her desire to be nurtured was growing and she couldn’t comprehend why.
Desperate for an answer, Twilight opened her eyes and stared helplessly at her older brother. She noticed her bottle was nearly done, that goofy smile on Shining’s face definitely meant that he was intending for her to finish the bottle too!
With a few more heavy gulps and a desperate gasp of air, Twilight removed the bottle from her lips. All of a sudden, her impulses kicked in and she felt the need to organize, arrange, move, and it drove her crazy.
Imminently, Twilight threw her bottle and started failing her limbs as she started to feel more dejected. Nothing made sense and everything around her seemed so out of place.
Acting quickly, Shining reached out his hoof and place the pacifier back into his sister’s mouth.
It took Twilight a moment to appreciate the pacifier between her lips. As it happened, the steady sounds of her surroundings brought her to create a soothing rhythm of suckling.
Shining closed his eyes and hugged his sister closer to his chest. He leaned in kissing her softly on the forehead. Opening his eyes he noticed Twilight’s composter. She seemed so close to contentment, but was fidgeting ever so slightly.
“Hmh. Twily why are you shaking? Is something wrong with you? Is the magic from the milk causing you to shake?” Shining said, attempting to use his hoofs to settle his sister’s unsettling limbs.
Twilight opened her eyes and glared at her brother, “Hmm?”
` The older stallion rocked his sister back and forth again, “Well, you see Twily. I might have talked to mom earlier about today…” Almost instantaneously, he noticed his baby sister’s face flare red. As he thought more about his actions, he felt a bit more embarrassed that he ever thought they were a good idea, “Hehe… I might have told Mom about our little get together, and she might have offered me her breast milk.”
An awkward silence filled the air. Twilight kept the same horrified face as she struggled to grasp why shining would have agreed to it.
His face red, Shining broke the quiet, “Yeah. I was kinda using my magic to keep the milk at a natural temperature. I was going to say no, but Velvet told me all about the serotonin you’d get from her biologically similar milk…”
The young mare remained unamused.
The unicorn closed his eyes and smirked, “Hehe, I’m sorry I didn’t tell you earlier Twily. You are my baby sister though. After all, babies need milk, and mom graciously delivered. She even offered to breast feed you if-“
“Stop” Twilight said yanking the pacifier out of her mouth and blushing.
In response, the older brother sat his sister on his lap. Her behind flat on his thighs, she balanced herself by hugging around her big brother’s neck. Once completely comfortable, Twilight smiled directly in front of her brother’s face, “ I wanna be a baby
Shining, breast feeding with mom would take a bit of time to get used to. Tell her I want to though.”
Shining hugged his sister close in an embrace, “Glad to hear it Twily. I’m sure Mom will be excited. Anyway, I think it’s about time you start getting ready for bed.”
Twilight closed her eyes and let out a long drown out grown, “But Shining, I don’t wanna get dre-“
Before the mare could finish her sentence, a jolt of light created a velvet like material all over her skin. She looked downwards at her bloated tummy. She was wrapped in a dark purple onesie that complimented her color that had dozens of small stars and moons placed all around it.
“Oh.” She chuckled to herself.
Shining beamed a bright smile as he turned and laid backwards unto the couch.
Following in kind, Twilight turned with him and sat upon his chest. Repositioning herself, she edged her rump back a bit, and slowly crouched down on her tummy. Her haunches face up to the sky, the rest of her body held tightly unto her brother’s sturdy figure.
Shining in response to Twilight wrapping her arms around his waist, wrapped his muscular arms around her fragile body. Using his magic, he brought the pacifer back to Twilight’s mouth; this time, forming a strap the lead all the way to the back of her head.
“Mmm-mmm?” Twilight said, struggling to move her lips around the pacifier.
“Haha, don’t worry about it Twilight. I thought you’d be more comfy if you were completely cuddled up and all. I dunno, you seemed really content when you were sucking on that pacifer.” Shining said, hugging on arm around Twilight’s back, and the other one underneath her backside.
Alarmed by the firm softness of her brother’s hoof on her backside, Twilight nuzzled her head against brother’s chest a bit harder. Suddenly, a few small pats shook her puffy padding covered rump and she started melting into that warm and fuzzy feeling again.
Warmly the alicorn smiled as she found herself suckling on her pacifer in a rhythm accustom to the soft patting on her plump rump.
“Awh, is baby Twily all sleepy? Well, let me just tell you a few things before you doze off…”
Twilight smiled, looking up lazily towards her brother.
Shining rubbed his arm up and down as he delivered more gentle pats to his sister’s bottom, “I just wanted to say, that I had a lot of fun babysitting you tonight. You’re an amazingly smart, and amazing adorable baby filly; I’m proud to be your BBBFF Twily…”
“You know what else Twily?” Shining said rubbing his hoof up and down his sister back side, before swatting it softly again.
“Mmm?” Twilight sounded, half asleep due to her soothing coddling.
Shining heard the diapers subtle crinkling noises, gradually turn into *squishing* noises with each on going pat. Smiling, he answered,
“Well Twily. From now on you’re no longer Alicorn Princess Twilight Sparkle. From now on your my LSBBF, My Little Sister Big Baby Forever…
Author's Note
I wrote this story in the context that sometimes a lack of touch can drive a person to feel isolated and alone. In Twilight's case, I though Shining Armor was the perfect candidate to fill the void in her life. That being said, when I saw Cuddlehooves drawing I just had to write a story about Twilight and Shining!
