Little Apple Bloom's life forever changed following a catastrophic battle with Discord that left friend and foe alike stranded on a strange new world, and trapped in unfamiliar bodies. Though lost and scared, she and her friends learned to adapt and, with the help of several humans, were able to be reunited with most of the lost Equestrians.

But a betrayal sees the Equestrians forcibly separated once more. Sent through portals leading to unknown lands with no known way to return home, the Equestrians all find themselves stranded worlds apart.
