*Chapter 3*(A Strange meeting)

Like Corvo said we split up,parted ways.I went straight to the streets and he went through to the sewers.I pulled myself out of the water soaked still in my hooded trench coat I ran to an alley staying unseen I knew no more will ponies not think or care about me they will be looking for me.I knew Corvo would need to hide his identity because he's the Empress's top bodyguard so if he had to kill to get his name cleared he'd need a mask to hide his face,but me..I didn't care if they saw my face I was already a dead stallion so what did it mean if somepony saw my face the guards knew who I was so it didn't really matter to me.One thing I needed, a place to hide and rest up for a while then somepony to take me to where I need to go without being seen so I can bring justice to the ponies trying to murder the Empress, Twilight yes that's what Corvo was in prison for they thought he'd do it since he's her top bodyguard. I'll have to buy him a drink or two for getting me out.

I went to an abandoned district.I spotted a sign it read 'District 31'. I ignored the sign and found a safe house to stay in with no money there was nothing I could do about eating but its fine I'm used to not eating for at least 5 days but I must have some water. So as I scavenged for some water I didn't even think about the weepers around these abandoned districts. While I was scrounging around in an abandoned house for water I was surprised by a weeper hitting me on the back.I turned around quickly not noticing that I had a blade in my hand still and next thing I know my blade sliced open the weepers' throat before my own eyes.Luckily I was able to find three bottles of whiskey ( I know I'm only 18 but hey and guy needs something to drink or he'll die).I ran back to the house I had chosen and opened the door and shut it quickly,I put the whiskey done and boarded the doors and windows up and went to sleep.

  I woke up in the middle of the night to a strange figure sitting beside me laughing as if he found humor in me sleeping or maybe something I did in my sleep.'Uh, wait how'd he get in?' I thought to myself.I looked at the door and then at the windows none of both I looked at were unboarded or busted down.

"How did you get in here and what are you?" I said noticing that he was a combination of different creatures.

"Oh me? I'm who you would call the Outsider." The weird creature said.

"Holy shit the Outsider!"I said not that surprised.

"Yes and I've taken an interest in you and the man that helped you escape,Corvo was it I'll have to visit him tonight also."The Outsider said.

"What are you here for?"I asked stupidly I knew why.

"Well I'm here because of your thirst for justice to be brought to something either the cities entire destruction or to save the Empress,Twilight. So I'm here to make it easier for both you and Corvo. Clarke was it? Consider this a welcome back from prison gift." The Outsider said trying to make a joke.

Suddenly I felt a burning on my horn (Clarke is a unicorn). I looked at my reflection in a mirror and saw that there was some sort of carvings on my horn.I looked over and The Outsider was gone.

"That was weird as shit." I said to myself,then falling asleep.
