Chapters Apprentice of the Moon: Tales of a teen drake
Prologue and a bit of personal history
In a large brick building, in the center of a village during its annual celebration, a red dragon slept during the festivities. She had a large black egg, clutched in her arms and pressed to her ample chest. The egg lightly glowing red and the dragon's wavy white spines making no movement as she slumbers. A pair quietly enters the building and approach the red dragon, the youngest of the pair is a baby dragon and quietly approaches the sleeping dragon. The baby dragon is small and purple with rounded emerald green spines, matching her eyes and her lack of wings like the dragoness before her. Her green frills angled down as she approaches the sleeping dragon, lightly shaking her shoulder to wake her up. The red dragoness sleepily opens her eye revealing eyes matching the young dragon’s own.
“Mom, can you tell us a story while we wait?” asks Barb innocently, the elder of the pair, a pink filly sits waiting expectantly.
“Of course,” answers the dragon smiling sweetly, her voice melodic, she places the egg in front of her and motioned Barb to sit next to it.
“Come over here Screwball, you’ll wanna hear too,” beckoning her closer. Screwball smiles and goes over, sitting on the other side of the egg.
“Now then my little ones, this will more of a tale of how each of you came into this world and how we came to be what we are so it will involve a bit of history,” said Redmoon smiling
“I guess you could say it all began with the fall of the Empire. We don’t know much of how it happened or why it occurred, even our oldest living elders and scholars have no idea. What is known of it comes from the surviving relics held from those days along with the old scrolls and books. What is known is that it was a tragedy and took many lives but we, the clans and others, were the survivors.”
“The clans are each known as: Incendia the masters of fire, Naga of the Sea, Ark the shining light, Titan the earth movers, Razor the riders of the wind, Styx the keepers of the dead and us Loki the world benders. The clans and peoples of this land were not always in tune with one another, my children there was once much violence among us.”
“Why?” Asks Barb curiously.
“I do not know why there was so much fighting among us; the fighting had being going on long before I was hatched, none of us even remember what started the fighting.” shrugs Redmoon.
“You could sum it up like this, of why we may have been fighting: some wanted to dominate, believing they were superior to all others, or some just wanted more land and resources or some of us just fought so we would not be subjugated. If that’s the case of why it happened, our clan fought for the latter of the 3. We didn't go looking for trouble but it came to us, that's why we were originally called the Dire clan, the clan that always go the worst of it.” Redmoon tilting her head downward a bit, prompting her daughters to hug their mother a more closely, returning her to the tale at hand. She brightened up again and proudly smiled.
“Nobody tried harder for peace then me, I was always trying to branch out and connect to the other clans and peoples, sometimes I had to dodge or fight or jump off a cliff to get away when I failed with some but I kept on trying and got some of my fellow clandrakes and the other races to work with me.”
“Why did you try so hard?”ask both girls in unison. She then affectionately rubbed their heads.
“Well it was because I was tired of the fighting and mostly for my first mate Jade.” Redmoon says with a bright smile
“I meet Jade at the border river when we were kids and about a couple of years older than you two, and I saved his life before he could drown. I found out after I did that he was Incendia, but we didn't fight. He was grateful for me saving his life and asked if there was any way to repay it so I said."Come play with me here tomorrow.” Redmoon attempting to mimic her younger voice.
"He agreed to it and so we meet each other at the river and played, I brought along Discord and we became a trio of best friends."
“Dad?” asks both girls surprised
“Yes your father was a wanderer before he came to the village and he just stayed. No one seemed to mind him since he didn't cause any trouble. I approached him and asked if he wished to be friends, and he was pretty surprised when I did. It seemed that no one approached him before and he just felt glad that someone wished to talk to him.” upon saying that she received skeptical looks from her daughters.
"I know it seems hard to believe knowing how loved your father is but it’s true, and you two should really stop mimicking your father or your faces will get stuck like that if you do." Redmoon wagging her finger at them in mock scolding.
“After a while the friendship between me and Jade grew, with some help from your father we were able to keep our relationship a secret, and one day we kind of confessed our feelings to each other ” said Redmoon smiling and getting a bit redder as she remembers.
“So we worked together to help end the fighting, we gained others on our side and worked to make peace against those who wished to keep us in war, my clan was behind me especially after discord taught us new ways to use our magic, sadly some of our fellows were not so fortunate. Those who joined our cause were taken in by us of the Loki and we became stronger with the new array of skills and were able to fight as a unified force, though what truly ended the conflict was a challenge that united all of us” said Redmoon as she now adopts a more serious expression for the mood prompting both girls to lean in closer.
“We simply called it The Red Frost” Redmoon whispers ominously and remembering the events
“Wh-What happened” asks Eris scared, Barb having gone quiet.
“It occurred in the middle of summer, A great winter descended upon the land coming so fast and strong that none of us were prepared for it. Crops and animals dying in waves, game nearly nonexistent as animals had fled before its arrival or died in the ice and snow ,some falling into a never ending sleep and some simply dropping dead.The worst of it was when They came.”
“Wh-who” asks Barb quietly.
Redmoon sighs.
“Some called them the hate taken flesh, come here to devour us all. They were the endless hunger, almost all caught were devoured by them and No matter how much they ate they never were sated, few could rest due to fear of being devoured while they slept , the creatures,the monsters,the wendigos. My entire family fell to the beasts and I became leader of the Loki. I called a summit to meet the other leaders of the land, even the stubborn bastards and bitches who were originally so insistence on continuing the fighting agreed with me that we needed to work together. On the way back to the clan I found Discord and Jade out there, fighting them… both badly wounded.”
“Dad…wounded!?” Both asks shocked.
“Yes they were plentiful, and though your father is strong they were resistant to his usual chaos magic. I jumped in but,I wasn't enough and just when I thought we were done for, something unexpected happened. Two massive shapes came from the sky blazing flames upon the beasts ,we were saved by two feral dragons. With their help we were able to kill enough for us to escape. The dragons were Rio and Diablo."
“Uncles Rio and Diablo!?” both girls surprised.
“Yes they came to our aid, seemed they had hoped the clan drakes would help them, from the marks on their bodies I could tell they had been attacked by hordes of the beasts. I let them join Loki, and they became part of our plan to strike back.”
“We pooled our resources together to survive. Your father, Jade, and several clandrakes were able to create an endless spring over the land. This saved us and weakened the beasts and we struck while the moment called for it. Any of us brave enough or those who could transform attacked and killed as many as we could. I properly earned my name on those days and nights.”
“What do you mean?” asked both girls
“My flames burned them to nothing, my shouts blew them to pieces, and I slashed them to ribbons with my sickles" Redmoon pointing to one of them leaning against the wall.
"The blood of the wendigos and my scales shined in the moon, so I truly earned my name,” said Redmoon proudly as she slowly becomes downtrodden
“One day their onslaught just ended, I didn't know at the time how long we had been fighting them, it all felt like a blur and I couldn't speak for a while after it was over. The celebration lasted days and eventually I regained my voice. We rebuilt and pressed on, we held a mass funeral for those we had lost, burning a massive pyre to them: some letting the bodies be burned, some burying them, some doing other ceremonies, different traditions for each I guess. Me, Jade, Discord, Rio and Diablo were hailed by all as heroes, for our parts in the battle against the wendigos. We couldn’t so easily all go back to being separate clans after the ordeal, so we made pacts and treaties becoming more unified, the other leaders who survived even allowed me to become Archmatriach of the clans and me and jade were able to become mates, we were finally free of the conflicts of the past and were marching forward” said Redmoon her face still solemn
“Then why are you still looking so sad?” Asks Barb.
“We had one more conflict after that to deal wit.” Redmoon sighs out.
“You see girls our unification had brought much to us. Now that we were no longer simply fighting each other we could collaborate and work together, trade flowed in from all over the land. Gems & metals of all kinds from the land to us all: onyx, sapphires, iron, emeralds, rubies, gold and that was just some of the new found wealth, unfortunately it attracted unwanted attention. Feral drakes had begun to descend upon us, clearly they had not been spared the wendigos. They took our gems, supplies, our livestock, and even eggs and children and killed any who they could.”
She then looks over at barb and said.
“They even took your egg.”
“Huh?” said Barb, surprised.
“It is true but that happened later in the story.” said Redmoon.
“We didn't stand for any of that, so we began the 'Campaign of Retribution'. We pushed the ferals back and took their lands, fighting and killing to get back what was stolen from us." She then closes her eyes and softly said.
“Some of us didn't make it back, Jade died saving me from a feral from behind" she reopens her eyes a fire burning in them.
"Me and Discord saw that they paid for that.We had pushed them back and beaten them in the 5th year. We took the land they had dominated over and worked to make it usable, some of it even make up some of the swamplands. We gained much and made sure those who died, did not in vain. We even gained more kids due to the adoption of orphans and eggs from the campaign.”
She then looks at Barb affectionately pulling both girls in and nuzzles barb and smiling.
“We got your egg back, and later hatched you, she then turns to Screwball nuzzling her as well. You were so small when discord brought you." Redmoon nuzzling screwball, both girls now smiling happily.
"So Jade died, and dad became your mate?" Asks Screwball.
“Well yes but that happened a while later, Discord had helped me raise your sister and I helped him raise you and as time went on we came together." she said smiling and blushing as she is remembering their first night together.
"We realized we went well together and so I asked him if he wished to be my mate , and the wedding was largely celebrated, and it started because of you two really” Redmoon hugging her kids
“Us?” They ask a bit confused
“Yup!" Redmoon smiling more radiantly
"Because you two girls came into our lives and we got even closer and I realized I loved your father like I loved Jade. So you could say this egg is a testament to me and your father, just like you’re a testament to me and Jade." said Redmoon to Barb and Screwball hugging the two.
“Your the 1st testament to me and discord” said Redmoon affectionately to her daughter, Screwball.All three are now smiling and giggling in the lovefest between the mother and her daughters.
*Wobble*
“Huh?” Redmoon feeling movement.
*Wobble, Wobble*
She then looks down at the egg.
*Wobble, Wobble, Wobble*
Her eyes grow wide .
“Discord!!!” Redmoon shouts out.
“Yes, Ruby?” said a figure calmly floating over the trio and egg.
The figure, in question is an oddity at that. He is a myriad of creatures: His head is that of a goat with red pupils and instead of white, yellow surrounds them with a beard and bushy eyebrows of white. A dragon horn deer antler adorn his head. His torso and legs though covered by his hide leggings and tunic reveal some of the brown feather coat that resides underneath. One arm is that of a large cat and the other of a bird, of his visible feet one a dragon claw and the other of a hoofed animal of unknown origin. His outstretched wings are a mismatched bat and bird, and he has a mane in an odd cut is pure black. His visible tail is of a dragon but unlike his leg, which is green , the tail is red with pink spines, his tail ending in a tuff of white hair. Though it sounds as such a being massive, in truth he is not of a muscle variety but is is tall and thin.At a glance it can be seen that he holds vast magical power and a twinge of eccentricity due to the mismatch assorted rainbow colors of his tunic and leggings. As well sporting a small pure onyx ring.
“Look down at the egg” Redmoon deadpans, he turns around now looking down at them.
*WOBBLE,WOBBLE,WOBBLE,WOBBLE,WOBBLE,WOBBLE* the egg goes as it shakes, the entire village feeling it shake , as the very earth rumbles to the egg’s violent wobbling.
“What was that!” said Discord surprised as he falls to the ground and lands next to them.
“I think the egg about to hatch” said Screwball shakily , her hand now resting on the egg.
“Oh…well then… if you will excuse me”said Discord leaving the building ,a look of shock written across his face.
A two dragons walk up to the dracounquess. The dragon on the left is a tall one, and muscular as well. His body showing well defined muscles under his tunic, his large wings clear on his back. His body scaled green with red sharp arrow like spines and tall 7ft 5 inches, the dragon next to him a mirror image except with green spines and scaled red, both have piercing yellow eyes.
“You ok Discord?” asks the red one.
“I’m fine Rio” said Discord still shock faced.
“You don’t look fine, have anything to do with that weird trembling that just went through?” asks Diablo.
“Oh yes, that would be the egg is about to hatch.”
“Oh" they both reply happy to hear it is nothing serious.

“What!!!” Both shout out.
“The Egg is about to hatch!!! They both shout out, all in the village square hearing that.
“What” shouts back all in the square.
People rushing into the large lbuilding, to see the egg that shook the entire village, and crashed the festival.
Diablo, Rio, and Discord, rushing to the side of their family.
The egg know floating continues to shake violently as it is about to hatch, a crowd waiting to see what the newborn looks like, as the egg floats high in the air.
*Crack*
The entire egg now covered in cracks and for a few moments, the egg brightly shines, red, white,green, grey, blue and yellow. Purple light begins to leak out of the egg’s cracked black shell. A loud audible pop goes through the building as the egg shatters and in its place is a little baby black dragon with rounded purple spines. Its eyes closed and it slowly floats into Redmoon’s outstretched arms.
“It’s a boy.” said Redmoon surprised at the random display her baby just did.
……………………… Silence throughout room, but ends as it explodes into loud cheering.
“Well that was a show.” said Diablo surprised.
“Not surprised considering its there kid." said Rio drinking some grog from his waterskin.
“Yeah I guess: Barb’s egg spitting fire everywhere and screwball when she first showed up, sneezing turning our house into fish and pork,” said Rio doing the same as his brother.
The child opens its eyes, one red and one blue neither seeming to belong to a drake, and looks at the new surroundings. The baby doesn't scream out, but opens its mouth, breathing in and out. It looks up at the creatures surrounding it and smiles. Its eyes then go to Discord and its reaches out its tiny arms to him.
“Aww he wants you to hold him.” Redmoon handing off their son to Discord.
Discord then gently holds the newborn in his arms, the newborns long and uncharacteristically thin tail wraps around Discord's arm.
“Aww look at you.” Discord goes, holding his child happily.
“Coo, coo coo.” he goes to the child lightly tickling him with the finger with the ring on it.
The infant then grabs the finger.
"Whoa, a firm grip for his ag.," Discord smiling then sees the baby drake take the ring off his claw, put it in his mouth and chew it and swallow.
“Burp.” goes the infant, smiling and giggling.
The entire crowd seeing the action, shocked while the baby drake happily giggles along with Screwball, Barb and some kids in the audience, the older members remaining silent.
“…..I thought baby drakes weren't supposed to be able to do that until they're older….." said Discord shocked.
“He shouldn't be able to do that yet…..”said Redmoon surprised as well.
"So what should we name him?" asks Discord getting back on topic, as the shock fades.
“Well he likes onyx and he is as black as Nox so how bout, Nox Onyx” suggest Redmoon.
“Sounds great.” said Discord smiling.
“Yay!” Said Nox onyx, drawing all attention back to him.
“Nox Nox” Nox Onyx happily chirps out , before yawning and falling asleep in Discord’s arms.
………. The room is now completely quiet.
“I can already tell he will be an odd child even among us .” said Discord with a smile.
Rio and Diablo just simply shrug and say to both of them
“Well he one of your kids” both grinning as they begin to laugh.
All are now laughing at this joyous occasion and the odd humor that just took place.
Nox sleeping soundly, a smile on his face.

Apprentice of the Moon: Tales of a teen drake
In an underground cavern houses a lone and giant crystal tree. The tree bears out many branches, but what stands out are 5 branches that lead to the tree's center. These branches each bear a single gem, along with the center of the tree.
Two figures enter the cavern. They are an unusual pair. The larger of the two is notably the elder, possibly being in her mid or late 20's. Her coat of pure white compliments her ample curves, her mane and appears to be made of an odd rainbow array, this array primarily consist of: pink turquoise and blue. What is more so odd about this mane and tail is that they constantly flow as if wind were blowing. Her eyes are a dazzling purple. Her body is bedecked in golden armor: her arms in gauntlets, her legs and chest armored up, only leaving her head exposed. Her back holds her large white wings and her, large scythe, she is currently wearing a necklace of gold adorned with a purple gem at its center.
The smaller of the two, possibly being or between the age of 12 and 15. Her small frame, is more appearing of a “tomboyish” figure, her chest holds no real girth along with the rest of her body. Her coat is dark blue. Her eyes a piercing cyan, and her mane as blue as sapphires, like the other alicorn's it is flowing as if there were wind, unlike the other alicorn, hers appears to be made of the starry sky. Her small frame is bedecked in an armor of an unknown black metal, her armor covers her entire body, though it reveals her face and mane, but instead of leggings hers is of a metal skirt. She wears a pendant of the same material, embroiled with a white moonstone in the center. Her back currently sport only her wings, her sword in the scabbard at her side. Though both appear young, they both give off the feeling of incredible magical power.
“The elements of harmony” said the white alicorn as she approaches the tree, placing her armored hand upon its trunk.
“Dost thou think they will be enough sister?” Asks the blue alicorn.
“I hope so Luna, I hope so. Our little ponies have suffered enough under the reign of Discord. It is time to end this once and for all” said Celestia determinedly.
3 gems float from the tree into Celestia's satchel and the remaining 3 to Luna's.
"Let’s hope this works sister" said Luna.
"Let’s hope" said Celestia as they leave the cavern.
*Meanwhile at night far away, in the Loki clan Village*
"I hope this works" said Discord drawing out a bag of seeds.
He cooks a good portion of them in his lion hand and looks at the audience.
"What? a guy’s got to eat" said Discord in a hushed whisper.
"I also don’t want these to hurt them" said Discord as he points to his sleeping family, each snugly wrapped in wendigo skins, on there beds.
"It will work; they can never defeat me anyway. These are just a little insurance. This is the almost the end of this tactic of mine anyhow." Discord thinking of what he has done.
"They have suffered enough; she has gone through enough" said Discord quietly looking over at his mate, as she soundly sleeps.
"This will be the last day, and then we can continue on with our happy life. Plus I still need to teach the kids some of my skills he says looking at his 3 sleeping kids. Barb and Screwball sleeping soundly ,Nox appearing to be having troubled dreams, Discord goes over placing his hand on his son, whispering in his frill, soothing the child.
"It will be fine"Discord tells himself" he still leaves a letter to Redmoon, it vanishes and will appear again if he is not to return.
"I will be fine; nothing is going to happen, I will see them again soon, happy and healthy." Discord repeats like a mantra, as he heads back to the chaotic portion of land known as Equestria.
Having traveled he sits on his throne, to sleep.
"It will all be alright." said Discord as he begins to realign the reality of the land as it was before he meddled ,a slow and unnoticeable rate, starting from the outreaches of the land.
*It is now a few days after Nox’s tenth hatch day, the people had celebrated amazingly, the young drake now toting a sack of rare gems, a gift given to him by his father.*
“So why do you think dad wanted to have a family party out here in this weird place?” asks Nox Onyx as he tosses a gem into his mouth, chewing quietly. The young drake is now 10 years old. He is below average height at about 4ft 6 inches. He has a slender frame for someone his age though he eats like a starved hog. He is currently wearing a white hide leggings and tunic. His back is wingless like Barb's and his mother. He is an oddity with his eyes, and tail. Neither of his eyes seeming to belong to a dragon. The right one is a pale blue and the other a crimson red. He has rounded purple spines and scales as dark as the blackest night. His tail is longer than most drakes, but not broad like most dragons, and is more of a long whip then a tree trunk dragon tail. It currently is going ballistic. His sword is strapped to his side. His back is wingless.
"What wrong with your tail Nox?" asks Barb annoyed and backing away to avoid getting hit.
"Sorry I have no idea what’s wrong with it" Nox said grabbing it to try and steady it to no avail.
Barb, now 12 is a female dragon. Her tail is like most dragons broad and long, and her body is in its development stage, she has a tomboyish figure. Her eyes are emerald green and draconic in nature, her spines are like her brothers rounded, but his are the same purple as her scales while hers match her eyes. She eats a lot like her brother, and with just as much decency. She is currently wearing her tunic in black and her leggings the same way. She is the same height as her brother, and has a quiver strapped to her wingless back, her short bow at her side.
Nox's tail then promptly smacks Barb across the face.
"Why you little!" Barb angrily jumps at her brother, a cloud of dust appearing around them as they begin fight.
The two are now fighting, and Nox is losing, BAD
Eris sighs, as she grabs the two by the scruffs of their clothing, to end the fighting and keep them moving.
"Thank you Eris." said Redmoon, not even looking behind her.
ris Is like her father a myriad of various creature, she appears to be made of the same mix but is noticeably and obviously female. Her body is budding ,and is becoming as ample as her mother's. A black staff is currently on her back. Why she is not being her true self as she usually is, is anyone’s guess. She is at 6 ft 6 a bit shorter than her mother.
"You two behave." said Redmoon firmly. She is a 75 year old drake. Drakes age differently from other races so she has the appearance of a drake in her early to mid-20s. Her spines are wavy and as white, her scales a deep red. Her eyes match Barbs in color, emerald green. She is at 7ft, about average height for a Loki. Her form is tall and ample showing much curve and her tail is that of a normal drake. Her tunic and leggings Is a deep blue ,and is wearing a silver band around her ankle. Her sickles are strapped at her sides.
“To bad uncles Rio and Diablo couldn’t come” said Nox offering some his gems to his Sisters to apologize.
“You know those two, always hardworking “ Barb accepting fire ruby.
“Or there laying back and drinking Grog, either or.” Eris munching on a blue pearl.
“You know those to love their work, and their drinks.” said Redmoon.
5 minutes later
“Are we there yet.” asks Nox Onyx.
"No" said Redmoon.
"Are we there yet?" asks Nox Onyx smiling.
"No" said Redmoon not even losing patience, the same can't be said for Barb and Eris.
"Are we there yet?" asks Nox Onyx again.
12 more Are we there yet? later
"Are we there ye-,"Eris turning him around for a moment to get a good look at her and Barb's faces and what they promise.
“Were here” said Remoon pointing ahead towards him, right there near that spring of chocolate milk, and cotton candy clouds was Discord sitting on his throne, his eyes closed as if in concentration.
Two figure approach the ruler of Equestria.
"Kids down" Redmoon firmly telling them to hide in a bush, they fall in and hide, Redmoon moving stealthily
*Meanwhile out of ear range of the gaggle of drakes and a draconquess*
“There! That should do it. Though I did make sure that no pony could got hurt during my reign. Chaos I may be but not cruel. ”Discord said Out loud
“I think the ponies would argue differently." said Celestia and Luna harmoniously, their eyes burning with determination.
"Ah if it isn't my favorite two sisters!" Discord smiling and eating the odd black seeds.
“Want some?” asks Discord his arm stretching like rubber out to the Alicorns, the sister’s make no move to grab any.
“Suit yourself; they are really quite good." Discoird arm coming back to him, he now lightly flicks the seeds at the alicorns. There facial expressions unchanged.
“Hmm nothing? Just going to keep looking at me, alright but do hurry up. I am expecting company.” said Discord.
“This ends now Discord!” they both say in unison as they open there bags revealing gemstones.
“Ooooh gems, you plan to beat me with some gems.” Discord, now laughing loudly.
“Those would be a good treat sure, but as a weapon? Against me?" Discord saod between laughs , as the gems now swirl around the alicorn princesses.
A large rainbow arc shoots out from the gems stones and descends upon him, consuming him in a bright light, the draconquess now a stone statue, his laughing face and pose frozen in place.
Redmoon now frozen in her tracks, tears slowly streaming down her face . She is only awakened from the shock at seeing her Son, Nox run out to the statue, tears evident in his eyes.
"Shit!"Redmoon angrily draws her sickles out and rushes after her son, tears rolling down her face. Her other children following after Nox. Confused at what just happened and why did another person she cared about have to die, as she goes after Nox.
"Dad! Dad!" said Nox running to his now stone father.
*On the alicorns end*
"It is finally over?" asks Luna, quietly
“Yes it is, sister , yes it is” said Celestia with a sad expression
“Pater!, Pater!” They hear, as they turn to see the young dragon running toward the statue, Nox still crying.
He stops as they see him, fear now written on his face as he backs away as Celestia steps closer.
“Where did you come from little one? asks Celestia kindly, attempting to calm the scared dragon.
Redmoon appearing between them, as she dropped from the sky. Her sickles drawn, glaring angrily at the sisters, her tears gone.
“Ego Sum Coccinus Luna, quid habere vos perfectus ad mei sodalis." the female dragon said
*Our drakes and draconquess end*
“*I am Redmoon, What have you done to my mate.*” said Redmon angrily, glaring at the two alicorns , Nox now behind her, Redmoon's daughters at her sides
The white alicorn then looks over at the group,her gaze ending at Eris . Saying something to her sister, as the alicorn motion to draw out the gems again, Redmoon lunges. Celestia barely managing to block the sickle, with her scythe.

Author's Note
Decided to use some of my current momentum to write a fight scene.
1st encounter is a battle
*Not even a scratch!*" Thinks Redmoon as she sees the alicorn has shielded her from the attack, not a scratch on said shield as it disappears.
Celestia then flaps her wings and flies high into the sky.
“*You won’t get away!*” shouts Redmoon as she launches herself into the sky after the alicorn.
Celestia blasts an arc of magical energy at the approaching dragon.
Redmoon immediately dodges the blast, flying at the alicorn with full fury.
Celestia prepares herself for the incoming drake, readying herself for the incoming attack.
*Meanwhile on Luna’s End*
Eris’ pushes back the alicorn princess, forcing her back but she is unable to land a hit.
"*Arggh*" goes Eris, smashing her staff into Luna’s sword arm, knocking the sword out the alicorn’s hand and flinging it away with her tail. Luna backpedaling to avoid the staff smashing into her throat. Luna responds by blasting Eris with a lightning spell, burning her staff to ashes, and injuring the Draconequus' hands.
"Surrender"you have no chance off wining said Luna.
"*I will end you!!*" shouts Eris angrily her eyes teary and glowing pink, as she jumps back away from the alicorn.
Eris then pulls back and launches out her fist,her arm stretches rocketing at the alicorn. The punch connects with Luna's armor, the alicorn being budged only a few inches, the armor holding.
"*What!?!*" exclaims Eris, her punch not doing damage to the alicorn or her armor.
Luna launches several magic missiles, but Eris manages to put up a shield around herself as she blocking the alicorn's assault.
*Foosh* an arrow, whistle past Luna’s head, managing to cut her cheek.
"*Shit!*" said Barb as she nocks another arrow, her and Nox now moving to dodge Luna’s stun spell.
"*Nox! Get out of here!*" shouts Barb as she runs and takes aim at the alicorn, Barb’s eyes now glowing red. The launched arrow becomes a fiery missile, causing an explosion at the alicorn’s feet and propelling her several feet away. Nox now running the opposite direction, scared and confused.
*We will be fine, Mom can’t lose she has survived so much. She cant lose, she wont die, it will be fine.” Nox Onyx repeats over and over in his mind. Confused of why this is happening.
*On Celestia’s end*
Redmoon’s assault continues, not giving Celestia a chance to use magic.
Redmoon,her assault now seeming to yield results as several small gashes beginning to form in Celestia’s armor.
"That is enough!" shouts Celestia as she blasts Redmoon square in the chest, the blast sending Redmoon plummeting to the earth below.
*On Luna’s end*
The alicorn, is now dodging Barb’s explosive arrows, Barb herself not understanding what is happening, but continues to fire.
"Enough!" shouts Luna, grabbing her sword after flying toward it. The alicorn then slashes the incoming shot, destroying it entirely.
"*Did you get her?*" asks Eris, healing her injure left hand.
"*I don’t know*"said Barb knocking another arrow, waiting for the smoke to clear, to get a shot at the alicorn.
"*Ah screw it!*" Barb inhales Deeply.
"Hah!" She goes as she unleashes green flames upon the spot where they last saw the alicorn. The flames, burning the pink plaid grass to nothing.
The smoke clears, revealing the alicorn. Unaffected by the fiery siege , her shield standing, not even scratched.
"Enough!" shouts Luna, flinging her sword sideways, a spinning blade as it flies through the air.
Her horn glowing , she points her hands at the young girls and arcs of magic fly at the two. Both are blasted square in the chest and sent flying.
*on Celestia’s end*
Celestia lands, to see if she had managed to subdue to the Dragoness. The injured dragoness immediately rises up.Redmoon is now too close for Celestia to use her scythe.
Her right arm now rose to strike the alicorn.
"*Arrgh*" screams out Redmoon as she brings the Sickle down to end the Alicorn’s life.
*Shank*
Her right arm landing on the ground, her blood leaking from the severed limb. Celestia taking the distraction and slamming her fist into the Dragoness stomach and sending Redmoon flying,.
"*Hack!*"iis all the dragoness can gasps out.
*Nox’s end*
“*Nonononono!!! this can’t be happening!*" screams Nox as he rushes to his mother,, his sisters and her about to collide.
“*Come on,Move*" His body pushing itself to get ahead of the alicorn’s who are now flying to his fallen family. As he sees the alicorn’s prepare to aim the gems at Eris.
“*Nonono!*” He thinks. His eyes start to fill with tears again, he imagines his sister ending up like his dad.
"*Not sis too!*" he screams out, in horror. As he tries to get to his family in time.
His mouth twisting, into a snarl as something occurs in the young drake. The rainbow arc appearing about to descend on his Eldest Sister.
“NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! “he shouts as his eyes begin to glow, his speed now greatly changed, as he zooms right in front of his family, wrapping his arms around them. As he grabs them . Managing to move them just in time from the rainbow arc., it exploding as it hits the ground.
He places his family down on the ground and looks at his mother. The bloodied, stump, clean cut as Luna’s sword has slashed it and the blood no longer leaking from the stub. He looks at his Sister Barb, her body covered in bruises, Eris seemed to have taken the blunt of the attack, her left arm badly burnt from Luna’s magic and a long gash across her right leg, the wounds slowly starting to heal. All three of them though injured, unconscious but alive and breathing.
"They....we lost. They tried to take my sister away, they did this to them" said Nox in clear equnish, the alicorn’s now touching down, seeing the only one standing is the 10 year old black drake, his face an unreadable mask as he looks at them.
They approach, weapons drawn, not knowing what to expect from the drake.
"You did this" said Nox The alicorn ‘s understanding what exactly what he is saying.
“Thou art harboring chaos, we have to stop thou. She is dangerous.” said Luna non-apologetic.
“My sisters are injured and you chopped off my mother arm!” said Nox, his face still unreadable as his voice rises.
“I understand what we did seems, extreme but we can help your family. Just surrender the chaos spirit so we can end this plague.“said Celestia talking calmly to the youth, trying to calm him down.
“You, think you can just take my family away from me?!" said Nox, drawing out his sword, his eyes glowing even more brightly. The sword is long and pale red and glows an odd aura of various colors, constantly shifting and moving around the blade. Nox's face still an unreadable mask.
“DIE!!!” shouts Nox , as he swings the sword, a large wave of black magical energy blasting out of the blade. He grabs his family and looks over at his dad’s statue one more time,, tears leaking from his eyes. He closes his eyes, and they are now in the center of the village of Loki.
“Help” said Nox weakly,s his eyes no longer glowing, as they go stone cold and he fades into the darkness.

Recovery, Revelation, & Resolution
A blank empty space, a stark white void. An endless expanse into the white and Nox Onyx walks in the void with a look of confusion across his face. He moves dragging his feet through the emptiness, his long tail trailing behind him.

"................... Why did this happen?"asks Nox, speaking to no one in the empty expanse.
"................ Dad.......gone......why?" asks Noxs tears falling down his face.
"...............Why, Eris?..... Why did they try to kill her too?" asks Nox confused the void starting to fill in, a blurred background forming around the young drake.
".......Son........"
"...... They took my Dad....." Nox clinching his fists, his face turning to an enraged snarl.
"Son"
" They hurt my mom, they hurt my sisters, they hurt my family!" Nox's eyes starting to glow again, the void blurred image contorting and twisting.
"Son" says the voice a bit louder.
" They will Pay" Nox angrily snarls out his eyes showing a murderous glint that's not his own, Dark shapes forming behind him.
"Son" Shouts the voice, snapping Nox Onyx back to himself, several of the black shapes start to fade away.
"Da-Dad!" Nox shocked on hearing his dad's voice.
"Grab that one!"said Discord voice urgently.
"Grab wh-" sees an odd rabbit in his dream.
He runs after it, and manages to jump the rabbit, gripping it in his mouth, making sure not to break or kill the creature yet.
"Mpmmhmm gmhbmb mbmbmbmb bmbm msmsmwm hgmhm dmg" Nox tears roling down his face.
Discord's voice then says a bit mirthfully.
"You may wanna take that out of your mouth."
Nox Onyx takes the weird rabbit out of his mouth and holds it tight in his hands.
"IS that really you?" asks Nox the background shifting, the background is of many bricked buildings and in the distance a large mountain range. Nox was standing in the village square, alone with his father.
"Dad!" Nox says hugging the draconquess.
The draconquess gets on one knee and placing his hands on his son's shoulders.
"We don't have much time Nox, I dont have much magic, so we wil have to keep this short."
"B-But Why did they do this to you? How are you alive? Why did they try to kill Eris? What happen-" Discord places his lion finger over his son's mouth.
"I'll explain all of this, but let us start with this" Discord points to the odd rabbit in his son's claws.
The odd rabbit's fur was like white flowing smoke. Its eyes a pink red. The rabbit is currently still trying to free its ears from Nox's hand to escape.
"What is it?" asks Nox curiously.
"That, I don't know. I do know however that it was influencing you." Said Discord Nox's has a look of confusion on his face, Discord noticing .
"I could still see and hear what was happening"said Discord, answering the unasked.
"Don't worry there fine", whispers Discord to Nox.
"You should be more worried about this" said Discord readdressing the struggling rabbit.
"So this thing was influencing me?" said Nox skeptically that this rabbit could really do anything.
"You remember how you were acting when you saw me get turned to stone, and your sisters and mother injured?" asks the choas spirit.
Nox then remembers how he acted, and when looking back something did feel weird.
"........ That does explain why i was like that" said Nox remembering how he felt, at that moment , feeling something else there with him.
"That would be its doing, this bunny was trying to change you and for what i dont know." said Discord.
"Why did those things.. do what they did to you? What were they trying to do to Eris?" questioned Nox.
"First of all they didn't kill me, and they weren't trying to kill Eris" said Discord sounding a bit defensively.
"Then what did they do?" asks Nox, wondering why he was getting suddenly defensive of the creatures.
"Oh and second of all those things are like Screwball, they are called ponies but more specifically Alicorns," said Discord.
"Alicorns?" asks Nox.
"Gods" states Discord.
"Ah" said Nox understanding, processing this information.
"They imprisoned me, and were trying to imprison your sister." said Discord.
"Why?" asks Nox confused of why someone would want to do that to his Dad.
"I caused choas in their land" said Discord.
"So?" said Nox still confused.
"Ponies don't like chaos" said the Draconquess.
"Why?" asks Nox.
Sigh, goes the draconquess.
"They don't like chaos, I guess the only way to stop me was to imprison me, considering all there attempts always failed he adds quickly
"Why were you causing them chaos?" asks Nox hearing every word of that.
"I saw some of the ponies do, disturbing things...." said Discord vaguely.
What? asks Nox's curious.
"Killing drakes, that was not all, but what is important is that somehow some ponies had figured out how to kill Drakes, and i didn't think the clans and other peoples could stand another war. So since you were born I have been causing chaos in their land, to give you all time to rest and recuperate.
"Why?" asks Nox.
"Cause, if you all were to have meet the ponies immediately. I don't think it would have been peaceful." said Discord vaguely.
Nox deciding to drop it asks another important question.
"Did Mom know?" asks Nox
"No" answers the Draconquess.
"Why not? if you were doing this for us, Why didn't you tell her?" he said angrily.
"She has been through enough." said Discord, not raising his voice.
"She has lost so much" his voice suddenly getting quiet tears welling in his eyes as he remembers Jade's death and more.
"She has been through so much through her life, i didn't want her to have to deal with this, she has lost enough in her life."said Discord barely audible, tears flowing from his face and Nox feeling guilty for yelling but, before Nox could say anything Discord's body starts to fade.
"Dad!" shouts Nox snapping the Chaos Spirit back to focus, his body now see through.
"I don't have much time left"! exclaims the draconquess aware of the urgency.
"Try and make peace with the ponies! , forget what they did to me. You must press forward. Beware of creatures like that rabbit. Tell your mother and sister's I love them and tell everyone i will miss them and I love you son. You haven't realized your true power, you and your sister, are not the only ones like what you could do,The power you all have is related to-" He is cut off as he vanishes.
"Wait! what do you mean, what do you mean there are others, what powers, what were those gems!" shouts Nox

"What should I do with this"he shouts out referring to the rabbit still clutched in his hands.

"Well might as well get rid of you, and since this is a dream." looking at the rabbit hungrily.
He breaks the rabbits neck, and heads to his family's building to cook it.
"This is for fucking with me" said Nox to the dead rabbit.
As he heads to the lodging he says out loud.
"I- we will dad. We will try and make peace." said Nox as he feels himself awaken.
He opens his eyes, his pony eyes, His sisters and mother in the building, being, patched, all alive. His mother's arm grown back already. Eris back to being her self: Screwball. His uncles guarding them. All eyes on him as he gets out of the bed.
"I need to tell you something" said Nox resolve in his eyes.

Finally getting to the title, well almost ( Not every name can have a good name)
A black drake is sitting in a large brick building, he is clad in green trousers and hide tunic with his eyes closed. His body begin to get darker and darker as shadows begin to cover him, coating his form. His long tail becoming as sharp as a sword and his body growing in size. The shadows turning his scales even blacker, so black no light seems to pierce and his white frills and rounded white spines turning silver and sharp as daggers but before it can completely coat his body.
"*NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOXXXXXXXXXXXX!!!!!!*" a usually soft and quiet voice shouts from next to his frill , the shadowy transformation dissipating immediately.
"*OW!*" shouts the dragon, now grasping his head, his eyes still closed. The drake who had done it, smiling as he clinches his frills.
"*What the hell, Edge!!!*" said Nox angrily to the dragoness leaning above him
The dragoness: Edge is a white dragon, her figure, thin yet with a large busted. She lacks spines, and instead has red tentacle/hair like membranes, these membranes lie are atop her head as well, forming a large long flowing mash of these red membranes, her fills matching the red of the membranes. They obscure her eyes from sight though, she shows no trouble with sight. Her tail a whip-ish long tail, which is shorter than Nox's own. She is at 7 ft 3 inches, which is slightly above average for her clan. She is of the clan Styx. At her sides: a shortsword of black Damascus steel, and a black whip,and on her back is a satchel of matching color. She is clad in a shirt of black silk, and murky grey trousers. She is currently smiling at the drake as he is now searching for something.
"*Can you help me find my glasses?*" asks Nox politely his red and blue pony eyes now searching for where he left them.
"*Right here*" Edge handing him the glasses
"*Thanks*" Nox putting on the weird glasses.
"*Geez you don't even need those, why do you wear them?*" asks Edge.
"*Well cause I found'em and they look good on me.*"said Nox smiling.
"*Whatever you say*" said Edge rolling her eyes.
Now remembering what he was doing before she came into the lodging.
"*What the hell! why did you interrupt me, I was so close to doing this spell*", said Nox pulling out the scroll.
"*You said that last week, when you were visiting my home village, and you burned up my favorite skin*" said Edge slightly miffed.
"* So is there a reason you yelled in my frill*", Nox quickly asks, trying to change the subject.
"* Oh yeah i came to ask if you wanted to come hunting in the forest with me, Minor and Storm*" said Edge.
"*.... Eh guess i can, wait which one?*" Nox asks.
"The usual" replies Edge.
"*Sure*"Nox getting up.
He then goes down below to a room below, and sits down.
He takes off his glasses, and around him. reality starts to bend.
"Hello, I am Nox Onyx", *Hello,"* I am Nox Onyx*" he says to the bends before him.
"*I know someone is there, I was taught to see through to the other world. I cant see you but, i can hear you.*"
He waits for several minutes, and hears nothing.
"*Sigh well, If you wish to talk, plz tell me.*"
"*This is the 60th try, Eris and barb have been able to commune with those on the other side ,.... maybe there is something im not doing right*", he ponders as he leaves the building.and makes his way to the forest, his sword strapped to his back.
"*Hey guys*" waves Nox to his friends, the trio turn to him.
"*Hello*" said Minor, smiling at Nox, her spear on her back.
"*Hey*" said Storm, nestling in the tree above them.
Ursa Minor is of the Titan clan, she has an athletic, petite muscular build, and is about 5 ft 5 inches, close to the average of her people.Instead of ear frills, she has square ear fins. Her eyes are green, and her wavy spines are yellow along with her frills. Her scales are a deep orange. She is clad in a pair of green leggings, and a green cloth top only wrapping up her chest. Two bands of bronze around both her ankles. Her tail is a long and broad with a an odd rock like block at its end, and as stated a spear is across her back.
Storm is of the Razor clan, like Minor she has an athletic build, but where Minor is petite, she is tall, at about 7 ft 1 inch and has wings among the 4. Her eyes a deep yellow, and her teeth like spines and spiky frill ears the same, like most razors, she has 3 tails, each a bit thicker then Nox own and not as long, though long themselves. Her scales are a stormy grey. She is clad in black cloth for the occasion, her shirt completely hiding her arms, and her leggings covering down to her feet. Her hood now pulled up hiding her face. On her back be a quiver, her bow on the ground, and a set of strapped at her side. A satchel on her back.
"*Ok everyone on the ground*" said Nox as he kicks the tree knocking her out of the tree.
"*Gotcha*" said Nox as she falls into his arms, he places her on her feet.
"*So.... what are hunting for?*" asks Nox
"*Hmmm...., I was thinking we get some, timberwolf wood, and a manticore*" said Edge.
"*Why not something bigger?*" asks Storm.
"*Cause we all were in some serious shit the last time, we tried to hunt a Ursa Major*" Minor said, bringing up the memory.
*3 months ago*
"*Damn it Why isnt this working!*" exclaims Storm, as she flies ahead of the rampaging purple bear, blasting it with lightning but, the blast not even slowing down the beast.
"*That would be because Ursa Minors and Majors are Immune to lightning*" said Nox, running ahead and reading a scroll, while carrying Minor in his tails and Edge in his arms.
"RRRRRAWRRRRRRRR!" goes the beast.
"*Who's idea was this to do again*", said Minor, embarrassed to be carried like a satchel.
"*That would be mine......uh where are we running to anyhow?*" asks Nox and sees the village.
"*Shit!*" shouts Storm, as arrows fly from the village at the beast, all bouncing off the starry bear.
"*We are so screwed!*" exclaims Nox.
*Crash, Crash, Crash, Crash*
"*My house!*" shout Storm, Minor, and Styx.
*Fwoosh*
A lone burning arrow, is now in the beasts right eye.
"RAARRARRRRGGGGHHHH" screams out the beasts, stopping dead in its tracks.
A figure is now over the bear, a black pony and her eyes purple with white swirls.
"*Full Haki*" said Nox quietly, foreboding knowing that means she is pissed.
"Gum Gum Shot!" Screwball shouts as her arm extending, a gauntlet fist pierces through the damaged eye and appearing through the other side of the bear's head , instantly killing the beast.
"*Why didnt we think of that?*" asks Storm as she makes her descent.
"*Probably cause we didn't want to get eaten*" said Nox flatly.
"* Kinda weird that this was Nox's idea, usaully idea like that are Storm's*", said Minor nonchantly.
"*Eat me, squirt!*" Storm flipping MInor off.
"*I'm going to need a healer*" said Edge ,addressing her broken leg and holding back tears in her eyes.
Two figure now Stand behind the 4 friends
The purple dragoness on the left still has the appearance of the 12 year old she was a few years back, she is clad in an hoodied black clothing for a shirt and black leggings with a quiver on her back and her bow in hand.
The pony on her right had changed with time. She has grown tall but is still shorter then Nox due to being a pony, she is only 6 ft 2 inches though that is tall for some ponies . She has a athletic frame, and ample areas. Her coat is pink and her hair, a purple and white swirls. Her eyes hold white swirls instead of normal pupils, and she is currently garbed in an simple red clothed shirts and blue cloth pants.She is currently wearing wearing metal gauntlets.
"You 4 alright? asks Screwball concern written on her and Barb face as she turns back to her normal color.
"*We are fine but Edge, broke her leg*", said Nox addressing Edge in his arms.
"*Can one of you take her to the heal-*" begins Barb.
"*I will!*" said Storm quickly , grabbing the Dragoness from Nox and flying away, to the healer.
The two now turn there attention back to the 2 left, Nox and Minor, the two matriaches of the village smile at the 2.
"*Uh we can explain*", said Minor trying to smile, but failing.
"*Go ahead*" say both the Dragoness and the pony smiling.
"*Well we thought we could get it but then, it swiped at Edge and broke her leg, so we had to run, cause it didn't give us enough to try and change to fight it, and then we ran around and somehow ended up back here, and well you know*" said Minor truthfully.
"*You both know what happens next right*", said Screwball rearing back her fist, sighing but a smile still on her face.
"*Have mercy*" Nox smiling nervously.
"*Nope*" said Screwball, as she takes of her gauntlet.
"*Thought so*" Noxs, blocking his face, Minor doing the same.
"*AHHHH!!!*" scream out both, as they are sent flying.
The memory ends there.
"*Don't remind me*" said Nox, rubbing his jaw.
"*Ok enough going down memory lane and lets hunt!*" said Edge.
"*Ill take point*" said Nox quickly, running ahead of the group into the forest.
"* Aww i wanted point*" said Edge as she runs after him, the others following.
"*Ok lets see.*" said Nox as he and the others and begin to wander the forest as a group, they make it through unmolested and eventually find there way to a bridge.
"*Uh, Have we ever been here before*" asks Edge, as she looks around.
The others follow suit, no recognizing the new surroundings.
"*Ok so were lost, .......so who built the bridge?*" asks the girls turning to Nox.
"*No idea, my sisters did not mention this, and I have been busy doing stuff and preparing for the new arrivals*" said Nox.
"*Ok so you guys cross the bridge already!*" Storm said already across.
Shrugging the others join the implusive drake, across the bridge and begin to explore this new section of the forest.
"*Anyone else wondering, why the forest is empty today?*" whispers Minor.
"* Yeah its a bit odd*" whispers back Nox.
"* The only time the forest has been this quiet, was your mom and uncles were here*" said Storm.
"* My uncles still carry some- wait! What was that?*" whispers Nox.
*Crack*
"*Over there*" whispers Storm, drawing out a knife.
The group make there way to the noise, a duo of dueling manticores in the area.
"*Ok, Storm and Minor You take out the one on the left, Me and Edge will get the one one the right, got it?*" asks Nox.
"*Got it*" said the others.
Storm draws back an arrow.
*Shink* into the manticores side, the manticores then take off, from the hunters.
"*Why are they running?*" asks Edge shocked, not believing what her eyes just saw.
"*We can figure out that mystery of the scaredy manticores after we catch them!*" yells back Nox after he takes off after the beast along with storm and minor
"*Dammit!, I need that venom,*" Edge joining the others in the pursuit
They continue to chase the manticores until they end up into a clearing.
"* Ok time for some magic*" Edge and Nox place there hands on the ground. A wall of brambles appearing and blocking the path of the manticores.
The manitcore pair, then turn toward the the four hunters, claws bear, there stinger tails ready, ready for battle.
"*Ok finally we can do this*" said Storm, as the bramble wall fades away as Edge and Nox dispel the illusion.
She fires 4 arrows at the manticores, moving as she shoots to draw the attention of the maticore on the left. She manages to land 3 of the arrow but the last one zooms past, embedding it into a castle wall.
"*I got its tail,*" said Styx, as she points out her arm, a black wave of energy heads out from her palm, slashing off the tail's poisonous stinger, A loud noise resonating through the air, as the blast hits the ground.
"*Ok! its disarmed take it out Shortstop!*" shouts out Storm
"*Got it bitch!*" shouts Minor as thrusts her spear through the beast throat, and delivering a fatalistic kick to the beasts face.
"*Ok were done, lets just wait for him*', says Storm lying down
"*Might as well*" says Minor as she sits down after pulling her spear form the manticore, her tail like a spring keeping her up.
"*Ill help Nox then*" says Edge, as she rushes over to join the fight.
"*Maybe 3 on 1 was a bit much" admits Minor.
"* Woah, your a pretty fast stinger" Nox dodging the manticores strikes.
"*But, Not fast enough!*" Nox as he aims his claws at the beasts throat,hitting true and effectively killing it.
"*Huh, looks like you didnt need any help*" said Edge, from behind him.
"*Nope, just testing my speed*" said Nox as he readjust himself.
"* So should we explore this mysterious stone castle in the middle of nowhere?*" asks Storm smiling at the prizes they got, as she and Minor carry the prizes on her shoulders moves over to the two drakes.
*Aroooooooooooooo*
"* Aww sweet! Timberwolves*" said Nox as he whips his claws on the manticores corpse and draws out his sword
A pack of 20 timberwolves came out of the woods attracted by the manticore prize.
"*Looks like the forest is waking up*" Minor placing down the manticore corpse, and placing her spear into the ground.
"*Ok looks like we wont need our weapons*" said Storm smiling as she cracks her knuckles.
"*Speak for your self I want as much, non-fist splitnered wood as possible!*" Nox rushes at the wolves, the wolves folllowing suit.
A loud noise fills the air as the wolves are blasted to smithereens.
"*AhhhhhhH!*" screams Nox as he flies high through the air and is implanted into a wall of the large stone castle.
"*Ouch*" go the others in unison.
"*You ok ?*" yells out Storm.
"*I'm fine*" said Nox as he removes himself from the wall.
"*What was that? *" asks Nox as floats down to the others.
"Can thou explain to us as to why thou are at our abode, and causing a ruckus" said A voice from behind them.
"*Oh not you again*" said Nox, as he recognizes the voice, and turns around.
Standing there is the Alicron Princess Luna, wearing a night dress and glaring at them.
"*Whats with the little pony?*" said Storm, putting back her weapons.
"Uh Hi" said Nox giving a smile to the alicorn, speaking equnish.

Let’s start from the night before. Nox had been in the dream world about to travel and he was currently standing in his room within his dream. Nox’s bedroom can be described as, scholarly. The walls of the room were full of cubby holes and almost all filled with scrolls, book, varying items and with symbols marked above each. His cot was in the corner of his room, the bed messy and ruffled. His room has a large bared window to view outside to the village, Omnia, his current home. His floor is not bare, but layered with the skin of a large bear. A chest, table and cabinet are his only other furnishings. An orb glows in the center of the ceiling, illuminating the room. The only thing different is Nox.
His scales are there usual Night Black color, his eyes still blue and red both pony eyes, but his rounded spines are purple. He is no longer his 16 year old self, but back to being 10.
“*Ok time to go.*” Nox said, hearing his voice.
“So glad I grew, my voice was weird… and annoying.” saidNox switching to equnish Nox smiles as the surrounding room begins to fade away, replaced with an endless starry expanse. The young drake walks past the viewing screens, each showing a memory in his life. He continues on past the memories, down the odd bridge of light, passing several doors as he goes by, only two doors open, two keys, in Nox’s hand as he goes past the doors. As he passes the two keys fade away. He moves forward onward into the astral plane. Nox then jumps into the starry expanse and then plummets back down to the light bridge.
*Splash* as he goes through the light bridge as if it were water.
Since before Discord was turned to stone, has had the ability to go to the plane. It was due to this ability that he was able to see the prophetic dream about his dad, though young Nox still doesn't understand this ability, along with other abilities he holds. He takes on the 10 year form, for his own reasons, but most likely does it due to the alicorns.
“Found you.” said Nox his smile turning mischievous as he has found what he was searching for, and dives right at the dream.
*In the Dream*
“Help, Help, Somepony help!!!” Cries out the filly as she runs through the dark forest, a manticore on her tail, its red hungry eyes locked onto the filly. Adrenaline fueling on the terrified filly as she continues to call out, hoping somepony will help her.
As she continues to run from the manticore, a single tree root spells her fate and the Manticore lunges at the fallen filly. Its teeth bared, and the filly closing her eyes to waiting for the beast sharp teeth to pierce and rip open her flesh.
*Chomp*
The filly, feeling no teeth and hearing the odd sound open her eyes to an odd sight.
“Hello” said Nox his mouth full. He continues to swallow the beast, the beast end sticking out of his mouth, and after a few more seconds only the tail remains.
“Hmm…interesting taste.” said Nox as he swallows the tail, the beast now completely gone, leaving only Nox and the filly in the dark forest, the filly eyes still full of fear. Nox looks at the filly, and asks.
“You ok?” asks the drake, now sitting on his tail like it’s a large spring. He takes in the filly’s appearance. She is dressed in a simple long tan cloth dress that goes down to her knees. Her coat is a dark almost black blue, her short mane and tail a sharp contrast to her coat, both being a bright vibrant rainbow and her eyes an emerald green. Though young she appears to be developing a tomboyish figure, and her wings are still too small to fly. Her body is covered in cuts and scratches, and eyes still full of fear.
He bounces closer to the filly to get a better look at her wounds, she immediately scurrying away from him as far and fast as she can, fear evident on her face.
“This again” said Nox as he rolls his eyes and jets his left arm out toward the filly she flinches. Instead of getting closer to place in on her, his palm begins to glow bright green. The light of the glow coating the filly, her eyes still looked on the drake.
“So...do you know this is a dream?” asks the drake matter of fact as the light heals the filly.
“That manticore was just your nightmare, not everything in a forest wants to kill you.” Said Nox as another manticore walks out of the forest to the Drake, simply stopping right next to the drake and licking him.
“See normally it would take a long time to get a manticore’s trust, but since it’s a dream, were friends." Nox using his other arm to pet the manticore, smiling at the still filly.
“Can you stand?” asks the drake worriedly as he bounces using his tail, the filly then slowly nods her head.
“Ok then” he says as he stops bouncing on his tail and goes over to the filly. The filly is not backing away but is just looking at the drake a look of confusion on her face at the drake’s actions. He then abruptly picks up the filly; the filly makes no resistance, either out of fear or curiosity of why she does not resist. He dashes deeper into the woods, the filly gripping tightly to the drake and the manticore following close behind.
They keep moving deeper into the forest, and eventually arrive into a clearing. He moves along into the clearing and gently sets the filly down on a patch of grass. He snaps his finger and the Manticore becomes a black wildcat kitten.
“You’re more likely to see this then a manticore in most forest.” said Nox as he kindly pets the kitten, the kitten now purring as he rubs it.
In this clearing the sun lazily beamed down on them, the grass long and the flowers plentiful. Animals scattered throughout it, and the sound of calm stream close by.
After a few minutes in the calming clearing, the filly noticeably relaxes, no longer fearing being eaten by Nox.
“Would you like to pet him?" Asks Nox as he holds out the kitten to the filly, the kitten then looks back at Nox’s with a look of disbelief on its face.
“It’s a girl, and I would please.” said the filly her voice quiet and oddly rough. He turns the kitten around, the kitten giving him the stink eye, he then hands the kitten to the filly an embarrassed smile written across his face.
She sets the kitten down in her lap, and beings to rub it, the kitten pleased by such purrs and lies itself in her lap, the filly happy and smiling.
Nox simply closes his eyes and lying flat on his back.
“There is good and bad in the forest.” said Nox as he relaxes and lets the girl continue to play with the kitten. The young filly now playing with the other animals in the clearing leaves Nox to rest.
After a few minutes of playing, the filly comes back over to Nox; he opens one eye to view the filly as she seems to be curious over something.
“What are you?” asks the filly, noting his odd appearance.
“Oh I’m just Lord of the Dreams! Helping those in trouble and eating nightmares!" Nox shouts out extravagantly now floating through the sky, the filly now floating as well.
"The name is..." Nox then points up at the clouds, as the change shape to spell out Night Onyx.
"Nice to meet you" Nox smiling, he floats around the filly and asks
“So what’s your name?’
“Oh, my name is Rainbow Storm” replies back the filly smiling back and giggling.
“So would you like to continue to play with the animals?" Asks the Drake.
“Yes please!” answers back the filly now flying around. As she dives back to play with the animals.
“Have fun!” Shouts Nox as he flies away.
"Was that coal dust?" he thinks as he flies.
Nox flies far away from the forest, and to the town that is this girl’s home. The houses are square and majority is made of lumber, while few stone or a hybrid of the two. He draws out a scroll and a charcoal pencil.
“Ok a forge; most are homes and farms, no long houses so no real military threat from here or there may be some with weapons.” Said Nox as He enters the building not shocked to find most of them to be stark white.
"Ok so she has not been in many of the buildings here in town" said Nox, as he looks around, writing what he finds and sees.
“No point in a high sky view, since she couldn’t fly. Ok now to find where this is?” said Nox as he flys up looking around, but is greeted by the sight of a sword in his face. The alicorn princess Luna, in a frilly dress at the end of that blade.
“Hello to you to, Lulu!” Nox sticking his tongue out at the alicorn princess, as he waits for the alicorn to make a move.
He snaps his fingers and the sword turns into a fish, slapping the alicorn across the face and the drake immediately disappears and reappears on the ground looking up at the alicorn princess, seeing up her many skirts.
"You really should not wear so many skirts," he shouts out, getting her attention. Immediately the alicorn replies with a blast of lightning at the taunting drake.
“Seriously, why wear something so hot and restricting?“ asks Nox now behind her, and rearing back his leg.
“Bye” Nox said as he kicks at her, she ducks and immediately takes a stabs at the drake, the sword not making contact as his tail grabs her sword.
He immediately drops toward the ground but stops before hitting it.
“Come on little equestrian princess you can do better than that!” he shouts egging on the alicorn.
“Shut up thou vile hoarding lizard!” shouts back the pony as it is now raining and storming.
“Hey no reason to be a little cunt” Nox shouts back, smiling as her face turns red in rage.
The rain turns to a giant chunk of ice, and falls on top of the drake.
"Ah mixing it up with some Ice magic, Lulu" Said Nox mockingly, right from behind her and grabs her arms, plummeting them both to the ground. Crashing them both into the earth.
He is now over her looking her deep in the eyes, she angrily glares at the drake.
" Yup still get that weird vibe," thinks Nox trying to understand this feeling, he gets from the alicorn.
He is now aware of a bright light in front of his face.
“Uh Oh….” He said as he takes the full force of the lightning to his face, his head now missing
“Very nice Lulu, very nice.” said Nox as his head is picked up off the ground by his body.
He speedily steps in her personal space, the sword now useless at this close a range.
“Almost six years of doing this, and we are this close.” Nox smiling as he looks at the angry face of the alicorn and before she can blast him with a spell, she is kissed by the drake, directly on her lips. A bright red blush spread across the alicorns face, and a smiles on the drakes at his action and her reaction.
“Would love to stay and continue but I have work to do, bye bye Princess” said Nox as he leaves the dream, leaving the alicorn speechless.
*In the waking world*
"Ok Time to update the information so far” said Nox as he goes over to a cubby full of blank scrolls and pages.
“Ok the alicorn princess Luna Is a user of Air, and Water Magic, still unknown if she knows other magic though the ice spells are different” speaks to himself He then draws out pictures of the houses and buildings he saw.
“Best have the scouts verify where this place is.” he said as he places the scrolls with the building information in another cubby, and the alicorn scrolls into the cubby marked with the symbol of the moon.
He goes over to the opposite wall and grabs a few scrolls
“Maybe the kiss was a bit much” said Nox but immediately removes the thought from his memory and gets back to the task at hand.
“*Time to Learn and Practice*” Nox Smiling as he leaves his room.
*Luna’s End*
After the drake had left, Luna had returned from the dream to the waking world, lying on her bed, the elegant silk red sheets and bed complementing the stone room. The little dragon had not only made a mockery of her again, but he had the audacity to steal her first kiss.
At remembrance of the event, a blush goes across the alicorn’s face but, is quickly replaced by rage as she attempts to sleep off the experience.
*A bit later*
"*I got its tail!*" shouts Edge, as she points out her arm, a black wave of energy heads out from her palm, slashing off the tail's poisonous stinger, A loud noise resonating through the air, as the blast hits the ground.
"*Ok! Its disarmed take it out Shortstop!*" shouts out Storm
"*Got it bitch!*" shouts Minor as thrusts her spear through the beast throat, and delivering a fatalistic kick to the beasts face.
“Uuuughhhh” goes the alicorn as she is starting to wake up.
*Aroooooooooooooo* which is the final straw to awakening the alicorn, she looks out the large elegant window, seeing the drakes and the wolves.
“Dragons” said Luna angrily.
*Now*
"Let me do the talking." he said to his friends.
Luna is surprised at how the drake easily speaks equnish having met few drakes that can speak with such fluency; then again most when she meets them did not wish to talk.
“I am Nox” said Nox Onyx smiling kindly and sheathing his weapon, hearing no objections or response from the alicorn goes on.
“Me and my friends, here were just hunting & wandered here after we managed to chase and corner these.” Nox pointing to his friends with the dead manticores.
“Something familiar about this dragon.” thinks Luna, noting his black scales but the spines though being rounded they are white and not purple, and this drake is clearly older than the one that has been going through her dreams, though both speaks her language fluently.
“Something the matter?” asks the Nox, the kind smile still across his face.
“Have we met thou before, dragon?” asks Luna a bit rudely.
“Not that I recall” he said still smiling, ignoring the alicorn’s current tone.
“*Shouldn’t we be going?*” asks Edge now at his side.
“Ah if that is all, Lulu I must be off then.” said Nox quickly as he and Edge go over to rejoin Storm and Minor.
“What did thou just utter?” said Luna after hearing that nickname.
“I said….Luna, why do you ask? asks Nox, cursing himself for his stupidity.
“No thou said something different….Take off those glasses” asks the alicorn, though it brokers no other options in her voice.
"Is this really necessary, we are leaving your home." Nox noticing the look upon Luna’s face.
He rolls his eyes, and addresses his friends while keeping himself facing Luna.
“*Can you guys, meet me back at the village?*” he asks his friends
“*Ok meet us back at the village then*” said Storm, as she and the others walk off to go, Edge turning back for one last look at Nox, before joining the others as they head back to the village.Once the others are far enough he proceeds.
Nox sits down, and removes his glasses, revealing his eyes to the Alicorn, the mix of shock and anger is written across Luna’s face.
Nox just sits there, waiting for the alicorn to say something but what he didn’t expect was to be shot with arc of lightning. As the blast hits him, what he suspected in the dream world was true. She took it easy on him in there do to the child like appearance. He is sent flying as the lightning throws him back, he fights the urge to scream out in pain.
Nox, reacts the only way he can think of, to retaliate, with magic. He points out his right hand at the alicorn, a fire ball launching from his palm, the alicorn stops her attack and avoids the ball.
He resists the urge to attack the alicorn, and simply stands up looking at the alicorn.
You done? Asks the drake as he stands up, all kindness gone from his face as he simply just looks at the alicorn.
She draws her spear ready to fight, but Nox simply puts up his hands to signify he does not wish to battle.
“Let’s start again, I am Nox Onyx: Only Son of Redmoon: the Archmatirach of all clans, Matriarch of Loki clan and queen of the south, I am as well a member of The Clan Loki and of The Village Of Omnia and brother to the Co-matriarchs of said village, making me 3rd heir and prince of the south. The alicorn warily looks at the drake, eyeing him for any hostile movement. Seeing Luna make no steps towards him he continues.
“I know you hate me, but there is no reason for us to drag our peoples into this. If you kill me, it may satisfy you now, but your subjects would suffer deeply. In fact wars have been started by just your attack on me and even lesser actions” Nox said, his eyes dimly glowing.
“So what does thou suggest, just simply parting ways?” asks Luna.
“That won’t be likely says a voice from behind Luna. Celestia emerges from the forest and upon seeing her, Nox Immediately draws his Sword.
“*That will not be necessary, Nox.*” said Redmoon from behind him as she,Rio and Diablo exit the forest.
“*What is going on?*” asks Nox confused to see his mother and uncles here
“* A meeting, can you fetch your sisters?*” asks Rio
Seeing no point in asking further, Nox closes his eyes, and teleports to his Sister’s Barb and Screwball in there building.
“*Hey Nox, what’s up?” ask Barb noticing he is not smiling.
“We are meeting with mom and Uncles to chat with the Alicorns” said Nox flatly.
“*Ah*” said Screwball she and Barb go over to him, hugging him.
“*Remember dad’s word’s little brother, we make peace*”, said Screwball she and Barb squeezing him closely. A smile spreading across Nox face, as he tries goes back to his usual self.
“*Let’s go then*”, he says smiling as he closes his eyes once again, and teleports them to the front of the castle.
“*You still need to work on that spell*” said Screwball as she notes that they are 5 ft off the ground.
“*Yeah, yeah I know*” said Nox as they land on their feet and hooves.
“*Let’s go inside then*” said Barb.
They enter the castle, Nox taking in the impressive structure size, and items. Luna is waiting for that and looks at them, her eyes widening a bit in surprise, and looks at Nox angrily.
“No servants or slaves, dragon” she said to Nox Onyx, clearly pissed
He laughs a bit at the idea of Screwball being a slave and translates for Barb and Screwball. Both narrowing their eyes at the information
“*I am no one slave!*” shouts Screwball angrily, Luna not understanding what she has said.
“These are my elder sisters and the Co-matriarchs of my village: Barb and Screwball and Slavery is forbidden/illegal” said Nox as he introduces the two.
“But she a pony and you’re a dragon- “Luna starts.
“Can we please get on to the meeting?” asks Nox.
Receiving a glare from the alicorn, but she leads them to the meeting room, as they walk to the meeting room, Screwball & Barb feeling the tension between Nox and Luna.
“*This is going to be a long meeting*” sigh out the sisters
They arrive in the meeting room, a large Oak table in the center of the room, Nox noting that on one side are Celestia and the other his Mother and Uncles. He notices Celestia eyes, widen a bit in surprise upon seeing Screwball. They take seats on their respective sides.
To Redmoon’s left be Rio and Diablo, and to her right: Screwball, Barb, and Nox.
“I am Redmoon, Leader of the south these are my brothers: Rio and Diablo, and my children: Screwball, Barb, and Nox.Redmoon said in bad equnish. Each tips their head slightly to the alicorns.
“I am Celestia, Co-Ruler of Equestria, and my younger sister Luna, my fellow co-ruler, the alicorn princess slightly tips her head.
“* Nox, will you serve as the translator for this? *” Asks Redmoon.
“*My pleasure*” he replies back a smile back on his face as he does not have to deal with the alicorns alone. Still receiving a glare from the blue alicorn, oddly enough Nox’s feels a weird vibe from the alicorn but can’t place why; he ignores it for the current situations, though wishing he was personally at home.
“My son Nox will speak as translator for this meeting” said Redmoon in bad equnish, Nox simply tips his head to the monarchs.
“Very well, Shall we begin with the skirmishes” said Redmoon, Nox translating.
“Yes the ongoing skirmishes is a pressing matter said Celestia, Nox translating.
3 hours of discussing and debating borders deals and details, and the selling off the large mountain by the south, to the equestrian government, in exchange for goods and supplies of equal value. (The border had been drawn to include the center mountain and includes the Northern equestria, so the mountains of the land act as a natural border barrier. Why I did not just post a map is because there are no blank maps of equestrian to use.) So the You know the southern people own everything mainly south of the mountain and a good portion of the flat lands. Sorry in advance, and if any can find me a map and how to draw on it please mention it)
Nox reviewed the Treaty to make sure all was in accordance with the deals, reading out loud in both tongues, to verify the deal. All parties consenting and the border agreements were settled.
( So you all don’t get bored of the rest of the debating , ill leave that out for now, if you want me to actually add that in, just comment or msg to let me know.)
“Now onto relations, As seen by the violent battles, the kidnappings done by both sides, the killings on each side, and the razed lands, I believe a solution is needed, involving our peoples.” said Celestia.
“*I suggest an exchange of Knowledge between the two, perhaps a young drake and a more experienced member of your peoples, to allow a transfer of knowledge, Of course that student will also teach some practices held us.*” Said Redmoon.
"Has this worked before?" asks Celestia
“*It worked well enough for us, so it could work between our peoples, would have to be one well standing to ensue best results.*” said Redmoon
“Who would you suggest to be the student?” asks Celestia acknowledging the idea.
“*My son has high standing and reputation among us in the south, and studious In the arcane arts, among other things*.” Nox smiling as he receives praise from his mother.
“Hmm my Sister, has been in need of a apprentice , of such caliber and seeing how Nox has such,……abilities." said Celestia remembering the day they met him ,he may be a well suited student” answers back Celestia, Luna display no objection.
“*Hmm Nox, anything you wish to add*"asks Redmoon.
“I would have to disagree with the need for me to need a teacher, I have been sighted by the respective clans as a master of: Fire, Light, Earth, and Chaos, though I admit I am still learning Water, Air, and Shadow. I have made significant progress through my fields of study and much of my mastery and skills came from my own self-teaching, so I lack the need for a teacher." said Nox matter of fact.
“My sister is a master of Air, Water and Shadow and could teach you such arts.” States Celestia
“While that may be true, your sister holds hatred towards me as you have witnessed, attacking me unprovoked. I believe I we were left alone, we may be at each other’s throats.” Luna face for a moment showing a brief moment of anger, before going back to the cold indifference. She is wishing she could tell her sister that he has been interfering with her through the dream world for almost 6 years.
“Well judging by your son’s … demonstrated strength there is no doubt that he would be fine, and as stated by Nox. Luna would not kill him, due to the possibility of full blown war occurring if he were to die, or vice versa if anything to happen to my sister “said Celestia Nox not having stopping any translations.
“*Hmm so do we have an agreement, My son will become Luna’s apprentice, and my son will teach luna some of our ways?*" states Redmoon, Nox translating
“Agreed” states both parties. Both Redmoon and Celestia shaking hands on the agreement.
“* Nox you will report 3 times a week to study under Alicorn Princess Luna, by no means are you a slave to her, but you must respect her like you would respect any of your previous masters, and teach her what ways you see fit, I refer such judgment to you*” said Redmoon.
He translates the line, and stands up and goes over to Luna. He gets on one of one knee keeping his head low, and saying the phrase uttered by all apprentices to their teachers.
“I am open to your wisdom, and will accept the gift with open arms” Nox said, and rises off the ground.
“For now we end this meeting.” States Celestia.
“*Agreed, we shall take our leave*”, says Redmoon Nox translates it to the others, they rise to leave.
As they exit and travel through the forest, they chat.
"*Are you alright Nox?*" asks Redmoon worriedly.
“*I’m alright, I believe I can survive the alicorn, and any sadistic training she may have in store. I have survived worse anyhow.*” Nox said while yawning.
“*She means your chest, hatchling*" Rio, proud of his nephew for accepting the challenge.
Nox confused at what they are worried about.
"*That arc went right through you, and you have been acting all right.*" said Diablo, concern evident in his voice.
"*Oh yeah, you guys haven’t seen me heal*" he said and shows them the area where the lightning had struck. The only hole present was a burned one through his clothing, and he turns to reveal the other side a hole straight to the other side. No damage to anything else.
“*It seems she was only trying to cause me pain, and not kill me.*” said Nox
“*Well just be careful when dealing with that alicorn, seems she may have it out for you.*” said Screwball
“*Oh she does all right*”he said remembering the kiss and the constant dream fighting.
“Wonder if that has anything to do with it” he wonders
“* I still want you to see a healer when you are back in the village” says his Mother
“*Ok Mom, Hope you can help clear some of these allegations against us.*” said Nox Onyx, feeling it unnecessary to get checked up. They split off from their uncles and mother and head their way to the village.

*In the Royal sister’s bath*
The bath itself was a mix of elegant porcelain and marble. No precious stones or metals adored the room, but the large bath shone like diamonds and the work put into it had earned many their cutie marks.
Luna’s head was half poking out of the water, her mouth under the surface. Celestia was only submerged up to her breasts as the ample mounds were up to Luna’s eyes. Luna could not help but look at her sister’s chest as the pillowy white mounds were inches from her, the ample chest that gained many stares. The beautiful yet large pink areoles, the breasts themselves moving with the motions of the water.Luna touches her own chest, lacking Celestia’s height and breasts when compared, her own areoles a dark blue.
Celestia moves behind her little sister; Luna relaxes and rests her head against her sister’s chest.
“Luna is thou truly alright with this arrangement?” asks Celestia worriedly.
“I'm alright dear sister.” Luna answers , snuggling closer to her sister.
“Are thou truly alright?, that young clan dragon seems to have affected thou” Celestia, pondering if she should ask the question of her sister’s odd behavior, since meeting the young drake again.
“Why act with such aggression to him?”, asks Celestia, instantly regretting it as he sister turns to her
“You know exactly why “said Luna looking at her sister in disbelief of her sister’s defense of the young drake after what he had done.
*6 years ago*
“DIE!!!” He shouts a wave of black magic energy blasting out of the blade. The alicorn sisters place up a shield to stop the attack. To their surprise the shield did not disperse the attack,the attack itself still aiming to take kill the alicorns as if it were alive.
“Hold on!” shouts Celestia as she and Luna hold off the attack, but the shield is no longer able to hold under the assault, shatters and the attack descends upon the alicorns.
Luna braced herself for the attack.
The blast covering the Princesses, a pure orb of black forming over them. The orb dissipating and leaving the area in dead silence.
Luna opens her eyes, surprised to find only cuts and scratches on her body, seeing bare flesh under the armor she wore, because there was no armor to speak of.As she looked to her side she could see pieces of what could have been her armor, or her sword as the metal looked as if it had been slashed and shredded by claws. She looks to the other side of her, her sister not present there.Luna stands, wincing in pain from the wounds and calls out to her sister as she fears the worst.
“Sister, Sister!!” Yells out Luna, as she calls out to her sister, getting no response back. She whirls around upon hearing a near quiet groan, realizing why she was so lightly injured.
She rushes to her sister’s side, dread landing her strength, as she rushed to see her sister. The wounds on Celestia were much more severe, many still leaking blood. The alicorn’s left arm, is lacerated the wounds oddly leaking no blood. Her armor and scythe were gone as well, like Luna’s ripped apart by the attack. She wasn't moving.
Luna placed her head to her sister’s chest, tears in the alicorn's eyes her fear quelled for a moment as she hears the beat of her sister’s heart, that was dashed as she noticed the beat was fading. Luna immediately goes to work. She immediately works her magic upon the most serious on her sister, at her legs. Luna’s blue aura coating her sister, the wound’s for a split moment seeming to resist the healing but close as Luna’s healing magic pulsed through her sister. She poured her magic into her sister, healing any injury she may have held.Luna finished healing all the damage that she could see. Her sister still not opening her eyes, Luna fear reigniting as placed her head against her sister’s chest again, there was nothing.
Tears spilling out as she attempted to revive her sister. She called lightning, gathering it in her hands.
“Don’t leave me, Sister! Don’t die! Don’t leave me alone!” cries out the princess of the nights, tears running down her face as she pulses the lightning in small amounts with each press to the chest into her sister.
After the fifth pulse, Celestia opens her eyes wide and gasps out rising up off her back and looking at her younger sister.
“Luna,” said Celestia weakly, as she sees her sister
“Tia” cries Luna, as she wraps herself around her sister, crying as she holds her. Tears spilling from the white Alicorns eyes as well,as she clutches her sister.
*Back at the present day*
Luna, was clutching her sister, tears spilling from her eyes as she holds her sister in a tight embrace as she remembers the day, afraid if she lets go her sister, might just fade away
“I would never leave you dear sister” whispers Celestia, to her sister as they cry.

*At the village*
Nox’s walk the dirt path, to the healer’s hall. Saying hello to those he had passed on the way, a smile written across his face to his fellow villagers. The healer’s hall itself is a long, brick structure, with multiple floors, and rooms but for who Nox was seeing he only needed to go to the ground floor. On the ground floor, only 5 were in lobby all seated, as he entered he was greeted by the curious looks of his friends: Minor, Edge, Storm, Pearl and Angel.
Pearl is a member of the Naga clan; she is tall and athletic build, at about 7ft. Like Minor, she has fins over frills, but while Minor’s were square, here’s are of a fish, both webbed, like her feet, the webbing of her feet, not visible, allowing her toes to gap. Her scales are aqua green, and her eyes vibrant sky blue. A fin, rest atop her fin, currently collapsed atop her head. A large dorsal fin sprouts out her back, and her tail, long and thick topped with a fin like a sharks. Her arm fins, as well collapsed, nearly perfectly in her arm, and if you were unknowing would never no they were there, accept for a slight protrusion. She is currently wearing her usual, black bikini, a spear across her back.
Angel is off the Ark clan. Angel is about 5ft 2 inches, and has a completely young appearance, similar to barb’s own but more signs of a budding dragoness, except for the chest. What draws attention, most to angel would be, Angel’s thighs and eyes. The legs due to the way they draw attention from the chest to lower area of the body, and Angel’s eyes are, like pearl a vibrant sky blue. Angel is coated in a set of white fur and scale mix, white fur over top concealing much of the white scales below. Instead of fins or frills, Angel's people have a set of feather appearing ears, so they appear to be just a set of mutli colored side feathers, of red to orange, over the usually drake ears. Angel lacks spines, and instead has a halo of gold, and behind Angel float 6 gems, currently floating around pearls's outstretched arm, Angel is currently wearing the blue pants and shirt of a healer patching up a gash on pearl’s arm with a healing spell, and bandages.
“*How did you got that*”, asks Nox, as he joins the other in the room and aids angel in healing the wound.
“*I ran into some equestrians when I resurfaced from a dive, an arrow nicked me and did this *” she answers him, her voice deep, calm yet stoic.
"*What kind of arrow could leave a mark like that!?!*" exclaims Nox as he and Angel finish healing the wound
“*No idea*”, she answers back.
“*All I know is that I best be careful next time*”, Pearl now stretching her arms
“*It would probably be best if some of us come with you*”, said Edge, the others agreeing as well and bringing a light smile to pearl's face at her friends concern for her.
“*So how did you get your injury?*” she asks Nox, Edge going over to himand checking for said wound, a look of worry across her face.
“Damn your sensesl” he mumbles
“Heard that”
“*Show me*”, order both Edge and Angel in unison.
He reveals the area where he was shot, the area showing no damage and only some of his white underbelly and his black scales.
“*Show me *“ demands Edge, knowing he is hiding something. Angel decides to be more direct and lightly touches the area, causing Nox
to slightly wince.
“*You’re not all right*”, said Angel worriedly, Angels voice being sweet and kindly.
“*Alright, Alright, I’ll show” Nox drops the illusion spell, revealing his injury.
The injury itself wasn’t really an injurythe spell has only hit through his side. His white underbelly seems fine, though the odd part were some of his back scales were discolored.
“*Who did this?*” asks Angel, healing the raw area
“* That blue pony*” said Edge angrily
“*Alicorn*” he corrects, getting an eye roll from angel, as the task is done
“*Care to fill us in on what happened when we left?*”, asks Storm
*He fills his friends, in on what had transpired when they left and maybe why she was so angry enough to attack*
None looking entertained, and Edge looking as angry as she could look, which is not saying much though.
“* So cause of your dream diving you think she may have wished to hurt you?”* asks Pearl
“* That or the event from 6 years ago,*”
“* Well then screw her! You were defending your family!*” Storm defending his actions, all knowing of what had happened, and nodding in agreement.
“*Yes but, if it was just about saving my sister I may only have received hate filled glares , it must be something else*” Nox trying to think of what it could be.
“* Shouldn't y’all be focusing on the more dire issue at hand” said Minor finally speaking up, all attention on her
“*We know she hates Nox enough to attack him, but y’all are forgetting now that she is now his master, and he has to meet with her 3 days of the week ”, Minor punctuating the last part.
“* I’ll be fine*”, said Nox waving it off as he sits down, his tail acting as a chair for him.
“*Clearly *“said Storm, sarcastically
“*This is the first time you have meet her in the flesh plane since then, and she blasted you with lightning*” Angel, lightly touching the area again.
“*Angel just take him to the building if you’re going to do that*”, said Storm grinning.
Angel hastily withdraw away from Nox, Angel's face going red and drawing laughter from the others, breaking the serious moment.
“Seriously guys I’ll be fine, its only 3 days a week, and she wouldn’t try to intentionally kill me, that would spark war, and neither side wants that” said Nox assuringly
“* So anyone want to start betting which one of them will start the first fight?*” ask Storm
“*Still here*”
“* I know, aren’t you gonna bet too?*” she asks already knowing
“Yes and I bet me” said Nox admittingly, Edge grabbing a blank piece of paper and a charcoal pencil from her bag, as she right down there bets
“*Nox*” said Angel
“*The alicorn*” said Edge
“*Nox*” said Storm
“*The alicorn*” said Pearl
“*Nox*” said Minor
“*So when do you have to meet her anyway?*” asks Angel
“*I’ll go ask*” Nox, closes his eyes and teleports, leaving his tunic behind.
“He really needs to work on that spell” Edge, as she grabs the tunic and nods all around
“*Wanna play some dice while his gone?”* Asks Angel, drawing out a pair of dice.
“*Sure*” sanswers Pearl, as they prepare to play
*Back at the castle*
“Anybody home” he asks as he knocks hard on the massive door, and immediately digs his tail into the ground and firmly plants his feet.
“What does thou, want….” She trails off at the sight of the Shirtless Nox.
Nox underbelly is a pure pale white, just like his frills, and spines. His body type is lean, and displays a layer of noticeable muscle. Upon said chest appear to be several markings.Losing her look off shock, she looks at Nox, blasting him back or she would have if he was not expecting it, where he stood he was firmly held to the ground by his tail and footing.
“Look I didn’t come here to cause trouble or anything, I am your apprentice so I was just checking when we should meet" he said, now noticing he is shirtless, but ignores it.
“Be here tomorrow.” Luna glaring at him, to which he rolls his eyes
“Oh and you best not scrunch up your face like that, less you wish to mess it up" he said as he walks away from the castle , and picks up his glasses, having seen there glint. He puts them on, gives the alicorn a friendly wave, her face still in anger.
“*This is gonna be difficult.*” Nox not knowing the half of it, as he flies, back to his village, taking his time enjoying the feeling of fly.He makes it back and lands back in front of the building
“*I meet with her tomorrow, and can I have my tunic back?” He asks as he walks into the building, Edge handing him back his shirt,as she plays more games of chance with Angel, and Storm.
“*Well I would like to play with you guys, but I promised Betty I’d help her out.I’ll see you in a bit*” Nox waves as he leave his friends.
“*Hmm, I thought was your job, she says as she plays chess with Minor. Moving her Rook to knock out a pawn”.
“She prefers Nox to do it, apparently his really good Minor says a bit miffed at it the topic, as she uses her knight to take out pearl’s final knight.
“Well he is good with his hands” Pearl takes the king
“I win” she states
Nox Onyx, floats away from the healer’s hall, and fly to a nearby large timber structure. The housing was of sturdy and firm built for its inhabitants. He knocks on the door, and Betty opens the door, a friendly smile across her face.
Betty is a Cow. She is taller than Nox, easily 8 ft. She is also large in the stomach and body, which is normal for cows and it hides a layer of muscle.Like the rest of her, her breasts are massive, and larger than any other. Her hair is black, wavy and straight, her eyes are a bovine brown, along with much of her body, though splotches of white and freckles dot her body. She is currently dressed in a white cloth shirt, and grey leggings
“*How’s are you doing?” he asks as he is guided into the wooden structure, gathering the large jugs in the corner.
“*Oh, just me and the girls, doing our daily works. Chopping trees, and making bricks, prepping for the new arrivals.
“*Met anyone or anything hostile*” he asks as he brings over 5 of the jugs.
“*Oh, we saw a few snakes but that’s about it, Oh and before I forget, my sisters say hello*” she says
“*Where are they anyhow?*” he asks curiously
“*Oh, there just finishing up there work for the day*” she says as she pulls off her shirt, revealing a wrapping of cloth around her
“*Thanks*” she says a bit red in the face, as Nox begins

He lazily looks up at the cowgirl, as he suckles, her face holding a dopey smile as he works.

Once he fills a shudder from her body he knows that he is done, a smile dancing across his face as he sees there work.
“* Well this is a nice haul*” he says noting the 4 full jugs

*The next morning, at the castle of the royal sisters*
“Hello, what do we start with, my master” Nox with a bright smile as he approaches Luna from behind, the alicorn dressed in an outfit of light armor and the drake in a garb of forest green cloth shirt & leggings. His arms in visible metal braces
She swirls around and fires lightning at the drake.

Get the anger out, with a fight, and some growing pains
He immediately shielded himself, the attack bending around the shield in front of him. She stops and address Nox.
“Dragon, we will start with a test to see if thou are truly as far along as thou claim” Luna states in a voice that brokers no argument, her mouth formed into a hard line.
“Hmmm… how about this first for the first day instead, we fight?" He said still smiling, hearing no objections from the alicorn he continues on.
"If yesterday is any indication, there is still some hate, a duel would help us gain a level of respect for one another, and allow any release of said anger." said Nox .
“What would the terms be then, dragon?” she asks, a hint of interest in her voice.
“No decapitation, maiming, mutilation, magic, or killing allowed. A simple fight, we fight till submission, the opposing fighter is render unconscious or unable to continue fighting. If any of the rules are broken then the violator automatically loses" he said waiting for the alicorn’s response to the challenge.
“Very well but we will need a witness, dragon.” said Luna.
“I’ll do it” whispers a voice next to him.
“Ok Edge where are you?” He says as he swirls around looking for the dragoness.
“*Right here.*”Edge smiling, as she appears right in front of him, causing him to jump back a bit, and surprising Luna as well. She is simply dressed in a murky green shirt, and trousers
“*I hate when you do that*” he said to her smile, Nox moving next to Edge.
“This is my new master Luna, Luna this is my friend Edge.” Nox introducing the two. When Edge lays her hidden eyes upon the alicorn her grin disappears and is replace with a glare, noting the feeling, Luna returns it back at the female dragon.
“Ok this is awkward.” Nox thinks as the two stare down at each other for a moment.
“The others here?” he asks as he tries to end this glare off, she turns to him, and nods continuing her glare off with the Alicorn.
“What others?” asks the alicorn looking angrier.
“My friends, it appears they wish to see this fight as well.” Nox as he closes his eyes, and reopens them, searching around for their auras.
“*Ok guys may as well come out here, I know your there?*” He shouts out. The others emerge, their clothing being the same design and patterns as yesterdays.
“Enough witnesses?”he asks turning his attention back to the alicorn.
“More than.”replies Luna dryly, her eyes back on Nox.
“Ok we will go on Edge’s signal” Nox walks away from the two, Luna walks away as well, leaving edge in the middle.
Luna, just simply stands there in anticipation, while Nox stretches, the smile still on his face. He begins to dance back and forth in an odd fashion. A look of puzzlement on the alicorn’s face, Edge moves out of the center and raises up her arms.
Nox remembering the music to this combat style.

“GO!” Edge shouts Luna, immediately take off at Nox, dashing at the dragon as he continues to move back and forth.
Having closed the distance, she attempts to punch the drake with her right hand, he quickly side steps the punch and backhands the alicorn across the face, cartwheeling away from her and continuing the dancing motion.
“Godeme!”Nox, a smile still across his face, even as the alicorn move in again at him. He moves back his hand again to deliver another back hand, but instead simply kicks out at Luna, the alicorn dodges and uppercuts the dragon. He uses the force to land himself on his hands, twirling his legs and attemps to deliver a low sweep to the alicorn legs, she flaps her wings and flies high in the air.
Nox moves back to ginga and awaits the alicorn’s attack, she sky dives at the dragon and gets in close, and kicks at Nox, he simply blocks with his brace. He punches at Luna, and misses. He quickly moves, adjusts himself lowering himself on to his hand and manages to deliver a fast spinning kick with both legs to the alicorn causing her to be knocked away several feet.
Luna moves into a low ground hover, she simply floats there, a look of anger across her face. She moves in again even faster than before, Nox unable to get out of her range in timer receive a direct punch to the Stomach, then a spin kick to his ribs. Nox moves back, and switches his strategy, moving into a defensive position, raising his fists up, preparing for the alicorn, next attack. His face full of determination and a new grin.
She moves in again but, this time he is ready, blocking the punch with his arm brace again, he delivers a punch to the alicorn and quickly grabs her, head-butting her. Luna quickly recovers and uppercuts him , his tail quickly wraps around the alicorn’s waist and slams her into the ground, throwing her away from him.
She stands there, looking at Nox and touching her forehead, blood leaking from her head. Nox spits out a tooth, the smile gone as he awaits her attack.
“*They’ve both aren't holding back.*” said Storm
“*They don’t want to lose. *” said Minor, as she sees Nox, rush at the alicorn.
Nox, aims a kick at the alicorn, she blocks it and punches him in the balls. His tail quickly smacks the alicorn across the face, and he continues on with right hook to the face, she is pushed back but follows upon with a quick chop to Nox’s throat. He quickly moves away from the alicorn using his speed, now gasping for breath. Lunges at her getting low and Quickly knees her ribs, delivering a elbow strike to her ribs to follow up.
She follow with her own strike, quickly grabbing his arm and punching the joint hard. She moves in a delivers several strikes to Nox, And a hard right to his face, causing him to be sent flying. He get up once more, rushes at the alicorn, Moving his leg to deliver a kick, but fients and he simply backhands her again. Luna rushes at him, grabbing his approaching fist and kicking Nox in the ribs, delivering another hard right to his face, again sending him flying away.
"Submit". the princess as she breathes heavily, wiping away blood from her eyes, she takes in her injuries and feels pain across herself.
“No” he sayid suddenly in front of the alicorn, and delivers a devastating punch to the alicorn, putting all his fury into it, feeling something break, and attempting to follow up with another but is met with a ball of pure shadow to his chest.
“What!!!" he thinks as the ball makes contact with him, sending him flying off into one of the castle walls.
“Nox stands up again, breathing heavily, his stance weaker from the damages across his body, as he waits once again for the alicorn to attack, raising his fists again.
“Nox has won.” Edge getting between the two fighters.
“He used magic.” said Luna angrily.
“That wasn't magic.” states Edge.
“Oh really? Then what what was it then?” asks the alicorn as she glares at the dragon before her.
“Let’s just call it a draw” he shouts out. Both turning to look at him, as he moves toward the two, he clutches his left arm as he moves towards them.
“What I did does not use magic to do, it is….. Just something I can do
“So now that, has happened let’s start out fresh” he huffs out, as he weakly reaches out his arm.
Luna looks down at his arm, anger still across her face. She complies and grudgingly grips his arm, into a shake.
“Go-“he starts, and goes silent. His eyes start to glow again, each flashing brightly sporadically. The light fades and he simply falls over.
“*Nox!?!*” Edge moves to his fallen form, Angel rushing over , Luna with a look of confusion across her face
*Somewhere*
Nox awakens a splitting headache as he awakens.
"Ugh" he groans out as he rubs his head, opening his eyes to the unfamiliar surroundings. He looks at the odd bed it being white to the rooms gray. He spots a window and a mirror against the wall facing away from him. Another window across from him, but this window seems odd, and glowing. He notes several oddities in the room. On a table: a weird metal device, some grey powder, a few chairs and a sharp black knife, what really stand out most is the odd suit of armor against the wall.
“So you’re awake?” said a voice from nowhere, as he looks round he notices that one of the chairs is now occupied, by a pony.
The pony in question is a unicorn. He is about the same height as Nox, and has almost the same build, though Nox is thinner. His coat is sapphire, and he has a long mane of white the same color as Nox’s frills. He eyes are mismatched pony eyes; one is silver and the other purple. He is currently wearing the odd armor Nox spotted earlier.
“Who are you, what are those, where are we?” asks Nox as he sits up, his head pounding
“Personally, I’m impressed. Able to face off against alicorns and such, hell even having such magical and physical prowess, blew my expectations out of the water.” He said with a smile.
“Who are you and what those are and where are we?” asks Nox again.
“Oh, I’m Church, and I’m pretty sure you know what those are" Church pointing to the items, ignoring Nox inquiry about location.
Nox looks around; as his eyes bring into focus he notices the things he thought were gray weren’t at all. The room was white but the rest was colorful, the chairs red brought the room alive, and the blue bed also helped. He looks at the items a second time.
“Fire/gun powder, standard issue armor: cobalt blue, a magazine of ammo , a few bullets and a SiG Sauer P226”, he says unsure and confused of how he knows that
“Correct, looks like that part of you has been activated, that's real good progress Eden” Churchsays with a smile.
“Who’s Eden?” Nox’s asks his vision turning gray again, church noticing something wrong as realizations dawns upon him.
"Ah, I can’t tell you that yet?! Listen to me!” he shouts as he grabs the drake’s shoulders, shaking him to try and bring the drake to focus, Nox conciseness beginning to fade.
"Find Arks! The oddities in history and asks yourself what you are, how you can do what you do, keep the swords, Oh and take this! He reaches to his side and grabs a key, and places the key in the confused drake’s hands, the key’s end being in the shape of the moon.
“What I am? What swords? What this all is this about?” he asks as his voice gets quiet, his vision goes black and church gets quieter and quieter, the last thing he hears
“*The Empire, Eden.*”
“Nox awakens again, opening his eyes weakly and feels a numbness in his right arm, looking over he sees two swords hilts slowly coming out of his arm.
“*What the hell-*“Nox manages to say before he passes out, a wave of energy flowing into him.

"*Hey how much further till were there?*" asks Nox(age 11) as he floats around Angel. His 5 ft 2 inch form floating around Angel, his loose green shirt and trousers swaying.
"*Just get on the ground & shut up 13, its not much further*" mutters Angel (age 11). Angel's 5ft 2in form, angrily pouting and moving through the grass.Angel's clothing a light blue leggings and red shirt.
"*Sheesh no need to be such a little bitch about it, Oh and don't call me that.*" Nox landing in the thick brush.
"*Just cause your here, doesn't mean I have to be nice*" states Angel.
"*Just cause you need my help, doesn't mean i have to be here little girl*" Nox dodging Angel's punch.
"*Miss!*" goes Nox as he dodges Angel's strikes.
"*Hold still,13!*" growls Angel and Nox simply sticks out his tongue.
"*Nope." Nox playfully dodges and flies high in the sky and notices that Angels is smashing trees.
"* Well shit..*" goes Nox as he dodges a tree, he listens for a moment.
"*Yeah yeah, I know this is immature but its still fun.*" said Nox to himself.
"*Get down here!*" shouts Angel as Nox appearing directly in front of Angel.
"*Um, can you please back up a few steps Nox.*" stammers Angel, smiling Nox complies.
"*Thank you.*" said Angel red-faced.
"*Alright now lets keep going.*" said Nox but stops again.
"*Wait, what about my tail?*" Nox asks, and turns to see Angel grab it.
"*Ah so that's what you meant, be more specific next time.*" Nox said as he was spun around by his tail. Angel releases and sends him flying.
"*Take that you jerk!*" shouts Angel still a bit red-faced as Nox goes flying away and lands far away, No voice responding back
"*13!*"shouts angel, no response .
"*13?*"
"*Nox!*" Shouts Angel, and runs off in the direction Nox flew, until entering a clearing and scans the land for him.
"*Nox!*" shouts Angel repeatedly, still getting no answer, a feeling of dread creeping in but was stopped when Angel tripped over him.
"*Mhhggkhhgd fhskdhd.... hdkbdfjkn fkdnof jndkd*" Nox's head stuck in a hole, his tail swaying around in a circle.
"* Hang on i'll get you out*" Angel goes to the ground, and punches around Nox's head breaking the earth around it. Nox withdrawis his head with an audible pop, and his mouthful. He quickly spits out the junk in his mouth.
"*Well that was fun.*" Nox smiling,looking down at the stuff.
"* A big golden ring, and gems? Well im hungry anyway*" Angel picking up one of the gem .
"*Wait don't, that was in my mouth!*" prompting Angel to stop and drop the gem.
"* Its a what? Really? Oh yeah there at home, they should be fine and awake eventually. Yeah I will give it to Ange.*" Nox speaking to himself.
"*Give me what?*" asks Angel standing back up.
"*Are we any closer?*" asks Nox as he stands up and dusts himself off. He picks up the giant ring and the gems and puts them in the bag on his back. Angel takes out a compass and looks at the surroundings, face palming after noticing where they were.
"*Yeah only over that hil-*" Noticing Nox is already gone and sighs. Follows after Nox.
"* So down there?*" asks Nox as he leans over the edge of a cliff.
"*No, over there*" Angel pointing to a divot in the ground, a ways away from the cliff.
"*Did you open it?*" asks Nox, Angel.
"*No*" replies.
"*Any reason why?*" asks Nox.
"* Well i didn't know what this says and*" Angel trailing off and looking down.
"*And?*" Nox .
"*Kinda thought you would like to look at it 13*" Angel bashfully balling hand into a fist.
"*Thanks*" Nox accepting and bumps his with Angel's.
"*Are you sure there isn't another reason*" asks Nox smirking.
"*Don't push it*" states Angel, prompting Nox to playfully float away a bit as Angel tries to punch him.
"* Calm yourself I'm only messing with you*" said Nox grinning, Angel joining in as they walk t the divot.
"* Yeah, so right here*" points Angel downward.
"*Ok! Move back a bit*"Nox getting on all four and digging.
" *I would use a shovel but this is much better.*" said Nox.
"*Who are you talking to?" Angel leaning over the hole and looking down into the hole.
"*Nobody! Oh be quiet and don't you start calling me that either, no you can't call me that!*" Nox shouts from deep in the hole.
*Dink*
"*Found it! Nox flies out of the hole quickly, carrying a large metal box
"*I thought you said you buried it only a little?*"
"* I may have been wrong*" said Angel.
"* So... whatever is in here could be damaged? *" Angel just simply shrugs, Nox looks at the box, closely examining it.
"*Well it could be anything really, but i don't think anything in it will be too damaged or dangerous*" Nox as he notes the box has no holes, or rust on it or odd odor.
"Alright lets get this thing open *" Nox said as he gathered the wind in his hand to form a small razor sharp blade and uses it to gingerly cut open the metal box, revealing the contents of the metal box.
"*Books, and some weird things ? Any of the important?*" asks Angel reaches in and grabs one, trying to determine what it says.
"*Don't bother, the writing is equnish,*" Nox as he gingerly looks through the book, and uses his tail to grab a book from his bag and hands it to Angel
"*Use this, it should help *"
"* So what do they say?*" asks Angel
"* This is stuff is way B.E. *" Nox states as he looks at the various drawings and diagrams, his eyes going wide.
"*This isn't any ordinary old books! I think these books may be I.R!*" said Nox in a hushed whisper
"* Are you serious!*" whispers Angel back
"* Maybe.... and these aren't just books! There are even schematics, we gotta get theses back to-*" he suddenly stops as he hears a branch snap some ways away, and draws out a knife.
"* Did you hear that?*" asks Nox
"*No, why?*" asks Angel
"*I think someone is watching us*" Nox states as he gets on all four low to the ground.
"*You sure?*" asks Angel breaking a limb off a tree and using it as a club , Nox stealthily moves into the woods after the noise, quietly sniffing and puts his knife away smiling when he recognizes the smell.
"*Arrrrrrrooooooo!*" goes Nox as he flies at what made the noise before he is pinned to the ground. a smile on his face as he looks at the figure.
"*Don't do that Nox, you scared me!* Edge(age 13) pinning him down, A hoodie concealing her face & chest, and black leggings on her 5ft 11in form. A knife currently in her hand, and a smile still across Nox's face.
"*Next time just come out here with us then*" Nox, as he gives Edge a sweet kiss on the chick, and moves her off of him.
"*Angel! its only Edge!" shouts Nox as Edge starts to swoon, but snaps his fingers to end it.
"*That stalker!*" groans Angel, picking up the books and placing them gently back into the metal box. As Nox and Edge join Angel.
"*Good to see you to Angel*" Edge said sarcastically and notices the box.
"What's in their?*"
"*Some books about the I.R*" Answers Angel, Edges eyes go wide.
"*Are you sure?*" asks Edge.
"*Maybe, we will probably have to get them checked out" shrugs Nox.
*Snap*
A branch breaks behind them. Their heads immediately swivel towards the sound, and what they see is pretty out of place. A massive black wolf stalks out of the forest, its coat like shadow and as dark as Nox's scales,and its claws and teeth razor sharp. Its eyes were a deep red and glowing as it looked at the 3 friends, its eyes resting on Nox.
"*Holy shit*" Edge whispers.
"*Is it smil-*" Is all Nox gets to say before the wolf is already over him, he manages to push Edge away but gets swiped by the wolves paw and is swatted away like a rag doll.
"*Nox!*" shout both his friends, as the wolf moves in on him.
"*Be more specfic next time, and what kinda wolf is that!*" he shouts out loud as he manage to barely avoid the wolves maw and clutches his chest wound. Edge draws out several knives and throws them at the beast, all of them bouncing off the wolf's coat.
"* Hey!*" the wolf receives a stone to its side, and turns towards Angel. Stars begin to fly around Angel and then speed off at the wolf. The wolf opens its maw eating the projectiles. It opens its maw again but before it can do anything it receives a shadow bolt to its face from Edge, but remains focused on Angel.
"* Angel get away from it!*" shouts Nox ,but the wolf is already there, and swipes at Angel , a large cut appearing where the claw connected.
"*What is with this wolf!*" thinks Nox as he throws a ball of fire at the wolf.The wolf turning back to Nox.
"*It some kind of what!*" Nox whispers , hearing the Answer his eyes go wide.
"* Edge get Angel out of here!Get Help!*" shouts Nox as he throws a shadowy blob at the wolf.The attack misses and the wolf rushes at Nox. He notices Edge hesitating.
"*Go now!*" shouts Nox .Nox readies his knife as Edge picks up Angel and rushes into the forest.
"*This thing have any weakness Church?*" Nox asks as he dodges the beast claw and it lunges at him, a sensation of pain going through him as the beasts sinks its teeth into him.
He wakes up, breathing heavily and his head pounding . He opens his shirt and looks at his chest checking for bite marks.
"*They aren't gonna be there anymore*" said a female voice, Nox jumping to his feet and turns to see the speaker. Nox noticing he is in a large empty room.
The speaker is an oddity. Her eyes are piercing, draconic and light blue and her mane is short cut and blonde. She has a rough coat which is as dark as black steel and she stands over Nox at 7ft tall, her tail resembles his own, though hers has a tuff of long spiky blonde hair. She appears to have an athletic frame though that is obscured by the weird armor she wears. The same as Church's. Around her neck are dog tags and at her sides appear to be two weird metal devices
"* You gonna keep staring kid or are you gonna say something?*" the black creature asks irritation evident in her voice
"* Who and what are you?*" asks Nox
"*Who I am and what I am isn't important right now, till you open the door you'll be stuck in the dark*" she replies
"*What?*" he says before receiving a punch to the face. Nox is sent flying by the punch and lands hard on the ground, he quickly stands up and rubs his face.
"*Bitch!*" Nox said as he rubs his face.
"* What was that for!*" He moves into a battle stance, shifting his weight to his heels.
*Meanwhile back outside the Royal Sister's Castle*
"*Ok its been about 10 minutes since he passed out again. There appears theirs isn't any permanent damage to the upper body and he is fully healed above the belt*" States Edge as Angel finishes examining and healing Nox's upper body on a cloud. Pearl,Minor,Storm and Luna watching the two work from opposite sides, both keeping an eye on the opposing side.
"*Now to check the lower body*" Angels states putting on a set of gloves and moving to Nox pants, Luna backpedals a bit away, red faced.
"What are thou doing!?!" she shouts red-faced.
"Considering how he was swelling a bit when you were punching him, I have to check down here" states Angel In equnish, to the Alicorn.
"But this is extremely indecent" said Luna prudely, to which Angel does not reply.
"This is part of my job, so unless you wish to know what Nox's genitals look like,I kindly suggest you look the other way" said Angel politely Angel moving to remove Nox's pants, but stops.
"*You all back away and look away too*" Angel states brokering no argument, the others complying.
"*Ok lets continues*" said Edge
"*You too Edge*" Edge simply pouts and complies, noticing glances and peeking Angel sighs but continues onword
"* Not like this is the first time I've seen them, shocked this is what they focus on and not the fact that two fucking swords just grew out of Nox's arms.*" thinks Angel still slightly embarrassed at looking at Nox's family tools.
*Meanwhile*
"*Why do I feel like someone is blushing, and why do i feel like my pants are down?*" wonders Nox as he watches the black creature for another attack.
"*Sorry kid, need to do this*" She moves in on him, and quickly knees him to the chest and twist his wrist, flipping him over. He manages to roll away but before he can get to his feet receives a kick to his head.He uses his tail like a spring and is launched back to his feet. Nox charges at her, he feints a punch and uses his tail. Her own tail grabs his and twist it and she launches a barrage of punches into his chest and slams him into the wall head first.
"*Ow*"groans Nox as he rubs his head waking up on a cloud.
"*Was out for long?*" asks Nox as he rubs his head.
"*Only about 15 minutes*" replies Angel blushing, along with the others present.
"*Did I miss something?*" He asks as he headache fades, Noticing his everyone else is a bit red, even Luna.
"*Nothing*" Said Edge a bit exictedly.
Nox gets off the cloud ,removing the arm braces and opens up his shirt.
"What are you doing now dragon!?!" exclaims Luna getting a bit redder.
"Calm yourself, I 'm not putting on a show or anything" said Nox with a smile, as he snaps his fingers and a metal contraptions appears at his side.
"* Much better, fighting with the brace was a smart move if i do say so myself*" Nox stretches and bends his body, some in rather inappropriate manner and at odd angles.
"*What's with all of you?*" he in both languages , asks noticing them looking at him
"*Nothing*" state the others except Luna, who had gone silent at the display. She was almost red enough to change her coat color.
"We done for the day?" asks Nox addressing Luna, as she remains unmoving.
"Lulu?" he goes and snaps his fingers in her face bringing her back from her mind.
"Your dismiss!" Luna rushed, as she frantically flies back to the castle, and shuts the door.
"*Weird*" Nox notices the two swords on the ground and picks them up.
"*Well I'm gonna go home, check on somethings, maybe get some some work done, and check on Dawn and Set. See ya guys back home*" he jumps in the air and flies away.
"*So that's what he looks like below the belt*"Angel reminds them and brings the blush back to their faces.

A baby snake is more dangerous then an adult. A baby snake doesn't know how much venom to release in order to kill its prey and it can end up over using its supply. A cornered animal is the most dangerous animal, its unpredictable and will do what it needs to do in order to try and survive.

W.I.P but life always is
Nox flies around the town before landing to talk to Betty and some builders.After speaking with them he flies off to his home.Nox pulls out a key and opens the door to his building, once inside he locks the door and in a bright red flash he appears in his room and gives himself a quick look over.He looks at his feet and sees they are firmly planted on the ground.
"*Yup all good, this one's a winner*" Nox smiles as he lays the swords against a wall and grabs 7 blank scrolls from a cubby. He goes over to his table and sits down, grabbing a charcoal pencil and carefully jots down the spell.
"*Really need to get a typewriter*" He thinks as he finishes writing out the 7th spell copy and grabs another scroll then snaps his finger turning it into a piece of ordinary paper.
"*To do List*"
1.Buy spell scribe typewriter and regular typewriter
He finishes jotting down the list and goes over to one of his cubbies, he reaches behind the scrolls and pulls out a large piece of leather which causes several of the scrolls to fall out of the cubby and on to the floor.He picks them off the ground and places them on his table. Nox grabs more from the other cubbies until his table is stacked with a massive heap of scrolls and he carefully pulls out their handles and places the handles into one of the now empty cubbies
"*Putting this off for long enough*" Nox said and snaps his fingers ,the scrolls & piece of leather swirl around forming a whirlwind on the table. The whirlwind continues to grow on the table till it is half of Nox's height. Nox then spits into the whirlwind, in a bright flash several books are now stacked on the table and places the books in the cubbies and grabs the swords from against the wall.
Nox teleports to the lowest level of the building into a small room and meets a polished metal door and a paper on the door catching his eye.
"*Dear Nox,
As this is the 1st day of our trip to Lant, Set and I wish for you not to contact us today. I recommend that you message us on the 3rd day of the trip, preferably in the middle or late afternoon. This would not only show that you care about us but also show that you respect our independence....

Nox grabs the door handle and enters the room. In the massive rooms, a large bookshelf in a corner near the door, and several books stacked next to it. 3 large tables are in the room, each with several chairs and scattering covered with metal bits, gems, odd devices, and tools of all kinds. A couple of black boards adorning the room, Several large machines and odd devices against the walls.Several shelves across the place and on the walls. The room itself is bright as the crystal orbs above illuminate the room.
"*Good to be back in the lab*" Nox said as he places the swords against the wall and walks over and touches a weird device. The device holds several small gems and a large rune etched metal disk in the center and below it a large metal stand with a crystal shards entwined in the metal holding the odd array. Nox touches a glowing red gem and the etches in the metal glow red and a small version of his mother appears.
"*Hi mom*" he said with a smile as he sits in front of the device.
"*Hello sweetie, how did your 1st day of training go?*" she asks with a pleasant smile.
"*Well I suggested we fight, we fought and I passed out for a couple of minutes*" Redmoon's smile replaced with a worried look .
"*Why did you pass out?*" she asks
"*I think it was cause she punched me in the balls*" he answers, the worried look disappearing from his mother's face.
"* Oh so it was just like that time when you and Screwball-*" she begins but Nox stops her.
"*Please don't remind me*" he said embarrassed.
"* Actually If i had to gauge it I would says Screwball is stronger*"
"*Hmmm*" goes Redmoon at the response.
"* Where did you get those swords?*" she asks pointing to the blades.
"*Oh they were next to me when i woke up, they were shiny so i took them.*" he answers.
"*Huh, alright then. I just got word that Dawn and Set have arrived in Lant, they seem to be enjoying themselves.*" she said, her smile returning.
"* Well they were pretty excited. You should have seen them *" said Nox.
"* Oh and all the new buildings have been completed, and are ready to be moved into. Every piece of furniture moved into it, the places fitted properly, and all the paper work has been completed.*" Said with a flourish of his hand and a smile.
"*Your sisters told me as much, the new arrivals should all be within the next few days*" his mother's smile becoming a concerned look.
"* On the topic, I would like to remind you that she is one of the new arrivals*" Redmoon said with distastes, Nox smile still present on his face.
"*I'll be fine, theirs a good chance she'll avoid me anyhow*" He dismisses it with a wave of his hand, by the look on her face Redmoon wasn't so sure.
"*Just make sure Edge is watching you*" she answers.
"*Will do Mam!*" Edge shouts from somewhere in the lab.
"*That is still creepy Edge!*" Nox shouts back.
"*Part of the Job!*" she shouts back.
"* Why are we shouting? we can hear here just fine*" Redmoon shouts .
"I don't know!*" he shouts to her.
"*Ok that enough, I don't wanna go deaf*" she said .
"*Speaking of difficult girls, care to tell me why the alicorn blasted you?*" she asks concernedly, Nox scratches his neck and answers.
"* I think it may be tied to the events 6 years ago or my dream diving. As I have gathered Princess Luna is the Co-ruler of equestria along with her sister Princess Celestia and "Princess of the night" to the equestrians . She may have done it due to me impeding their attempt to capture Eris, or believing me to simply be encroaching on her territory. From what I have gathered their is ncurrently no one else in equestria with this ability besides the Princess Luna herself, though it is possible Princess Celestia may have this ability.Also it maybe because when ever we meet in the dream world, I usually annoyed her with chaotic antics.*" Nox leaving out the kiss thing, doubting that would be a probable reason.
"*Be careful Nox, I don't you took get hurt cause some uppity little bitch decides she owns the whole astral plane*" Nox smile remaining on his face, even as his mother seems slightly angered by the attack
"*Eh she isn't that bad actually*" His mother not surprised at his response.
"*Just swear you'll be alright*" Said Redmoon.
"*I swea-*" he begins.
"*Swear by Dirosha*" she adds, Nox places his claw over his heart.
"*I swear by Dirosha, The goddess and the witness. To uphold my promise*" Ending the pledge by making a slashing claw motion over his chest.
"*I will be fine. Hell I might even find dad, May even work the power of bond with Luna*" at this his mother's smile returns
"*Good then & If you do find your father we will work to free him, and then I will break his arms.*" She said with a smile
"*Right O Mom*" he replies
"* Seriously though I will break is arms. Teach him to do something as stupid as this without telling me*" she pouts
"*Bye sweetie, tell your friends I said hi*" Nox touches the crystal and she disappears, the crystal and metal returning to their original empty appearance.
The door opens and in walks Barb, a pair of black goggles ordaining her eyes. Her clothing is a overalls and a white undershirt and a bag over her shoulder.
"* Sup sis?*" he asks
"*Nothing much, I bought you something*" she throws the bag to Nox. A smile on her face
"* Aww you shouldn't have*" he said as he opens the bag and pulls out 2 brand new typewriters.
"*How did you know?*" He said with a huge grin putting the typewriters down and hugs his sister
"*Me and Screwball thought you might like them*" Barb as she returning the hug.
"*Thank you" He said as he hugged her .
"* So what should we work on ?*" he asks as they break up the hug.
"*Well thinking we should just see where the day takes us, probably focus on our big projects*" Barb said, and goes over to a shelf taking out a tool box.
"* Oh hang on*" He said and vanishes in a bright flash of red.
"* Hmm nothing left behind this time*" she comments.
"*Yeah seems like he finally got the spell*" Answers Edge appearing behind her as if out of nowhere.
"*Were you invisble or-*" before she could finish Nox appeared in front of them.
"*Just went and hugged Screwball*" He said as he stretches.
"*She gave me a bear hug*" Nox rolls up his sleeves and goes over to the shelf ,grabbing a pair of goggles.
"* Alright lets get to work he said as he grabs two sets of tools from the shelf.
*1 hour later*
"* Ok test number 23*" Barb said as Nox drives them. They approach a cliff and Nox quickly turns the wheel to avoid it and steps on the brake to stop the car.
"*Ok that works, Now we know not to put sugar directly into the engine.*" said Barb.
"*Sorry mentioned fuel from cane, didn't know it meant a liquid fuel.*" answers Nox, Edge sleeping in the back of the car.
"*Ok lets test its durability*" Said Barb, Edge opens her eyes.Nox exits the car and teleports.
"*Lets get this started*" Nox reappears with a two crossbow and a pair of two knives. Nox runs around the car, firing off into it and finishes by throwing the two knives at the car.Barb then pulls out a scroll and begins to write.
"*Ok the car held all against all the shots*"said Barb checking off . Barb points at the car and the car returns to normal. Edge flickers black for a moment and there were now two of her, the newer Edge gets into the car and drives off fast.
"*Ok durability, strength, and*" The 3 watch as the car drives around, speeding around and drifting. Nox snaps his fingers and a ramp forms out of the ground. The car lifts off, flying through the air and manages to lands roughly. The car continues to drive then all of a sudden flips as it drives, it spins through the air and it crashes to the ground.The Edge exits the car through the windshield. Nox already next to her, as he checks for visible injuries.
"*Couple of small rips in her cloths, but that's about it*" He then looks away as Barb checks the Edge for any injuries on her body. Edge moves next to him.
"*You know its ok to look*" she whispers sultry.
"*Its also ok for you to look, when i strip then too.*" he rebuttals, Edge goes quiet and her face turns red at the thought, to which brings a smile to Nox.
"*Gross, Oh and she has no injuries or glass in normal or odd places*" answers Barb at hearing their banter.Nox turns back around, the other Edge already gone.
"*Ok it passes the tests,we got the plans and resources, we can get the line ready and Now all we need is to get it legal and show off a bit.*"
"*Yeah, but we can do that later,probably after winter*" said Edge as she stretches.
"* Oh yeah, when does the snow start to fall- Oh shit, I just remembered its our turn Nox*" A look of alarm appearing on Nox's face, she snaps her fingers and the car was back to normal and both look at Edge, she simply waves them off and both of them smile. Nox removes the extra gear he had put on and grabs Barb,they disappear in a flash of red light. Edge begins to pack up the belongings into the car.
*Elsewhere*
Nox and Barb appear on the mountain range near the town, both seeing their sister Screwball, and the other dancers.She looks at both of them as she taps her hoof on the ground.The moon already rising.
"*We know were a bit late*" answers both in unison.
"*Yes, yes you are late....So did it work? We good?*" she asked.
"*Oh yeah, we just gotta get everything else out the way*" said Barb happily, Screwball then points at there clothing and to which Nox snaps their fingers and both were respectively clad in white robes. Everyone moving into position.
"*Ok people lets do this now so we don't have to do it later!*" yells a aging cowgirl, signaling the music players to begin, as the dancers begin to twirl.
*The dance goes on for about 20 minutes*
"*Ok that should do-*" starts the aging cow but is stopped when 6 inches of snow lands on all their heads.
"*As i was saying, that should do it people*" she said as the snow comes down slowly from the clouds above. The town is covered in the fresh snow.
"*Well that was fun*" Nox teleports leaving the others.
"*So you think he is gonna do what i think he is gonna do?*" asks Eris to Barb.
"*Oh yeah*" she said as they join they leave with the other dancers.
"Luna does thou really think it was called for to hit the young drake there" asks Celestia as her sister finishes describing the 1st day, omitting the ending.
"Well it was necessary to get the "anger out" as the dragon called it, he challenged us to a duel and it would do us both a dishonor if we hadn't fought with all my fury" she answers her sister honestly.
"But was it necessary to cause him to pass out or strike him in the wind-" she begins but stops and listens.
"Do thou hear that?"
*Flomp* both exit the castle and notice what had occurred. As they notice the entire castle and surrounding area had been made white with snow and a single statue of ice in front of the castle,the snow now lazily falls from the slowly moving clouds above.
"Well this is unexpected" answers Celestia. Luna looking around the castle ground and sky and sees Nox floating high in the air,a sign in his hands.
"Thats for my family jewels" she read out on the sign, As she flies up to approach him he has already disappeared.Luna flies down to meet her sister.
"A joke from the dragon" Said Luna dryly.
" Not much of a joke, why the statue of him though" Celestia trails off as she sees the statue move. The statue gets up and pulls out two pies, hitting them both square in the face with them and laughing. Celestia and Luna looking not as entertained, Luna walked over to the laughing statue.
*Later with Nox in his lab*
"*Gonna have to find some timber wolves tomorrow to finishes this up*" he said as he shapes a piece of metal.
Looking at the clock in the lab he decides its time to sleep and teleports to his room.Noticing the crossbows and knives are on the table.He snaps his fingers and he is now in a set of red pajamas.He goes over to his table and rereads the spell.
"*I gotta hand this off to Storm tomorrow.*" he said, as he rereads the spell and drifts to sleep.
He walks past the memories of his life and walks forward, 3 keys present at his side. Nox briefly looks at the keys before running past the door and jumping. Passing dreams as he runs.
*In a dream*
"*See Rex, traveling jesters aren't all scary.Oh sure they can be very very creepy but they can also be very fun and kind.*" said 10 year old Nox as he juggles balls and pies, dressed as a jester. An entire circus going on behind him and a little grey diamond dog on the high rope with a smile on his face. He waves up at the acrobatic little diamond dog and the Rex waves back and Nox leaves the dream.
"*Hmm...nothing*" he said as he flies around.
"*Hmm now wher-*" stopping as he sees Luna fly into one.
"Not there" Nox now speaking equnish flies away. He pulls out a pocket watch and looks at the time.
"Early...." Nox suddenly gets a feeling.
"Never mind" he said flying around and dives right into the dream. He ends up landing in a dark forest, he silently tracks through the forest.
"Hello?" Nox whispers as he looks around and sees a twinge of bright hair, rainbow hair.
"Rainb-" Nox looks down, his expression one of horror.
Her small wings were bent at odd angles. Her body thin and covered in black unknown grime, bruises and cuts dotting her exposed body, and her dress filthy and ragged.Her eyes teary and a red line across her throat, her blood leaking unto the forest soil.
"Please help." her voice barely audible and Nox eyes snap open. He looks over at the table and grabs a knife and he teleports appearing right in front of the fallen filly, her eyes closed. Nox presses two fingers to the young girls throat, feeling a weakling pulse. The hand across her throat begins to glow green, the light healing the wound but the filly's pulse only gets weaker.
"Come on" Nox said through his clenched teeth, as he concentrates and places his other hand on the filly, and it chimes in healing magic. The light glows even brighter and passes through the filly's body.A loud pop echoes from her as her wings straighten and are healed.The cuts and bruises across her body vanishing, and the large slash across her throat disappearing.As her pulse strengthens, Nox lets out a breath he hadn't even known he was holding.The young filly weakly opens her eyes and looks at Nox before closing them again as she falls unconsciousness.
Nox turns around and hears a shuffling approaching them.Nox then closes his eyes as he takes out the knife and aims for the furthest of the could be attackers and throws the knife.
"AGH!" a figure scream out and rustling moves away from them and toward the scream, Nox then grabs the filly and teleports.
*Several minutes later*
"That was alot of gunk in your coat" said Nox as he attempts to talk to the filly, her real coat now visible.The cyan filly remains unresponsive and simply lets him wash her.He leads her to a stool and empties the tub, grabbing a small bucket and dumps the warm water on the filly. He grabs a towel and wraps it around the filly's head and body. He teleports and returns nearly instantly with a small dress and underwear. She wordlessly puts them on.Nox grabbing her hand and leads her down to the kitchen.
"Sit" he said, the filly obediently does ad Nox begins to cook.
"Why are you helping me?" Rainbow Storm quietly asks, Prompting Nox to stop what he was doing.
"You needed help." he said simply as he he stirs the pot, and grabs water from the fridge.He grabs 2 cups and fills them and places a bowl of soup and water in front of the filly, a bit of drool coming from her mouth.
"Eat up." he said with a smile, she looked at Nox and then back at the food, the young filly truly was ravenous as begins to quickly eats the soup. Nox simply teleports and reappears. He begins to fiddle with something in his hands as the young filly continues to eat and Nox refills each time she empties her bowl.After she had her fill he simply cleaned up and teleported them both to his room. He leads her to his bed and sits her down. Nox simply lies down on the bear skin.
"Goodnight" he said. Nox sees the filly's green eyes slowly close and hearing her breathing become rhythmic he simply closes his eyes and sleeps.
"* Several hours later*"
"*So thats what happened asks?*" Redmoon her hand covering her face.
"*Yup*" he said.
"*You had entered a dream and saw the filly in the condition you had described*" said Redmoon.
"*Uh huh*" he said.
"*Teleported to her and healed her*" she continues.
"*Correct*" he states.
"*Then distracted the possible attackers, by throwing a knife and stabbing one of them in the leg*" she finishes.
"*All accordingly*" Nox said as his mother sighs.
"*What's her name*" she asks pointing to the filly quietly seated in Nox's lap.
"*Rainbow Storm, should we switch to equnish so she understands?*" he asks.
"*Not yet, I want you to explain what you plan to do with her?*" asks his mother.
"*Well she has nowhere to go and well.... I figured.....and since Screwball and Barb talked to you already-*" his mother stopping him, a smile on her face.
"*Say no more sweetie, she can stay. You have to keep her safe and take care of her you realize.*" she said to her son, Nox simply smiles and Nods.
"Bye" Nox said as the etchings go dim as the device shuts off.
"You can stay" he said to the filly with a smile and she hugs Nox with a teary smile on her face.
"*That went well*" said Pearl from behind Nox, setting down a wet bag on one of the tables.
"*Yup.....I'll be back in a bit i gotta do some stuff, come on Rain" Nox leaves the lab and the filly following along behind him.
* A quick walk later and a medical examination later*
"*Besides being malnourished she is fine, so just keep feeding her.*" said Angel finishing up inspecting Rainbow Storm, the filly then put on the starry winter coat, and Nox's puts on his scarf.
"Thank you Angel. See ya later then" he said Holding out his fist and Angel pounds it. Nox and Rainbow Storm leaving the hall. They get some glances from some towns folk but, all just go about their business. Others waving at them as they pass, the filly timidly waves back. He spots a vendor and goes over to him.
"1 hay sandwich and an order of pork buns please." the diamond dog vendor hands them to Nox and he pays the vendor.The duo then find a bench to sit on and eat their food.
"Lets begin the tour shall we?" he said as he looks at the filly, Rainbow Storm smiles and nods.
"Alright then" he puts the filly on his back and flies into the sky and begins around the town.
"Ok this is the school, this is where someone your age spends most of your time and this is so you can get an education" Nox then takes off.
"This is where the farmer's market usually is but, we just started the winter. It is pretty much now where street vending happens."
"This is a park" he said as a snow ball hits him in the face.
"*Can't play right now*" he yells to those below and flies off.
"*This is so boring.*" think Edge as she follows Nox and the filly form the ground.
"This is healer's hall as you now know, over there is the firehouse, and over there is the guard station."
* 1 hour later*
"Ok this is one of the local taverns, don't go inside or stand outside of it" he said as he sets her down
"Why?" she asks and as a diamond dog flies through the window and lands next to them
"* I'mma have your hide you son of a b-*" is all she hears the diamond dog utter before Nox covers her ears.
"That's why" Nox picks her up and they fly up again.
"Oh and you see that place over there" he said point to an hotel looking place, to which the filly nods.
"Never ever and I mean ever go over there" he said sternly.
"Why?" she asks confused.
"You'll learn when your older" he said to her look of confusion.
"That's a junkyard, Don't go there"
"What's a junkyard?" asks the filly.
"A place where people throw their unwanted junk, sometimes theirs good stuff there though" Nox tells her as they fly away from it.
"That's a steel mill, don't go there." Storm flying in front of Nox.
"*What's up?*" he asks her as a smile goes across her face.
"*Delivered the spell, and the papers. Should have seen the look on their faces, those snobs' jaws dropped to the ground.*" Nox starts to grin and then high fives Storm before they go their separate ways.
"*See you two at home!*" said Storm as she rockets away.
"What's a steel mill?" asks Rainbow Storm.
*Meanwhile*
"*Ok now to test if this works*" said Pearl as she tightens a bolt. The turbine begins to spin faster and faster till smoke begins to bellow out from it.
"* shit*" she said as she runs behind a blast wall as the smoke increases.
*BOOM* and as the smoke dissipates she sighs.
"Back to the drawing board on that one." she moves from the wall to clean up the mess.
*Meanwhile*
"*Ok thats about it*" said Nox as he pays for the supplies, and clothing. Rainbow Storm right next to him as they leave to go back home.
"Yeah it seems like Church hasn't gotten to him yet, gotta wait till then to approach him" said the oddity looking through a telescope, as she presses something in her ear. Hiding amongst the clouds in the everfree.
"Maybe someone shouldn't have beaten the shit out of him and he could've remembered" goes the deep voice.
"Shut it Sombra" is all she said as she drops herself from the clouds.
"Did any of them recently approach him?" asks Sombra.
"No but he did leave the south" answers the oddity
"Hope Church is having better luck then us"
*Meanwhile*
"Ok this was a nice place a few moments ago" A loud scraping begins to come from behind him from begin him, prompting Church to turn around.
"Nice Doggie" he said to the dog as it snarls at him, the dog then slips through the wall and smiles a twisted smile.
"Oh my Gods!" said Church as he runs from the twisted freakish dog.
* Meanwhile*
"*Yeah so that about it*" said Nox as he talks.
"Yup, your rooms are all set up, so i'll see two Monday. Goodbye to you too.*"Nox waves off the device turns.Nox teleports to his room, Rainbow Storm already asleep in his bed. Before he goes to sleep he grabs one of the books on the table: the cover marked with a sun and moon and a dragons eye, diamond and milk bottle.
"* Luna's spell, very similar to shadow ball. Further investigation is needed" he mummers as he jots down in the book.
*The next day, outside the castle. The snow lazily falling over them *
"So do you still wish for me to demonstrate my magic?" Nox asks as he yawns. He is dressed in a starry scarf and baggy gray pants and shirt with a bag on his back and floats in front of the Alicorn, Luna dressed again in light armor.
"Discontinue thine floating dragon, we will be testing thou through written examination" Nox giving Luna an odd look
"What?" she said slightly annoyed. Nox simply shrugs and plants himself on his feet. He follows Luna inside the castle till they are in the castle's library.
"Sit" she orders. Nox simply obeys
"I'm guessing you all still don't trust me?" he said as he notices guards which line the library.
"Hmph" is all the Alicorn utters, as she uses magic to retrieve a book. Nox looking a bit excited as he sees the display of magic.
"Just as exciting as in the dream world" he thinks as he reaches into his bag. The guards at attention, like statues but their gaze all upon him. He draws out a pencil, and a blank booklet.
* 2 hours later*
"Oh my goddess this is so boring" he thinks as he jots down the lecture. Nox opens his bag once again and draws out a small metal ball. A spear tip appearing near his face and Nox looks up to see who it was. A male Pegasus guard glaring at him, Nox simply sighs and the squeezes the ball in his hand and opens them to reveal it is gone.
"I believe it time for evaluation, dragon" she said as she watches the display. Nox shrugs and simply clinches his hand, a ball of light now in his hand.
"Good....." Luna surprised as he preforms the spell with ease. Nox then touches his face a beard and mustache appearing on his face.The facial hair combo then burns away.
"Facial hair magic, and Nox snaps his fingers. The guards weapons turn into cheese replicas.
"Transmogrification, I already know those spells. May we please move to more advanced magic? he asks politely to Luna
"Learn your place foul wretch!" shouts one of the guard, Nox simply rolls his eyes at the guard and turns his attention back to the alicorn. Luna looking angry and the guard immediately apologizing to Luna as he returns to his position, Luna turns her attention back to Nox.
"Oh damn" he mumbles
"Dragon, it would be best for you to pay attention. This is for the benefits of our two kingdoms." she reminds him
"My apologies Master Luna, it is just that the material is something I have already learned" he replies and Luna places down the book
"Follow" Luna said to Nox, he obliges and follows the alicorns out of the room. The guards present in the room keeping the two apart as they walk outside, back to the outside of the castle. Luna pointing to where Nox to stand. The guards standing behind her, there cheese spears still in their hands.
"Ok I got to fix this" Nox thinks as he looks at the guards and Luna
"Show me some magic" Luna said
"Alright" Nox said, as he takes a deep breath
"Fair warning dragon, do not even think of using that attack" she warns
"Wouldn't dream of it" he said as he clears his throat, and closes his eyes

He finishes and opens his eyes and sees Luna yawning
"Was that it?" she asks , Nox points to the guards and Luna is shocked to sees that all of them are asleep on the ground
"That spell is called Sing, its a spell that puts you to sleep but I guess it doesn't work on you." Nox said now in front of Luna, floating over a sleeping guard. Nox hearing Luna's breathing over the guard's snoring. Nox cautiously reaches his hand toward the tired princess. He stops his hand and keeps it at a short distance, Luna makes no move on him as his hand begins to glow green.
"I was kinda worried if I had left some damage when I kinda lost it during our duel." he said as he heals Luna, the princess seeming to relax a bit. Nox finishes up and floats away a bit.
"My apologies if I caused you any discomfort" said Nox embarrassed and bows slightly, Luna taken aback by the behavior
"Well thou seems truly genuinely penitent. We will forgive thou, dragon." Luna said Nox straightening up ,a small smile on his face.
"Thou are dismissed" at hearing this Nox flies away back to town, but stops as he sees what is coming
"Ah what the hell" he said as he teleports to the a mayor's office
"They aren't here, their managing the new arrivals" said the white drake as she sorts papers into files
"Thanks " he said as he opens the window and flies out
* A few minutes later*
"*Ok people, Lets get all of you to your new homes" shouts Eris through the bullhorn as she addresses the large crowd of people.
"*Yeah seems like they got here earlier then expected*" answers Barb
"*Well the building are ready, but this is gonna be a pain*" he said yawning as he scans the crowd.
"*Didn't get much sleep?" asks Eris as she finishes addressing the crowd
"*Yeah bad dreams*" he said
"* Here to help out*" said Minor and Storm in unison
"*Is Edge around?*" asks Eris
"*She is watching Rainbow Storm for me while I'm out*" answers Nox
"*The little filly?*" asks Barb to which Nox nods
"Alright lets get to work directing this flow, everyone remember what their jobs are?"
"Yup!" reply back Minor, Storm, and Nox
"Then get to it!" she shouts
"Alright" they said as they head to the crowds
*An few hours later*
"Ok this is your house Wiona, Bell, Rover, Chip, and Shelia" He said to the pack of diamond dogs as he reads their names off the list
"Does it have the kitchen we asked for?" Rover
"Yup,the house has the cheese pantry, the 3 bedrooms, is close to the local bathouse, etc" he said as he opens the door
"Hmm...it is very good, thank you." Nox hands the keys to Rover, and leaves the pack to their new home. As he heads into the town square, the congestion from the new arrivals is dense and surrounding.
*Meanwhile*
"It's nice to meet you" said Rainbow Storm timidly , addressing the young drake across from her
"It very nice to meet you too!" the black drake nervously stammers out, the female drake next to him simply eating her lunch
"*Awkward*" thinks Edge as she watches the conversation, Nox then appears in the kitchen
"*Hey*" he greets her, a smile spreads across Edge's face and she pulls him in close.
"*Woah, what up?*" he asks Edge
"*Can you try and break the ice a bit over their, looks like they need it.*" she whispers into his earand Nox turning his attention to the table.
"Dawn & Set! What are you two doing here?" exclaims Nox
Dawn is a green dragon, she appears to be 11 years old and has a slender frame.Her spines are rounded like Nox's own but instead of pale white are as black as his scales. She has a normal dragon tail and she is 4 ft 11 inch .Her eyes are bespectacled and are pale blue and draconic. She is of the clan Loki. A blue satchel on her back . She is clad in a simple blue dress. She is reading a little black book in her left hand as she eats a sandwich.
Set is a black dragon the same color as Nox, he appears to be 9 years old and has a slender frame.His spines are purple and round like Set's. He has a normal dragon tail and is 4 ft 8 inches .His eyes are crimson red and draconic. He is of the clan Loki.He is clad in blue leggings and green shirt.A white bag at his side. He currently nervously looking at Rainbow Storm, ignoring his lunch.
" The trip had to end early, some of the arks started to act up again" she said , not looking up from her book
"What do you mean acting up?" asks Nox
"The usual: the screens were flashing, they tried to fly, and 3 of the smaller ark items flew through the ceiling." she said
Nox goes quiet as he processes the information but stops when Edge cleared her throat
"Oh, this is Rainbow Storm. She'll be living with us from now on" he said
"Ok" said Dawn not looking up from her book
"A-Alright" said Set occasionally glancing at the cyan filly, Rainbow Storm fidgeting in her seat
"Hmm" is all that exits Nox mouth before he teleports
"*Son of a bitch*" thinks Edge as she begins chopping up apples
* In the lab*
"*It blew up again huh?*" Nox looking down at the pieces of melted metal on the floor, Pearl face calm and neutral as she nods. Nox simply sighs and goes over to a black board in the room.
"* We need to change something*" Nox drawing on the board.
"*It all comes down to these , if we could just know what were doing wrong" he trails off as he draws on the board.
"*Just gotta keep trying*" is all Pearl said as she gathers the scraps.
"This time it exploded from the turbine portion... I think problem lies their, but I can't tell what was wrong with it" she said as she pours over the design. Nox snaps his fingers and the blown up machinery reforms to their original state. Nox yawning.
"Go to bed" said Pearl, Nox was about to object but pearl looks at him giving her usual blank expression.
"Alright alright" he said and teleports to his room, changing into pajamas and gets into the bed.
*My arm..... why can't i feel anything?" wonders Nox.
"My legs............." Nox conciseness fading.
"My head.......whats is that noise?.....Is someone eating?" wonders Nox as he hears crunching.
"Why can't I see?" He said as he tries to open his eyes.
"Wake up" a voice said and Nox begins .
"I think something is eating.......Is it....... hahahahahhahahaha!" Nox begins to Laugh.
"Wake up!" shouts the voice.
"He really has done it..... he really has the gall.....HAHHAHAHAHAHA!" Nox laughter turning hysterical.
"Very well child, lets see if you can handle what you're taking. " He shouts in his blind laughter.
"Wake up!" shouts the voice now screaming at him, sobbing evident in the voice and Nox's eyes snap open. Rainbow sleeping peacefully, clutching close to him.
"*Bad dream?*" whispers Edge from the bedroom door.
"*Just a weird dream" he said and closes his eyes to sleep.
"*Night*" she whispers.
"*Yes?*" he said a small smile on his face.
"*You know what I meant*" a smile on her voice.
"*Goodnight*" he said as he falls asleep.
* The next day*
"I'll be back in a bit. Rainbow I want you to listen to Dawn today" Nox said as he carries an hatchet, a red satchel and a sack and exits through the building. As soon as he leaves, Dawn grabs Rainbow's wrist and leads her back upstairs, Set following the two young ladies.Dawn leads them to Nox's room.
"Lets get started shall we?" said Edge sitting on the bed, a book in hand.
*Meanwhile with Princess Luna*
"Why did we left him so close?" wonders Luna as she touches where he healed her
"Why did he heal us? " She wonders as she grabs a book from the library
*Meanwhile..... elsewhere*
"*Sad that no one wanted to help us move our stuff*" said black sheep hauling a large wagon
"*Our works is pretty heavy, We should have asked our other friends to help us*"
"*You know they have work to do as well*" said her cloaked companion, hauling a large wagon
"*You know since we didn't arrive when the others did they are going to worry, right?*" said the sheep
"*Yeah we were pretty worried.You know we would have helped you move*" said Storm from atop the the cloaked
"*You did pack the crystal communicator right?*" she asks as they push, to which the cloaked fellow nods.
"*Good*" she said a soft smile on her face.
*A couple of hours later*
"Ok now sound this out" Nox instructs as he shows her the sentence ,Rainbow Storm nod. Both sitting on the floor of the room.
"* H-hello, m-my nam-me is Rain-nbow Storm*" she manages to say.
"Pretty good, gotta work on your pronunciation though" he said as he affectionately rubs the filly's head, someone knocks on the door to his room.
"*Enter*" he said as a diamond dog and sheep enter the room.
"*Short time no see: Ore and Wilma*" Said Nox with a smiling at the two, both returning the smile.
Ore is a an hybrid mix of diamond dog and Dragon , appearing to be of the husky diamond dog. His coat is white and he is 6ft 9 inches and muscular, his eyes are draconic and gold. His tail would be consider a bit short if he were a drake but it is about 2 ft long and has a tuff of black hair sticking out. He only has a single arm, his right and it is striped with black bands of scales that seem to go around his arm, the rest of his arm hidden by a large leather glove and where his other arm would be juts out some metal joint. He is currently dressed in a sleeveless red shirt, and a pair of black leggings.A large metal hammer across his back. He is of the Titan clan.
Wilma is a black sheep. Her skin is pale but the wool located on her body is all black and her eyes dark blue. She is about 5 ft 2 inches, and her she appears a bit chubby, with small breasts and a metal piercing in one of her ears. Her clothing is a a white shirt and blue overalls. Her tail is a normal stubby sheep tail.
Nox noticing the joint, points to the Ore's left side.
"* Oh it broke*" answers Ore, his voice deep.
"*What with the filly?*" asks Wilma pointing to Rainbow Storm, who is now hiding behind Nox.
"*When did she even?*" Nox wonders as before returning to the topic at hand.
"*Oh......its complicated. Long story short she leaves here now.*" Nox using his tail and lifts up Rainbow Storm and moves the filly in front of him. The filly shaking a bit and looks up at Ore, cowering under his gaze and Nox pulls her to him.
"Its alright there friends, Ore may look a bit scary but he is a big softy" whispers Nox in her ear, she looks up at Ore.
"*H-hello, m-my nam-me is Rain-nbow Storm*" she said to them, still appearing visibly frightened
"*Nice to meet you Rainbow Storm, my name's Ore and this is Wilma.*" he said with a smile pointing to the sheep, who leans down to the filly.
"*Nice to meet you*" she said a kind smile on her face, and Nox translates the line to Rainbow Storm. A look of confusion on Wilma's face.
"* We just started teaching her how to speak and write *" he said to her confused look.
"*Ah, so how old is she?*" asks Wilma.
"* About 9 years old" answers Dawn from the door way, a small box in her hands.
"* Hello Dawn*" said the Ore and Wilma, Dawn returning the greeting, before handing the Box off to Nox. The Box is then floats is taken out of his grasp, Edge appearing on the bed. She looks at the box, and sniffs it before a shield appears around her. She opens the box and looks generally perplexed at the contents.
"*What is it?*" Nox asks, before Edge hands the box back to him and simply shrugs at the contents.
"*They don't seem to be explosive, poisonous, or a magical base explosive. I just don't know what they are*" answers Edge, as Nox simply removes one of the strange items.
"*I think its called a gun, I read about them about a couple of months ago*" answers Ore, Nox turning the gun in his hand
"*What do they do?*" he asks as he pulls the trigger
"*Yeah I wouldn't do that Nox*" said Ore as Nox repeatably pulls the trigger
"*Why not?*" he said as he looks at the empty bottom of the gun, and looks over the gun.
"*Their like mini-launchers*" answers Ore and Nox immediately stops pulling the trigger. Edge taking the guns from him.
"* Who sent these?*" asks Nox, Dawn points to the parcels side, and Nox looks at the paper attached to it.
"*Oh...... I'll look at these later then*" he as he wraps the box in his tail and puts it on the table, Edge taking the box in her grasp.
"*Anyone wish to eat?*" asks Nox as he stands, everyone leaving the room.
"* Good work on teaching her guys*" he said addressing Dawn and Edge, both smile.
"*Still a work in progress on that*" said Dawn.
"Almost everything in life is*" he answers, and pets Dawn and Rainbow Storm on the head, a smile on theirs faces.
"*A bit later*
"Goodnight Rain" he said as pulls the blanket over the sleeping filly before closing the door to the room and teleports to the lab's door.
"A few hours later*
"*Ok this part is done, now all i need to do is install the ball*" Nox takes out the metal ball he had been working on and places it at the end of the metal joint.
"*Test*" he said as he places his tail to the metal, the tail begins to glow crimson and the ball and joint begin to move. Nox the sticks a piece of wood to the other end of the metal joint, a smile spreading across his face as the joint moves.
"* Soon enough*" he said sits down the work and in his peripheral vision he sees the two swords.
"* Almost forgot about you two*" Nox picks up the swords.
"*Time to do some research*" Nox said as he grabs a pair of goggles
"Oh wait not yet" He puts down the sword and lies down on the ground.
* In a dream*
" Hmm, no body here?" he wonders as he looks around the cloud building. Jumping from building to building. He simply decides to float till he hears something. He decides to turn to his regular self as he relaxes.

"The time-"he stops when something blocks out the light over him, upon seeing him Luna clears her throat
"Dragon, I mean No-" Luna said from above him.
"Oh hey Lulu, still wearing restrictive clothing I see....and that kind of underwear" Nox said and sticks out his tongue at the alicorn. Luna's face turns red and something large appears over Nox.
"This is much better" Nox thinks as he moves to avoid the ice and rushes at Luna.

A little dark I know. Had to be done to advance the story. Gonna work hard to head towards comedy, so far its either been borderline dark, Luna acting emotional, character introductions, developments and etc. I hope you stick around for this ride, where even the driver doesn't know where to go sometimes

*16 years ago, somwhere *
"What the hell! Can't a guy get some fucking sleep!*' shouts Church.
*Meanwhile, throughout the south*
"*Dude, where are you! This shit wont stop moving!" screams a diamond dog student, as he is flying through the air.
"*Can you help me over here, this thing is sparking!*" Another Diamind dog flying through the air shouts.
"*Will both of you calm down before i shove my foot up your asses!*" shouts a small white dragon attempting to grab one of the flying diamond dogs
Both collide and land on the ground as the weird contraptions stop moving
"*Well at least we know what they do*" The diamond dog over the formerly screaming one says.
"*Fuck you Ben.*" Is all he said.
*Meanwhile somewhere else in the south*
"*Dont let go!, I dont wanna fly!!!*" shouts out a cowgirl as an ark begins to fly
"*Calm down, your not going anywhere*" shouts the older cowgirl as she and 20 others, holding down the ship with chains, as it ascends.
"I wish i could say the same!?!*" shouts a diamond dog as people try to stop him but are dragged along, and soon enough several people are now flying in the air
After 30 minutes the ship suddenly dies, along with the other devices and contraptions. Those by it were dropped to the ground.
"*Phew,... what is going on!?!*" shouts out a Brown Dragon as the entire room starts to flash, varying colors appearing throughtout an ark. Various symbols and colors flash throughout the room and as quickly as it started ended.
"*Ok can we go three secon-, FUCK!!*" shouts the cowgirl as she falls over as the ground beneath them starts to shake and small objects start flying through the room
* Meanwhile somewhere far away*
"*Welp looks like its finally time*" an oddity said as she stood.
