'Ya'll Neva Undastand...' - Nyarth, Unlikely Trio, Master Nyarth, Animatronics
Previous ChapterNext ChapterHe had hurt his brother. He had purposely scratched him in hopes of snapping him out of the trance he thought he was under. He remembered the slice of his claws and he remembered the small cry of disguised emotion escape his brother as he was flung away from him. But the simple fact that he had hurt his brother wasn't what really bothered him, it was what happened because of it.
Despite the blood leaking out of the wound, the glistening silver of metal beneath Nyarth's skin caused the metal in Masty's own arm tighten around his bone. He had made the exact same sacrifice when he had temporarily went to their side.
He had since turned against them once more, expecting his brother to follow him. But instead, his brother became cold towards him on the topic, but elsewhere he was perfectly fine. It was one of the major reasons he thought he was under some kind of spell. But now, seeing the metal tense around his brother's arm and aid his heart to stand up and glare daggers of pained hatred, he knew he was in the complete wrong.
"B-Broda..." Masty attempted, bile rising in his throat as he realized what he had just caused. Nyarth was breathing heavily, the bleeding wound not once being noticed by its owner. Nyarth, being the embodiment of darkness made the shadows almost consume his form, causing his narrowed blue eyes to glow and flash red for a split second.
Besides him appeared two very familiar figures. Wheatley and Apple Bloom. Of course the trio would remain together even here. Being one hundred feet apart would teleport them to each other. And somehow the two embraced this whole thing. They wore equally emotionless expressions, eyes narrowed.
It was only did that he looked over the head of his brother and thus, he froze. Hidden within the shadows were the obvious figures of the animatronics, including Springtrap, Plushtrap, Foxy, Bonnie, all of them. But the one who actually scared Masty was hanging directly above Nyarth's head. The Marionette.
The strings dangling from its figure slowly and carefully wrapped around Nyarth's arm and began to dig into his skin, pulling the wound together and stitching it up. The feline did not even react and if he did, it was silently, with a deeper understanding.
Suddenly, the strings wrapped around Masty's arms, yanking him up into the air. He attempted to unsheathe his claws but was stopped by a powerful magic, one he knew exactly of which it belonged to. And yet, he couldn't bring himself to look him in the eye.
Screwing his eyes shut, Masty allowed himself to dangle there, his black ears flattened against his head and the uncomfortable whirr of the metal in his arm ringing in his mind. He could sense his brother approaching him, making the maniac begin to breathe deeply.
Before he could even begin to think of what was possibly going to become of him, his thoughts were interrupted by a gentle grasp of his charm, his damaged and mangled charm. It was a gentle touch, one with great care and almost... hesitation.
