Chaos for Tea

Discord looked into the pond and saw his reflection in the water, he wasn't pleased with it, so he poofed up a bow tie with his magic. Still not pleased, he twisted and turned it until it looked just right. But, then he poofed it away again.

Unperfect! He thought to himself with a smile.

He knocked on the door, and snapped his fingers to make a tray of cupcakes appear, right when Fluttershy opened the door.

"Oh, Discord. Those are lovely." Fluttershy said as she closed the door behind her, making sure not letting out any animals.

"Why thank you, Fluttershy. I do hope you like them, they're pony flavored." He said with a smirk.

"Now, Discord! Don't you dare tease me like that!" She yelled, raising her voice.

Discord rolled his eyes and made a newspaper appear in her hoof and he layed his head on the ground, ready for a beating. Leaving a Fluttershy, who was now very shy, confused on what to do.

"You know I never would, Disc." She said softly as she put her head in front of his on the ground.

"I know, Fluttershy. Now then, shall we begin our walk?" He asked as got up and he wiggled his butt to make a swim armchair floatie appeared underneath his hiny. "Don't suppose where we are going for tea has a pool?" He asked as sunglasses appeared on his face.

"I'm sorry.... There isn't." Fluttershy replied with a squeak.

"Do not worry, I can make one when we get there."

"Disc, you really shouldn't..."

"I'm joking."

"Good.."

"Not."

"Discord!"

"Are we there yet?" Discord complained in his floatie armchair, which seemed to be floating along the path on invisible water.

"I'm sorry Discord, this is taking longer than expected... Maybe we should s-"

"That's complete sense! We keep going." He said triumphantly.

"Don't you mean non-"

"No, I mean sense."

"Is this really it?" Discord asked as he got off the armchair and it poofed away.

"Don't you like it?"

"It's imperfect."

"I am so sorry, let's go somewhere else."

"No, imperfect means it's great."

"But imperfect means it's not gr-"

"It's imperfect."

Discord and Fluttershy started setting up the tea party, and ants started appearing. Fluttershy, tried to be nice to them, obviously.

"Excuse me, little ants, could you please not eat our picnic and go somewhere else?"

"...."

"Please?"

"...."

"Maybe if I give you a cookie to take with you?"

"...."

"What are they saying?" Discord asked as he got out the plates.

"Nothing."

"I thought you could understand animals."

"I do."

"Then why not these?"

"I am understanding them."

"But you said that you aren't hearing them."

"No, I said they weren't saying anything."

"Well, it's better than them talking back."

The ants were starting to go away when Discord said something.

"Fluttershy?"

"Yes?" She asked back as she watch the things crawl away.

"You know those ants?"

"Yes?"

"I brought them here from your cottage's ant farm."

"Oh my, ants, come back!" She squealed as she ran after each one.

"These are really good cupcakes, Discord."

"And this is really wonderful tea, Fluttershy.

"What is the main ingredient in the cupcakes?" She asked, taking a sip of tea.

"Rainbows, why?"

Fluttershy made wide eyes and started to choke.

"What's wrong with rainbows?"

"How is angel?"

"He is very good, living up to his name."

"So, he is failing on my lessons?"

When Discord and Fluttershy were done with their snacks and tea, Discord was starting to get a little bit bored, so he tried to start up a 'normal' conversation.

"How's the weather?"

"Good, Rainbow Dash and her crew are really getting g-"

"That's boring, talk about something else."

"Discord, you *know you shouldn't inter-*"

"That's even more boring!"

"Discord!"

"What?"

"You really need to work on your manners. You are starting to get worse than Prince Bluebl-"

"Look! A deer!"

"Fluttershy?"

"Being my friend."

"Thank you, Discord. That's very swe-"

"Can I go in a pool now?"

"Thank you for the tea party, Fluttershy. But I have some chaos I have to attend to at home, I think gravity is coming back..."

"Well, ok. But make sure you come to my birthday party next week, Disc."

"I wouldn't miss it for the world."

"Yay!" She squealed at him.

"But I'm not bringing the cupcakes." He said as his sunglasses reappeared and he walked away.
