Today was a rough day. We were attacked and many of our ponies are now injured. I broke my hoof on barbed wire. Sarge said we would be using equestrian warfare.

Only the 21st brigade would be attacking the enemy from behind, which mean getting up at 0200 in two 46 hours. And if these are my last recorded words I would like this to be sent to Ditzy my wife. No pony knows this because if they knew that she's my wife she could be in grave danger. My last words are that I met a AntiQuestian when I was wounded. Instead of killing me, he patched me up. Thank God for him. His name was David, hell to high water that he was a medic.
