Taming the Light and Calming the Darkness

Alright, so...I haven't updated in a really long time because not only is this chapter the first that directly follows the events of the second season onwards, but I'm also making it up as I go so things keep changing as I encounter problems such as a particular scene not working and I have to either modify it or take it out completely and replace it with something else. Another thing is that since the last chapter didn't establish them getting settled, I had to add that in so the transition from the initial orders that Celestia gave to the episode that this next chapter follows more smoothly.

Here's something that needs to be gotten out of the way so that none of you comment on it in the next chapter.

Luna Eclipsed will be the first episode that the story follows, not Lesson Zero.

The reason being that I have a lot more ideas for Luna Eclipsed than I do the other episode. Plus, I figured that Nightmare Night would be a more interesting way of Dark and Light officially revealing themselves, well mostly Light, but that's for another time. Anyway, Nightmare Night will be when they officially reveal themselves instead of just a few ponies spreading rumors. Essentially, an official introduction to Light and Dark for Ponyville. What better way than Nightmare Night?

I'll see you guys in my next official update, hopefully by this weekend or better yet, on the 4th of July. Remember, even when I have it done, I'll still need to wait for my pre-reader, Dirty Bit, to read it and give me a general rating of whether or not it was good.
