1: Make the clock reverse
She stares down at her paperwork of trades, letters, and more. Scanning, sorting, and sighing. I closed the door as I left my dear sisters office. I stood outside her door for just a moment before proceeding to my bedroom. It was always the same terrible memory when I walked into my large room. I shuddered at the thought and lied on my queen size bed.
Something is missing. I couldn't seem to put my hoof on it. I kick off my royal shoes onto the floor. Ahh. Thats better. I did not miss those. Now all she does is make me wear them. It's been ten years, not nearly as long as 1,000. Ten short years since my arrival home. The first two I was in an insane asylum for healing, the rest of the years I made a few new friends, and got to see my sister. Everyday. But, despite the few hours of free time to herself, she talked with me for five minutes then took a nap. I don't like to be shut out again, no matter what event in all of Equestria is happening. I want us to be close, like sisters should be. I wish I could take it back. I really do sister. I close my eyes and fade into a dream.
Galloping, charging in the darkness. I slide into a stop, looking back. Light. But I turn back to the darkness and keep going. Panting, can't breathe.
I see myself. As a young filly, playing with small plastic ponies. Laughing as I make them fly b holding them in my hooves, running around the room. I smile, while the younger me stops and looks at me. All the young pony does is drop a yellow pony onto the black floor, she looks up at me tilting her head. She is silent, I am silent. all we do is look at each other. The filly gets up and walks over to me.
"LUNA!" I jerk awake to fine Celestia at the end of my bed. I get up.
"Yes sister?" I duck my head down.
"Dinner is almost ready. Come with me." I walk towards her. "Shoes and crown please." I locate the simple crown on the bed and slip on my pinchy shoes. We walk.
"How was your day?" Celestia asked as we walked down the stairs. I clear my throat, looking down. "The usual sister, few letters, a stroll in the garden." We continue. "How was your day?" I ask quietly. Her only response was that it was 'fine.' We sat down on either end of the long table. I slowly ate, like usual, halfway through we would go outside on the patio, she lower the sun and I raise the moon. Joy. Then continue eating, then bed. Over and over, no talking just silence. I hate it.
This morning I didn't wake up. I didn't lower the moon, but it was day out, at least she lets me sleep in, or just forgets that I'm here. I decided to go to the library, no shoes. I scroll through the books, I had the same dream again, I have to find out what it means for I do not know, the keeper of dreams doesn't knows what hers mean. And old red book help dream meanings, actually three red one blue. I searched through them.
After 2 hours, I figured it all out and went to the spells section of the library. All I had to do was go back in time and maybe Celestia and I would be closer now, or I could fight Her off and keep her away. I looked down at the pages, around the library and back at the pages. Silently reading the words off of the paper, my horn started to glow. I'll give myself 5 days. My sister will never know that I'm gone.
~
I looked around. I was in my old bedroom, pink curtains, pink patterned bed sheets, and my favorite, fuzzy pink rug. I dug my rhoof intI remembered it after all this time. I heard running in the hallway. I casted an invisibility spell, since now I was too big for hiding. There I was, or were. Little me. Running under my bed. Then in came Tia. Looking around.
"Oh, where did Luna go?" she sighed "I don't know maybe she's in the kitchen. Tia stood there stomping on the ground, and quieting, pretending to leave. She silently flapped her wings off of the ground and lifted her hooves. I crawled out from under my bed and crawled along the floor. Tia pounced and tickled me, I laughed and screamed. A guard entered, and asked for Celestia. She explained to me, and I went to find a new hiding spot.
The room became fuzzy, and slightly moving, wrong time. They zoomed past me, fast forwarding to when I just got my cutie mark. I smiled and kept getting pulled forward. Memories flickered past me. I stopped.
There I was, more older, taller, me lying on now my blue bed sheets with with stars sewn onto the fabric. And that light blue, short mane. I heard muffled sobs coming from her. I opened my mouth but figure I'd needed to look different, a disguise. With a wave of my horn, I looked at myself in a distant mirror. I now had a light blue coat, no cutie mark, and a grey mane and tail. I come out of the darkness of the curtains and into the dimmed light. I cleared my throat as I walked over to the large bed. Im not even sure what I'll say.
"Who are you!" Luna shouted at Luna lifted her head up from the pillows.
