"Applejack Apple?" announced Colgate as she trotted into the waiting room of her practice. She scanned the room to see that only one pony was there; an orange coated mare with blond hair.
"That's me." announced the mare as she hopped off her chair and reluctantly walked up to the blue coated dentist.
"And you are here to get that cavity on your back molar filled, am I correct?" she asked as she escorted the orange mare to the examination room.
"Yes," said a bemused Applejack. "this is my fourth one since I was a filly."
"You should really tell Granny Smith to ease up on the pies." giggled Colgate as she got all of her tools ready. "You can lie down on the chair now." she directed.
Applejack was a bit nervous, she was not a fan of the dentist, especially the drills, but she climbed up, although reluctantly, on the chair.
After Colgate got all of her tools ready, she walked over to the far corner of the room and dragged out a large metal tank with liquid inside.
"Uh...what's that?" the orange patient had no idea it was.
"It's the anesthetic I'll be giving you for the filling," explained Colgate. "Now, normally I would use a needle and inject your gums with local anesthetic but since I learned last time that you are NOT a huge fan of needles the hard way...I might as well go old school with you today." Colgate did not want to have AJ and a needle together ever again.
"So no more needles?" asked the mare for clarification.
"No more needles." assured the blue mare.
"No more needles?"
"No more needles."
"No more-"
"NO MORE!" yelled the dentist to quiet Applejack, who she knew was asking that question over and over again to waste time. Applejack just nervously nodded. "Good." Colgate's mood returned to its usual peppiness. "Now take off your hat and we can begin."
The orange patient does as told and placed her hat on the small table next to the chair she was placed on. Colgate stepped on a pedal and the chair suddenly reclined back to near ninety degrees. "Now just relax Miss Applejack." she said as she placed a plastic face mask over Applejack's nose. The dentist turned the nob to the tank as the gas reached its patient. "Now take deep breaths and let the gas take you away."
Applejack started to feel light-headed and weightless, she suddenly felt all the worries of the world melt away and everything slightly brighten and double. "Ah see four of ya know Miss Colgate...?" she said slightly confused.
"Just relax and the whole thing will be done in a jiff." assured the dentist as she waited a few minutes for the gas to do its work just in case.
"Wow." Applejack giggled. "Ah haven't felt like this since last night..."
"Oh?" Colgate was intrigued. "What happened last night?" she placed on her face mask.
"Me and Soarin had a nice roll in the hay...at was amazing...never moaned so much in my life." continued the orange mare in a dazed state, her eyes fully dilated.
"Wait...you're dating Soarin?! The Wonderbolt?!"
"Not only that, but ah'm ruttin' him as well." she laughed.
Colgate was even more intrigued, she decided to have some fun and see how much information she can now get from this drugged up pony. "How long have you two been dating?"
"Five months now."
"And how far did you two go?"

"That's nice." Colgate decided that she had to cut Applejack off before she got turned-on even more so she turned the nob to give Applejack more gas.
"Their names will be Amy-" Applejack immediately conked after the increase of the gas.
Colgate breathed a sigh of relief, but was too in the sensual mood from her patient's ramblings to continue. "Damn...must take care of this." quickly trotted out of the room for a few minutes to hoof herself off to regain her focus for the cavity filling.
"All done Miss Applejack."
The orange mare slowly opened her eyes, adjusting to the bright light of the examination room. "Is it done yet?" she groggily asked.
"All filled, everything went off without a problem." smiled Colgate as she tried to hide a blush.
"Oh...that's great...now ah can go back to the farm and do my chores." she unsteadily got off the chair and placed her hat back on her head.
"Don't forget to brush AND floss...and hold back on the sugar and acid a bit!" advised the dentist mare.
Applejack just rolled her eyes and she trotted out the door.
"AND TELL YOUR COLTFRIEND SOARIN I SAID 'HI'!"
Applejack stopped on her tracks. "Ah don't remember tellin' ya my coltfriend was Soarin." she was confused and suspicious. "Uh...did ah say anythin' embarrassin' while ah was drugged up?"
Colgate kept her mouth shut and shook her head to contain her giggling.
"Oh good." she turned and left the room. Colgate was now alone.
A large toothy grin formed on the blue mare's face. "I must tell ALL the mares about how much of a sex god Soarin is!" she squealed and ran out the room to her office.
Whatever happens in Colgate's office, doesn't necessarily stay in Colgate's office, especially if it is something as juicy as this!
