Wish: Book II - The Truth

This story is a direct continuation of my previous story "Wish". I highly recommend reading it before proceeding on to this sequel.

Harsh winter winds blow outside, and snow and ice have coated the entire land of Equestria. One lonely painter seeks refuge in a dark tavern, the place where it all began, and the place where he believed it all should have ended. He made a mistake, and he has been haunted by it ever since. Now, he has been given a second chance. And with it he is ready to trek through the never-ending blizzards to undue his mistake and fix what has been broken. However, fate seems to be wanting to toy with him, as his plan begins to fall apart piece by piece.

(When I typed this story, I decided to separate the dialogue from the narration, beginning a new paragraph each time someone spoke regardless if it was a 'new' speaker or not. I wasn't sure what the 'correct' thing to do was when I started writing this, and I hope you don't find yourself getting lost or confused, as I tried to put a 'says tag' on nearly every line of dialogue to inform you of which character is speaking.)
