One day, Caramel's coltfriend, Big Macintosh, comes down with a lethal illness, and Caramel isn't quite sure what to do, and along the path chooses some wrong turns.
Caramel lives a simple life.
Not anymore. His coltfriend, Big Macintosh, has come down with a sickness that has already claimed Caramel's Family, and this sickness is unstoppable. The only thing Caramel can do is shelter in a secret bar in Ponyville, and smoke his problems away.
…until he has to realize what he really needs to do.
