Prolgue: Just another day
Claire wakes up and begins her day as she always does by rolling out of her bed and walking into the bathroom. She looks into the mirror and begins to untangle the red streak that runs through the middle of her pink mane. She then as normal goes to meet up with her partner Jack Rabbit at the head security office.
As she walks to the head security office to start her day, she wonders how her day will go, as things have been increasingly odd. Mass suicides, Strange "stuff" liturally grow on the walls and worst of all the unitologist cult have been talking about something called "Convergence"... Yeah somethings mounting and she has no idea how big it will be.
"Bingo and bingo!" says Jack Rabbit, with false enthusiasm.
"Great, just because security doubles as the police on this ship doesn't mean we can control what ponies do. It's not like we go aAs she walks into the head security office she sees her partner Jack Rabbit and calls out to him. "Hey Jack Rabbit!"
"Hey Claire! How are you doing today?" Jack Rabbit responds.
"Good. Anymore crazy stuff happen today?"
"Does mass suicide count as crazy?"
"Darn it, again?" Claire rolls her eyes. "I'd bet it was those darn Unitologists again and my guess is Cinimon Swirl is mad as hell."
round to ponies asking 'Hey are you going to kill yourself because you belong to some evil ass cult today?" Claire says with a increasingly angry tone.
"relax you know Cinimon is just freaking out because, let's face it, he's scared because ponies are killing themselves for no apparent reason and unfortunately, since we are the police here, it is kinda our job to find out why and then to stop them." Jack Rabbit responds trying to calm Claire down.
But Cinimon doesn't have too Blow up on us, he acts as if it's our faults! Claire replies
"Yeah well Cinimon has a new given us a new assignment and it's probably not going to make you happy" Jack Rabbit says sounding a little down himself.
"Great! let me guess. Claire does her best Cinimon Swirl impersonation ' I want you and Claire to go under cover and find out Why the unitologists are killing themselves and what they mean when they're talking about convergence.'"
"Yep, that about sums it all up." Jack Rabbit says.
"Great now we have to go to a unic-tologist church just so we can sit and pretend to be praying to... whatever the hell they pray to until someone spills the beans…. What a waste of time! When we could be out helping ponies or stopping crimes! You know our jobs! You see this cutie mark? It's a shield with yellow light eminating from it not a magnifying glass and this is detective work, NOT sucurity, NOT police work its DETECTIVE work" Claire begins her rant.
"Oh no! not again" Jack thinks "she always rants like this when she's mad at Cinimon Swirl I best just start walking towards the unitologists church and maybe by the time we get they're maybe she'll have calmed down enuff to just get this job done and over with… Stupid cults... Unic-tologists good one Clair." Jack begins to walk away from Claire.
… I mean what do I look like a detective! Don`t they have a detective divition for this kinda stuff? Hey Jack where are you going? Hey wait up Jack! Jack? JACK!!! Claire calls after Jack Rabbit and begins to run after him.
