Chapters Surprise Birthday Party was just an average pony. He was an earth pony. He lived in the country his hole life and lived on a farm. He had his dad, Shootin’ Ducks, and his maw, Mama Chitlin. He had a little sister named Cowbell and a little brother named Pot Roast and he lived with his grandparents, Nanna Geederdone and Paw-paw Gitsum. Surprise Birthday Party wished he wasn’t a country-Bunkin’ pony like his family, but he had to live on the farm because all around his country, there was a massive radiation spill, and his farm was the only safe hiding spot. One day, Surprise Birthday Party talked to his family during dinner for a serious talk, girl.
“Hey, dad, maw. I wanted to talk to you.”
“How is you, son? You like your maw’s homemade chitlins? They be fine and dandy,” Shootin’ Ducks asked.
“Honey, mmmm I worked up all night to find the perfect chitlins for my dinner. We be eating a fancy to night.” Mama Chitlin gurgled a laugh.
“No, maw. Your dinner is real good, girlfriend. But I want to move far away from the big barn and I want to move into equestrian. Why do we have to live out here in the out skirts? I want to grow up in the city life and make a living selling things on the internet.” Surprise Birthday Party said. Except his parents didn’t know what the internet was, so they were confused and obliged and regretful for biting their toenails.
Then Paw-paw Gitsum broke the silence, “WHOO, doggies. I love me some big city. I understand if you wanna go on your own. It’s a danger world out there. That there radiation has been floatin’ around for a long lickity time now. I remember when I ate some and got sick. That’s where I got my growth.”
Nanna Geederdone spoke up, “YeEhaw, is it hot in here or is that just my pits???/?”
Nanna always knew how to make Surprise Birthday Party feel better. Everypone laughed at her pun and went back to eating but Surprise Birthday Party was super still confused.
“Is there even a way to leave, Paw-paw?” little Pot Roast asked.
“Son, there’s a cellar that has a pathaway that leads to a sewer in that there city... I think it’s in Ponyville.”
Surprise Birthday Party had heared of Ponyville and wanted to go there and live there and eat some food and meet people and live there. He
Then Mama Chitlin screamed, “OOH MY BBQ, look at your sister in huur nice South Belle dress.
The filly whined, “MMMAAAAWW, I’M NOT NAMED SOUTH I’M COWBELL. THAT IS WHAT YOU NAME ME UH.” She was a mad lady.
Then she sat down and said, “Surprise Birthday Party, I done hear your leaving for Ponyvale? yehh ] ?”
Everyone diun talked about him leaving and then everyone went to bed in their cots, but Surprise Birthday Party stayed out late, and after feeding the chitlin chicken, he got on his pet goat, Kermit and went in the cellar. He found a old door and he opened it with Kermit’s head. Then they walked through the path. He had to close the door in case the radiation got in there. He walked miles and miles and miles of smiles miles until he got to a cememt floor with water a drippin’ everywhere. He stuck his tongue out because he was a hungry man and tasted it but it wasn’t bad. It tasted like the sink water when he brushed his teeth with his handy dandy old toothbrush. Surprise Birthday Party was sad because he left it at home. He walked through the water but it was really Kermit since he was riding him anyway. He had a nap sack so he could nap and a show to wear when his foot got cold and some pants but he’s a pony and didn’t need to wear pants. He also had his lucky bean he got from a guy in an alley when visiting a nearby village. Then he had a airmask on in case he ran into trouble like the radiation or another guy in an alley.
“I have not seen you here. Are you a new one? One of them?”
“Yes, I came from Farmland which is covered in radiation so I don’t think I’m sick.”
“Oh, okay, well, before you gotta get a house, I gotta get your paperwork if ya know what I mean. ;) Do you gotta get a birth certitficate (XD)””
Surprise Birthday Party said no because he forgot it. The lady got on a computer that was big. He did never seen one before so he was amazed.
The lady said, “Alright so your name is Surprise Birthday Party and... there is no result. Who are your parents?”
“My maw is named Gimme Chitlin and my dad is Shootin’ Ducks.”
The lady typed it in and got a ugly face,” I see Gimme Chitlin and Shootin’ Ducks, but it says they only has two kids named Pot Roast and Cowbell.”
It was then that Surprise Birthday Party knew that he must have been adopted. This is why he knew he felt different from everyone in his family. He gasped and looked at the lady who was ugly but she said, “You must have been abandoned as a child... it was the only option I suppose.”
Surprise Birthday Party cried while the moyar walked him to his new house. It was a empty house in the middle of Ponyville, and he would go exploring tomorrow.
The next day, Surprise Birthday Party woke up and decided to go exploring. He forgot that he gave his pants to Kermit in the hole, so he needed knew ones. He went down town to a shop called Cassarole Boutique and inside was a strong woman with purple hair. She was knitting a dress out of silk and looked at the door.
“Hey, girl. Welcome to my store. Want a dress>”
“On no that’s okay. I just want some pants.”
The lady said.
“Oh, I got lots of pants. I got some fashion ones just for your style. Follow me to the men’s section for pants.”
In the section, there was a pair of pants that caught the girl’s eyes.
“Try these on. They are made of pure leather and they are tight-----the new in!!!!!!!!”
He put the on and looked cool. He bought the pants. He looked groovy.
“Hey, where can I get some grubs around here?” Surprise Birthday Party said.
“Oh, my friend Applejack sells apples at Sweet Apple Aches. Just go on down there and have a good time. It’s always a good time, wo-oah-o-o oah-oh-oh. We don’t even have to trt. By the way, my name is Rarity and we can be friends if you want.”
Rarity was shy but not like Fluttershy. Then Surprise Birthday Party left for the farm because he was hungry hungry hippo but he was really a horse. He made it to the farm, which reminded him of home, except this farm was bright red and had apple trees and didn’t have a metal dome over it. He went into the house and saw some ponies eatin’ breakfast. They had a pie, it was bunchy. Surprise Birthday Party said, “Hey is this Sweet Apple Achres>??”
A orange one stood up and said in the same accent he did, “Aw, yeah, yeehaw. This is the one and only Apple acres. Want a aplle, sugar bean?”
“Yeah, man. Hand it over.”
Except she tossed it on the floor and he has to pick it up with his howrse mouth but he ate it anyway. It had a squished ant on it.
“Here, have a big sack a apples.” she said. Her name was Applejack.
She flinged the sack at the wall and some apples fell out and he had to pick them up and put them back in the sack. Applejack continued eating pie with her other family memebers.
“Hey, I like readin’ books. Ya got a book?”
“Nope, I got no books. Only apples. I only like apples. Not books. Apples only. appl.”
Applejack only licked apples.
“I got a friend though. Her name is Twilight Snorkels, and she likes reading books. She’s at the libary. Go check her out.”
Surprise Birthday party left and went to the librarry and saw a purple lady. The lady was named Twilight Sparkle like Applejack clearly said. Surprise Birthday Party said Hi to the princess alicorn. He greeted her. He acquainted himself to her so they were friends.
“By the way, I want a book.”
“Okay. Here, I got there. Grab it.,”
Surprise Birthday Party stole it and asked where he could get his very own animal pet man.
Thwilight said, “Oh, my friends Fluttershy has millions of animals inside her house. I’m sure she could spare just one.”
So Surprise Birthday Party ran all the way to Fluttershy’s house near a big tree and he went inside and chose an animal.
“Hey, I’d like to buy this one. I think it’s a groundhog.” He said.
“Oh, I think that one is just a fat old badger. You can keep it, my treat.” Fluttershy offered.
“Oh man. Thanks. I’ll name it Wilma.” Surprise Birthday Party was a happy stallion and then he said, “Hey, you know where a guy could find an old shoe?”
“Oh, yes, my little muffin. My friend Rainbow Dash has an old shoe she’s been meaning to throw away for a while... She got it at the Sumter Fair.”
“Oh yeah, thanks Flutter.” Then Surprise Birthday Party left and went to Rainbow Dash’s cloud house. He stood at the door and knocked exactly six times. She opened the door and looked both ways. She was a scared.
“What do you want?” she whispered.
“I heard you have an old shoe you’re looking to get rid of.” Surprise Birthday Party said.
“Oh okay. Come in.” she said reliefed.
Inside the place it was made of clouds. There was a mannequin in the corner with a dress on.
“I put it there because I don’t like it. I don’t wanna wear it.”
Rainbow Dash grabbed a shoe that was thrown in a pile of dirty clothes and handed it to Surprise Birthday Party.
“Yep, that’s my shoe all right.” It smelled like a swamp.
“Wow, man. Now I have one to match my other shoe. Thanks.”
“Yeah, no problem. Get out of my house now.”
Before leaving Surprise Birthday Party asked a question.
“Hey, I wanna throw a super birthday bash because I love parties. It’s even in my name. I wanna celebrate coming here and meeting my friends I made so far. Do you know were I could get a good party man?”
“Oh yeah. My friend Pinkie Pie is super doper party pony that pony is me.”
So Surprise Birthday Party went to Sugarcube Corner which was right across the street frm his new house.
Surprise Birthday Party walked into the gingerbread house and saw a pink fluffy mare.
“Howdy, dog!!!! Welcome to my corner. My sugarcube Corner. Come check out my foods.” She said.
Surprise Birthday Party saw all kinds of cakes and cookies and he saw a masterpiece of a dessert. He asked what it was.
“Oh, I made that. It’s my wurrbur burry ice shave cake. It’s made of fresh ice from the lake and has a frozen fish in it. It’s covered in raspberry sauce.” Pinkie blushed.
“Oh my Go. I love it. Can I have it. I wanna eat it.” Surprise Birthday Party said.
“Oh okay.” She gave him the cake.
“Yeah, you’re Pinkie Pie, right?” he asked.
“Oh, yeah. But you can call me Pie-pie. All my close friends do... <3”
Surprise Birthday Party saw that Pinkie Pie liked him and he liked her too so he asked, “Hey, you wanna come to my party later tonight? It’ll be cool. We’ll dance with cool shoes and I’ll bring a book I got and we can eat your raspberry cupcake fish. And we can play with my pet Wilma. What do you say, Pie-pie?”
“It sound like a great time. I’ll be there.” She said and she smiled.
Surprise Birthday Party went home and was super excited. He needed to get his party ready for later or he’d make a fool of himself. He had to impress Pie-pie.
Later that night, Surprise Birfday Party set out the snacks. He had some spicy hot Cheetos and some punch he made. He learned the recipe from his Nanna Geederdone. The punch tasted like water though but it’s okay. He set out some balloons. There was a red one and a green one and a blue one, then there’s a pink one but he had three of those since he knew Pie-pie would like the pink ones. All of a sudden, Surprise Birthday Party got his cutie mark!!!!!!!!!! It was of six ballons. They were the same ones in real life! ONE RED, GREEN, BLUe, and three pink. He knew that his special talent was making Pinkie-Pie happy. He felt accomplished. It was his calling.
“Hey, man. I’m here.” She said.
“Oh hi, new friend.” Surprise Birthday Party said. It was the apple one.
Surprise Birthday Party brought Applejack to the kitchen and she ate some Cheetos and joined Surprise Birthday Party to watch the movie. But then someone else camed.
“Hey, I’m here.” Rainbow Dash came in and she barged in and switched the TV to football and her and AJ were bettin’ some money on the teams.
Next, Surprise Birthday Party saw Fluttershy and she was brining some bean dip.
“Hey, I brought bean dip, Surprise Birthday Party.”
“Yeah I knoe.” He said back.
Next came in Rarity and she didn’t bring anything but she was wearing a outfit. It had a bandana and some boots. She had on fashion glasses. She looked ready to party hard. Surprise Birthday Party welcomed her inside and she sat at the table with Fluttershy and ate the bean dip with a spoon since there was no chips.
Then Twilight came in through the door with a party hat. She looked stupid and Surprise Bitrthday Party didn’t plan on inviting Twilight because she was mean to him earlier that day, but he did anyway to impress her about how cooler his party was. She sat down at the table too because Rainbow and Apple wouldn’t stop yelling and fighting over the guys on TV.
“Hey, I came. I dressed for the occasion. You like?” she exclaimed.
“Yeah, it looks great... You look super fine, girl.” He said slyly.
They laughed and sat down and Surprise Birthday Party turned on a different show and Applejack got really angry and stayed in the kitchen while Rainbow went into the bathroom and locked it. She said no one could go in until they turned the game back on but no one did because they went before coming to his house. The gang watched Saturday Night Live and played Pictionary and Surprise Birthday Party always won. After the game, AJ had eaten all the bean dip and Rainbow accidentally pulled the handle off the bathroom door so she had to climb out the bathroom window and nock on the door to get in.
“Hey, you guys, how about we play truth or dare.” He asked.
The girls said YEAH and they played.
“okay, Fluttershy, truth or dare.”
She said truth and Surprise Birthday Party asked, “What was your most best moment in time.”
“Oh, it was when my mom gave me a coupon to Red Mobster and we ate fish there together.”
Then Fluttershy said, “Rarity truth or dare, girl.”
Rarity said dare... Everyone called her Dare-ity.
“Go in the bathroom and do the bloody mary.” Fluttershy said.
Rarity went into the bathroom for a minute or too but came back out and said, “LOL I saw her in there.”
Rarity won ‘cause she did the best dare, so Pinkie thought of a better game.
“Let’s play Marco Polo.”
“Yeah, so I work at the food shop for cake.” Pinkie said.
“Oh I love cake. And parties.” Surprise Birthday Party said.
“OMG I do too. It’s my special talent... cool.”
“I also worked on a farm in Farmland.”
“Oh I worked on a farm too!!!!!!! It was a rock farm.”
“Oh, Pie-pie we got so much in common.”
“Oh yeah... We do. That’s neat.”
“Yeah, maybe we should hang out some time. I could have you visit Sugarcube Corner. You live right across the street from it. LOL”
“That sounds swell.”
So Surprise Birthday Party and Pie-pie planned a date or maybe it could be a party. They would to go Sugarcube Corner on Friday which was in two days. Pinkie waved at him and winked and he left.
“Come on. You can stand under this newspaper.” He said.
“It’s so wet. My dress is getting wet.”
“I’m sorry it had to be this way.”
“I don’t like rain.” Then Pinkie sneezed. “It makes me allergic.”
“Oh.”
When she was home Surprise Birthday Party went home and got ready for bed. He couldn’t wait for his date.
