Giant Death Robot in Equestria
Roberto was bored. Truly, everything he did was boring. Many units who stop next to him tell him otherwise obviously doesn't know the feeling of being the most unstoppable unit in the entire game.
All though he was the most loyal Persian soldier as much as the next guy, sometimes wondered why Darius would send him to fight barbarians rather than Spanish soldiers. But orders were orders, and he wouldn't disobey anything from Emperor Darius.
-Attack Barbarian paratrooper unit- There it is, the magic order. The one thing that allows him to attack and move. He shook his head at the Barbarians feeble attempt to fight back, only to be killed by his weaponry.
It amazes him that the Persian empire has captured so many empire's that there was only one remaining, and yet the Barbarians act like they have God-like powers that they can destroy any unit you throw at them.
The fools.
An alarm started blaring somewhere in the cockpit. -WARNING, ENEMY ARTILLERY DETECTED- He turned, only to get an artillery shell hit him in the center of his Giant Death Robot. There on the ridge, was an enemy artillery unit was sitting there on a hill, reloading after firing at him.
Roberto smirked, checking his damage indicator. He only took 1 damage. Extensive upgrades can do wonders.
-Move towards Madrid- Roberto frowned. 'Why isn't he sending me to destroy it?' As he marched towards Madrid, he saw why. A Mechanical Infantry unit had taken its spot on the hill. The top hatch popped open and a girl poked her head out and waved at him. He wanted to wave back but wasn't allowed to open his hatch unless the uranium engine was off, and it was never off.
He sighed and marched towards his destination.
"Did you really think that you would get away with that?" The mocking voice of Chrysalis said from above. Twilight whimpered in pain, clutching her hoof as blood trickled down onto the floor.
"Twilight!" Rainbow Dash screamed, racing over to Twilight to see if she was okay. Chrysalis laughed "Oh, you ponies provide me a great deal of entertainment." She said "I might keep you out of the pods...for a while."
"I'm going to make you pay for this!" Rainbow Dash screamed, lunging at Chrysalis. A shaft of a green arrow shot out from the corner, piercing Rainbows wing making shout in pain.
Chrysalis clicked her tongue "You've seem to have forgotten that I have archers in the room?" Chrysalis said, an evil glint in her eye. "Just as a reminder that they're here, I'm going to have them shoot you again." Chrysalis nodded towards the archer and he fired again, hitting her in her other wing.
Rainbow cried out in pain, her tears and blood mixing together on the floor. "Stop!" Cadance shouted "It's me you want isn't it?! Stop hurting them and take me instead!" Chrysalis looked at her and facehoofed.
"I already explained this to you!" Chrysalis shouted "I have invaded Canterlot so I can steal YOUR love!" She pointed at all the ponies in the room "And with most of the Royal Guard captured, I can capture the rest of Equistria and nothing can stop me!"
Just then, they heard a strange *rat* *tat* *tat* *tat* noise coming from the outside, followed by explosions and another strange noise that sounded similar to a high power magic beam.
The doors on the other side of the room burst opened and a wounded changeling ran in. "My liege!" The changeling shouted "There is a metal beast attacking the city!"
Chrysalis looked shocked "Does it have Celestia's symbol on it?" The changeling shook its head "No my liege" the changeling said "We tried to sketch it but it kept firing blue magic at us, it melted the chitin off one changeling along with the sketch."
Chrysalis turned and nodded towards the archers "Take up position on the balcony and locate it for me." Chrysalis said "Once you have done that,destroy it with explosive arrows."
"I want it destroyed in twenty minutes."
"CEASE AND DESIST FOUL BEAST! YOU HAVE NO POWER IN THIS CITY!" A black creature shouted at him from some kind of barricade. Roberto proceded to melt its face off.
The creature screamed and fell off the barricade with the other creatures fired at him with green plasma. Checking the damage indicator, he stared at it in disbelief. The plasma fired from the creatures racked up a total of three damage points. That doesn't sound like a lot to you, but he had every upgrade he could get.
He fired back with two missiles, utterly decimating the barricade.
He laughed maniacally, marching through the remains of the barricade.
ONE MINUTE AND THIRTY SECONDS AGO
Night Guard clashed with a changeling, sword against spear club thing. As they clashed, Night swore he could smell a mix of sulfur and Ozone coming from right behind him, but ignored it.
That proved a very big mistake.
Just as he knocked away the changelings weapon, a explosion made him fly forward crashing into the changeling that he was fighting. He turned to see what caused the explosion, only to get a missile in the face.
Roberto blinked. He was pretty sure that he was firing on the capital building in Madrid, not at a miniature horse in a city made of marble.
He looked patiently for orders to come in, only to see one thing on the screen.
[FREE ROAM ACTIVE]
Roberto smiled evilly, taking a step towards what seemed to be a castle. Since he attacked some kind of soldier, he might've declared war on this nation by accident.
Might as well claim another city for the great Darius.
BACK TO PRESENT
Chrysalis looked down upon the city in fear, seeing the metal beast firing metal tubes at her soldiers and watching them explode into multiple pieces. She watched as a pony guard tried to jump on top of the beast, only to have that metal tube on top swivel to face the guard and fire blue orbs of...something at the guard.
When the blue orbs touched the pony, it's flesh melted off. Chrysalis flinched when she heard the ponys blood curdling scream.
She turned to face the soldier behind her. "Get me some armor and a sword" Chrysalis said "I'm going to destroy this beast before anymore of our food source is killed." The changeling nodded and ran off.
Roberto plowed through another attempt by the black creatures to take him down. Although his armor was severely damaged and the hydraulics in his left leg was damaged, he could still move fairly fast incase he needed to retreat.
He burst through a set of golden gates and found himself in front of better armored black creatures and standing in front of them all, was a taller black creature.
"Halt you foul beast." The apparent leader said "Surrender now and your life may be spared."
Roberto weighed his options. On one hand, he had superior weaponry and could take them out easily. On the other hand, they could land a lucky hit on him with their plasma and destroy him along with the whole city. He decided to take the halfway point between both options.
"Surrender this city now and your family's will get your body in one piece." He said through the loudspeaker, ramming his finger into the repair button. Slowly but surely, the armor health bar went up.
"You fool" the creature said "I am immortal! You're weapons can't kill me!" And threw its sword at him.
It bounced off of the armor plating with a comical 'doink'. Roberto proceded to fire all of his weapons at the taller creature, creating a dust cloud dyed red.
When it settled, there was nothing left of the creature except a puddle of blood.
Darren watched as his robot decimated the weird pony things in that pony show his niece liked to watch. He looked at the Red bull in his hand and at the ten strewn across his desk. He looked back at his computer as the robot flew the banner of Persia on a big balcony...somehow.
"I'm going to file a lawsuit tomorrow" Darren mumbled as he flopped onto his bed.
