"Hi Rainbow Dash!"
"Hey what's up Scootaloo?"
"Could you tell me how you got your cutie mark again? It's SOOOOO AWESOME!!!!!"
"Nah. Don't you think all this cutie mark crusading stuff is kinda lame?"
"W-what? Why?"
"Look, Scoots. I'm sorry. It's just if you want to be my honorary little sister, you can't be in the CMC anymore."
"Huh? O-okay. B-bye Rainbow Dash." Scootaloo swallowed the lump in her throat and stumbled away, her thoughts on what she would tell her friends when she saw them.
"Apple Bloom? Can we talk to you for a second?" Apple Jack asked from the family room.
When Apple Bloom entered the room she saw the rest of her family sitting around with worried expressions on their faces.
"Apple Bloom, we need to talk. We've been havin some issues with handlin our farm. Some money issues."
"Yeah, Ah've noticed that Big Mac has been comin back from town with a lot a apples." Apple Bloom answered worriedly.
"We've gotta sell part a the orchid. The part where y'all's clubhouse is."
"W-WHAT!!!!!!!!!! WE CAN' T SELL THE CLUBHOUSE!!!!!!!!!!"
Apple Bloom ran to her room, tears streaming out of her eyes. She slammed the door behind her and buried her face in her sheets. She sat there for hours before finally climbing into bed and falling asleep.
The next morning, Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle all watched as their beloved clubhouse was torn down and ruthlessly tugged away.
Rarity had never liked the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and she thought she never would. They were always showing up at her front door with Sweetie Belle covered in... In SOMETHING!!!
But all this was about to change. Yes, Rarity was going to stop this once and for all! She was not going to let her little sister, whom she cared about very much, risk her life every day chasing after a destiny that no one could foresee! Sweetie Belle was her responsibility, therefore, it was her responsibility to keep her safe!
"Hi Rarity!" Sweetie Belle called from the front door of the boutique, interrupting Rarity from her thoughts.
"Oh, hello Sweetie Belle, how was school?" Rarity asked.
"Fine. I just have to drop off my stuff and then Scootaloo and Apple Bloom and me are meeting at the clubhouse to brainstorm some new ideas to get our cutie marks!" She replied excitedly.
"Actually, Sweetie Belle, I'm afraid you won't be able to meet the Cutie Mark Crusaders today. Or anytime soon." Rarity said worriedly. "Well why not?"
"I don't think it's a very good idea. You see, those fillies tend to make some rather dangerous decisions. They're always getting you into trouble. You're little stunts keep getting worse and worse, and eventually you could get seriously injured."
"W-what? Rarity no! You can't make me leave the CMC!!! It's the only way I'm gonna get my cutie mark!!"
"You're cutie mark will show when the time is right. There's no way to speed it up."
SLAM
The door to Sweetie Belle's room slammed shut as she stomped in and flopped face-first on the bed. "Uhhg! Why doesn't Rarity ever understand?!?" She yelled into her pillow. "She never understands anything!" Sweetie Belle started to cry. "I try my best to make her proud and help her out, but it's never good enough. Why do I even bother!" That night, Sweetie Belle cried herself to sleep.
