//-------------------------------------------------------// Heart Theft -by Derpator- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Don't go breaking my heart... //-------------------------------------------------------// Don't go breaking my heart... Ponyville was supposed to be quiet. Except it wasn’t, because a certain pink mare wouldn’t stop talking about how ‘great’ her coltfriend was. King Sombra had been reformed months ago, somehow winning Pinkie Pie afterwards, and she just wouldn’t end the rambling. He was handsome. He was cute. He was funny. He was smart. Twilight couldn’t see it. Actually, nopony could see it at all. Nopony liked Sombra, exempt Pinkie Pie herself. None could see what Pinkie Pie could see in the demon. As far as anypony was concerned, Sombra being reformed was only good for his purpose, and that was it. They could care less about what happened to the king after his use was gone. Twilight was almost sick of Pinkie Pie’s ongoing speech. The same exact details about Sombra were being repeated to her again, as if she didn’t already have the information drilled into her brain already. “Alright Pinkie!” she yelled, finally silencing the pink mare. She’d had just about enough. Pinkie Pie rolled her eyes. “Well geez Twilight, there’s no need to yell.” Twilight gritted her teeth. Her fuse was about to blow from the endless banter. She didn’t even know why Pinkie Pie came to the library. Just to brag about how good Sombra supposedly is? Didn’t she have anything better to do? It’s not like she’ll get convinced anytime soon. Sombra was a stallion Twilight would never ever like. Especially when he decides to barge right through the front door of the library, smacking the door against the wall without a care in the world, which he did. Both of the mares turned to spot the king enter the library, wearing his full attire. Pinkie Pie almost started to jump all over the library at the arrival of her coltfriend, while Twilight gave him a deathly glare right off the bat. There was something else he had just done to add to her list of reasons why she didn’t like him. “You’re paying for that you know!” she scowled, pointing towards the door that had just come off its hinges. “Yeah, yeah. Whatever” he dismissed, not caring for the unicorn’s feelings or her home either. He always thought that his stature of king gave him free will to make himself welcome to anypony’s home without permission. “Sombry!” Pinkie Pie called out, just about ready to hug him to the best of her abilities. “Hello Pinkie” he replied softly, his eyelids dropping a tiny bit at the sight of the pink mare. Twilight scoffed and stuck her tongue out at the ridiculous display of Sombra. He was only nice to Pinkie Pie. If he even had a nice side to begin with. “Shut it!” he shouted at Twilight. “Why should I!?” she shouted back, not at all hiding rage. “Because you’re annoying!” “Oh, and you’re not!?” “Exactly!” Twilight narrowed her eyes at him. “Remind me again why reforming you was a good idea.” Sombra stood tall and proud. “I hold ancient magic unlike any other unicorn which can be used to benefit all of Equestria.” Twilight tried to remain calm. “So why don’t you just give us that magic and then buzz off?” “Because then I wouldn’t be able to irritate you, you doofus.” Twilight growled at the unicorn king. It seems he had proved his point once more. “Why are you even dressed in that stuff anyway? You’re not a king anymore.” Pinkie Pie finally decided to chime in. “Come on Twilight, let him have his pride.” Sombra smirked at Twilight’s unhappy look once more. Even his marefriend was against her now. Some part of his brain even told him that taking over Equestria would be a breeze with Pinkie Pie by his side. “What are you doing here anyway?” Twilight asked, trying her very best not to argue again. “What business is it of yours? What if I just want to see Pinkie?” Twilight shot him a deadpan look, all the while Pinkie Pie looked at him with dreamy eyes. She gave up. Sombra deliberately annoyed her, and that wasn’t going to change anytime soon. Sombra walked over towards his marefriend, a little nervous. He knew that what he actually came to the library for this day would be hard to take in. But he needed to request it anyway. So long had it been since he had his crystal heart, even if it defeated him. Although it was used against him and he hid it, he felt nice just owning it. He’s missed it so much after all those years, and now he wishes for something else. Hopefully, Pinkie Pie will oblige. “Pinkie” he started, placing a hoof on her shoulder, easily noticing her blush, “I came here because I have a request.” “A... request?” the pink mare asked. Twilight was now intrigued. This was bound to be good. “Can I... have your heart?” The room grew silent for several seconds, Sombra darting his eyes left and right hoping for some response. Even he was getting nervous. Twilight was the first to break the silence, tearing up the walls with laughter. To her, that was one of the sappiest things she’d ever heard. She knew Sombra groaned and gave her a dirty look, but it was too priceless. “You want my heart?” Pinkie Pie asked, ignoring Twilight’s constant giggling. Sombra nodded. “Yes.” Twilight managed to ease herself a little. “You already have her heart... somehow.” This was when Sombra bit his lip. He knew this request would be a little edgy, but then he’d have expected this from the beginning. Saying and repeating it in his mind was far easier to do than the real thing. “I know, but I meant something else. You see, it’s been so long since I had a real physical heart in my grasp. The last one was the crystal heart, and I don’t think I’ll be allowed near it anytime soon.” Both Twilight and Pinkie Pie cocked their eyebrows. “What are you saying?” Sombra closed his eyes, ready for the protests. “What I want... is your heart Pinkie. Your actual heart.” He clenched his eyes even further, prepared for the lecture. It almost calmed him when the room was silent once more, loosening the tight grip he held on his eyes. In the slowest way he could, he opened one of his eyes to see just one of the outcomes. Absolute befuddlement. “How can you possibly do that?” Twilight asked, even curious herself. Sombra inched his lips to his left before pointing towards his horn. “Ancient magic.” “Ok!” Twilight shook her head just to analyse what she’d heard. So apparently Sombra can take the heart out of a pony with his magic. And now Pinkie Pie just, in a way, said yes!? Sombra took a step back. Even he wasn’t expecting Pinkie Pie to actually say yes. Or ok. “Are you sure?” he asked the pink pony, not entirely positive he was actually ready for this. “Why not?” she replied, before maintaining a massive grin. “Hold on!” Twilight interjected, raising a hoof in the air, “Won’t Pinkie die!?” “No” Sombra stated, even furrowing his brow. “Do you really think I would have asked if it could have hurt her?” Twilight gruffed. She didn’t believe him. “Pinkie will be fine, you overprotective twit.” Pinkie Pie leaned her body forward, ready for... whatever Sombra was going to do. “Go ahead Sombry” she stated, really excited, somehow not getting it into her head that she was about to lose her real heart. Sombra hesitated for a moment, before activating his horn. The aura surrounded the horn while he lifted up his hoof, concentrating deeply. “This could hurt a tiny bit Pinkie.” He let Pinkie Pie absorb the minor warning, before pushing his hoof onto her body. He closed his eyes, getting into even deeper state of concentration. His horn sparked more, before his hoof seemed to fade through Pinkie Pie’s body. Twilight’s jaw fell as Sombra’s hoof was now occupied within Pinkie Pie. Sombra’s facial expression changed greatly, ranging from slight irritation to curiosity, as his hoof scouted the insides of Pinkie Pie’s body. He managed to find something, but then Pinkie Pie giggled, sending his hoof a little disarray. “Hehe, that tickles!” she exclaimed, her body vibrating with the funny feeling. “Pinkie” he managed to get out, a little panicky, “Don’t move or something bad might happen.” He was glad when she had gotten his message, before carrying on with his search. He found something again soon afterwards. He could feel whatever it was forming a glimpse of a beat, so he tried it out. The result caused Pinkie Pie to jolt and even jump. “Ow!” he heard the pink mare cry. “Woops, got a nerve. Sorry.” He focused harder, determined to find that heart. Putting himself in even deeper focus, he could sense a more powerful object inside her. There was no doubt. He could feel and hear the heartbeats. He made his way towards the pumping sound, before coming across his prize, his hoof now almost fully inside of Pinkie Pie. The pulsing of the organ brought a smile to his face. After so long without a heart to touch, he gave in to his sudden lust, pressing his hoof against the organ. He moaned when he felt the pulsing beat pumping blood, Pinkie Pie giggling at the action. It was a little disjointing to her, but she didn’t mind. “This part could feel a little tingly. Are you ready?” “Mhmm” the pink mare responded with, looking down at her coltfriend’s hoof magically implanted into her. His horn sparked more, getting a grip on the heart. With deeper concentration, he could focus and pinpoint it, giving it an aura itself. With careful precision, he pulled on it, detaching it from her blood vessels. The still beating heart made its way out of her body shortly afterwards, the mare not dropping to the ground from blood loss. Somehow. Sombra opened his eyes again, to see the marvellous heart of Pinkie Pie resting on his hoof, still beating. “Oooh” Pinkie Pie exclaimed, getting a good look at her own organ. Twilight hadn’t reacted at all. Her posture hadn’t moved an inch throughout the entire procedure. A part of her wishes she was dreaming. She could actually hear a heart beating, without anything attached to it. Sombra sighed. “Thanks Pinkie. You have no idea how this makes me feel.” He was replied with a smile of gratitude from Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie clapped her hooves together. “Can I... have a kiss?” She almost looked away just asking that. Sombra grinned again. “Of course.” He leaned forward towards his marefriend, pressing their lips together, while the pulsing heart remained active on his hoof. Pinkie Pie put her hooves around his head, pulling him in deeper. Sombra might have been imagining, but he could have sworn he felt the heart speeding up its beating. His hoof felt more vibrations on it, and it sounded louder. Nevertheless, he enjoyed the tiny tongue play with Pinkie Pie, before breaking apart. “I’ll be back later, ok?” He allowed Pinkie Pie to bring him in for a hug, before he made his way towards the door. He turned around at the mess he had made earlier towards the other unicorn in the room. He hadn’t expected to see Twilight frozen just like Discord was in his stone prison, but there it was right in front of him. He gave off a laugh, almost a little menacing, before licking the heart on his hoof in front of her eyes, Pinkie Pie also feeling a little tingly at the same time. “See ya Sparklebutt!” Twilight’s eyes followed Sombra as he left the library, her mouth still agape. She couldn’t believe what had just happened in front of her. She could feel Pinkie Pie leaning into her, sighing heavily. “Isn’t he dreamy...” Pinkie Pie got out, lost in her own world. Twilight’s eye twitched. It was the first sign of movement from her for a good ten minutes. Author's Note This was a small competition for myself: little time with a single prompt, and see where I could roll with it. It's not supposed to be some epic that'll be remembered for eons to come. But, still, hope you enjoyed it.
