Chapters Corpses of Manehatten High
"They say the headless horse doesn't exist... but strange things once happened with no answer. Manehatten High School countless moons ago was once a happy school. But then things changed. A teacher one day was doing her normal everyday stuff when she fell down the stairs and broke her neck, killing her instantly. A curious student with a pocket knife cut through the teachers neck, and soon cut her head all the way off. He despised the teacher. The school was soon shut down do to countless complaints of traumatized students, and as for the curious student u ask? He was never seen again. Some say in countless schools you can hear the soft whisper of the headless horse's spirit saying, 'I S A N Y O N E S T I L L H E R E?" Twilight finished with a whisper.
The door suddenly flew open to a pitch black hallway as a mystery voice whispered, "Is anyone still here?" Fluttershy screamed and hugged Rainbow Dash tightly.
Braeburn shook and yelled, "GAH! IT'S THE HEADLESS HORSE!"
A giggle came from the hallway as Miss Cherilee walked in the room, "Gotcha."
"You really believed that crap, Braeburn?" Flash Century questioned.
"N-no!"
"Right..." Flash rolled his eyes, "says the guy who was shaking and screaming, 'ITS THE HEADLESS HORSE!' while holding my hoof."
"I-I was not-..." Braeburn sighed.
Cherilee stepped in, "alright, that's enough. You all should be getting home." Fluttershy looked at Braeburn and sighed. She blushed.
Pinkie Pie sighed, "aw, can't we stay longer?!"
"Well- I suppos-" suddenly the ground began to shake.
"Earthquake?!" Apple Jack yelled. Fluttershy whimpered. All the lights burst within seconds.
"Everybody, under your desk! Like we've practiced before!"
"I can't SEE my desk!" Flash yelled.
Rarity whimpered, "eww, but Miss Cherilee I don't want to get my hooves dirty on the grubby groun-" suddenly the back of the classroom collapsed. Fluttershy screamed again. Then the whole floor collapsed, and there was silence.

Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie
"Ugghhhh... My leg..." Rainbow Dash groaned. "Where... am I...? What happened?" Rainbow Dash got up and looked around. Her eyes narrowed. "I-I'm in... Manehatten High school!? N-no, certainly I'm not. It was destroyed moons ago!" Rainbow struggled up and put her weight on her functional leg. "Must be a sprain..." Rainbow sighed. "The worst part of this all is... the dreaded silence..." She searched the classroom for any form of life. Then she froze in her tracks. She saw Pinkie Pie on the other side of the room, laying motionless on the ground. "Pinkie Pie!" Silence. "N-no! S-she can't be dead! " she thought to her self. She ran out of the classroom and went to the doors leading to the other side of the room. She tried to open the door but it was locked. "PINKIE! PLEASE!" She ran back in the classroom through the other entrance. There was a big gap seperating them. Under the pressure, Rainbow forgot her wings were at least not sprung or broken. She opened her wings and flew over the gap and ran to the lifeless pink pony. Rainbow shook her, "Pinkie wake up! PLEASE!" She fell to her knees and felt tears coming to her eyes.
"D-Dashie?"
"PINKIE YOUR OK!" Rainbow Dash was nearly screaming in relief as she hugged Pinkie tightly. Pinkie got on her feet and walked to a note attached on the wall. She jumped back in shock.
"What!?" Rainbow Dash questioned.
"It says 'Manehatten High faculty staff'! W-were in... Manehatten High School!"
"I hoped I was wrong... " Rainbow Dash thought.
Tears came to Pinkies eyes. "Ive had enough of this already..."
"We have to find our friends! If we're here, they have to be here too..." Rainbow remarked.
Pinkie sighed, "o-okay... let's just get out of this room!" The friends continued on there way as they came to another room. They both screamed.
"I-is that... bones from a dead body...?" Rainbow Dash stuttered.
"W-why is there a dead pony here!?" Pinkies face became white as a ghost.
"Y O U T W O..." a mystery voice said. Pinkie shrieked. "Two new victims, I presume?"
"Victims!? Who you callin victims!?" Rainbow Dash yelled as the thought stepped out of her mind she was talking to bones.
"A gh-gh-ghost!" Pinkie Pie shouted.
"We are all victims... once your here... there's no way out... we are brought here against our will by... 'them'... and we die here against our will... never seeing our families again... we feel the pain of our death forever... unless we can somehow be renewed..."
"I will never die here with YOU!" Rainbow shouted as she kicked the bones. Silence filled the room.
Silence filled the room for countless seconds until the ghost appeared once more, "SILENCE! YOU DARE KICK THE BONES OF A HELPLESS CHILD SUFFERING FOR THE REST OF HIS DAYS!?"
"D-Dashie I think we should l-leave...!" The room began giving off a suspicious red glow. "Dashie!"
"DO YOU WANT TO SEE WHAT I AM CAPABLE OF!?"
"Bring it..." Rainbow remarked.
"YOU SHALL BE PUNISHED!" The ground beneath them began to shake and crumble.
"N-no! NOT ANOTHER EARTHQUAKE!" Pinkie Pie screamed and ran out of the room, but Dash stayed.
"F O R T H I S Y O U H A V E C A U S E D Y O U R S E L F W I T H Y O U R S E L F I S H W A Y S!" the ghost finished as the floor below Rainbow Dash collapsed, a sharp piece of wood pierced her stomach.
"You shall bear this pain F O R E V E R." And with that, Dash's weight caused her to slide down, forcing the sharp wood to slit her from her stomach to her neck. She slipped and clung to the edge of the hole, and died from the blood loss, and from the impaled organs. Pinkie Pie walked back in the room to find the ghost and bones was gone, the earthquake stopped, and the blood dripping from the wood. Her heart sank. "D-Dashie?" She realized her friend was dead and fell to her knees. She screamed, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" After a while of screaming and crying, she came to her feet. She walked out of the classroom sniffling. She walked around as she tripped on a rope. She grabbed the rope and walked upstairs to find a girl's bathroom. Pinkie walked inside and sighed. She locked herself in one of the stalls, and hung herself, as the last thing she had, was a smile on her face as a tear dripped from her cheek.

"Was that... Pinkie Pies voice? And she was screaming... I-I wonder if she's hurt... or..." Cherilee sighed. She walked back in a classroom to Twilight and Flash Century were sitting. Twilight cried. "Calm down Twilight... It's okay..."
"But... you heard it too! It was her voice! What if she's in trouble!? Without her, the elements of harmony r incomplete! We could never get out of here!" Twilight yelled, worried.
"Calm down..." Cherilee hugged her. She got up and walked toward the door, "I will go and see if I can find her..."
"NO!" Flash grabbed her as Twilight struggled. "Don't leave us! PLEASE!"
Flash jumped in, "she'll be fine!"
"I'll be back in a bit... don't worry... I'll be fine..." Cherilee finished and walked out of the classroom. She searched the hallway as she came to stairs. She walked up to find a sign saying "No T ea che rs ALLOWED!" Cherilee backed away and went back down the stairs. She walked to a note on the wall that said "Leave here now, or die of starvation and misery." Cherilee sighed and walked into a classroom beside the note. She looked around and saw bones from a body and a hoof that looked like it was clenching on the side of a huge hole. She shivered and walked slowly and cautiously to the hoof, as she saw it was holding something. She kneeled down and picked up a little card. It read:

Cherilee's heart sunk. She stared at the card for several moments. Silence filled the room. Tears dripped from Cherilee's face. "N-no... Rainbow Dash..."
A mystery voice sounded from the bones of a full body, "drop the act... never has a teacher really loved her students. I have never found one who did. They act as though they do but when kids fight or argue they stay away because they don't want to be involved. And you are just the same. Because your just another teacher. They are not your children. You do not care as much as there parents. Your just another stranger."
"Y-your wrong... I love everyone of my students... from small to older... I love them all the same."
"You will die here. Along with every one of your students-"
"NO! Spare... My... students...!"
"Why? They r not your children."
"Yes they r! I may not be there parents, but they r my children. And I love each and everyone of them. So please... s-spare them..." cherilee finished. She suddenly felt dizzy and passed out. Twilight and Flash waited for hours.
"She's taking forever..." Flash protested.
"What if she's in trouble? We have to go look for her...!"
"Twilight I-"
"I'm writing a note just in case she comes back while we're gone."
"We?" Twilight transported a piece of paper and a pen with her magic and wrote a note for miss cherilee if she came back. The note said they had went to look for her and Pinkie Pie. They searched around as they came to the room Cherilee would be in. But there was a hole blocking the way to the doors. They went upstairs where the no teachers allowed sign used to be. They searched but it was a short hallway filled with little things. But at the end of the hallway they found a drawing. It was a messy drawing of three children stabbing a brown haired stallion, with a tag on his shirt saying "teacher." Twilight stepped back.
"I-I don't feel right about this place..." she remarked.
"Why not?" She was silent as she ran to the girls bathroom. Flash followed her but stopped at the door. "Twi? Are you okay?" He knocked on the door. He heard her hyperventilating in the bathroom and barged in. "W-what's wrong?...! What happened?!"
"P-p-p-pin..." she stuttered as she held a student ID card and knelt in front of a stall with bones from a pony hanging on a rope. One pink, curly hair was still on the head. Flash grabbed the ID and read it:

Twilight suddenly screamed out, "PINKIE PIEEEEEE!" with a deep cry.

"I wish Braeburn was here. He'd be calmer... " Flash thought. He grabbed Twilight and dragged her out of the room. He set her by the wall and sighed. He hugged her as she cried. She pushed him off and remarked, "it would help if u didn't squeeze the life out of me..." Flash was silent as he thought to himself, "can't see just refer to it as a hug? " He sighed and sat beside her. Minutes later he finally spoke, "we have to keep looking..."
"But, Pinkie-!"
"I know about Pinkie Pie but we have to keep moving or WE will get killed!"
"Fine..." she got up. "Lets go then!" They both got but and walk down to floors. Let seemed now to be in the basement. There were shows the size of teenager feet scattered around the floor, along with three tongues that looked like they were cut out of people's months. They found four bones from four helpless ponies. They walked up to find IDs for all of them. The first body help this ID:

Flash held Soarin's ID. "Wow... even Soarin could handle this place..."
"Rainbow Dash would be pretty upset if she found out he died here..." Twilight added and she looked down. They continued walk when a drip of blood fell from the ceiling onto Twilight head. She wiped it off with her hoof and examined it. She looked up and froze in her steps. "N-no..." Flash looked up in astonishment. "N.... NO-" Flash covered her mouth quickly.
"Sh! Someone or something could hear you and WE could be in deep trouble!" Flash said with a whisper.
Tears filled Twilights eyes, "AND YOU WOULDN'T FEEL THE SAME WAY IF UR FRIEND WAS DEAD!?" She fell to her knees. Flash was now silent. Silence filled the room for countless minutes. Blood continued to drip from the ceiling onto Twilights head.
"We need to keep going..." Flash grabbed Twilight and they continued walking. They came to a room and stood at the door. They heard... laughing coming from inside... The walked in. Twilight froze.
"FLUTTERSHY GET AWAY FROM THEM!" Fluttershy paused and stared at Twilight. She has two blue glowing ghosted beside her, one missing its head. One seemed to be a boy and the other without the head with hard to tell, but they knew by the cutie mark, it was a girl. It was a cutie mark of bubbles, Derpy Hooves' cutie mark. "B-but they r fine... look! Read this newspaper! They have been through so much!" Fluttershy handed an old newspaper with the bottom ripped off to Twilight and Flash. It read: Manehatten high school has now been closed down do to countless complaints of traumatised student. But is there more behind it? A murder was found in the school as he cut the tongues off of three students(that police know of) and killed the three of the students. He cut the head of one of the students off and has been arrested and sentenced to death. Investigators are still reading on the scene. The murder has es---" the newspaper ripped off at this point.
Flash stepped in, "Fluttershy they could hur-!" The room shook with a blast interrupting Flash as Twilight and him flew back against the wall. Fluttershy pasted out and began floating. "FLUTTERSHY!" Twilight screamed. Twilight opened her wings and dashed toward her, just to be blasted back to the wall again. Tears came to her eyes. A mystery voice sounded from behind them saying, "renew the ghosts and put them to rest and they MAY release and spare your friend...." An idea came to Twilights might, "if we find the one who killed them maybe we can renew them!"
"He said they MAY spare here! How do we know it will work!?"
"They will NEVER spare her if we do nothing! At least if we try to renew them we have a chance!" Twilight got up to her feet and ran out of the room.
"TWILIGHT! Wait for me!" Flash ran after her. He realized Twilight had tripped and ran over to her. "Are you ok?" He helped her up.
"I'm fine..." she picked up a head from a doll, the item she tripped on.
"P l e a s e f i n d m y b o d y..." the doll resighted. Twilight was silent as she began walking.
"Twilight..." Flash became a bit worried. "I know where we must go..." she remarked. "O-okay..." They walked to the stairway that said "no teachers allowed" and walked up the stairs. They walked to the very end of the hallway and found a body for a doll.
"P l e a s e f i n d m y h e a d..." the body said. Suddenly the head and body gave a red glow as they fixed themselves together. The doll landed in Twilights hooves and talked in a much clearer voice now, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I didn't want to kill them. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." It continued repeating itself.
"Ugh, will it ever shut up?" Flash snapped.
"We need to bring this to the ghosts. It has to be the murderers doll..." they went back to the room with Fluttershy and the ghosts. Twilight threw the doll as it repeated itself once again, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, I didn't want to kill them. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." Crying sounded from the ghosts. They dashed out of the room with Fluttershy. The sound of someone bursting sounded from the hallway. Flash grabbed the doll and he and Twilight ran into the hallway. They walked down the hallway to see in front of them, a body splattered against the wall. Twilight screamed and grabbed the doll out of Flash Century's hand. She ripped the head off and threw it on the ground and she ran. "Twilight wait!" A man with an axe came up behind Flash. "TWIL-" The axe swung, and there was silence.

"Good job, this is your longest time not crying," Braeburn tried to give encouraging words to calm his cousins nerves.
"I'm uh... not crying..." she replied. A ghost appeared behind them and spoke, "what a pity... 9 victims sent here at once..."
Braeburn thought, "that would be... Me, Apple Jack, pinkie, rainbow, miss cherilee, rarity, twilight, fluttershy, and flash..."
"But finding your friends.... is a small chance... you are all in different times, meaning finding all of them would be an impossible task..."
"We have to try!" Braeburn remarked. "We will get everyone and we will get out of here!"
"Braeburn, they're all such good people... none of us deserve this!" Apple Jack added.
"I will do what ever it takes, no matter what curse strikes me back!"
"Such rarity in determination these days... hope you don't loose it along the way..." and with that, the spirit disappeared.
"At this rate, we should try to find miss cherilee and the others as soon as possible." He smiled, trying to encourage Apple Jack once more.
"Alrighty then, let's get a move on!" They walked out of the room and traveled the hallway. They went into another room to find a bloody dead body. "Gah-! AJ don't look!" Since he was older than her, he kinda treated her like a little sister. Apple Jack shrieked and closed her eyes. "T-this isn't really happening... a-and that's a real body and everything... " Braeburn thought to himself. "C-cousin Braeburn?" Apple Jack said worriedly. "I can't believe it... a real dead body... Will we end up like this too? " Apple Jack tried to get his attention again, "Braeburn!"
"Gah, I-it's ok AJ!"
"I'm not a filly you know... I'm a grown mare..." she sighed and then saw the body. "W-who is that?"
"I don't know..." he looked down and noticed it was clutching a note in it's hand. He picked it up and read it. The note said, "KILL ME NOW KILL ME NOW KILLMENOW KILL ME NOW KILL ME NOW KILLMENOW!" He found a student ID card that read:

Braeburn sighed. He had heard of Cloud Kicker before, but never got the chance to meet her. The the corner of the room was another dead body. He found another student ID card that read:

Braeburn put the IDs in his pocket and sighed, "we are getting out of this room." They walked out of the room together as Apple Jack stopped. "Cous'? Will we ever get to go home? Will we really be stuck here forever? It's not true right? Right!?"
Braeburn smiled sheepishly, not sure of his words, "we'll be fine, AJ...we will all be fine... after all, u still got me..." Apple Jack nodded. She sighed as Braeburn hugged her. Now common, let's keep going..." They continued walking down the hallway. "I have to stay strong, and swallow my own fear to show AJ there's nothing to be afraid of... " They then froze in there tracks. They saw a blue glowing girl spirit. She glared at them for a moment, and then turned and walked away. "W-was that a child s-spirit!?"
"B-braeburn?"
"It's okay... she's gone now... w-we'll be fine..." they continued to walk around as they found a loose board. They put it over a hole so they could walk past. They came to stairs and began walking down, as the ground beneath them began to shake.
"Dammit, another earthquake! AJ grab my hoof..." he grabbed AJ's hoof and the shaking slowly stopped. "I-I think it's over..." they continued down the stairs to interact with another dead body. Braeburn examined the body and found a name ID on its shirt:

Braeburn sighed, "Nurse RedHeart..." they continued on their way as they came to a locked infirmary and science room. They continued walking and encountered another dead body. The young female still had rotting flesh on her bones, and light black hair, almost a dark gray color. Braeburn thought to himself once more, "must have been forced here not to long ago... considering she still has flesh and bones... " he picked a student ID card off her shirt:

Braeburn put the ID in his pocket and continued walking. They walked upstairs as they found a key. There is a sticker that says were it goes to but it is covered in dried blood. They soon found the key opened the infirmary. They walked inside and searched around. A voice sounded from the room, "I'm so sorry rainbow dash..."
Braeburn searched around. "P-pinkie pie?"

Braeburn searched the room therally and checked the cabinets. He found vast quantities of medicine and a pair of scissors drenched in blood. Apple Jack examined a sink and tried to turn it on. Not a drop of water. "I didn't realize how thirsty I am..." she stated. "And tired..."
"There's a couple of beds over there..." Apple Jack nodded and walked over to the beds. She laid down. She patted the bed beside her beckoning Braeburn to come lay down. He followed and laid down beside her. "It couldn't hurt to lie down for a bit..." Braeburn added.
"I'm hungry..." Apple Jack inquired.
"I know, me too."
"I wonder what time it is. Feels like around dinner time... with granny Smith..." she sighed, "I wanna go home."
Braeburn smiled, "don't worry, we'll get home. We'll find a way." He said with encouraging words. "Once we find miss cherilee and the others, we'll find a way to get out."
"Ok... if you believe that... then I'll believe it too..." Apple Jack slowly fell asleep after her last few words.
Braeburn sighed, "'it'll all work out' huh? We can't even open the windows let alone get outside... I basically just told the element of honesty a lie... but I guess it's the hope that encourages us to keep going... keep living... " Later Braeburn woke up. "ugh... I must of dozed... ugh, what am I doing? This is not the time to be sleeping! "
Apple Jack woke up. "Braeburn?" He groaned and muttered. "Ah, t-this isn't... home..." Tears came to Apple jacks eyes.
"Don't cry Apple Jack! It will only be a little while longer, I promise!" Apple Jack continued to cry. "When we get back, I'll buy you a caramel apple ok?"
"A green Apple, with the nuts?"
"Anything you want..."
"Okay..." Apple Jack finished. Braeburn giggled and thought to himself, "Apples, they get her every time! " He got up from the bed and questioned, "feel better from your nap?" She nodded and got up. Suddenly, a newspaper appeared in the corner of the room. They walked over to it and Braeburn picked it up. It read:
""Three children abducted and killed: the brutal and unkindly deaths of the grade schoolers was traced back to find their instructor was the one who killed all of them. The instructor was found with a pair of sharp sewing scissors used to cut the tongues out of the children, causing their death from blood loss or choking. One of the girls even had her head slowly and painfully removed, as her head was found laying next to her mangled body. Out of the three children, there was one missing when investigators arrived at the crime scene. Inves---" the rest of the words are covered by smeared dry blood.
"Braeburn... the children in the picture..."
"Yeah... that was is the girl we saw earlier..."
"C-can we get out of this room?"
"Yeah..." Braeburn finished. As they began walking out the door, a voice from no where yelled, "I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!" Apple Jack shivered. "Was that Flash Century's voice!? Common, let's go!" As they walked out the door, they were stopped by a red sticky residue on the floor, as if someone was dragged down the hallway. "Is that... blood!?" Apple Jack shrieked. They continued walking down the hallway when they heard a camera flash. They continued forward and saw a boy taking pictures. He turned around. "Braeburn, Apple Jack! It's nice to finally see someone from class..." the boy said.
"Thunderlane?" Braeburn questioned. He nodded. Braeburn looked around him and shrieked. Blood and guts stained the wall.
Apple Jack tilted her head, "what?" When she say the blood and guts she shivered. "What is- is this a- was this a person!?" Braeburn quivered.
"Awful sight, ain't it? Seems like pulverized human remains to me." Thunderlane implied. "There's some breast meat, so I'm guessing it's a female. I've never seen something so horrific. Makes me wanna throw up."
"Y-yeah..." Braeburn sighed. "I'm just glad ur okay. Have you come alone any of the others?"
"I'm afraid I haven't. I woke up here a while ago and haven't found anyone else but you guys."
"Same here, we haven't found anyone either?"
"S-so you haven't come found Rainbow Dash?" Thunderlane sighed and looked away. "Poor girl..."
"Poor girl? I'm sure she can handle herself!" Braeburn encouraged.
"R-right... I hope..."
"How about we try to look for her?" Apple Jack added.
"No, if we split up it will only make things worse. We could come across others and not be able to find each other again. So I'm going to continue the search by myself."
Braeburn continued, "alright, if you find anyone else, tell them to meet in room 1-A. They will be our designated spot." He smiled.
Thunderlane sighed, "okay..." and walked away.
