I understand that I don't have much to give or much of gold

And let it drown my depression temporarily

Or how you left burns on my arms that time can't heal

Or how your face wanders through my  mind

Or how your smile is all I see even if you left me behind

And it hurts when I see you laugh or see you happy

Because I know the one who caused it isn't me

I keep telling myself that I'll get over you
