Notes And Disclaimers (Not Essential To Storyline)
Author's Note
This chapter is not the actual story, it's things that should be taken in to consideration to understand it better. I did have it in the description, but it took up a large chunk of space, so it's been added here. Check back for updates periodically, even though this may be the only update or I might update it every hour, just keep an eye on it.
Notes And Disclaimers (Not Essential To Storyline)
Note(s): I forgot to mention in all the other stories that all the Alicorns are larger, except Celestia and Thunder, Luna, Cadenza, and Twilight are all about Celestia's size, a little smaller though. They all have normal manes and tails not the ethereal manes like in the show, however the do have the 'sparkle' part, so to speak, I'm trying to balance them all more equally. Also the title translates to "Thunder At Twilight", remember that the term twilight also refers to the time in between dawn and dusk or vice versa, as well as any faint light, so the title roughly means 'A storm in between dawn and dusk' or 'a storm in a faint light' the plan is the first though, but take it how you please. (6/6/2014) Upon further research I noticed the term 'twilight' also refers to the time when the sun is setting and when it's behind the horizon and shoots up light beams causing a 'sky sparkle', therefore the title could also mean 'a storm when the sun sets', loosely of course. So there are multiple meanings to the term twilight, but you choose the one that makes the most sense to you.
OK, so I started a series where my OC, ThunderShock (goes by Thunder) is with each of the Alicorn Princesses. He himself is an Alicorn, a little older and larger than Celestia. I know that a lot of people don't like Alicorn OCs, but I tried not to make him OP or ridiculous looking, nothing Sombra-like. Another theme in the series is the titles are in alternate languages, Thunder/Luna is in Latin because Luna is Latin for Moon, Thunder/Cadenza is Italian because Cadenza id Italian for Cadence, however Celestia, from what I know, is in Latin as well, but I didn't want two Latin titles, so I went with a personal favorite, Russian, following that theme I put this story in Serbian, which is closely related to Russian, but is not full Russian. So all that being said if you want to see something changed like no Alicorn OCs or alternate language titles go somewhere else, I'm not sure how many people like these stories, but it's something I want to try, maybe you'll read some of it and like it, others won't, I'm not trying to be mean or rude, I'm just saying there are other stories out there, no need to criticize a couple of them just because you don't like the theme.

Note: S means season, E means episode, i.e. S1E3 means season 1 episode 3, The Ticket Master. Ones like S1E1/2 means two-part episodes, i.e. S1E1/2 means season 1 episodes 1 and 2, Friendship is Magic, part 1 and 2.
The Meeting That Broke The Barrier.
-- Canterlot Castle - Present Day, 10:30 am --
"Lieutenant." Celestia called to Thunder.
"Yes, Princess?" He asked, knowing it was something important.
"I'm sure you are aware of the Elements of Harmony?" She asked getting to the topic.
"Yes, of course." He assured her.
"Good, well I was supposed to meet with them to discuss some relatively unimportant matters, but I'm needed in Saddle-Arabia for a matter of larger importance, so I was wondering if you would be able to take my place." She explained to him.
"Oh, that wouldn't be a problem, I have been hoping to meet them, as well as the newest Princess of Equestria." He said looking forward to the meeting.
"Yes and from the sound of it Twilight Sparkle has been looking forward to meeting the commander of our military." Celestia said, she had a sound in her voice like Twilight meant more than a chat and visit, but Thunder was never good at taking hints. Contrarily Twilight did have some rather different feelings for Thunder, but Thunder did not, at least not yet.
"Alright then, well would you like an escort to your ride?" He offered.
"Sure." She said walking with him to her chariot. He always preferred to personally fly himself places. Once Celestia took off he looked towards Ponyville and started heading for the library.
-- Ponyville Library - 11:00 am --
Thunder hit the ground and shook the small tree that is the library. Twilight came out to check what happened, followed by Rainbow Dash and Applejack.
"Who are you?" Twilight started.
"I'm Lieutenant ThunderShock, Princess Twilight." He answered with the usual royal banter.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I don't expect you right now. Not to be rude, but where is Celestia?" Twilight asked looking around for the celestial princess.
"I'm afraid she had some rather important business to attend to and had asked me if I wouldn't mind taking her place temporarily." He explained.
"Oh, of course, how come she didn't mention it to me earlier?" She asked like she was abandoned.
"It came up moments before she was about to come here, luckily I was in the area and was able to come here." He answered, Twilight felt better knowing Celestia wasn't trying to avoid her for some reason.
"Any way, that aside, care to introduce me to your friends?" He said looking at Rainbow Dash and Applejack.
"Oh yes, of course. This is Rainbow Dash, element of loyalty and this is Applejack, element of honesty." She said pointing to the one she was talking about. "The others are inside." Twilight said walking into the library. Thunder fallowed behind the three. He slammed his head on the low door frame.
"Son of a bi--." He cut himself off.
"Oh, sorry, I'm the only large one who uses that doorway, Celestia and the others use the balcony." Twilight said using her magic to move his mane to see how bad he hit himself.
"Oh, it's nothing, I've been hit worse." He said blowing it off. Twilight looked and only saw a small bump and cut, but nothing urgent.
"OK, well if you're sure, tell me if you need something." Twilight told him, Thunder nodded in acknowledgement. Once they were in the main room with the rest all but Fluttershy bowed to him, Fluttershy hid behind Rarity fearing his larger-than-Celestia size.
"At ease, there is no need for formality, you are all friends of the Princess." He said as they all eased back to their original position.
"So you are the commander of the military right, darling?" Rarity said first.
"Yes, I am. I assume you are Rarity? Element of generosity?" He said.
"Yes, how did you know?" Rarity questioned.
"You are national heroes, everypony knows you all." He said giving them a humble manner.
"I take it the one behind you is Fluttershy?" He said walking slowly around Rarity.
"Ye...Yes I am. You won't hurt me right?" Fluttershy said shyly, of course.
"Of course not, it's my job to protect you." He assured her. Fluttershy stood up and walked towards him and put her hoof on his. He gave her a kind smile.
"OK then." Fluttershy said going back to her seat.
"Don't take it personally, she was shy around Celestia and Luna as well." Twilight told him.
They finished up the introductions and then started the meeting portion. After about an hour and a half they had finished the discussions and started on non-formal conversations getting to know one another. Afterwards all but Twilight and Thunder were left. Thunder looked at the clock, it read 7:30 pm.
"Oh wow, it's getting late, I hate to cut this short but I need to head back to Canterlot." He told her. But before Twilight could answer a flash of lightning and roll of thunder made themselves known outside.
"I'd better go before it rains." He said.
"What scared of the rain?" Twilight joked, but quickly realized he was. "But your name is ThunderShock, how can you be scared of weather?" He sighed and spread his wings.
"Look on the back of the right one." He told Twilight. She curiously looked and saw a large scar. "I was hit by lightning centuries ago and now I can't fly in the rain, not even the lightest sprinkle, but if it's the heavist storm ever I could walk outside like it's sunny. Never knew why." He explained.
"But don't you control a huge portion of the weather?" She asked.
"Actually no, my parents and Celestia wanted me to, but I chose to command the military and gave the job of weather to pegasi." He informed her.
"Oh, well, I have a spare bed if you need. Spike, my assistant, is away with some of his friends for a few weeks." Twilight said.
"Ah, the dragon, yes?" He confirmed.
"Mm-hmm." Twilight hummed. "And Owlicious, my pet owl, only comes at night once and a while, so I could use the company." She said turning around, 'accidentally' hitting Thunder with her tail. Thunder looked at her, again not getting the hint. She walked upstairs.
"Are you coming?" She asked, motioning him to come upstairs.
"Oh, yeah, be right there." He said walking up the stairs. When he got there Twilight wasn't there.
"Twilight? Where'd you go?" He called.
"I'm in here. I'm getting ready for bed, if that's OK." Twilight said from in her closet.
"Oh, OK, well I'm going to sit down stairs for a while, is that OK?" He asked.
"Yeah, I'll be down in minute." She answered.
"Alright." He said walking back down stairs and sitting in front of the fireplace. After a minute or two he heard hoofsteps coming down the stairs, he knew it was Twilight so he didn't move. She walked up behind him and go close to his ear.
"Enjoying the fire?" She whispered.
"Yeah, I always do." He said looking at the fireplace. Twilight got next to him and laid down. He noticed her but stared at the fire, but did a double-take. She was wearing silk purple shirt, pants, and robe to match, all with dark neon-like pink lace on the edges. Twilight didn't notice him right away.
"I like your clothes, rather frilly, even for a Princess." He said looking back towards the fire.
"Oh, thanks, I had Rarity make them, I just wanted something simple, but if you know her she insisted it's what a Princess would wear, so I wasn't going to argue." Twilight explained.
"Oh yeah, she does seem like the kind of pony who knows a thing or two about that." He said. Twilight stretched her back and wings, placing her right wing on his back. He turned and looked at her confused. Her face turned bright red. She look like she wanted to say something.
"Is something on your mind?" He asked. She was surprised he wanted to know what she was thinking instead of why she put her wing on him.
"Yeah, I, ummm, well I don't how to say this so I'm just going to say it. I like you, a lot." Her cheeks burned red. He thought about what she just said.
"As a friend or......?" He asked.
"Something more, actually." She told him. He nodded and sighed lightly.
"Well, how long?" He asked, not annoyed, but curious. Twilight was surprised, she thought he would be mad or leave.
"Actually, when I became Celestia's student. I saw you and felt.....something different. When I became an Alicorn I was going to tell you, but the fact that Celestia had a impromptu meeting and sent you made me think it was for a reason. Call me a hopeless romantic, but I read a lot of books like that." Twilight said.
"Well, since you're being honest I will to. When you became Celestia's student I saw another Unicorn being taught by her, but after you became more advanced and then you used the Elements of Harmony many times to save the nation, I knew there was something special. When Celestia and the others were talking about you becoming an Alicorn I felt it was for a reason to. And, same with you, when Celestia had the meeting and asked me to come here I thought the same thing." He returned. They both had a soft surprised look that they both felt the same thing. Then they both looked at each other's eyes for a minute and slowly leaned towards each other and before they knew it they were sharing a soft kiss. They broke apart after a few seconds.
"Did we really just...?" Twilight started saying with a shocked look on her face.
"Yeah, I think so. How did it feel?" Thunder asked.
"Better than I had hoped." Twilight's face got a wide smile. Thunder had a feeling what she was getting at, so he rolled over on to his back. Twilight climbed on top him and playfully pushed his forelegs down and got as close as she could to him.
"Huh, I guess you learned a thing or two from those books." He laughed. Twilight giggled and gave him a quick kiss. She wrapped her rear legs around his.
"I guess so. I know I've wanted to do this for a long time." She said pushing her lips against his. Her wings instantly stiffed up. Thunder wrapped his wings around her body and she laughed a little.
"Is somepony ticklish?" He asked teasing the younger mare.
"No?" She lied and they both knew it. He brushed her back with his wings, just under the base of hers. She released her grip on his legs and fell on top of him in a laughing fit.
"Stop! Please! It tickles!" She begged.
"That's the point, silly." He taunted her. She couldn't speak, she was laughing so hard, her face was dark red. He decided to make her squirm. He pushed his forehooves into her sides. She wasn't expecting it and made a high-pitched squeal and pushed her head into his neck. She was on the verge of wetting herself, so he decided to stop. After he did, she was completely out of breath, she had just enough energy to hit him in the side, but not hard.
"Never.....do......that........again." She managed to pant out.
"You enjoyed it, admit it." He said, rubbing Twilight's back with his wings. "That better?" He said being more gentle.
"That's...better." She said a little more energetic.
"Alright then." He said still rubbing her.
"I'm going to get off before you tickle me to death." She joked and smiled then rolled off. He rolled over next to her. She put her wing over his back and he did to. Twilight put her hoof on his and he moved it and put on top of hers and kept going back and forth. She kept giggling and he chuckled once and a while, he got an idea. He started rubbing her side with his wing again, she giggled and pushed his wing away with hers.
"Do that again and I'll punish you." Twilight told him with a serious, but teasing tone.
"Promise?" He joked back. She pushed her flank into his.
"Maybe." She said biting her lower lip. He leaned closer and gave her a small kiss.
"I just thought of something." Thunder started with a sarcastic attitude. "What is Celestia and the others going to think?"
"Well Celestia knew I liked you and she had a feeling you liked me so I think that sums it up." Twilight said.
"Ah, that takes care of that." He said. She pushed her head into his neck and took a deep sigh.
"Do me a favor." Twilight asked Thunder.
"Sure, what is it?" He said to her.
"Lay on your side." She told him. He was confused, but he did and so did Twilight, she backed her self into him, he wrapped his wings and forelegs around her like her own personal blanket, given his large size he was very warm. She looked at him, his eyes were closed and he was on the verge of sleeping.
"Good night, Lieutenant." She said kissing his cheek before she closed her eyes and fell asleep moments later.
Author's Note
Note: This takes place after season four episode 24 but before 25/26, which in this story it never happens, but Twilight did unlock the chest with her key, which was the original letter of friendship she sent Celestia. (Don't worry, there is a copy.) Also I know Lieutenant is not the highest rank, he just prefers "Lieutenant Thunder" opposed to "General ThunderShock" as I would, plus I know there is a 1st and 2nd Lieutenant, but in Equestria there is only one combined rank.
Also, when the term "Twilight's Personal Blanket" is mentioned it means this position: his forelegs wrapped around hers and her holding his forelegs with hers and resting her head on the inside of his shoulder and her rear legs wrapped around his and finally his wings wrapped around her, covering her almost completely from the top of her cutie mark up to her neck. So when you hear that term it means that position. She hasn't officially used it yet, she will soon though.
The Storm Loves The Dusk
Rarity and Fluttershy walked in to the library, Rarity to get her weekly fashion history book, Fluttershy to get her weekly small animals book.
"Twilight? Do you have our weekly bo..... Oh, my." Rarity said seeing Twilight and Thunder in the same position they fell asleep in. Twilight heard Rarity and slowly regained her alertness, when she was about to move she felt a large wing brush against her side causing her to giggle. She used her magic to gently move his wings, trying not to wake him up. Once Twilight was free she walked over to the two.
"Is it Thursday already?" Twilight asked, not paying any mind to what Rarity and Fluttershy just saw.
"Indeed it is. May I ask what were you two doing?" Rarity said looking at the huge stallion laying in front of the still burning fireplace.
"Nothing, it was going to rain and he can't fly in the rain. Before you ask he was hit by lightning so he has a fear about it. Look." Twilight said pointing to Thunders right wing. Both Fluttershy and Rarity winced at the huge, deep scar behind his wing.
"So you two didn't...." Rarity started to say, but was quickly cut off by Twilight.
"No. We did fool around a little though, turns out we are, well, in love." Twilight said with a bright blush on her face.
"You read to many romances, darling. But you seem like it's working so I have no objections." Rarity said with a semi-smug look on her face.
"So you two wanted your books?" Twilight said walking back to where she kept the books.
"Yes, that we did." Rarity said despite the rapid change of subject. Twilight, Rarity, and Fluttershy walked back and began going through and reading various books. After a few minutes Thunder woke up only not to have Twilight by him, but he heard movement in the other room so he got up quietly and went over to where he heard the noise. He saw Twilight facing away from him, but didn't see Fluttershy and Rarity, he got close behind her, leaned in towards her and gently, but firmly, nibbled on her neck. She had no idea he was there so she squealed in surprise, Fluttershy got a worried look, while Rarity got an mother-protecting-her-cubs one. Thunder released and laughed a little getting close to her ear.
"Morning, sunshine." He whispered. Twilight gently bucked him in the leg.
"Very funny, Thunder." She said turning towards him and giving him a soft kiss.
"Oh, hello girls." He said noticing Rarity and Fluttershy. "Twilly, didn't mention you were coming over." He said.
"Oh, yeah, sorry, they come by every week to get a certain book. I forgot it was Wednesday yesterday or I would have told you." Twilight said embarrassed.
"Well it's all right, supposing they don't mind this." He said giving Twilight a firm and long kiss, she giggled a little at first, but generously returned the kiss.
"Ahem." Rarity cleared her throat, trying to get their attention. Twilight and Thunder ignored it, lost in each others passion. Even Twilight's rear leg went up as she leaned in closer. After they had to breathe they released, only to rest their foreheads on each other, Twilight bit her lower lip again. Rarity saw this, and out of slight jealousy, cleared her throat louder.
"We'll finish this later." Twilight whispered, but loud enough for the others to hear.
"Alright, I'm holding you to that." Thunder said kissing her once again before walking towards the couch and rested, partly worn out from Twilight's skill, but also so he could just look at her.
"Yes, well, it's seems you two share a generously passionate relationship." Rarity said.
"Yep." Thunder shouted across the room. Twilight smiled and gave him a wink. Twilight, Fluttershy, and Rarity continued on, one of them occasionally looking at Thunder, who was looking love-struck at Twilight every time. When Twilight and Fluttershy weren't paying attention Rarity walked over to Thunder.
"You really like her huh?" She started.
"Yeah, I do." He said, not taking his eyes off Twilight.
"Might I ask how?" Rarity inquired, going from jealous to caring.
"Well, when she became Celestia's student I saw nothing more than another Unicorn, but as she progressed I felt something different, and when Celestia, Luna, and Cadence were talking about her becoming an Alicorn I didn't pay attention, but when she did I felt something entirely different. Twilight was a little quicker though, when she became Celestia's student the first time she saw me she fell in love, just another typical crush though, nothing more, but once she was an Alicorn she still held on to those feelings, and yesterday we finally told each other, and where we are now, well, I wouldn't have it any other way, I'm sure she wouldn't either." Thunder told the story, he was not afraid to, in fact he was proud to.
Rarity had a small tear in her eye, granted she was somewhat of a drama queen, so that was like gasoline to fire.
"Well then, you treat her good or I'll scratch your eyes out, OK?" Rarity said.
"I'll keep that in mind." Thunder said.
"Is it weird though?" She asked.
"What do you mean?" Thunder asked.
"Well the fact that you are centuries older." Rarity said trying not to be rude.
"Oh, yeah, well it was a thought, but seeing we are both Alicorns now it really doesn't matter." He said laughing. Rarity actually laughed a little to. At which point Twilight walked over.
"What's going on here?" She asked.
"Nothing, Rarity here was interested in how we fell in love." Thunder said laughing again.
"Well I'm going to continue looking at books now, you two behave." Rarity said trotting over back towards Fluttershy. Twilight looked at him and smiled.
"It is later." She said getting on top of him and nuzzling his neck. "And if you tickle me again I will hurt you." She said stern, but teasing at the same time.
"No promises." He said teasing her wings with his. She giggled and leaned in a kissed him again, her wings immediately went stiff.
"You need to learn to control that, you'll poke somepony's eye out." Thunder joked. Twilight's face grew dark red. She went to kiss him, but he moved and went to kiss back, Twilight caught on and moved and tried again, this went back forth for a few moments. Fluttershy looked at them.
"They sure are cute, aren't they?" Rarity said, noticing Fluttershy looking at them. Fluttershy nodded and went back to the book she was reading. At this point Twilight and Thunder had their tongues down each others throat (not literally), Twilight could resist anymore and made a muffled moan in to Thunder's mouth, her wings still stiff as a board.
"Don't forget there are others in the room." Rarity shouted. Twilight pulled back.
"Looks we'll have to wait a little longer." Thunder said somewhat disappointed. Twilight laughed.
"Fine with me, the longer I wait the more you want to, and I can watch you beg me." Twilight whispered seductively in his ear. Thunder wouldn't do that, except just to make things more exciting and Twilight knew that, but she was just trying to tease him and it was working. Thunder acted like he was going to whisper something in her ear, but when he got close he nibbled on the tip of her ear, she expected it, but it still caught her off guard, she made quiet, but high-pitched, squeal and instinctively pushed her head in to him, only giving him better access. He played with her ear for a while, he knew she was enjoying it, but he remembered Rarity and Fluttershy were there.
After an hour or two Fluttershy and Rarity were finished and were heading out, followed by Twilight and Thunder, who had to go get some stuff from the market. Upon splitting off Twilight and Thunder arrived at the market and purchased what they needed.
"That'll be 23 bits, please." The cashier said looking down the whole time.
"Oh right, here." Thunder said handing her the bits.
"Your voice seems familiar. Aren't you.... Oh, my Celestia. Lieutenant and Princess, my pardons, I was working on something else." The cashier said shocked at who was in front of her.
"Pay no mind, I still have yet to get used to the formality and Thunder doesn't care for it, so it's nothing to fuss about." Twilight explained.
"Alright, if you say so, Princess. Have a good day." The cashier said bowing. Twilight looked at Thunder and laughed lightly.
They were on the way home when they were stopped by none other than Rainbow Dash.
"Hey Twi, hey Thunder, what's up?" RD asked.
"Not much, just hanging around." Twilight imitated her.
"Sounds fun. Not to be rude, but what are you doing here, Thunder?" RD asked looking towards him.
"Well, it rained last night and I have fears of flying in the rain and it would take a while to walk, so Twilly offered me a place to sleep." Thunder explained, rather sadly.
"You're scared of the rain? That's weird dude." Rainbow said. Thunder sighed heavily and unfurled his wings.
"Back of the right one." Thunder said blatantly. Twilight got somewhat excited seeing Thunder's wings fully opened, nearly 2 feet wider than Celestia's, as she watched him her wings began to stiffen. Rainbow and Thunder didn't notice. Rainbow saw the deep scar on the back of his wing.
"Oh, I can see why that'ed be a problem. Sorry about that." Rainbow said.
"It's no big deal, lots of ponies know of my fear, but only a handful know why." Thunder explained unusually confident. Thunder and Rainbow looked to Twilight, who was being awful quiet. Rainbow burst in to laughter seeing Twilight's wings.
"What's so funny?" Twilight asked not realizing how stiff her wings were.
"Umm, Twilly." Thunder said, opening his wings. Twilight was confused and looked at her wings only to see them at near full extension.
"Twilight, why do you have a wing-boner?" Rainbow Dash said still on the ground laughing.
"Oh, I, umm, saw Thunder extend his and well, I think you know the rest." Twilight said as her face grew red with embarrassment.
"It's OK, Twilly, first time Celestia did that same thing happened to me. Here." He said walking next to her and wrapping his wing around her, her wings slowly came back down.
"Oh, that's better." Twilight said giggling and resting her head on his shoulder. Dash went from funny to confused.
"Are you two....?" Rainbow said looking at them funny.
"Dating, yes, intimate, not yet." Twilight said looking up at Thunder with her big beautiful eyes.
"Something like that." He chuckled and gave Twilight a soft kiss on the nose.
"OK, awkward, well gotta Dash! See ya!" Rainbow said bolting off.
"Is she...?" Thunder began, but was cut off by Twilight.
` "Weird? Yes, but it's more of a feature than a flaw." Twilight said. "Now let's go, I want you all to myself." Twilight kissed his cheek and lifted her rear leg again. They went back to the library and put the stuff away, afterwards Twilight walked upstairs and laid on the bed.
"Oh, Thunder!" Twilight called out.
"Yeah?" He called back.
"I need some help with something." She told him.
"What is it?" Thunder asked seriously, not knowing what Twilight wanted.
"Come see for yourself." She told him. He walked upstairs, only to see Twilight wearing her sleepwear again, but this time she had bright purple eye-liner on and a small bow in her mane.
"Oh, I see the matter of importance." He said smiling. Twilight patted the bed next to her. Thunder happily obliged. He walked over and laid next to her and she started the session by planting her lips on his, catching him off guard, she rolled him on his back and got on top of him and rubbed his chest firmly. He returned the favor by putting his wings over Twilight, again as her own personal blanket. She laid on his chest and started rubbing his shoulders.
"Foreplay is your strong point isn't it." Thunder teased her.
"Yeah, I like to keep it nice and clean. It's my style." Twilight said nuzzling under his chin, giving him an occasional kiss.
"That's the way I like it as well." Thunder said rubbing Twilight's back.
"When's the last time you were preened, Twilly?" Thunder said seeing Twilight's feathers on her wings were broken or out of place, others were just in need of replacement.
"Oh, I can't do it that often, my wings are extremely ticklish." Twilight said bringing her wings to her side and a blush flourished on her face.
"Well that would be entertaining on my part." Thunder said stroking her wings. She made a giggle when his hooves touched certain points on her wings.
"I tell you what, tell me your most sensitive parts on your wings are and I will try to avoid them or be very gentle." Thunder said sincerely. Twilight knew he was telling the truth, but just to mess with him she disagreed.
"No, if I tell you you'll purposely tickle them." She said with a deviant smile.
"No, I'm serious, I want your wings to be just like you, perfect." Thunder said as nice as he could. Twilight's face turned bright pink.
"Awww, that's sweet. But I'm still not telling you." She teased. Big mistake on her part. Thunder rubbed the middle of both her wings with his. Twilight realized what she did, but it was to late, she tried holding back her laughs, it both tickled and made her aroused.
"You going to tell me yet, sweetie?" Thunder asked, still rubbing her wings. Twilight was actually enjoying it, not only the actual pleasure, but also the attention she was getting.
"No." Was able to say, risking her either to moan or laugh.
"Alright cutie, suit yourself." He said moving his attention from the middle to the base. Twilight couldn't help but give in and collapse on top of him, still somehow managing not to make any sounds. Twilight made another fatal error, when she fell she gave him access to her wings with his hooves. And Thunder took advantage of it. He massaged the base of her wings with his hooves and the tips with his wings. That finally made her crack, she burst out laughing with tears in her eyes, she also made an occasional moan when he hit a certain spot. Twilight begged him to stop, even though she was really enjoying it.
"I love when you beg, it makes you look even cuter." Thunder said trying to make her tell him, but also teasing at the same time.
"I'll never tell you." She said wanting more.
"Alright then." He said. Without warning he dug his muzzle into her neck, making her let out a cry of pleasure. At this point she was kicking her rear hooves and squirming like crazy, but unfortunately he was larger. She couldn't help but letting out high-pitched screams and squeals. She was finally pushed over the edge and started yelling.
"OK! OK! I GIVE UP! I'LL TELL YOU! JUST STOP PLEASE!" She begged. He decided she had enough and didn't want to hurt her, so he stopped. Twilight stopped laughing and just laid on him, breathing extremely heavy, not able to move.
"So are you going to tell me, now?" Thunder asked. Twilight panted heavily, but managed to nod yes. He gave her a minute to rest and nuzzled her neck and chest, as well as rubbing her cutie marks gently. She returned the favor by licking his neck. Once she was energized again a few minutes later.
"Just between you and me, I really enjoyed that." Twilight admitted. "Obviously the base of my wings and the tips are the most sensitive, but my whole wing is sensitive, my right wing a little more than my left." She told him.
"See that wasn't so hard now was it?" He said giving her a firm kiss on the lips. "Now then, get off and lay on your stomach." He told her in a serious tone. She didn't hesitate and complied.
"Can I lay on my side and you can just do one at a time?" She asked sweetly.
"Alright, if it makes you more comfortable." He said nuzzling her neck comforting her. Twilight laid on her left side first.
"Now be careful if you're behind me, cause if you tickle me I might kick you." She said warning him.
"Alright, I will." He said getting on top of her gently and started at the base trying very carefully not to tickle her, but he still hit a sensitive spot once and a while, causing her to squirm or giggle. He continued to remove any broken feathers and fixing any damaged ones. Twilight was sighing and moaning indicating he was doing a good job. He finished that wing and asked her to flip over and she did. He started preening that wing, Twilight wasn't reacting as much because that wing wasn't as sensitive, but she still felt it and was sighing and moaning again. After a few minutes he finished.
"That felt good." Twilight said looking at her newly preened wings. "They look better now than they did when I first got them." Twilight complemented him. He just smiled at the complement. Twilight pushed her muzzle in to his neck.
"What can I do to thank you?" She asked.
"I just want to cuddle with a beautiful purple mare named Twilight." Thunder said. Twilight's eyes grew wide and got a couple tears of happiness and threw her forelegs around him and hugged him tightly. She pulled him down on the bed. Knowing Twilight's favorite position he laid on his left side with his forelegs and wings opened wide, inviting Twilight in to her own personal blanket. She gladly accepted and laid on her left side and pushed herself in to him, he wrapped his forelegs around her and she held his forelegs with hers and rested her head on the inside of his shoulder. She wrapped her rear legs around his. And finally wrapped his large wings around her, covering her almost completely from the top of her cutie mark up to her neck. He finished by pushing his muzzle in to the back of her neck, humming softly sending shivers through her spine. She replied by making soft cooing sounds.
"I love you, Twilight." Thunder said. Twilight was surprised, but she shared the feelings.
"I love you too, Thunder." Twilight said. They were both happy as could be.
"I have to make sure neither of us are dreaming." Thunder said joking.
"OK then, how do you plan to do that?" Twilight asked partly serious, but also playfully.
"Like this." Thunder said simply. He softly nibbled at the back of her neck. She immediately made her usual high-pitched squeal of excitement, but once the initial shock was through she started giggling.
"OK, OK, I don't think neither of us are dreaming." Twilight was able to force out. Thunder just laughed and kissed her again, just soft, firm pecks. She squeaked excitedly at each peck.
"How about this?" Thunder asked as he began blowing lightly on the back of her neck. Twilight responded by laughing. Thunder enjoyed this himself, about as much Twilight was. At this point Twilight got excited and quickly flipped around facing him, but still wrapped in her personal blanket. She looked at him for a few seconds, he took the time to share the affection, staring in to her beautiful purple eyes while she stared at his tough, but soft, dark blue eyes. Before they knew it they were locked in a lust-filled, deep, passionate kiss. Twilight got the jump by poking her tongue at his lips. He felt it and happily allowed her to enter. She moaned lightly and assaulted his mouth with her tongue, poking each tooth individually. Thunder was surprised at her sudden lust. She finished and starting attacking his tongue with hers. He decided to fight back and tried to take control, but Twilight somehow hand the upper hand. Thunder enjoyed that Twilight was dominating him and she did to, but he did just a little more. Twilight finally broke the kiss, panting hard, but light.
"That. Was. Incredible." Twilight said heavily.
"You did most of the work you know." Thunder said giving her a soft kiss.
"Yeah, I suppose I was. Did you enjoy it though?" She asked going from lusty to sweet.
"More than you will ever know." He told her. Twilight blushed.
"OK, now then. I'm tired, so if you can restrain yourself from kissing my neck it would be appreciated." Twilight said turning back in to her original position, Thunders forelegs around her chest and she held his hooves with hers as she rested her head under his shoulder. She rested her rear legs on his as he covered her with his wings. They laid there enjoying the closeness of the moment.
"Good night, Princess." Thunder said to her.
"Good night, Lieutenant." Twilight returned. Moments after the exchange of words they were fast asleep again as the second day of their relationship ended.

Hint: There will be a surprise early on this chapter as well as a little later. Note: In this entire series, not just this story, Shining Armour is an Alicorn as well. Note: There is no intended drama, if anything it's supposed to be comedy. Note: Cadence's mother died a few decades ago. Also: I'm looking for some cute nicknames for Thunder and Twilight for each other as well as a nickname for Cadence from Thunder. Note: I have really bad ADD, so expect rapid and sudden changes in subject, sorry for any confusion.
There's Always More Than Meets The Eye
Thunder woke up in the same position they fell asleep in. Twilight still asleep. He didn't want to move, he just wanted to watch the cute Princess sleep in his embrace. So he laid there holding her until she wakes up. After about 15 minutes she finally woke up.
"Morning, cutie." Thunder said first thing. Twilight looked at him, her mane in a mess, but still adorable.
"Oh, hey, big boy, sleep well?" Twilight asked giving him a kiss on his muzzle.
"Slept like a filly, how about you?" Thunder asked in return.
"Like a filly. How long have you been up?" Twilight asked starting to straighten her mane.
"Only a few minutes." He said as he started messing up her mane again.
"What are you doing?" She asked with a smile.
"You look cuter like that." He smiled back. She just giggled and pushed her head in to the bed and moved her head really fast, messing up her mane even more.
"That better?" She asked.
"Much sexier." He said. Twilight perked her head up at the word he used.
"Language, sweetheart." She said.
"What? How's that bad?" Thunder asked.
"It's dirty." She teased.
"Oh, don't act like you're not dirty once and a while." Thunder said. "Do you need me to show what we did last night?"
"Please?" Twilight asked seductively.
"Later." He said giving her a kiss. Twilight made a fake whimpering noise and started pouting playfully.
"Oh, is Twilly upset?" He gave her a teasing kiss under her muzzle. Twilight couldn't hold the act anymore.
"No." She said kissing him back. At that moment they heard a loud thud on the balcony. Thunder was about to get up to check just as he was ready to pull the blankets off. Out of everypony in Equestria none other than Princess Celestia walked in.
"I apologize for not only the surprise visit, but the meeting the other day as well." Celestia said noticing the two in the same bed. Thunder and Twilight were about to get out of the bed, but Celestia told them not to.
"It's fine, I know you had feelings for each other months ago. I'm glad you two have finally got together." Celestia told them.
"So you're not mad?" Twilight asked.
"No, why would I be?" Celestia asked genuinely not knowing.
"I don't know, just a feeling." Twilight said.
"So what do you think?" Thunder butted in.
"You two look very cute together and happy to." Celestia said.
"So is it passionate?" She asked. Twilight and Thunder looked at her confused.
"How did you know?" Thunder asked.
"I've been hearing some good things from the others, as well as a cashier asking if there were actually two Alicorns in the Ponyville Market yesterday around lunch time." Celestia explained. "Don't worry, you won't be in trouble or anything, do what you please, I just came to tell you the meeting went well and that I'm back." Twilight and Thunder were semi-relieved knowing they weren't in trouble or anything. Twilight wrapped her hooves around him and rested her head on Thunder's chest. Celestia went and rested on the couch on the other side of the room. They had a good long conversation about everything from the meeting to Celestia and Thunder back in the day to Thunder and Twilight's relationship. After two to three hours Celestia decided to end the conversation.
"Well I'm afraid I need to head back to Canterlot." Celestia said getting off the couch. Thunder got up and hugged her.
"Thanks for understanding, sis." Thunder told Celestia.
"It's no big deal, Thunder, as long as my older brother is happy then it doesn't matter." Celestia said giving him a light kiss on the cheek, Thunder returned it. Celestia turned to Twilight, who's face was in utter shock.
"Is something wrong, Twilight?" Celestia asked. Thunder heard this and turned to Twilight.
"You didn't tell me you two were brother and sister." Twilight said.
"Sorry, Twilly, I thought you knew." Thunder said letting go of Celestia and walking back to Twilight.
"Is it that big of a deal?" He asked her.
"No. It's just I would've like to know the fact I'm dating my ex-mentor's brother." Twilight said with a sudden humor. Thunder and Celestia laughed. Celestia finished her goodbyes and flew back towards Canterlot. A few hours later, after the two just reading books and hanging around they heard a loud knock on the door.
"Be right there!" Twilight shouted down the stairs. Twilight went to the door and opened it, only to see Cadence and Shining Armour.
"Twilly!" Cadence said hugging her sister-in-law.
"Hey little sis, how you been?" Shining asked.
"I've been good. Not to be rude, but what are you doing here?" Twilight asked returning Cadence's hug.
"Celestia said we should pay you a visit, catch up a little. The Crystal Ponies are having a fair so they didn't need us around, so we took advantage of it and came to visit." Cadence explained.
"Celestia, that explains it." Twilight joked to herself.
"Twilly? Who was at the door?" Thunder called out.
"That sounds like ThunderShock, what's he doing here?" Shining asked. Twilight couldn't think of a excuse so she just stood there stammering. Thunder was worried when Twilight didn't answer so he went to check on her, only to see Cadence and Shining down there with Twilight. Cadence looked in his direction and saw him.
"Dad?" Cadence asked surprised, but happy. She ran over to him and jumped on him hugging him tight.
"I haven't seen you in a while. What are you doing here?" Cadence asked. Twilight spoke before he did.
"Cadence is your daughter?!" Twilight said both shocked and angry.
"Yes, I thought you knew that as well." Thunder said like he was in trouble.
"I told you who my father was, Twilight." Cadence told her.
"Well yes, but I was only a filly, I don't remember that." She said pretty annoyed.
"Not to be rude, Twilight, but why does that matter?" Shining asked Twilight, but was also aimed at Thunder. Neither of the two answered, Twilight's face grew red and Thunder just looked at the floor and ceiling.
"Is there something we should know?" Cadence asked Thunder. Unfortunately for him, Cadence was his weakness. He let out a thunderous sigh.
"I can't lie to you Cadence. Yes, there is something you should know. Twilight and I are dating now." He answered shamefully.
"Well why is that a big deal?" Cadence asked Thunder, surprising everyone. "I mean we are all Alicorns right? There's nothing wrong if you think about it." Cadence said convincing the others.
"Come on, let's sit down and you can tell us you're little love story." Cadence said joking with Thunder. The others all agreed and went in to the larger part of the library. Thunder laid on one of the couches and Twilight hesitantly laid next to him. Shining and Cadence laid on the on of the other couches too. (There's about 4 in total)
"You be nice to her, Mr. Armour." Thunder joked to his son-in-law.
"Yes, sir, Thunder." Shining replied thinking he was serious.
"I'm messing with you, Shining, I know you wouldn't do anything like that." Thunder said with his usual hearty laugh. Twilight hit Thunder lightly.
"That is my brother, you know." Twilight said.
"I know, but he did marry my daughter, I have to give him a hard time." Thunder said giving Twilight a kiss on the cheek.
"Hey be nice to my sister." Shining returned the joke. Thunder laughed.
"Sorry sir." They all laughed at the banter.
"So which one of you wants to start the story of you two?" Cadence beamed in. Twilight spoke up first.
"Well, when Celestia became my teacher I saw him for the first time and fell in love, just a fillyhood crush, nothing would have come out of it." Twilight started, but was cut off by Cadence.
"Oh, so he's the stallion in the pictures you drew?" Cadence teased Twilight. Twilight smiled as her face grew bright red and she looked away from them.
"Is that so?" Thunder said looking at the blushing mare to his side. At this point Shining took part.
"I thought I recognized the large wings." Shining said. Twilight pulled the blanket over her head. Thunder nuzzled her neck through the blanket.
"Oh, come on Twilly, we're picking on you." Thunder said getting her to take the blanket off.
"Well the truth is, I actually did draw pictures of you." Twilight admitted. Thunder's smile grew wide.
"It's OK, when Cadence's mom and I were little I drew pictures of her too. It's nothing to be ashamed of." Thunder told Twilight.
"Dad!' Cadence said with a smile.
"What? I did. Hey if it wasn't for her you wouldn't be here." Thunder told Cadence. At this point Twilight poked her head out and climbed on top of Thunder, pulling the blanket over both of them, unseen to Cadence and Shining Thunder was rubbing Twilight's sides with his wings.
"Aww, look at my little Twilly, all grown up." Cadence said with her foal-sitter instinct kicking in. Thunder and Shining looked at each other with the typical father-son 'women huh?' look. Twilight buried her muzzle in to Thunder's back, trying to hide from Cadence. Cadence giggled.
"Come on Twilight, that's my dad, I have to make it tough for the mare who's with him." Cadence said. Twilight decided not to be ashamed and be herself. She started nibbling on Thunder's left ear. Thunder laughed at the sudden change in Twilight's attitude.
"Here, let me help you with that." Thunder said rolling over so he was on his back and Twilight was on top. Cadence put her face in her hoof and laughed. Twilight pushed her head in to his neck. He wrapped his wings around her.
"Where did you get your large wings from?" Cadence asked Thunder.
"Probably your grandfather, his were about 2 or 3 feet bigger than mine." Thunder told her.
"How come my wings aren't huge?" She asked.
"That you got from your mother. Her wings were really small, but the only one at the time with contrasting colors like yours. Her wings were softer than any other mare I've ever meet, that's one of the reasons I fell for her." Thunder said thinking back a couple hundred years ago. Twilight was almost sleeping on Thunder's chest by now. Shining shared that as he was almost asleep on Cadence's back. Thunder and Cadence looked at each other and instantly got an idea.
"On my count." Thunder said. "1, 2, 3!" Thunder dug his hooves in to Twilight's sides as Cadence did the same to Shining. They both jumped up immediately, Twilight laughing while Shining just jumped.
"Morning you two." Cadence joked.
"Very funny, Cadence." Twilight said levitating a pillow and chucking it at her. Thunder laughed as well as Shining.
"Aren't you going to say or do something?" Twilight asked Thunder.
"No, it was my idea." He said smiling. Twilight hit him with another pillow.
"Daughter like father." Shining said laughing.
"I hate to change the subject, but I have to ask. How'ed you get your wings to look so good?" Cadence asked. "Mine haven't looked that good in years. Twilight didn't say anything, she just looked at Thunder.
"Oh that explains it. He always was good at that." Cadence said.
"Well your mother had the most sensitive wings in Equestria, even more than Twilly." He said as he rubbed Twilight's wings with his hooves. She squealed and jumped. "See, one wrong move and she would kick me." He finished.
"Yeah, I have no idea how she got that." Shining said.
"Wasn't dad's mom a Pegasus?" Twilight asked Shining.
"Oh yeah, that's probably it." Shining thought. Thunder was playing with Twilight's ear the whole time while Cadence was doing the same to Shining.
"I think I know why they called you Thunder." Twilight said looking at him.
"Why's that?" He asked.
"'Cause of your loud heartbeat." Twilight said kissing under his muzzle.
"Yeah, I remember that sound. It comforted me more than anything when I was a filly." Cadence said looking at Thunder.
"I would prefer not to be that close to him." Shining joked. The others laughed.
"Yeah, that's probably a good thing." Thunder replied to the joke. Twilight gave him a light kiss and he returned it.
"I must admit, it is strange seeing my father kissing the filly I used to sit for." Cadence said with a smile.
"I bet it would be." Thunder answered.
"Well, it's also strange for me to. My sister kissing my commanding officer." Shining added. Twilight smiled and pushed her head further in to his neck, making a cooing sound as she got comfortable. Thunder wrapped his forehooves around Twilight and held her close.
"Well you two better get used to it, you're going to be seeing it a lot." Thunder said kissing Twilight's forehead. Twilight returned the gesture by kissing his lips and he returned that.
"Heck you should have seen us last night." Thunder added.
"Dad!" Cadence said like a teenager seeing her parents kiss. Shining had the opposite reaction, he just laughed.
"We didn't do what you were thinking, Cadence." Twilight said hitting Thunder.
"Well picturing you two in the same bed isn't exactly an everyday thing." Cadence said. Shining was just laughing the whole time.
"Shining!" Cadence yelled at him.
"What? Seeing your reaction was funny." He said, gaining control.
"You picked him, Cadence." Thunder said.
"I know, but in my defense Twilight made me." She joked.
"I did not!" Twilight argued.
"I know, I was joking." Cadence returned.
"Just for that, I'm doing this." Twilight said slamming her lips in to Thunder's. Shining lost it at that point. Cadence just put her head in her hoof again. Twilight kissed him for a while, actually forgetting Cadence and Shining were there and lost herself in him, Thunder did to so they were just laying there lost in each others passion.
"Dad. Dad. Dad!" Cadence repeated. Thunder and Twilight snapped out of it, panting and staring at each others eyes. Thunder decided to play along.
"That was almost as good as last night." Thunder told Twilight, but made it clear to Cadence and Shining. Shining laughed even harder and Cadence just sighed and put her head on the arm of the couch.
"You can be a real pain sometimes dad." Cadence told Thunder.
"I know, that's my job." He returned.
"Well you do do that well." Cadence said giggling. Twilight and Thunder just sat there playing with each other.
"When did Celestia tell you two to come by?" Twilight asked.
"About an hour before we showed up. Why?" Cadence returned. Twilight and Thunder looked at each other laughing.
"She showed up after she got back from Saddle-Arabia this morning and figured out me and Twilly were together. She left a few hours before you showed up." Thunder explained.
"I imagine that's why she had you come here, so we had to tell you about us." Twilight added. Cadence and Thunder laughed along with them.
"Just remember, Cadence, you're going to end up just like your aunt." Thunder told Cadence.
"Hey, it's your sister, besides, I take after Luna more." Cadence said. Thunder and Twilight looked at each other then at Cadence.
"No." They both said. Shining interjected.
"Yeah, you do take after Celestia more than Luna." Shining said.
"What? Is this 'Pick On Cadence Day' or something." Cadence said trying to change the subject.
"Well first we started with Twilight, then me, now you." Thunder told her.
"Well what about Shining?" She asked.
"Eh, he's boring." Twilight butted in.
"Yea.....Hey!" Shining said catching on. Thunder and Cadence laughed.
"So is anypony hungry?" Twilight asked.
"Sure, I'll take a lettuce and tomato sandwich." Cadence said.
"Same here." Shining said.
"I'm not hungry, but I will have a iced tea with whisky." Thunder said. Cadence rolled her eyes.
"How'd you know I have whisky here?" Twilight asked.
"I didn't I just guessed." Thunder said.
"Alright, either of you want a drink?" Twilight asked Cadence and Shining.
"Just water, please." Cadence said.
"I'll have a lemonade." Shining said. Twilight adjusted on Thunder finally getting up and heading to the kitchen. Thunder watched Twilight's flank as she walked away.
"Really dad?" Cadence asked in a hushed tone.
"What?" Thunder asked.
"Your looking at her flank." Cadence added.
"Oh, come on, you should know me well enough to expect that." Thunder joked. Shining started laughing again.
"Seriously Shining? That's your sister." Cadence told him.
"Yeah, so? She's old enough to make her own decisions." Shining returned. Cadence gave up so she just laughed.
"All right then." She said. Twilight came out with the stuff and put the sandwiches, water, and lemonade by Cadence and Shining and gave Thunder his iced tea and whisky. Cadence and Shining thanked her.
"Thanks Princess." Thunder said giving her a soft kiss behind the ear. "Where's yours?" He added.
"Right here." She said with another glass of iced tea and whisky. Thunder cocked an eyebrow.
"I didn't know you drink." Thunder said surprised.
"Not usually, but I feel like it today. I must warn you, I'm a bit of a lightweight." Twilight said. Thunder hummed and kissed her cheek.
"That could go well." Thunder whispered in her ear. Twilight giggled.
"I thought you don't like formalities dad." Cadence mentioned.
"I don't, but Twilly is my little Princess." He said kissing her even more. Twilight blushed at the complement.
"Aww, that's sweet." Cadence swooned. "But also kind of creepy." She added. Twilight, Thunder, and Shining all laughed a little. A while later they all finished their food/drinks. Twilight was a little tipsy, but still coherent. Thunder was completely unaffected. Thunder and Twilight were back in the position they were earlier, but this time Cadence and Shining did the same.
"I can see why you like this position, Twilly, it is comfortable." Cadence said laying on Shining.
"Well not as much for me, how do you deal with it?" Shining added.
"Well it takes time, here's a hint, don't lay on your wings." Thunder told him.
"Oh, that might help." Shining said adjusting himself, getting his wings out from under him. "OK, that's much better." He said.
"And for the mares this helps to." Thunder said putting his wings around Twilight. Shining did the same, but his wings were smaller so they didn't cover as much, but it satisfied Cadence. Twilight and Cadence sighed, pushing themselves into Thunder and Shining.
"Works every time." Thunder said to Shining. Twilight started kissing Thunder and he returned it again. After a few moments they forgot about Cadence and Shining again.
"Damn, one of them, or both, must be really good if they lose sense that fast." Cadence said. Thunder whispered in Twilight's ear.
"Let's really get them." He whispered. "Follow along." He added. He started grunting softly and Twilight caught on quickly and started moaning lightly, Twilight forgot what they were doing and started poking his mouth with her tongue again, he let her, but this time she started assaulting his tongue directly. She got excited and started biting his tongue softly. While that was going on Cadence and Shining were just cuddling and playing. About a half hour later they were back to talking and joking.
"Shining, you never mentioned Twilight had skills." Thunder told him. Twilight was relaxing on his chest.
"Yeah, went it comes to relationships she always did." Shining said. Cadence was relaxing as well. Suddenly a flash of lightning and boom of thunder filled the sky. Thunder heard this and pushed himself back in to the couch. Twilight sat up and looked at him.
"Something wrong, Thunder?" She asked him. He motioned outside, where another crack of lightning hit.
"Oh, it's OK, you've got me." Twilight said hugging him comfortably. Cadence and Shining saw this and were confused.
"Is he scared of thunder or is it just an act?" Shining asked.
"He does have a fear of lightning and rain in general." Twilight told Cadence and Shining.
"Why?" Shining added.
"Thunder never told you?" Twilight asked. Shining shook his head no.
"I don't even know." Cadence added concerned. Twilight was about to answer when Thunder interjected.
"I never told you because I never needed to, I didn't want you to worry, but a little bit before you were born I was out flying and got hit by lightning and now I can't fly in even the littlest sprinkle, I'll walk if I have to, but won't fly." Thunder explained showing the two the huge scar on the back of his right wing.
"Oh, my." Cadence gasped. Shining winced, but didn't say anything. "Did mom know?" Cadence asked.
"About the lightning accident itself or the scar as well?" Thunder retorted.
"Both." Cadence said.
"Yes, she knew about both, that I did tell her." Thunder said, with small tears in his eyes. Twilight wiped them away and hugged him. He rested his head on her shoulder.
"Is it really that hard for him?" Cadence asked.
"No, I think it's just because he's had to explain it a few times the past couple days, plus I think it's also because you didn't know." Twilight told her. She kissed him on the cheek and he towards her and kissed her back.
"I'm sorry, it's something I preferred that Cadence didn't know." He admitted.
"But why?" Cadence asked.
"I don't know, I just felt you would have been better off not knowing." He said much more calm now.
"Here, this'll help." Twilight said pushing herself up in to him and hugging him, he wrapped his wings around her in return.
"That does help, thanks Twilly." He said kissing her again.
"I know it does." Twilight said pushing him back in to the couch kissing him again. He laughed and kissed her back.
"That's the dad I know." Cadence said smiling happily. Thunder and Twilight were 'lip-locked' again.
"And he's not going to answer, is he?" Cadence said. Thunder just made a mm-hmm sound through the kiss. Cadence laughed.
"So how long are they going to be at this?" Shining asked Cadence.
"Not long, watch." Cadence said levitating a pillow and hitting the two. They just blew it off and got in to the kiss even deeper.
"That didn't work." Shining said sarcastically.
"Shut up." Cadence joked taking another pillow and hitting them again. Twilight made a quick moan. Cadence groaned and took a blanket and put it over their heads hoping to make them made.
"Thank you." They both said from under the blanket. Cadence and Shining laughed.
"Seriously?" Cadence said laughing and getting up and walking to them and hitting them with another pillow.
"Can we help you?" Twilight said jokingly from under the blanket.
"Yeah, do you want to stop assaulting my dad's mouth?" Cadence said.
"Can't. He's under arrest for battery." Twilight joked again. Cadence and Shining heard Thunder laugh from under the blanket.
"Don't tighten the handcuffs to much." Thunder joked, he and Twilight laughed harder. Cadence put her head down, giving up and walking back to Shining.
"Do you want a pat-down?" Twilight said seductively.
"Only if you want a rub-down." Thunder returned.
"Really?" Cadence said giggling at the two. Thunder grabbed Twilight's cutie mark and she squeaked excitedly.
"Are you doing this for each other or are you doing it to mess with us?" Shining joked.
"Little bit of both." Twilight answered.
"I've got another idea." Cadence said taking the blanket off of them.
"OK, we'll stop." Twilight said getting off of him. It was starting to get dark outside, it was around late spring so night got pretty cold, the rainstorm passed an hour ago as well leaving a very moist chill in the air.
"I'm getting chilly, can we go by the fireplace?" Twilight said looking at Thunder.
"Yeah, we can do that." Thunder said getting up. "Get on my back." He told her.
"Why?" Twilight asked.
"So my little Princess doesn't have to walk." He said with a happy look on his face. Twilight smiled and laid on his back.
"You wanna come with us?" Thunder invited Cadence and Shining to come sit by the fireplace. They looked at each other and walked with Thunder. They got to the fireplace and Cadence and Shining looked around for a place to sit.
"Where are we supposed to sit?" Cadence asked.
"Well the floor, it's more comfortable." Twilight interjected.
"Oh, OK, well we can try it." Cadence said laying on the floor with Shining. Thunder laid down and let Twilight off.
"Can I have my personal blanket?" Twilight asked Thunder. He was confused at first, but thought about it quickly.
"Oh, yeah, here." Thunder said laying on his left side and spreading his legs and wings open wide for Twilight. She laid down and pushed herself into him, he wrapped his forelegs around her and she held his forelegs with hers and rested her head on the inside of his shoulder and put her rear legs on his. Once she finished getting comfortable he wrapped his wings around her and she made a happy sigh as they both finished getting comfy.
"Is that 'your personal blanket' Twilly?" Cadence asked.
"Yep and it's better than any other blanket in Equestria." Twilight said kissing under Thunder's muzzle. Thunder levitated a blanket and pillow from the couch and over to them.
"This is mostly for me, Twilight's got all the warmth, I only get warmth in the front." He explained putting the blanket on them and pillow under their heads. Thunder then pushed his muzzle in to the back of Twilight's neck making her giggle. He wanted to make go crazy so he started nibbling, she started squeaking and laughing and squirming.
"It's so cute seeing you squirm like that, not being able to go any where." Thunder teased her. Twilight was kicking her legs trying to escape as she was laughing and giggling. Cadence and Shining were doing their own thing, they learned not to pay attention to them anymore.
"Thunder! Stop it tickles!" Twilight said still giggling and squirming. He decided to make her beg, so he started rubbing her stomach with his hooves. She made a quiet scream of excitement and started squirming and jumping even more. He used his wings and rear legs to hold her still.
"Please! I'll do anything!" Twilight said beggingly.
"Mmmm, no." He said tickling her even more. Her face was turning bright red as she was bucking like crazy. Known to both of them she was really enjoying it. He figured he would give her a minute to breathe so he slowly eased up to just rubbing her nice and easy. She was panting crazily at this point and wasn't able to move, but she was able to make happy sighs as Thunder was rubbing her. Twilight returned the gesture by pushing her head in to his neck, making soft cooing sounds. Thunder took his right fore-hoof and started massaging Twilight's back.
"Oh. Oh. That feels good." Twilight said in a sultry voice. Thunder proceeded to place his muzzle on the back of her neck and make soft humming noises, sending shivers through her spine, she made a light moan and wiggled herself against him. At this point they could not be any physically closer. Twilight turned her head so her ear was against Thunder's chest.
"I'm beginning to love that sound." Twilight said, listening to his heartbeat again.
"Is that so?" Thunder said. They looked over to Cadence and Shining who were mostly asleep with Cadence in a varied position compared to Thunder and Twilight's. Thunder took another blanket and put it over them.
"Sleep well, Cadence." Thunder told her.
"You to, Shining." Twilight told him. "Now then, let's finished what we started earlier." Twilight said in a sultry voice, quickly flipping around and facing him. She stared at him biting her lower lip and moving her self closer to him and finally landing her lips on his. They broke the kiss after a minute or so and they went back to cuddling like usual.
"Good night, Thunder." Twilight said resting on his arm.
"Good night, Princess." Thunder said putting his wings back over her. They both fell asleep in minutes.
Cadence woke up just before the sun was up, she looked over at Thunder and Twilight who were cuddling in their usual position, Twilight and Thunder both had smiles on their faces.
"Shining. Shining honey. Look." Cadence said shaking him awake.
"Huh? What?" Shining said as he snapped awake.
"Look at Twilight." Cadence said pointing to Twilight and Thunder.
"Oh, that's nice." He said looking at them.
"I hate to do this, but we should wake him up." Cadence said walking over to them and nuzzling Thunder's neck. Thunder slowly woke up and saw Cadence there.
"Huh? What are you doing here?" Thunder said forgetting they were there last night.
"Your memories slipping, isn't it?" Cadence said. "We came here yesterday and fell asleep in front of the fire place, remember?" She finished.
"Oh yeah, I knew that." Thunder laughed a little.
"Come on, we're going to Canterlot." Cadence told him.
"Wait, what? Did we agree to that last night?" Thunder asked.
"No, Celestia asked us to." Cadence answered.
"Oh, OK, well I'll get Twilly up and we can go." Thunder replied.
"Alright then." Cadence said kissing him on the cheek. "It's good to see you again." She added.
"Yeah, I've missed you." Thunder said kissing her back. After that he woke Twilight up and told her about the plans.
"That sounds fun, Luna's going to be jealous though." Twilight said.
"Why?" Thunder chuckled.
"She and Celestia can't do this." She said leaning in and kissing him.
"Oh, yeah, that they can't, well they could, but that'd be awkward." Thunder said. Twilight burst out laughing.
"So should we get going?" Cadence asked them.
"Oh yeah, are we taking the train or all flying?" Thunder asked in return.
"We could take the train, it'd be a pain to fly this early." Cadence said.
"Makes sense, besides I still have to practice with these." Twilight said unfurling her wings. Thunder got a quick idea, he nipped on the tip of her wing. She had no idea and squeaked loudly.
"Don't do that, it tickles!" Twilight jokingly scolded him.
"Well at least I'm not doing this." He said nibbling at the back of her neck. She jumped and laughed.
"OK, OK, I get it!" She squealed excitedly. He stopped and got up, pulling her up to. They all got ready, ate breakfast, did all that and went to the train station. Upon arriving:
"OK, next!" The train attendant said.
"Four to Canterlot, please." Thunder said.
"Alright that'll be 215 Bits sir." He said working on a calculator.
"OK, here." Thunder said handing the attendant the money.
"Huh, never known anypony to carry that many loose Bits, but anyway here are your tickets." The attendant looked up to hand him the tickets and almost had a heart-attack when he saw the four Alicorns just standing there. However, unlike most, he didn't fanboy over them.
"Huh, would you four like a private car? No charge." He said.
"Yeah, that'd be fine with me." Twilight said bumping her flank in to Thunder's. The attendant noticed this.
"Are you two together?" He asked them.
"Yeah, you could say that." Thunder said as Twilight rested her head on his shoulder. Cadence and Shining were chuckling quietly behind them. Fortunately the attendant didn't know Thunder was Cadence's dad and Cadence was Twilight's ex-foal-sitter as well as Shining's brother.
"OK, well, you four have the car second to the rear. If you need anything please speak up." He told them.
"Much obliged." Thunder said as himself, Twilight, Cadence, and Shining walked in the train and headed to their car and got comfortable. Thunder and Twilight on one bench seat, Cadence and Shining on the other. After a second or two Thunder looked at Twilight and she got the hint. He rolled on his back and she climbed on top of him and pushed her head in to his neck and he returned the favor by wrapping his wings around her. She made a soft cooing sound that caught the attention of Cadence and Shining, they looked over and saw them.
"You know what, I'm getting used to it, but it's still awkward seeing Twilight and my dad cuddling like that. It is cute though." Cadence commented to Shining.
"No better for me, my sister cuddling with my wife's dad." Shining said chuckling. Cadence laughed at this. Thunder nipped at Twilight's neck and she made a 'eep' noise. He then continued to kiss under her muzzle, she made light sighing noises and kissed the side of his muzzle. At this time the train started moving and a few moments later the attendant walked through the car.
"Can I get you anything?" The attendant asked Cadence and Shining.
"No, thanks." Shining answered.
"Can I get some apple cider, please?" Cadence asked.
"Of course. Would you two like anything?" The attendant said turning to Thunder and Twilight who were kissing at this point.
"How about a blanket and a couple pillows. Can you think of anything, Twilly?" Thunder said asking Twilight.
"Nothing I can think of." She said, not breaking from the kiss.
"OK, we will have it here soon." The attendant said, turning to Cadence and Shining tilting his head to Thunder and Twilight. Cadence mouthed 'yeah you get used to it.' The attendant walked out and came back a minute later with the blanket and pillows and gave them to Thunder and Twilight and gave Cadence her apple cider. They all thanked the attendant and got back to what they were doing.
"Hey Cadence, does this seem familiar?" Twilight joked taking the blanket and covering herself and Thunder. Cadence sighed and laughed, as well as Shining.
"If the car starts shaking were taking the blanket." Cadence joked.
"We'll keep that in mind." Twilight said going back to Thunder, assaulting his tongue again.
"If I didn't know any better I'd swear they were teenagers again." Shining joked. Cadence laughed and decided to join in and jumped on Shining and did what Thunder and Twilight were.
"Watch those hooves, mister." Twilight said laughing.
"OK. how about this?" Thunder said as he lightly grabbed her cutie mark, making her squeak. Cadence laughed and rested her head on Shining.
"Seriously you two? Do I need to send you to your rooms?" Cadence said, realizing she set them up for a joke.
"Please?" Twilight said simply. Thunder laughed and started nibbling on the base of her wings. She made a laughing moan. Cadence laughed and went back to Shining, Thunder and Twilight kept to themselves for the rest of the ride. When they arrived the went straight to Canterlot Castle and were greeted by none other than Celestia.
"Welcome everypony, I take it the ride went well?" Celestia started out the conversation.
"Yes it was good, though I think some ponies had a little more fun than others." Cadence said nodding her head towards Thunder and Twilight.
"I figured as much, they share a pretty large amount of passion." Celestia said smiling. Twilight blushed and nuzzled Thunder, he kissed the top of her forehead.
"Something like that." Shining mumbled to himself.
"Come, please, you four, me, and Luna have some catching up to do. Is there a specific room you prefer to meet in?" Celestia asked them.
"Would the library be OK?" Twilight said. No one was shocked when she asked that, not even Thunder.
"Sure, there's always plenty of comfortable places to lay down, I take that's why you asked that?" Celestia said with a chuckle.
"Was it that obvious?" Twilight said looking to Thunder.
"More or less." He said giving her a soft kiss on the lips.
"Still awkward every time." Cadence said.
"Oh, yes, that's right Thunder's your father, that slipped my mind."
"Hey dad now I know where you get your loss of memory." Cadence joked. Thunder looked at Celestia and rolled his eyes. Celestia laughed and ushered them in. Cadence went in followed by Twilight and Shining then Thunder. Celestia stopped him and whispered something in his ear.
"There's something I wish to discuss with you and Twilight. Nothing bad, I would just like to give the happy couple something." Celestia told him.
"Oh, OK, yeah, when ever you want just let us know." Thunder replied. They followed Celestia and meet up with Luna.
"Hey Luna, come meet us in the library, we have some interesting news." Celestia told Luna.
"Of course, that sounds fun actually. I don't remember the last time all of us talked together." Luna said turning around and following them. They reached the library a minute or so later. They all sat on a couch, Cadence and Shining on one, Celestia on her own, Thunder, Twilight, and Luna on another. Thunder sat in the middle with Twilight on the right and Luna on his left.
"Even as fillies Luna was always Thunder's best friend." Celestia smiled as she told Cadence, Shining and Twilight. Luna smiled and nuzzled Thunder.
"They even had their own dance, very similar to Cadence and Twilight's" Celestia continued. Thunder and Luna's faces drew red.
"I don't remember that, it was a long time ago." Thunder told them. Luna thought back, unlike Thunder she remembered it very well.
"Come on you remember." Luna said poking Thunder's side. Thunder shook his head no, even though he remembered a little.
"For me, please?" Luna said looking at Thunder with her big blue eyes.
"Dammit, OK, you lead." He said standing up and walking to the middle of the floor. Luna followed him and they stood face to face.
"OK, go." Luna said as they started.
"One, two, three, four, off to the moon we soar. Five, six, seven, eight, thunder always brings good fate." They said together as they did a dance identical to Cadence and Twilight's except without shaking their butts at the end. Once they finished the others clapped their hooves. Thunder and Luna's face were a soft red. They shared the same color coat and eye color, just Thunder's was a little darker.
"That was cute, how come you don't do that anymore?" Cadence asked. Thunder and Luna went back to sit down.
"I'm not sure honestly." Thunder said looking at Luna.
"Can you tell they're brother and sister?" Celestia added. "See if you look at me and Thunder it would be hard to tell, but you look at Thunder and Luna it's like they're twins." Celestia continued.
"That's because we actually are, just we weren't born at the same time." Thunder finished for her.
"Enough about me and Thunder." Luna said, she never like talking about herself long, same as Thunder. "You told me there was an interesting bit of news?" Luna asked.
"Yes, dad's found himself a new marefriend." Cadence butted in.
"Really, who is she?" Luna asked very interested at this point. Thunder moved his head showing Twilight who was laying on his hoof.
"Aww, I thought you two would make a cute couple, glad you actually got together." Luna said nuzzling Thunder again.
"Wait, wasn't Twilight the filly you used to sit for, Cadence?" Luna asked her.
"As a matter of fact she is. She's grown up a lot though." Cadence replied.
"I hope you don't mind my asking, I'm just curious, but is it awkward seeing them as a couple."
"Yes." Shining answered bluntly, but jokingly. The other's laughed.
"Indeed it is, more so at first, but I'm getting somewhat used to it." Cadence added to Shining's comment.
"Oh yes, Thunder's also your CO as well as Twilight's your sister." Luna said smiling.
'Don't. Remind. Me." Shining said angry, but they knew he was joking still. They all laughed a little harder than last time.
"Come on, Twilly, show them your 'personal blanket'. Cadence said making air quotes.
"Oh, I was not aware of this." Celestia commented.
"What is this 'make Thunder do stuff day'?" Thunder said.
"Please?" Twilight asked him with a soft kiss.
"You ponies take advantage of your cuteness." Thunder said as he laid on his side with his legs and wings open. Twilight laid in front of him and pushed herself into him, he wrapped his forelegs around her as she rested her head on his shoulder and held on to his forehooves with hers. Once she was finished he wrapped his wings around her and she rested her rear legs on his.
"There, that's it." Cadence said.
"That's cute. Is it comfy?" Celestia said. Twilight nodded from behind his wings.
"That's similar to what you and I did." Luna added.
"Before any pony says it, I'm not doing it, why not have Cadence and Shining do something, or Celestia and Luna." Thunder said with a semi-laugh.
"Because, everypony knows what Cadence and Shining do and me and Luna were never as close as you two." Celestia returned.
"Not to interrupt, but why would you and dad cuddle like that?" Cadence asked curiously.
"I never had many friends and Thunder didn't like most ponies he knew, Celestia was always the social-butterfly of the family." Luna said. Celestia made a slight giggle.
"Well how'd you get with mom?" Cadence asked Thunder.
"Actually, Luna set me up with her, she was actually one of Luna's close friends." Thunder said laughing as he thought back a few decades ago.
"What was her name again?" Celestia asked.
"It was beautiful, one I'll never forget. It was Lavender Frost." Thunder said smiling as he started tearing up. Twilight noticed this and hugged him tightly.
"It's OK though. Not only do I have Twilight now, but Cadence, you are almost identical to her, other than your cutie mark that is." Thunder said putting his muzzle on to Twilight.
"I hope you don't mind my asking, but what happened?" Twilight asked. Thunder sighed.
"Well, when Cadence was about your age she passed away." Thunder said.
"But why?" Twilight added.
"Old age, she wasn't an Alicorn mind you." He told her. "That same year I was only a sergeant in the Marines and was deployed to Saddle-Arabia to help with some peace efforts, that's why Cadence came here to live with Celestia and Luna." By now everypony was listing to the story like kids listening to a grandfather who would tell a fishing story on thanksgiving.
"Unfortunately the peace efforts did not go as intended, there were some ponies who felt they were being miss treated and left, only to declare war, which mind you was unheard of at the time as well as now, soon more and more ponies left and joined them, forming North Saddle-Arabia, or NSA as we called it. They made a request to us for some support, but we mistakenly sent to many, which was no one's fault, just bad communication. They saw this as a return of war and attacked. It lasted only a couple moons, but we suffered hundreds of casualties, fortunately I wasn't one, but I did suffer a wound. Got an arrow in my right hip, nothing damaged, but I did get a scar out of that to." He said shifting himself so they could see it.
"After that I got a year of medical leave, as well as some extra time for Lavender. I was awarded the Medal of Honor because I managed to save a squadron from a crashed cart. Remind me later, I'll show you all my room which has all of my stuff from then, I know Cadence's mom seen it, Cadence did once a long time ago, but I don't think anypony else did. It was also tough because my best friend, besides Luna, was one of the few casualties suffered in the war. He had no family then, his parents died when he was young and had no siblings, so he joined the EQMC and that was his life. We considered him Cadence's uncle, but he actually wasn't. I also remember Fluttershy's grandfather as well as Rainbow Dash's, I didn't know them that well, but I saw them a couple times, fortunately they both made it unscathed." At this time they were all starry eyed, lost in the story.
"After the conflict the brass sent me Shield Flare, Cadence's uncle's, medals, uniform, flag, and a bunch of other stuff. Not much to tell after that other than when I went back they promoted me to an officer, Captain at the time, and after the commanders all either passed on or retired I took over as commander. Then I moved back here with 'Tia and Luna and trained new recruits and stuff like that since then, that was probably 20 years ago. I didn't talk about it much, Cadence was young, 'Tia and Luna had their own thing going on and I wasn't married anymore and wasn't dating at the time. Then 'Tia asked me to go to her meeting with Twilight and her friends and the rest you should know." He said with a huge sigh.
"That was quite a story, is that the first time you told anypony it?" Cadence asked.
"Yeah, I was saving it for when I meet somepony new, like Twilly here, and we were all talking like this." Thunder told her. "Speaking of which, Cadence I have the dress your mother wore at our wedding and I wanted to know if you wanted it, I wish I could have gotten it to you by your wedding with Shining."
"I would love to have it, maybe I could wear it when we renew our vows, what do you think Shining?" Cadence asked him.
"That works for me." Shining answered simply.
"Speaking of that, I haven't seen you since the wedding, what'd you think of it?" Cadence asked Thunder. He laughed and thought back to his and Lavender's wedding.
"It reminded me of mine and your mother's, I actually have a picture that looks identical to yours, in fact if you didn't know any better you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Seeing you up there you looked just like your mother 30 some years ago, when I saw you up there I instantly thought of me and her back up there. I assume Celestia and Luna remember that. Celestia was the pastor and Luna was my best mare." Celestia and Luna nodded yes and thought back to then.
"Of course the military uniforms changed a lot in 30 years, yours look much better than ours did." Thunder laughed looking at Shining.
"Enough about me, surely somepony else has some stories." Thunder asked looking around. Every one else shook their head no.
"Seriously? Come on, I can't be the only one with interesting stories." Thunder added.
"Nope, me and Celestia just raised then sun and moon for thousands of years, except when I was Nightmare Moon, but you know about that." Luna told him.
"Yeah, me and Shining have only been together for a couple years." Cadence added.
"And I'm the youngest one here." Twilight joked.
"Well, that was all I had so..." Thunder said.
"Well tell us about you and Twilight." Luna suggested.
"Yes, I have not heard this story either." Celestia agreed. Thunder looked at Twilight and smiled, kissing her softly, she happily returned it.
"This again." Cadence joked. Thunder and Twilight laughed.
"Well, when Cadence was my foal-sitter and I just became your student I was playing in the castle grounds and saw Thunder training some recruits as usual, and may have got a little filly-hood crush on him." Twilight started.
"Remember those pictures she had of a large, blue stallion, Celestia?" Cadence threw in. Twilight's face turned red again.
"Oh, yeah, I thought they looked familiar." Celestia said laughing.
"What were these pictures you're speaking of?" Luna asked.
"A certain little filly drew some pictures of a certain stallion when she was younger." Cadence told Luna.
"Oh, that's cute." Luna said. Twilight pushed her head in to Thunder.
"I hate this story." Twilight said laughing.
"It's all right, remember, I drew pictures of Cadence's mom, and that was only 30 or 40 some years ago. Remember Celestia?" Thunder said looking at her.
"It's true, he did, they were actually pretty good, I must admit." Celestia commented. After that Thunder finished up the story.
"I must say, that is a very touching story. Seems like something out of a romance novel." Luna commented.
"I do read a lot of those." Twilight said laughing. Everyone else shared in the laugh.
"So, you mentioned showing us what you had from mom?" Cadence asked Thunder.
"Yes, I did, if you all would like we can now." Thunder said. The others agreed and they all walked down to Thunder's room.
"What you're looking for is over there." Thunder said aiming to the wall on the right side of the room. They walked over and looked at everything.
"So what's what?" Cadence asked.
"Well, to start, that's your mother there." He said pointing to a picture of a Pegasus mare with a pink coat and contrasting purple and ice blue wings, she had a light purple mane with light blue streaks. Her cutie mark was a simple purple flower with ice crystals on it.
"What's her cutie mark mean?" Twilight asked.
"It means that even in the coldest times beauty can still shine through, even making the coldest ones beautiful. That's what she told me anyway." Thunder explained looking at the picture.
"This is my medal case here, this one is the Medal of Honor I told you about, this one is Medal of Valor and this one is Marine Commanding Unit." He said pointing at the corresponding one. "Those are just a couple major ones, it would take a while to tell them all." He said.
"Who's flag is that?" Cadence said referring to the folded flag in a gold-trimmed wood case.
"That was the one they gave me at the funeral when your uncle died." Thunder said. His eyes were tearing up slightly, but kept going.
"That's his uniform and medal case there." He said pointing to them. "This one is my uniform from back then, the one I wore when me and Lavender got married. Here is the picture of when we finished our vows, here they are written, mine is on the left, hers is on the right." He said pointing at them. "If you look at this picture here I bet no one can tell if it's me and Lavender or Cadence and Shining."
"Yours?" Cadence guessed.
"Nope, it's actually yours, you can tell by the fact if you look closely you can see your mane through the veil." Thunder said putting his foreleg over Cadence holding her close.
"Oh, yeah, I suppose so." Cadence said looking closer.
"That's all for over here, all I have left is your mother's dress from our wedding." Thunder said letting go of Cadence and walking to his closet, opening it up and moving a few things.
"Here we are." Thunder said finding the dress and taking it out. "Looks just as good as the day she wore it, I can still see her wearing it to this day." He said looking at it. "It hasn't been out in a while though, here, you should try it on." He said handing it to Cadence.
"Right now?" She said surprised.
"Yeah, why not, you're the same size now as she was back then." Thunder told her.
"Alright then." She said taking it and going in to the bathroom and putting it on. After a minute she walked out in the dress.
"Well what do you think?" Thunder asked.
"It fits almost perfectly." Cadence said looking at it. Thunder didn't say anything, he just stood there looking at her. "Is something wrong, dad?" Cadence asked looking at Thunder who was tearing up again.
"No, that's the thing, nothing's wrong, you look just like your mother did 30 years ago." He said with his voice catching in his throat. Cadence walked over to him and hugged him tightly.
"OK, you should probably put it back so it doesn't get damaged." Thunder said with a heavy sigh. Cadence nodded and walked back to the bathroom and put the dress back. She walked back out with the dress in the bag.
"Do you want to keep it in here until you head back to the Crystal Empire?" Thunder asked Cadence.
"Yeah, just be sure to remind me." She told him.
"I can do that." Thunder said. After he finished Luna yawned.
"Oh I apologize, but I'm heading to bed." She said looking outside where she just finished raising the moon. She walked over to Thunder and hugged him and then walked out saying good night to them, everyone returned it.
"Yeah, I think me and Shiny are going to bed as well." Cadence said yawning to. She then walked over to Thunder and hugged him, Celestia and Twilight and took Shining and went to another room.
"Alright then, well now I can tell you what I told you about earlier Thunder." Celestia said to Thunder and Twilight.
"Oh, yeah." Thunder said.
"As you know Cadence and Shining are in the Crystal Empire so they only use the guest room when they are here." Celestia said. Thunder nodded, but Twilight was lost. "The room they had when they were here is open and, as a symbol of my happiness for you two, I would like to offer it to you two when ever you're here together." Celestia finished.
"Yeah, that's OK, with me." Thunder said.
"Alright then." Twilight agreed.
"Good, I imagine you'll be spending the night?" Celestia asked. They nodded yes.
"OK, let's go show you to your room." Celestia said walking through the castle. Thunder and Twilight followed close behind. They got to the room at the end of a corridor.
"Here we are." Celestia said opening the door. Inside was a large cloud-looking bed with a silk red blanket on top and plastic rose petals scattered around.
"Oh, my." Was all Twilight was able to say.
"It was their 'honeymoon suite' so to speak, feel free to clean up the petals and do whatever you would like to make yourselves comfortable. There is a sauna/shower in the back room and a closet with some assorted sleepwear, pick through what you would like. So I'll leave you two to get settled. If you need anything ring the bell next to the door and a maid should arrive shortly." Celestia explained as she showed them everything.
"Wow, why are you letting us have this?" Thunder asked.
"Well they were the last one's to use it and they moved so it just collects dust." Celestia said simply. Twilight was in awe and couldn't speak. Celestia nodded and left without another word. Once she did Twilight immediately spoke up.
"Well I'm going to take a shower, but I'm not used to being this big so I might fall, I need someone to keep an eye on me." Twilight said in a low sultry voice. Thunder managed to catch that one.
"I think I can help with that." Thunder said jokingly serious. Twilight giggled and walked to the shower room with Thunder close behind. Twilight took off her crown and gold slippers as Thunder took off his armor. Twilight turned the water on warm and slowly stepped in. Thunder followed close behind. She put her head under the water, letting it flow down her mane. She got under the stream and looked at Thunder with 'bedroom eyes' and he slowly got close and finally placed his lips on hers.
"What do you think Cadence and Shining would do if they saw this?" Twilight asked with a smile.
"Wish they would have thought of this." Thunder smiled back. Twilight went back to kissing him and Thunder ran his hoof across her side stopping at her cutie mark, she instinctively raised her leg. Knowing the water rushing would muffle it she started making light satisfied moans. This excited Thunder and he gently pushed her against the wall, she wasn't expecting it and made an excited squeal. He grabbed her hooves and held them against the wall, she acted like she was pushing back, but he just held her. She started poking his mouth with her tongue, he decided to get the jump and as soon as he opened his mouth he pushed his tongue against hers. She made a quick squeak. He teased her by rubbing his wings along her thigh and cutie mark, she would twitch when he hit a more sensitive spot. She got excited and pushed him on the floor, pinning him playfully, he felt the water hitting Twilight and running down her side and landing on him. Twilight broke the kiss for a second.
"Do you think we should, you know?" Twilight asked with a innocent look in her eyes.
"Only if you want to." He answered. She bit her lower lip and nodded, slowly positioning herself on top of him, she made a loud moan as she started feeling him.
After a few minutes they had finished and Twilight was laying on his chest panting heavily, he was rubbing her back and panting to. Once she regained her energy she got up slowly and turned the water off. They got out and dried off and walked back into the main part of the bedroom. They walked over to the closet Celestia told them about, Twilight opened it and saw a silk robe similar to hers and a pair of nylon pants. She smiled as she grabbed them and turned to Thunder.
"How about this for tonight?" She said holding the up for him to see.
"That looks sexy." Thunder said. Twilight went back to the bathroom and put it on and came back out. He just looked at her for a second. Twilight ran and jumped on him, pushing him down quickly.
"Now what are you going to do?" Twilight said teasingly.
"Well, I can do this." Thunder said taking his wings and tickling her sides. She jumped and fell on top of him laughing loudly.
"Damn it, I always fall for that!" Twilight said laughing as she fell on him, releasing her grip. Once she did Thunder eased up and went back to rubbing her lightly

I apologize if the story seems to have a faster pace than most, I just write important stuff and leave the rest to the readers imagination, that way the reader can feel more personal to the story.
Also nothing like this has happened to me. I was always a sucker for a father-daughter story, don't ask why, I don't know. I apologize again if it seems to stray away from the main subject, but I can't do just Thunder and Twilight in the library all the time, I figured I'd add some spice to the story. Any ideas you have comment below, I might not use them, but feel free to share them.
