It was 3 in the morning, and she needed her beauty sleep. "Yes, what is it?" She yawned, rubbing her eyes. A pony dressed in a business suit was standing infront of her with a box labelled with 'FRAGILE'. "Here's your order m'am. Straight from Mane-Hattan." Rarity's eyes perked up, and she greedily snatched the box from the pony. The pony had a a horn and yellow eyes. That was all Rarity could see right now. "Thank you Mister!" She thanked as the odd unicorn walked away. Filled with excitment, she quickly rummaged through the box, styrafoam going everywhere. At last, the unicorn pulled a valuble looking dress out, gasping in delight. This dress was a special order for the princess, Celestia, to wear at the next Summer Sun Celebration. Hanging the dress up on her rack, the exhausted pony slumped into her bed and shut off her light, before drifting to sleep. ○○○○○○ "Well? Did you deliver the package?" "Of course I did. But why did you have to send me out so late?" The entire room was covered in darkness, and to figures were sitting next to each other. Although it was hard to see, both of them had glowing eyes. One of was a stallion, and the other was a mare. "Don't worry. Atleast we know it's been delivered, right, Cat-Eye?" A small sighing noise was heard from behind them, before speaking up. "But why did you have to give it to that pony?" The voice groaned. The yellow eyed one laughed, before turning towards the green eyed one. "You'll see." ○○○○○○○ "Wake up, sis!" Sweetie Belle yelled, causing her petrified sister to jump out of her bed. "Sweeetie Belle!!" Rarity fumed. "Don't startle me like that! It doesn't help that I was already having a weird dream." Sweetie Belle cocked her head to the side, a look of confusion on her face. "What kind of a dream?" "......I couldn't see much, but I could hear someponies talking." Rarity explained. "Well, don't worry, Rarity! I could make you breakfast in bed if you want!" The unicorn gleamed, not realising the look of disgust on her big sister's face. "N-No thanks, Sweetie," Rarity gagged, getting images of the last time Sweetie made breakfast. "I'll just stay in bed." "Okay, big sis." Sweetie Belle grumbled and walked out of her room. "It's no fun! Rarity never wants me to make breakfast." Rarity sighed and turned towards her clock. 6:00 AM. 'What's Sweetie Belle doing awake at this hour?' //-------------------------------------------------------// Rainbow Slash's Backstory (On Hiatus.) //-------------------------------------------------------// Rainbow Slash's Backstory (On Hiatus.) Rainbow Slash’s Back Story Rainbow Dash was a young teenager that lived in the city of Cloudsdale. However, one day at horrible accident took place. Rainbow Dash killed herself after she defeated the Ursa Major from destroying her friend’s home, Ponyville. After she defeated it, she wanted to show off some other tricks up her sleeves. She darted into the air at such a rapid speed that right after she did her famous Sonic Rainboom, she flew right into the sound barrier. ________________________________________________ “Rainbow Dash! Rainbow Dash!” The crowd cheered in happiness. Rainbow Dash smiled smugly as the Ursa Major began to walk back into the forest. “Thank you! Thank you!” She cried. “For my next trick, ill attempt the most awesome, AMAZING Rainboom you have ever seen!” To Rainbow Dash all of this was to impress the crowd, but things were going to be much worse. She was going to shock the crowd beyond their wildest nightmares. Beyond anything they had ever experienced in their lives. Even worse than the Ursa Major. She flew high into the air and did a double flip, slowly she built up speed, preparing to do an extremely difficult trick she had been practising. A Triple Rainboom. Her mane and tail slowly became one as a white shield surrounded her. ‘Nearly there.’ She thought to herself. ‘You can do it.’ She didn’t. The white barrier around Dash started to fade and her mane and tail became one again. Her legs began to dislocate and her arms ripped from the pure strength against her body. She was going to hit the sound barrier. Rainbow Dash exploded in a bloody mess all over the crowd. Some ponies started screaming. Some were crying. But only six ponies were doing a mix of both. Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity and Scootaloo. “Rainbow Dash!” Scootaloo screamed in horror, her eyes flooding with tears. “Will she be alright?” Pinkie asked. Her hair made a small popping noise as it began to leak like a balloon, and the colours of her body faded. “It’s no use!” Rarity cried. “There’s no way she’d be alive after that!” “Well we jus’ gotta hope fer it.” Applejack said, lowering her cowgirl hat. ______________________________________________ Twilight Sparkle and her friends rushed towards the scene where Rainbow Dash’s limp body had landed. Her mane was in knots, her bones were crushed and her body was all over the place. ______________________________________________ “R-Rainbow Dash............” Scootaloo whispered. “We arrived as fast as we could girls....” Twilight said as she lowered her head. “But we didn’t make it..........” Rarity cried. “In enough time t’ save er’.” Applejack said. “And now she’s far away.....” cried Pinkie. Fluttershy sat in the middle of all of the depressed ponies, but she hadn’t cried a drip. She turned towards Rainbow Dash’s head. It was still smiling. Fluttershy burst into tears almost drowning the other ponies. Then she suddenly stopped. “That’s it!” She cried with a very determined expression that other ponies don’t usually see on her shy face. “What is it Fluttershy?” Twilight asked, more curious than ever before. “Let’s hurry to the tree house! ASAP!” Fluttershy yelled as she run away almost as fast as Rainbow Dash. ________________________________________________ Twilight and her remaining friends ran after Fluttershy to the tree house. Fluttershy explained that Twilight could use her magic to bring Rainbow Dash back to life. The ponies ran back to the crash landing and looked for parts of Rainbow Dash. It was a messy job, so no other pony in town except for Big Mac and Apple Bloom would offer help. After they had collected all the pieces they could find, they rushed back to Twilight’s place. Twilight attempted to bring Dash back to life, but with no luck. “Hmm..... Maybe this will work, no that doesn’t go there.” It had been three straight hours and everybody was tired, even Pinkie had lost her sugar rush. “Twilight?” Rarity yawned. “Can we try tomorrow darling? My hair hasn’t been brushed for 5 hours and it’s getting knots like hers!” She pointed towards Applejacks hair. “Ma hair aint messy!” Applejack yelled back. “It is so!” Rarity growled. Applejack and Rarity started having a flail fight. Fluttershy sighed, “Girls, we have to remember we ARE doing this for Rainbow Dash.” Rarity turned to Applejack. “She’s right Applejack. We have to stay here for Rainbow.” The two shook hooves and walked to opposite sides of the room. “Girls!” Twilight came rushing down the stairs. “I need to say something!” Everypony looked at Twilight in a hopeful way. Twilight’s head drooped. “There is no spell in any of the books I have that can bring back the dead.” “Awww.....” Everypony said in forlorn. “How many books did ya have?” Asked Applejack. “Four hundred and seventy two. Why?” “OH NO!” Fluttershy screamed. “What? What is it?” Asked Everypony else. “All of my poor animals back at home are probably waiting for me! I-I told them I would be back soon.... but then the thing...... and Dash.....” Fluttershy started tearing up. Twilight put a hoof on her shoulder. “It’s okay Fluttershy. Big Macintosh? Can you look after the animals please?” Twilight yelled. “Eeyup.” A sturdy sounding voice replied. Big Macintosh slowly walked his way out the door. “Thanks Twilight.” Fluttershy replied as she hugged Twilight. “You can all leave now.” Twilight yelled across the library. “Okay Twi!” Applejack yelled. “See ya tomorrow!” Twilight Sparkle spent the next three months working. Locking herself away from her friends was hard, but she had to bring Dash back. The only friend she spent time with was Spike, her faithful assistant. “Dear Princess Celestia,” Twilight began saying as Spike wrote it down on a scroll. “This week I learnt a very important lesson about friendship. Although friendships can be wonderful, sometimes you have to deal with more important objectives. I’m not saying I don’t like having friends, but occasionally once in a while I have to work on something. You’re faithful Student, Twilight Sparkle.” Twilight turned to Spike and nodded. Spike blew a green fire out of his mouth and the letter was sent off to the Princess. “So, Twilight how are you doing today?” Spike asked. “Very well Spike.” Twilight answered. “In fact, I am nearly ready.” Twilight ran up to a table lying in the middle of the Library. “I just need some more hair. I personally think I have enough.” Twilight began cutting off her hair, soon her mane was as short as Dumb Bell’s. Twilight used her magic to fuse her hair with Rainbow Dash’s. “Hmm... not enough.... I know!” Twilight ran over to her desk and grabbed a quill. She began to write. “Dear Princess Luna, I know this may sound a bit weird, but three months ago, a terrible accident happened in Ponyville. Rainbow Dash saved our town from an Ursa Major on a rampage; sadly, in the process she killed herself. I am trying to bring her back to life, but I don’t have enough hair that would look normal on her. Can you send me a small portion of yours? Your sister’s faithful student, Twilight Sparkle.” ‘......Man, that was awkward to write....’ She thought. ____________________________________________ Twilight waited for hours just for a simple “yes” or “no” answer. She didn’t except it to take that long, so she decided to read a few books in her spare time. Finally, the letter arrived. ____________________________________________ “Dear Twilight Sparkle,” Twilight says as she reads the letter out loud. “Why didn’t you just tell me in the first place? Here is a sample of my mane.” Twilight pulled a long, glowing, beautiful blue piece of mane. “Be careful though, I heard using other ponies hair on another pony could affect their personality. Good luck! Your other faithful teacher, Princess Luna.” ________________________________________________ Twilight Sparkle carefully arranged the hair into the right order, until it was done. Soon Rainbow Dash was nearly back. The only thing Twilight needed now was an extremely powerful spell. This spell was only ever performed by Star Swirl the Bearded, so there was a high risk as according to the legends the spell was very dangerous. However, Twilight knew she had to do something to bring back Dash, the element of loyalty. _______________________________________________ “Nearly there....” Twilight grunted as her horn glowed brighter than Celestia’s Sun. “Just a bit more.....” Suddenly, a blinding flash covered the library. It flew out the windows and across Ponyville. Ponies and small animals all hid from the blinding light. The flash was so strong that a few animals with sensitive eyes got temporarily blind. Author's Note This is defiantly my favorite fanfics from me, written for a friend, who had created a version of Rainbow Dash, called Rainbow Slash. Her 'normal' backstory was her being turned into cupcakes, but I decided to go more show canon and go with an Ursa Major. //-------------------------------------------------------// Pinkie's Depression. (Most likely cancelled.) //-------------------------------------------------------// Pinkie's Depression. (Most likely cancelled.) “She’s upstairs Twilight.” Mr’s Cake told Princess Celestia’s former student. “Thank you Miss.” Twilight climbed up the stairs to see a party table with a bunch of rocks, bags of flour, and buckets of turnips all sitting on the seats. Twilight noticed a shivering form under the blankets on the bed nearby. She instantly knew this was her friend, Pinkamena Diane Pie, or as she likes to be called, Pinkie Pie. But not today. A few sniffling sounds where heard under the blankets before they suddenly stopped. “T-Twilight?” A sad voice was heard under the blankets. “Pinkie, I’m sorry Apple Jack couldn’t arrive at the party.” Twilight apologized. “It was Apple Buck Season yesterday, and she couldn’t make it. I hope you understand.” Twilight waited before a response for a few seconds before Pinkie’s forlorn voice broke the silence. “It’s okay Twi.” She sniffed and poked her head out. “I knew it was Apple Buck Season yesterday.” “What?! Then how come you sent her an invitation too?” Twilight asked, trying not to sound violent. “I-I didn’t think apple bucking took so....long...” Pinkie whispered after a long pause. “It’s okay, Pinkie, we all make our mistakes.” Twilight said as she sat next to Pinkie. Author's Note This one was for a school homework task I never finished. We had to use feelings and emotions in our story, but I passed up the task, doing something else. This is all I got down.
