Laying on the bed, Twilight Sparkle slowly started to wake up. Blinding light shot into her eyes. They shut; They shut fast. Mask on her face, almost clear smoke inside. The smoke looked familiar to her. It was oxygen. She started to realize where she was. Tried to stand up; but she failed. Leg in bandages, wings chained up. No movement was possible; except for her hooves. A faint beeping sound struck her eardrums. As it got more distinct, she was certain of where. How? How did she get here?
