Fallout Equestria: A Rocker's Requiem

I never thought that this would happen, but it did. My name is Flash Sentry, Flash Brad Johnson Sentry, and this is my story.

The story of how just one wish changed my life forever.

Summer. Everyone is exited for it when it happens. Summer is usually a great time to bond with your family or goof off all day with your friends until Fall appears with school to ruin the fun. Me, I was really exited yesterday because not only did I show up to school looking like a person from the Brotherhood of Steel from Fallout 3, but me and my band got the first ever Canterlot High gold record. Rainbow Dash was a little mad considering they won the battle of the bands, but she congratulated me anyways. But today was graduation and right now it's only me and Rainbow Dash left to get a diploma, I think.

"And finally the award for best music goes toooo." Principal Celestia said into her microphone as Vice Principal Luna opened an envelope

Me and Rainbow Dash were exited, both of us had been nominated to for best music award and now it would be time to find out who won. Vice Principal Luna then handed Principal Celestia the paper and said, "Flash Sentry!" I then immediately got out of my seat and got the framed award with tons of cheers to follow.

Only makes sense. I though, I mean I DID win the first Canterlot High golden record.

"Flash, do you have anything to comment on about winning this?" Principal Celestia asked

"Well, I do. The only thing I wanna say is that I never would have made it this far without my friends and band members." I said as I motioned Rainbow and the others to come to my side, I then turned to them and continued, "These people right here are the greatest people I have ever met. Rainbow Dash who once showed me that loyalty to your friends was way more important than going with your fantasy.

"Pinkie Pie, who once showed me that making sure my friends were happy to be more important over who was better than who, Rarity, who once showed me that you should never let anyone take advantage of your generosity, Applejack, who taught me that sometimes even if it hurts, honest is always the right path, Fluttershy, who taught me that sometimes even being assertive is the kindest thing you could do.

"Axel Jones, who helped me see the truth of rock with his guitar skills, Pete Pasta, who helped me when the band was first starting out with his drums, Atomic Adam, without his help on the sound and such we wouldn't be where we were today, and finally Sunset Shimmer, you were one cruel and dishonest with everyone and ever broke up some friendships, but with my help you and I both learned the importance of friendship over time." I turned back to the crowed and finished "And I can say that this whole school has helped me learn a lot about friendship too. And remember these words my fellow students, no matter how big or small your friendship is, no matter who your friend is, friendship, friendship never changes."

Applause and cheers soon broke out and the next thing I knew I was in the embracing group hug of my friends.

Home, this is where I made the wish. After graduation I returned home to see my parents had already hung up a banner that said "Canterlot High Senior Graduate" on it. Yes if your're wondering I did just graduate as a Senior.

"Congratulations son!" Mom and Dad said together

"Wow! Thanks guys!" I said to them

"We knew you could do it champ!" Dad said as he came to my side

"Enough talk lets have cake!" Mom said as she began cutting a cake in the shape of my shield and lightning bolt

"Oh, dear what am I gonna do about you and your love of cake." Dad said as he went over to Mom

The rest of the day then went off as normal and soon I found myself looking at the stars from my computer desk. I then looked at a photo on my desk, it was of me and Twilight right before she left again. The photo showed the two of us kissing at the battle of the bands, I loved that pic because it was the last time I ever saw Twilight. I then looked outside and made a wish, "Star light, star bright, first star I see tonight, I wish I may, I wish I might, have the wish I wish tonight, I really miss Twilight, I wanna see her again, or at least go to her home land of Equestria, please, I really miss her."

I then turned back to my computer and turned it off and got to bed, waiting for what tomorrow would bring me.

I awoke to find myself looking up into a cloudy sky, I rose up to see what appeared to be a ruined room. On my left was a shattered full body mirror and to the right was shattered glass and in front of me was a broken door.

"Where am I?" I said as I noticed my surroundings

"I wish I could tell you." said a voice from nowhere

"What?! Who's there!" I shouted a little spooked

"Look behind you." The voice said

I did so and what I saw next I couldn't comprehend. He looked like a pony version of a Brotherhood of Steel person and looked ghostly.

"Who are you?" I asked

"Warrior." The pony answered

"Are you a ghost?" I asked

"Ya I am." Warrior answered

"Well do you know where I am at least?" I asked again

"Your Pip-Buck might." Warrior said pointing to my left arm

I looked and he was right, a Pip-Boy was on my left arm, normally I would be fan boying my mind out, but right now I was a little scared. How in the world did one end up on me in the first place I will never know. I held it up to me and just as i expected i had no idea how to turn it on. Normally I would try every button on screen, but the only problem was was that the only thing I had was a knob and a wheel to cycle through inventory. I tried pushing down on the knob and it instantly came to life. I then pressed the the light under DATA and turned out it was a button, I then used the knob to check the world map an it said "The Crystal Empire" on it.

"It says we're in some place called the Crystal Empire." I said

"Last I heard slavers and raiders were set up here."

"S-slavers a-and r-r-raiders?" I asked a little scared

It's time I come clean, I love Fallout 3, but there are two things in that game I both hate and are scared of. Slavers and the raiders. I died lots of times just from those guys to make me rage, but when I played the expansion known as Into the Pitt I sudden became afraid of them. I then checked STATS and what met my eyes terrified me, it said "Flash Sentry Level 1". I suddenly felt like peeing my pants, because I knew for a fact that I was officially screwed, both figuratively and literally.
