Twilight finds Midnight Twinkle, a young pony in her library one morning, she's looking for how to create the Magic of Friendship. You don't see things like that with everyday friends, so why does Twilight have incredible powers with friends? The young pony believes that she knows the answer but she cannot be sure. She takes Twilight to her homeland but things aren't going quite well there. A pony able to use Shadow Magic is ruling there in her palace in the woods and Midnight Twinkle believe's that that is were the Friendship Stone lies. Twilight is whisked away to a foreign land with demons, Shadow Magic and lies.
