                                                     Chapter 1
                                              I’M A PONY?!?!?!?
      Twilight heard an urgent knock at the door. She looked over her shoulder. “Who could that be?” she asked, consulting her clock. It was 5:00 am. Who would be awake at this hour besides her? The only pony she knew in town that would be up this early was Applejack, and she would have been at her farm. She went to the door and opened it with her magic. Pinkie Pie was standing outside the door and had something completely covered in jewels in her hand.
“Hi Twilight! I have something for you!”
“And what’s that?”
“A book!” A BOOK? That thing? It looked like something Rarity would have put together for Sapphire Shores!
“Where did you find it?” Twilight asked politely
“The Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters!”
“WHAT?!?!?!?!” Twilight exclaimed. She was infuriated. Pinkie had taken a very old book from The Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters that could be anything! It could be infested with dark magic for all she knew, and she just took it?!! But then, Twilight noticed something. She had seen this before. The diary! Princess Celestia’s diary! What had Pinkie been doing in Celestia’s room? Wait, this is Pinkie Pie we’re talking about. She could have been doing anything
      Twilight eagerly took it out of Pinkie’s hands. She had to study it. She just had to! Last time she had left it, she had found something of great interest. It was something about the box. At the time, she could not study it, she was busy with other things.
      When Twilight had the heavily embroidered book in her hands, she slammed the door on Pinkie Pie, causing the pink pony’s snout to get very smashed. Twilight galloped to the chair she was sitting in when Pinkie had rudely interrupted her studying, when she saw a strange golden glow come from the window opposite. When she looked out, she saw a glowing pony falling from the sky.
“ What in the name of-” but before she could finish her sentence, the pony came crashing into the room with heavy velocity, causing both ponies to pass out.
      SEVERAL HOURS LATER… “Twilight! Twilight! Wake up!” Spike said, shaking the purple alicorn. She groaned.
“What Spike?”
“You were out cold for 5 hours!” Spike shouted.
“What!” Twilight was confused at what the last thing she remembered was… The pony!
“Was anypony else here?!” She exclaimed
“No, not that I saw but…”
“But what?”
“The front door is wide open.” Twilight galloped to the door, noticing what Spike had said was true. The pony flew out the door, the houses flying past her like streaks of lightning. She searched town for anypony who looked hurt. No one questioned the fact the princess was zooming by with such speed. They thought she must have really important business to attend to.
       Rainbowdash was walking down the lane when she saw Twilight flying by the sidewalk when she ran into her. “Hey! Twilight! Twilight!” she shouted.
Rainbow ran into Bon Bon.“She looks busy! Don’t disrespect the princess!”
       3 HOURS EARLIER… The Doctor woke up feeling very sick. “Ugh” he groaned. Wait… something was different. He sounded different. Did he regenerate? It was all a bit foggy.
       He remembered! He had regenerated. Although… this time it was strangely painful. As he looked to see if he had arms still, he noticed something. “What the hell…. WHAT THE HELL?!? I’M A FUCKING PONY!’’ He exclaimed. Someone groaned beside him. “Who’s there?” he asked, alarmed. When he looked in the area the groan came from, he noticed a purple pony with wings and a horn. “Alicorn… right?” he asked himself. Yes. He confirmed the thought in his mind.
       Trying to walk was hard. Right as he stood up, he collapsed down to the floor again. He got the hang of it about an hour later, feeling comfortable enough to go outside. Although, when he reached the door, he thought of how he could open it. How was he supposed to do that? Then the thought hit him. An alicorn? There was no such thing. Also, how had he talked? He was a pony! In fact, how had the other one groaned?
       He abandoned these thoughts quickly. He had to focus on the task at hand. He thought of all the ways he could physically open the door, and then a thought hit him. It could maybe be pushed. He felt stupid for not thinking this before. Although, this thought was shortly torn down, for the door would not open with all his attempts at pushing it forward. Then he tried his next thought. He stretched his neck toward the door handle, grabbed it between his teeth, twisted his head sideways, and pulled. It worked! He was then out the door in seconds.
       When he stepped, or rather, trotted outside, he noticed a pink pony trotting down the lane next to the road. She had very frizzy hair and had an almost cartoonish smile on her face. The Doctor decided to talk to her, as she was the first pony he saw. When he approached her, her smile grew even wider, almost uncomfortably wide. He was slightly unnerved by the pony’s smile. “Hello Ms… What is your name exactly?” the pony jumped so high into the air The Doctor thought she would never stop going up.
“Your new!!!!!!!!!” she exclaimed with so much excitement The Doctor was afraid she would wake up all the ponies in the town.
      The Doctor was flustered. He had never made someone so excited before in all his lives. “Yes, yes, I am new!” he said, almost sounding afraid.
“I’ll have to throw you a party for you and invite everypony in town…” The Doc’s thoughts drifted away from the conversation. He was thinking about how he had gotten here. Had his TARDIS crashed here? Then he remembered. His TARDIS! Where was it?
      He dashed away toward the outskirts of the strange town. If he could find his TARDIS anywhere, ANYWHERE, he would be fine. On his way he saw many strange sights. Pegasus ponies flying by with quite a bit of speed. A thought caused him to stop in his tracks. The pink pony had talked. His eyes widened, his eyebrows raised. “How-” He was cut off by feeling a strong gust of wind go by him. All he saw was a streak of cyan followed by a string of rainbow-colored streak.
      He was knocked onto the ground, causing him to shriek in pain. The streak flew back by, stopping right in front of him. It was another pony. It had a cyan coat with a rainbow mane and tail. One distinct thing was different about this one, though. It had wings. The Doctor’s discovery caused him to scoot even farther back. “Hello! Omygosh! Are you OK?” asked the cyan pegasus.
“Yeah, I’m fiiiiiiine!” The Doctor’s voice raised and his eyes widened. There was his regeneration energy. He had thought it had been a bit late. The chestnut brown pony started racing again to the outskirts of town.
      Rainbowdash had seen the mysterious pony run away and challenged herself to get an answer from him. She did not care what the answer was, she just wanted one. This pony had something coming to him. Or did he? He was really fast for an earth pony. She wondered for a moment how he was so fast, but quickly dismissed the thought. She had to focus on the task at hoof. “I don’t think so!” she shouted at the chestnut pony, going at top speed. Her wings flapped as fast as they could and the wind felt so good on her face.
      The Doctor ran as fast as he could to the outskirts of town where he came to a skidding stop, thinking where he was going for a moment.
       The cyan pegasus appeared next to The Doctor, panting. “Hey! You!” She shouted between breaths.
       The chestnut pony spun around to see the cyan pegasus from a few moments ago. “Oh! Hello! Er, have you seen a blue box anywhere?” he rushed out.
“A- A- A- blue box?” she stammered out.
“Yep, you seen o-” it seemed the earth pony had remembered something. “AM I GINGER?!?!?” the pony shouted, startling Rainbowdash.
“N-n-n-no.”
“Damn!” shouted the earth pony.
      Rainbowdash gasped. She had never thought anypony would use such language.
“What? What’s wrong?” asked the chestnut pony.
“I-I’ve just never heard that sort of language before!”
“Well, that’s too bad. How about that blue box?” the pony said like his language was just nothing.
“I-I haven’t seen it.” Rainbowdash said.
“Damn!” shouted the pony again. The pony looked down at the ground, but looked up again with a smile on his face. “Do you know of a place where one would have crashed?” the stallion asked hopefully.
      Rainbowdash thought this pony was officially insane. He should be down at the mental asylum with all the still discorded ponies. Even though she thought he was insane, she had to answer his question. She looked up thoughtfully. “Sweet Apple Acres, maybe…” she said.
      That made the chestnut pony smile even wider. “Great I’ll be off the- could you take me there?” he asked, blushing slightly.
      Rainbowdash contemplated this for a moment. She could take an insane pony to Sweet Apple Acres or do her boring morning routine. Buck yeah she was gonna take the insane pony! “Yes, I will take you!” Rainbow said happily, looking into the eyes of the pony she thought insane.
      The Doctor smiled. Yes! He was gonna get taken to a possible TARDIS crash site! He’d definitely find his TARDIS there!
      Rainbowdash turned around, her brow furrowed. “Wait, just one question.”
“What?” asked the chestnut pony, following his “escort”.
“What’s your name?”
      The Doctor smiled. He loved that question. “My name? The Doctor is my name.”
“Doctor who?” The pony asked.

Chapter 3
Next Up, All of Time and Space
      The Doctor smiled as Twilight observed and seemed to get her attention by asking her how she liked the place. His smile grew wider when he saw the look on her face. Her jaw looked like it was going to come off it's hinges and her eyes were so wide it made her flank look small. Wait... What? Had he been checking her out? No! NO! He... he had a wife! But maybe she wouldn't mind if it was just one person, or, pony, in fact. She wasn't even in this universe, so no harm done. His train of thought was cut off by her amazingly cut jaw and perfect teeth started moving to indicate she was talking.
      "I-I" said the pony with the perfect face.
      "Welcome to the TARDIS, Twilight!" exclaimed The Doctor.
      As Twilight looked at The Doctor closer, she noticed he was shaking. "What's wrong? Why are you shaking?"
      "Shaking? Shaking? Oh, I don't know what your talking about! Shaking?" The Doctor said nervously.
Ohhh, he's so cute when he's nervous! With his little flank and tail shaking! Twilight thought. How awesome would it be to have HIM as a coltfriend!? Awesome! Wait.. What? Was she checking him out? She slapped herself in her mind. How could she? What would Shining Armor think of her? Checking out a pony she just met. But... it was her life. Shining Armor didn't rule here life and neither did anypony else. His perfectly cut jawline started moving and his tongue flapped around in his mouth, even though Twilight wanted it in her's.
      "Where do you wanna go?" asked The Doctor, a smile creeping up on his lips.
      "Go? How?" Twilight asked, now shaking herself.
      The Doctor indicated the large tube with the odd bulbous shape sticking out of the bottom. "That's a control panel. This is a spaceship. Weeeeell... Sort of." he said, a knowing smile on his lips.
       "What do you mean, sort of?" Twilight's perfect face asked with a furrowed brow.
       "Well, it doesn't only go through space, but through time. Any place. Any time. Anywhere in the whole. Entire. UNIVERSE AT ANY POINT IN TIME! Millions of possibilities. So, where first?
       Twilight thought for a moment. All of time and space? She trusted this man already, but this was surely impossible. Although, a box that was bigger on the inside was impossible as well. She looked The Doctor in his perfect eyes on his perfect face, on his perfect neck, on his perfect body, and all she knew was that she should trust this man. This perfect man. She trusted him all the way. No questions asked. She trusted this man with her life.
      "Anywhere or anytime. I don't care." said Twilight, her face glowing with happiness
      "Next up, all of time and space!" said The Doctor. At that moment, they both knew they had to be together. True love was at work here. All they saw was each other at that moment. Their eyes locked, they stared and stared, considering coming in for a kiss.
      This was interrupted by a sharp stop and a laugh Twilight recognized too well rang through the room. "Discooord!" she groaned "Why do you always have to prank ponies?" she asked, slightly angry.
      Discord appeared wiping tears out of his eyes and still laughing. "You should have seen the look on your faces!" he said between laughs, before turning towards the pilot of the ship and raising an eyebrow. "You're new aren't you?" he asked, his laughter stopping. He floated in front of him and examined him from top to bottom, before reading his mind. "Wow, you have a lot of memories to contain!" Discord said, his ears starting to droop. "So much loss... How do you deal with it?" he said, a look of sadness in his eyes, a tear dropping down his face.
       Twilight was shocked. She never thought Discord was capable of feeling any feelings. Especially not sadness. She looked him in the eyes, suddenly appreciating him more. She thought he was always a happy go-lucky prankster. And then there was The Doctor. So much loss? Had he really lost so much? She embraced him in a bone-crushing hug.
      "OK... OK! I get it you feel bad for me! Now, please get off of me!" he shouted between gasps for air.
      "Sorry, Doctor." said Twilight. "But, have you really lost enough to call it so much?" she asked, stepping away from the embrace.
       The Doctor was dumbfounded at what had just happened. She had just hugged him! He didn't care that it probably broke one of his front hooves, all he needed was the loving embrace of Twilight for all his life. Although, sadness did creep in. All that loss... He needed a hug after just remembering them. So, he got one. He ran to Twilight, tears streaming down his face, running into her arms. He hugged her and she hugged him. They were happy.

Chapter 4
A Disgusted Foe
      The white unicorn sat, disgusted at the sight he saw. Discord, the bringer of chaos, was crying. Staring into the magical aura he used as an almost crystal ball, he called for his assistant. "Snorf! Come here immediately!" the unicorn called in his snooty voice.
      A pegasus as white as snow came flying into the room. "What is it, master?" he had a high pitched voice with a military-like sound to it.
      The unicorn was writing on a piece of paper that had a fancy design on the edges. "Take this letter to Ponyville." the unicorn said, sneering. He thrust the letter into Snorf's hands and continued to watch his aura.
      Snorf flew off toward Ponyville before stopping to see the directions mapped in his head. He was to take the letter to Sweet Apple Acres, go to the corn field, and drop the letter off in front of the door. He telepathically called his master. Master, why here? he asked. Just do your job, Snorf! the unicorn replied, shouting. Snorf was startled by this outburst of his master. He never thought he would get yelled at by his master. Even though this shocked him, he flew on.
      6 HOURS LATER... The trip took longer than Snorf had anticipated. On his way, he spotted Discord sitting atop a tree. He knew his master's plans. They were to get Discord on their side. He decided to have a peek at what Discord was doing. Looking down to the tree, he saw Discord throwing an apple back and forth between his claw and paw, looking quite sad. Snorf decided to discard it.
      Slowly descending upon his target, he reached it and communicated to his master that he had reached it. His master replied with a thank you. Snorf carefully dropped the letter at the door of a blue box, and flew off into the sky once more.
      6 HOURS LATER... Twilight awoke with a massive headache and blurred vision somewhere she didn't recognize. As she slowly regained foggy and vague memories, she grew more angry at herself. She had gotten drunk at The Doctor's welcome party last night and as she regained her senses, she noticed the lights on the wall as the TARDIS lights and thought she had slept in The Doctor's bed. She quickly jumped up and looked around, checking for The Doctor. When she did not find him, she was relieved.
      The Doctor heard the now familiar sound of hooves clunking on metal and looked up from the control panel to see Twilight standing on the balcony overlooking the control room, hungover. As she came down the stairs towards the control room, she nearly fell over and The Doctor quickly came to her aid, holding her up with his back. "Be careful there." he said quietly, knowing that when you were hungover you had a headache. He slowly dragged her on his back to the doors, carefully opening them with his teeth, making sure not to let Twilight fall off.
      After opening the door, they both heard a scuff of paper against grass. "Go investigate tha..." Twilight said drearily.
      The Doctor stretched his head around the door and saw a neatly rolled up paper. Picking it up, he read it. His smile dropped into a scowl as he read it. It read:
Dear Discord,
I am a unicorn who wishes to stay anonymous until directly contacted by you. I am here to ask you something. Would you like to be in acquaintanceship with me? Your probably asking yourself why you can trust me. Trust me, I am more trustworthy than anypony you have ever met. Anypony. If you pass up on this offer, send a letter to the ally way behind the Carousel Boutique Ponyville, Equestria. If you accept, come to the same place.

       The Doctor galloped to the farmhouse, anger contorted on his face. When there, he burst open the door, revealing a room cluttered with the mess of a party. Calling out, he asked for Applejack. "Applejack, Applejack, are you home?"
      Applejack woke with a massive headache to a loud crashing noise and then somepony calling her name. It sounded like The Doctor to her. She drowsily got out of bed and grabbed her hat from the nightstand, slowly putting it on.
      "Applejack! Applejack!' shouted The Doctor.
      "I'm comin'! I'm comin'!" she shouted back, afraid he would wake everypony in the house.
      "Come quick!" shouted The Doctor. "There's a letter for Discord!" he shouted. That made Applejack break into a full gallop.
      She ran into The Doctor and shouted "Where! Where!" right in his face.
      "Right here!" he said, putting the letter in her face.
      As Applejack read, her face contorted into anger. "I can't believe it! I just can't believe it! Someone just taking advantage of Discord like that!' she said, shouting.
      THE NEXT NIGHT... Discord suddenly found himself behind the Carousel Boutique. He had no idea how he got there.

Chaper 5
With a Bit of Persuasion
      "Why hello there, Discord." A sly voice interrupted his thoughts. Discord turned around, meeting eyes with the presumable writer of the letter.
      The pony he saw was a stallion with a white coat, blue mane, and large unicorn horn sticking out of his head. "Who are you?" Discord asked the anonymous stallion.
      "You don't need to know that yet!" The stallion snapped back at discord. "But," The stallion said slyly "you do need to know this: You WILL accept my offer." an aura appeared on the unicorn's horn.
     "NO!" Discord shouted. He deflected whatever spell the pony had just thrown at him, then jumped at the stallion. Tackling the stallion to the floor, Discord sent a spell back. But, the stallion deflected, turning the tables on the king of chaos. This threw Discord off, causing him to jump off the pony. The stallion kicked discord in the nose with his two front hooves, knocking Discord out, and sneered at him.
      "Puny." The stallion said attempting to hypnotize the unconscious king. As he did so, Discord jumped up and performed a dark spell on the pony, causing the stallion to fly back into a shop window, shards of glass sticking out of him at different angles. The stallion jumped up. Something so stupid would not stop his pursuit. Discord walked toward him. The stallion charged.
      How funny, Discord thought. This pony thought he could hypnotize Discord, the king of chaos. How laughable. Discord flung the pony into the Boutique window, nearly laughing at this attempt of attack. The "stallion" jumped out of the window. Discord stepped closer. The stallion charged.
      The pony was stopped mid-gallop. He felt an odd aura around him. He stared at Discord, who seemed pleased with himself, and tried to pry free of the spell. He could not. Discord had won. Or had he? The stallion had one more trick up his sleeve.
      Discord stopped the pony mid-gallop with a spell. Raising the "stallion" about 3 feet above the ground. He couldn't help but smile. He had won. Yay! Although, that always happened to him, the king of chaos. He could see the pony looking at him, disgust on the "stallion's"  face. He must ask the "stallion's" name. After all it was impolite not to. So he did, "Name?" Discord asked, keeping it short and sweet.
      This was his chance. He would tell Discord his name and he would let him go, hopefully. The stallion confidently answered, "Prince." He paused, to add suspension. Staring at Discord with wide eyes and a smile. He would tell Discord his last name now. "Blueblood." Discord dropped him, his mouth wide open. Blueblood strode over to Discord. "Hello Discord. I was expecting you to come." He smiled, his eyes still wide.
      Staring at Blueblood, Discord realized he looked more insane than he did last time they met. With his wild bloody hair, wide smile and wide eyes. He looked at Blueblood, his eyes focused right on Discord's, attempting to hypnotize him. Shit, Discord thought, he couldn't look away. Shit! NO! N-
      Blueblood saw Discord's eyes gloss over, proof he had hypnotized him. Yes! He thought, his plan had worked! He commanded Discord to follow him, and started heading home. Blueblood smiled. With the king of chaos under his grip, he could do anything. Anything. His eyes widened at the possibilities. "I thought I could get you." Blueblood said "With a bit of persuasion."

      "Dammit!" The Doctor shouted. They could not find Discord. They had been looking all morning. around the farm house, IN the farm house, in the TARDIS, and even in Ponyville. They asked around, seeing if anyone knew where Discord was. The shattered window in the Carousel Boutique didn't help much either. It just shrouded more mystery around the whole thing. He stared at the glass pieces, covered in blood, like a detective at a crime scene. He was startled out of his examination by screaming and hoofsteps followed by a loud explosion.  He got thrown back into the alleyway, probably from the explosion. He went out of the alleyway.
     "Holy Shit!" The Doctor screamed over the chaos. Everything was in shambles. The whole town was broken down, as if the explosion was a mini-nuke. The worst thing was, it was Discord who had done this. He saw Discord's large shadowed figure over all the chaos, a smile on his face. Discord spotted The Doctor. The Doctor ran forward, sonic in his TARDIS. He would have to take this to Sweet Apple Acres. As he was running to Discord, he saw Twilight. "Twilight!" He called.
      He waited for a reply, but what he got was a head tilt to the side, Her head shaking too fast to be ponily possible, and a brow furrow. He had seen this before, with Applejack. What was the cause of this? Whatever it was, the claw came out now. He didn't want to fight, but he had to. Shit! He thought, he didn't have anything, not even his regeneration power. Where was Twilight?
      He saw a beam of purple magic aimed at the fake Twilight, killing it , and an alicorn in the sky. This was bound to be Twilight. But, as the shadow descended, he realized it was one of the princesses, not Twilight.  "Hello, Doctor" the princess said. This was princess Luna, the one who raised the moon. She looked into The Doctor's eyes, expecting something. Then The Doctor realized, she was a princess, she was expecting a bow.
      They had no time for that! So, he said that, but slightly politer. "We don't have any time to lose, Luna." There, that was polite enough, right? Polite or not, Luna got the message. He didn't want to anger the princesses on his third day, did he? Hopefully that was polite enough. Anyway, they got to Discord, or rather, Discord got to them. "Discord!" The Doctor shouted.
      Discord's lips curled into a smile, an insane look in his eyes."Hello Doctor. Nice seeing you here." he said. His smile got wider, and he sent them both to Canterlot, showing them the ruins of the castle. Discord laughed, and Luna screamed.
      "NO! The castle!" She shouted, Discord laughed louder.
      "DISCORD! COME OUT AND FIGHT US!" The Doctor shouted, Luna still crying. "DISCORD!" The Doctor shouted, ever louder, Discord's laughter getting even louder, his figure appeared in the throne. "Discord." The Doctor said, a glare in his eyes, Luna still sobbing.
      A smile appeared on Discord's face, and with a snap of his finger, he turned them both to near stone, leaving their eyes, ears, and mouth. "How does it feel?", Discord asked. His eyes got wider, making him look more insane. "How does it FUCKING feel? I was stuck like this for 300 years! 300 FUCKING YEARS!" Discord's eye twitched. "FUCK YOU LUNA, CELESTIA FUCK YOU ALL!" and with that, Discord flew away, leaving them there to die.

                                                                        Chapter 2
                                                         Welcome to the TARDIS, Twilight
      Applejack was sitting by Granny Smith after a long day's work in the farm. She sat there, daydreaming about life and love and loss. Her mane was dripping with sweat, her entire body shimmering in the sunlight as the rays beat down on her, her sweat gleaming. She slowly slipped out of sleep and waking, sitting on the cluttered porch, the only sound audible the rhythmic beat of Granny Smith's rocking chair squeaking back and forth and the sound of the tree leaves waving in the wind. It was so peaceful.
      Applejack was slowly slipping into slumber when the familiar sound of hooves beating on a dirt path slowly became audible under the creaks of the rocking chair. She slowly sat up, drowsily putting her hat on her perfectly fitted head. She covered her eyes with her hoof to keep the sunlight out of her eyes when looking into the direction of the hoof-beaten path surrounded by apple trees leading to Sweet Apple Acres.
      When she looked to the path, she noticed two figures. One a pegasus, flying high above the other, and the other an earth pony. When the two ponies came into view, Applejack recognized the pegasus as Rainbowdash, and the earth pony she did not know. This was odd, because she knew everypony in town and everypony in town knew her. As these thoughts crossed her mind, she noticed the earth pony was galloping and Rainbowdash was flying at top speed. Applejack thought that it must be urgent business if the two were going as fast as they could, so she galloped toward them as well.
      Noticing that AJ was galloping back to them, Rainbowdash thought AJ knew what they were talking about, an that they were set. The Doctor would get his weird box back, AJ and Rainbowdash could go home, and everyone would be happy. But she was wrong. She was oh so wrong.
      "Rainbow!" Shouted Applejack. "What's wrong?!"
      "This pony needs help!" Rainbowdash shouted back.
      "What'chya need?" Applejack asked, looking into the pony's eyes.
      "A box." said the pony.
      "What?" asked Applejack, genuinely confused.
      "A blue one to be precise. Tall, says "POLICE PUBLIC CALL BOX" on it. You seen it? Your friend here said it may have landed here. Hah! Landed! I probably sound insane to these ponies!" The Doctor's head shook. "Anyways, you seen it?"
      "Blue box..." Applejack mumbled, still taking it all in.
      "Heard any... loud crashes? Anything? Anything at all?"
      "No, sorry" said Applejack.
      The Doctor's head fell. He couldn't find his TARDIS. He had no sonic screwdriver. He had nothing. Ha! This reminded him of his 11th regeneration. That was fun. It was all fun. All his adventures. All the running. All of it. His head slowly raised, his lips curling into a smile. He broke off into a gallop, going around the entire farm. He didn't care if it took weeks. Months. Years. None of it mattered. He could run for all his lives. All he needed was the TARDIS. That's all.
      Rainbowdash confirmed this "Doctor" guy was officially insane. She didn't care what anypony else said. He was. It was a fact. Dismissively waving to Applejack, she went back into Ponyville. Gliding to the library, Rainbowdash saw Twilight fly towards Sweet Apple Acres. She tried to get Twilight's attention by calling her name, but it was no use. Bonbon scolded her for it anyways. Rainbowdash decided to go back home. At least there she could get away from everything. Except for memories. Memories of sorrow. Memories of people long gone. Memories of her parents.
      Twilight flew as fast as her wings could carry her to Sweet Apple Acres. The mysterious earth pony was bound to be there. Everypony went there on their first visit to Ponyville. Even if they didn't know that they should go there. There was some sort of lure to the place. She should know of all ponies. On her first visit she ended up there without even needing directions. She always found it strange.
      1 HOUR LATER... Twilight suddenly found herself flying over Sweet Apple Acres. She slowly descended to the farm, landing on the road. She used her magic to sense out Applejack to ask her if a golden earth pony had come through the place. Or just any earth pony. Sure enough, she sensed her friend in the middle of a field of corn. Teleporting there, she startled Applejack, who was picking corn. "Applejack! Has a strange earth pony come through here?"
      Applejack's brow furrowed and her head tilted, shaking very fast. A massive claw grew out of her arm and she continuously jumped up into the air. The claw drew back and went down on Twilight. A brown earth pony with an hour glass cutie mark jumped in front of Twilight before the claw hit her, letting it hit him instead. He immediately started to glow golden and shot an amazing beam of light towards Applejack. Twilight jumped back and closed her eyes. The sight before her was disturbing. The beams of light shot through Applejack and tore away all her skin, leaving a burnt skinned corpse littered with holes.
      Twilight was horrified. Her friend had just been brutally murdered by light beams and a random earth pony stallion just appeared out of nowhere. Tears started streaking down Twilight's face. Her friend had just been murdered.
      Her head was lifted. "Hey, why are you crying?" asked the stallion with a look of concern and sympathy in his eyes.
      "Th-th-th-that was my f-f-f-freind" Twilight said between tears.
      "Don't worry-" The stallion was cut off.
      "DON'T WORRY!?!?!?!? DON'T WORRY??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" she shouted, sobbing. "MY FRIEND JUST DIED RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME AND YOUR TELLING ME NOT TO WORRY?! ?!?!?!?!?!?"
      The Doctor was taken aback. Why did his attempts at kindness always fail? "Listen, that wasn't really your friend." The Doctor said, grabbing the lavender alicorn's face. "It was a copy of your friend. Your friend is somewhere else right now."
      Twilight had the look of hope in her eyes. "How am I supposed to believe you?" she asked, her brow furrowed.
      The Doctor smiled. He had just the right answer for that. "Trust me, I'm The Doctor." he said, the look of genuine concern for the alicorn on his face did not match his still smiling lips, but he did not care. He needed to cheer this pony up. "Would you like to be my... acquaintance?"
      Twilight blushed. "Don't you think that's a bit rushed?" she asked, pushing away from the pony.
      The Doctor blushed hard. "No! No! Not that kind of acquaintance!"
      The purple alicorn eased up a bit. "Ok, good. What kind of acquaintance then?"
      The TARDIS slowly came into view, The doctor smiling. "Step inside the box."
      "W-Why?" Twilight asked, a look of suspicion on her face.
      "Just, do it."
      "OK... Nothing to loose I guess..." she said reluctantly. When she stepped in the box, what she saw was amazing. The walls were covered in circular lights with iron rings bolted on the wall to keep them in. In the center of the room, there was a large glass tube with a purple tube inside. Surrounding the bottom of the tube was an odd golden shape with a random assortment of buttons on it.
      There was a set of stairs leading up to two archways and what Twilight thought must be a control panel was on a raised iron platform with a railing around it keeping you from falling what looked like 20 feet, two staircases sticking out of it to get down a level.
      "So, how do you like it?" asked a voice, startling her from her observations. She looked at the stallion standing in front of her. That amazing stallion. He stood there, all grand, smirking.
      "I-I-" Twilight was speechless. It was amazing. All of it.
      "Welcome the TARDIS, Twilight!"
