Vermello, the protagonist, is a little red earth pony colt who awakens one morning to find both his parents missing. After drinking a nice cup of tea, he decides it's time for him to be strong and go look for them. He soon faces a long adventure in new lands, and cannot seem to find anypony who can help him.
