Top Dash

Cloud Commander called for her troops to retreat, but still bring the remaining ponies. On the way back to the base, she thought about the cyan blue mare that had pulled off a Double Rainboom. She was apparently the toughest pony around, and the fastest flyer in all of Equestria. She had to join the Air Force. They needed a good flyer now and then.

They were back at home base. Cloud Commander told her soldiers to put the remaining ponies in the cages. She went to her own room. Inside, she pulled out a book called "The History of Equestria". She flipped it open to the "Best Young Flyer" competition and see who had won it last year. As what the other ponies had told her, they were right. The blue Pegasus had won it last year for completing a Sonic Rainboom and saving the Wonderbolts all in one dive.

Yes, she would join the Air Force.

Suddenly, a knock came on her door. "Permission to enter, Ma'm?"

She put the book away and opened the door. "What is it- oh, my!" One of her soldiers was carrying the blue Pegasus pony, who was struggling with all her might to get out of his grip. "Let me talk to her. Thank you. Dismissed."

The Pegasus walked away, glad to have Rainbow Dash out of his life.

Cloud Commander picked up the blue pony by the scruff and set her down (none too nicely) in a chair.

Rainbow Dash glared at her, but said nothing. She decided to start off easy. "Hello."

"Hi," Rainbow Dash said icily.

"What's your name?"

"Rainbow D. Dash."

"Why so hostile, Rainbow D. Dash? We're all friends here."

"Friends? You attacked my home and wanted to enslave my friends. You made me have to make Twilight do her potion all over again, which will be completed in exactly seven years, just so I could stop you from enslaving all the Unicorns and Earth Ponies. I don't call that friends. And it's just Rainbow Dash."

It was going to be a long night.
