Benson Aberdeen is a stallion who was born and raised in Baltimare, in the province of Mareland. He attended University of Mareland Baltimare Campus to gain a bachelor's degree, with a major in geography and a minor in archeology. After mapping out much of the lands of Equestria, he finds himself out of work, and becomes a freelance worker. After some time, he meets Dr. Ednor, an alumni of the same school with a doctorate degree with a major in archeology and a minor in geography. Together, Dr. Ednor leads Benson, along with a few volunteer ponies and zebras, on an expedition of which nopony else has underwent before. But will they make it back?
