The True Story of the Pie Sisters
Pinkie Breaks the News
Previous Chapter(Narrorator) The years passed and the sisters grew up. From the day Marble had her first "odd" moment, the sisters tried not to set her off, for they did not want to know what it could turn into. They also did the same for Pinkie. But on one normal day, Maud got a little "smart" with Pinkie. What Pinkie said that day...is what changed their lives.
"Tough day!" exclaimed Pinkie as she plopped down on her bed, out of breath from the amount of rocks they had to push that day.
"Whoo! Sure are right sis!" agreed Limestone, doing the same.
"I never seen so many rocks on one field!!" screamed Marble, barely breathing.
"Oh, shush up kids." scolded Cloudy Quartz, their mom.
"Yeah girls, quit complaining!" said Maud. (who was the oldest).
"Maud just cuz your the oldest doesn't mean you get to boss us around." cried Pinkie.
"Well it puts me in charge of you all." she snapped back. All of the sisters had grown tired of their lives. It was in fact the same thing every day as they had said before.
"IT DOESN'T MAKE YOU THE BOSS OF US THOUGH!" Pinkie screamed back.
"Pink, it kinda does."
"NO IT DOESN'T!"
"Yeah Maud it doesn't." butted in Marble. Limestone just stood back and watched quietly.
"Quit fighting girls." Cloudy Quartz calmly.
"SHUT UP MOM." Pinkie blurted out. Everypony in the room gasped.
"Oh don't act so surprised!" Pinkie screamed.
"Pinkamena Diane Pie! You do not talk me like that!" Cloudy Quartz said, shocked by what Pinkie had said.
"No! All of you just be quiet and listen to me! You guys know how we get a little money every week from the farms sales?!" Pinkie screamed, now standing on her bed. The sisters nodded quietly and Pinkie continued.
"I've saved that money our whole life girls...and ya know what I'm doing with it?! I. AM. MOVING!"
All three pie sisters exchanged scared, sad, and worried looks. Then finally Cloudy Quartz broke the silence.
"Haha. Pinkamena dear, your not moving. Think about train money! And money to buy a house! And where to go!"
"Mom," Pinkie said finally settling down a little. "I planned that out a long time ago when I was a little filly. Plus, I have enough money. I already looked into it, a little money every week for this many years is enough for me to get settled somewhere so I can get a job. I'm sorry to tell you all but I am moving. My train comes tomorrow. I have three extra tickets if you girls want to come."
"Sis but-" Limestone started.
"No buts. It's a yes or a no." Pinkie finished sternly. So. Anypony coming?"
"I'm coming Pinkie." Marble said standing up and smiling.
"Me too!" added Limestone. Cloudy Quartz was now in tears and everypony in the room was looking at Maud.
"No. I'm not coming."
