Snips and Snails decide to go into Doctor business after There Mom, Twilight Sparkle douse a Flank (Butt on a Pony) transplant and Diamond Tiara tries to track down them that are dimwitted. Will Snips and Snails finish the Transplant?

Snails lounged down on his seat at home and Eating Cereal. Twilight Sparkle always told him some awesome Hospital stories. "And the woman's head blew off!" Twilight told. Snails blew Milk out his Muzzle. "Wow, Mom your stories from Work are Awesome!" Snails marveled. "Thanks, Snails." Twilight said. "But, there not true." She continued. "What, okay." Snails said, sadly. "Snips, what are you doing?" Snails asked. "I just have an idea, we should become Doctors!" Snips said. "Really!?" Snails asked. "Yes, of coarse!" Snips said. "Well, OK." Snails said, oddly. "That sounds Awesome!" Snails then marveled. "So, let's do this!" Snips said. "I'm with ya Snips, I think." Snails said.
