Celestia was the all might powerful ruler. Showing kindess, no fear, and always has a plan. Never thinking death is a option, she always send them years to dungeon, or find a way to prove a punishment. She's been received by many ponies how on she says she to nice, to naive, to stupid, scared of enemies powerful than her, but it doesn't matter. She wants every pony safe, but all that changes today.

On this faithful day, a pony dies; Many, in fact. They have not survived to tell the tale on how it happens. Celestia breaks down, fear rising upon her that all she's been told that she was naive, to nice, stupid to assume or do. So she does one thing: she became stricter. She wants her ponies safe, so she updated her rules. She hopes that every pony would agree to these rules…
