A war-hardened ex-researcher-turned-soldier-out-of-revenge wakes up in the Equestria wasteland and has to deal with the consequences of his past sins, the social aftermath of the war and voices in his head.

These and more were the titles bestowed upon Blazing Wind during the great war, a war he fought out of loyalty, devotion and vengeance. A war that cost him his friends, his family and his world.
Fate, however, has plans for him, and when he wakes up in a hostile and bloody future he'll find himself alone to fight his guilt and make up for his sins... or die trying.
