A little Surprise.

Pinkie rushed home after being at the hospital, her four foals were still at school so things weren't a problem.

''Cheesy, Cheesy!''

''Pinkie, what's wrong?'' he said, looking at the out of breath pink party pony mare.

''I.(Pant)..went to the doctors...(Pant) cause I have been sick lately...(Pant) and they told me.....(Pant) that I'm having another (Pant),'' Cheese looked at her in confusion.

''Another what?''

''Foal!'' panted Pinkie.

''Really?!''

''Yep, another little rascal,''

''Interesting. I wonder if our 5th child will be different,''

''If she is then Rainbow's soon to be second daughter will help her,'' she was referring to her best friend's pregnancy. She was 5 mouths along and knew that it was a filly now. She already had a little colt by the name of Thunder Drum.She had picked the name Firefly though ready.

Fluttershy was also pregnant but was only 2 months along so didn't know if was a filly or colt yet. She already had a pair of twins that were both pegasi. She knew the names she wanted though. If it was a filly, she wanted Posey and for a colt, Flower Hurricane.

Her twins were a colt and filly. The colt was called Apple Bucks while his twin sister was called Paw Shy. Both were the first pegasi in the Apple Family. Paw Shy had been the pegasus member of the former CMC group but when she earned her cutie mark, three black paws. It was parted.

Applejack had newborn twins on her hooves with a young filly on the side. The filly was five and called Caramel Apple. The twin colts were called Johnny and Apple Cream in age older. Johnny was perfectly the older one of the twins. Caramel had been the earth pony member of the former CMC group which had parted when she earned her cutie mark, a green apple dripping with caramel.

Rarity had a young filly on her hooves at the age of 5. The fillies name was Spiked Jewel and boy was she very vain. She would spend hours at a mirror to prefect herself. She had her cutie mark already and had been the unicorn member of the new CMC which departed a little while ago. Spiked Jewel was truly half dragon meaning she had dragon like eyes which meant she had shining eyes with pointed pupils. She had a unborn sibling that she hadn't been told about yet by either of her parents.

Lastly, Twilight had a young colt who wanted to be in the royal guards despite being a alicorn prince. His name was Flash Shield and he had a cutie mark of a shield with lighting behind it. He also had a baby sister called Twinkle who was also an alicorn. He was very overly protective of his little sister and didn't want anything happening to her.

Cheese paced around the outside of a room. On a nearby seat was a group of 4 foals. Two colts and two fillies. The oldest filly and the oldest of the group had a orange coat with a dark brown hair similar to her father.

Her eyes were closed as she tried to think and she was 8 years old. The second oldest and oldest colt had a bright pink coat and a brown mane similar to his mom but shorter and he had his mother's blue eyes. He was 5.

The third one and youngest colt was a clone of his father but with his mother's hair style but a lot shorter. He was two. While the youngest was about two and was just like her mom but with a mane like her father's. She and the youngest colt were twins.

Cheese stared at his youngest at the moment when suddenly a cry was heard from the room making some tears come into his eyes. He had a newborn.

''You can come in now, Mr sandwich,'' said a nurse as she left the room. He burst through the door and there in his wife's hoof was a beautiful filly. She had a angelic white coat and sun kissed golden mane that shimmered in the light of Luna's moon. She was truly a filly of the night. Her golden mane was short but still had curls in it.

''Hi, Cheesy,'' uttered Pinkie. He smiled.

''Hi, sweetheart. How's the little one?''

''She's fine. Just finished her first feed on the bottle,'' to make it better believable, there was a half full milk bottle on the counter next to her. He noticed something faintly on the side of his newborn filly.

''She's an earth pony, right?''

'No....She's a pegasus like Rainbow's little Firefly,''

''But how?''

''I don't know. There has been pegasus blood in me though since birth. My Grandma Pie was a pegasus that was identical to this little one,'' said Pinkie. ''Our genetics were never passed though but she's just like Pound and Pumpkin,'' she referred to the twin colt and filly who lived with her in Sugar Cube Corner. Pound grow to love his wings and even gained a cutie mark in being rough and tough.

It was a block being pounded by hooves so it wasn't all rough and tough, more like pounding things. Pumpkin, however did love her young magic but didn't use it to learn proper magic even though she was the student of Princess Twilight. She preferred to use it to cook developing a cutie mark of a chef's hat and two books.

''I see,'' the filly in Pinkie's hooves yawned and opened her eye lids revealing a cute surprise. Instead of blue or green, they were purple orbs instead of blue orbs or green orbs like her older siblings.

''Surprise.....,'' uttered Pinkie confusion her husband.

''Huh?''

''That should be her name, Surprise short for Surprise-amena Diane Pie,''

''It's cute, very cute,'' he said, kissing his wife and then smiling lovingly at his newborn pegasus daughter.
