Due to a lot of help from Naughty_Ranko I am resubmitting this chapter after a lengthy editing session and rewrite on some of the parts. I hope it is much more enjoyable.

Something happened this morning, something that should never happen to anyone...My Cutie Mark vanished.
Even though I am stuck forever in an eighteen year old body I have been looking at my cutie mark with pride since I was twelve. The Eye of Prophecy is the technical name for my talent, and it fits, and even as irritating as it is to get visions during breakfast, it was still a part of me. A part that it physically hurt to lose.
You know, waking up to your shoulder burning like Celestia's sun is sitting on it is better than a cup of coffee for alertness. Makes it easy to get out of bed and run to your favorite aunt who seemed to know everything about anything.
I burst out of my room, startling the poor guard as I ran past him in my nightgown. The halls of the castle seemed to blur as I made my way to Aunt Twilight's room, throwing the door open. “Twilight! Something's wrong with me” My chest heaving with more than exertion, the fire in my shoulder was spreading.
“What is it?” she asked sitting up in her bed and stretching her wings, I walked over to her and revealed where my cutie mark had always been. Her eyes widened in disbelief.
“How did this happen” She asked already going into crisis mode “Is Tirek back?”
“No, Twi the centaur of your dreams isn't back.” I snarl “How am I supposed to know what happened? I woke up to a burning in my shoulder and when I realized that my Cutie Mark had vanished I came to you”
She looked me in the eyes for a short moment “We need to get the Princesses help and get to the library to see if there is anything about this in the archives”
Quickly dressing herself she took me by my wrist dragging me bodily me down the hall. Who in Tartarus am I kidding, my feet weren't even on the floor anymore. We finally came to a stop in the throne room only belatedly realizing that it was night court. Luna was shocked a bit to see the flustered look on my aunts face, the Princess of the Night rose from her throne and stepped down to us.
“What on earth is it?” She asked looking quite perplexed. Twilight took a moment to compose herself then knelt
“Princess, we need your help, Skyla's Cutie Mark has vanished”
“Are you certain?” Luna asked as she came closer to us, Twi looked up at her.
“Without a doubt my lady.” she responded as she pulled my dress down where my cutie mark was normally at. The searing pain only increased as it was exposed to the air. Luna looked at me and spoke only in a whisper.
“Your time has come. You must make a choice and it must be yours and yours alone.” she said as she beckoned me forward I looked at her questioningly. As I stood and walked to her the doors of the throne room burst open once more revealing Moon Strike, who was likewise holding his shoulder.
“You called my lady.” Moon Strike replied as he bowed to her then rose. Luna looked at him.
“Yes I did, though for a different reason, we had an order come in for you, but given your similar issues I will dispatch the other Elements instead. It seems the Princess here is in need of protection until her choice has been made.”
He looked at her then to me. It felt as if he were staring straight into my soul. I felt my face go flush. I quickly looked down and away from him as he turned his gaze back to Luna.
“May I inquire as to what is going on so I may better serve you.” he asked moving across the room to where I was standing. Just being near me seemed to shake him to the core.
“I will tell my sister of the new developments and seek her council. In the meantime she is not to be touched by any man unless absolutely necessary am I understood?” she glared at Moon from her seat. Luna summoned a book with a quick spell and handing it to Twilight “This will explain everything, the Amulet inside will give him some measure of resistance.
Twilight rose and looked at me and simply turned and walked out of the room and back to her own reading quickly as she walked. When we entered she closed the door behind us with a solid thud, Looking at us both she finally spoke.
“She must not be in contact with any man until she has chosen who her mate will be. If someone touches her before that point it will be beyond any of our control as to what will happen. She must make the choice although it would be beneficial for both parties to be in agreement.” she replied as she walked and stood next to me. Twilight glared at him as if giving a silent warning to him.
He looked away as if in response quickly scratching the back of his head. Then he looked at twilight once again.
“Are you sure I'm the right person for this job?” he asked,.Twilight looked at him.
“If Luna told you to guard her then she must know you can control yourself enough to be around her at this crucial point in her life. She's no ordinary Mage, she is the next one to rule the Crystal Empire when the time comes if she chooses to do so. You see they will be a bonded pair, their thoughts intertwined essentially sharing their souls with each other.” she explained
My heart skipped a beat and I moved to the couch to sit down.
“That doesn't explain what happened to my cutie mark.” I said clutching my shoulder and rubbing it. Moon looked at me as he felt the first wave of me hitting him, Twilight sensed it and immediately stepped in between us.
“Cool your jets! Get a hold of yourself right here, right now!” She yelled at him, a magical compulsion in her voice seemed to snap him out of the trance he was in. He backed up to the other side of the room obviously shaken.
“I'm sorry I don't know what came over me.” He stammered looking to me then to Twilight.
“That's what I was about to explain. That's why you must wear this amulet at all times, it will keep you in control of yourself when around her during this time.” She said as she clasped the amulet around his neck.
“Is that better?” she asked as she stepped back. I could see him straightening himself out again.
“ I have never felt anything like that before.” He replied “But yes I feel better now.”
He looked like a predator that had just gotten a taste of his next meal.
“You see you will need to be with her at every moment until she has found her mate, and made her choice to prevent an unintentional bond.” she paused looking at the both of us.
“If you do not then it could . . . Well lets not think of that.” she said
Moon looked at me for a moment then to Twilight as if having one of their silent conversations.
“If she chooses you and you choose her then there is nothing anyone can do to stop the bond from being made.” she answered his silent question which answered my own.
“Her body is sending out powerful pheromones right now to attract a mate, that's why we must keep her locked in the castle for the time being. You will guard her room until otherwise noted.” she said
“I'm sorry Skyla, but this is the way it must be for now. Its a stronger process with you because of your parents.” Twilight said to me. I was still sitting on her couch trembling with need that I had never felt before, it was so strong that I almost couldn't function. Twilight came to me and helped me up and walked me back to my room with Moon Strike in tow. When she had me in my bed once again she cast a simple sleep spell upon me and I fell into slumber. My dreams once again turning to my nighttime lover.
He guarded me for days never sleeping, but occasionally I would hear the moans of pleasure Several times I would wake hearing noises on the other side of my door that sounded like someone getting the life beat out of them, as men from around the castle would stray too close responding to my pheromones. Often I cried out in pain as my shoulder would get worse daily, enough to make me cry.
Moon saw me at my worst one day, clutching my shoulder, with singe marks in my clothing and tears streaming down my face. He went to touch me then withdrew quickly. I could tell he only wanted to help, but he would not dare to cause an unintentional bond between us. I craved his touch I wanted him more now than ever before.
“I'm fine.” I said as I rose and walked to my dresser and pulled out another set of clothes and went behind my changing screen. He tried not to look but it was to much for him, he only saw a glimpse of my figure from the profile. Soft silken skin with curves to match.
I bent over to pick up my shirt and put it on, of course no one knew that I rarely, if ever wore a bra or panties, so he may have gotten more than just a profile view. I finished changing and walked up to the door. I could hear him cursing under his breath something to the effect of having to get Rarity to adjust his pants in the near future. I stifled a small giggle then went back to my desk to continue reading. A moment later I heard a knock at my door and heard his voice through the door.
“I'm sorry if my presence makes you uncomfortable princess.” he said I stared at the door wondering if I could answer him honestly. He was sitting down in a chair outside my door waiting for any response from me. I looked down at the floor before answering him.
“Honestly I don't mind your presence it makes me happy to know that my aunt trusts you with me as well as Luna.” I said to him.“I would like to ask you something if you don't mind.”
“Anything you ask of me I will do my best to answer.” he said calmly
I stood up and walked to the door leaning against it with my head to the side and my hand on the door. Little did I know that he did the same on his side of the door.
“If I were to tell you a secret would you keep it?” I asked almost afraid to hear the answer.
There was a moment of silence before he responded to me.
“Of course my princess. Anything you say to me will be kept between us if that is what you wish.” He placed his hand where mine was on the door as if he could touch me.
“Then I have a secret that if I don't tell someone I might burst.” I told him
I began to tell him of my dreams that I had been having since before I first met him of the many embraces that I had had with my lover in my dreams. I told them to him in great detail hoping he would understand that my lover in my dreams was him. As far as the choice that had to be made I had already chosen.
I wanted desperately to not be locked in my room but to be in his arms having him ravage me over and over again until I was sated. I paused for a moment listening for any sign of him being there.
“I see my princess, you have not however told me what he looks like this lover of yours.” He said quietly. I turned around still leaning my back against the door.
“Look in the mirror one day and you will see him.” I stated as calmly as I could. He sat back down in the chair and returned to guarding my room. Moon always assumed that he had control over his own mind, but his thoughts were now always on me and how he could pleasure me in the waking world as he had in my dreams. Over the next few days I heard more and more crashing and raised voices,always followed by an apology.
“I'm sorry princess. Sometimes when I haven't fed in a while My emotions take over. It will not happen again.” he said as he stood and walked off out of view. I called to him but there was no answer. I opened my door and looked out to see an empty hall way strewn with broken pottery pieces and torn curtains. I heard someone coming towards my room so I went back in and closed my door. I went over to the window and looked out when I heard him talking to someone outside my door.
“I'm sorry Twilight but I do not know how much longer I can stand to control myself around her.” He said
Twilight looked at him and then spoke calmly.
“When was the last time you fed?” She asked
He was silent for a moment.
“Two weeks ago.” he said shortly. Twilight regarded him for a moment.
“You need to feed.” she replied
“No! I cant feed off of them anymore willing or not. I have my mind set on something I can never have, and I don't want to hurt them if I lose control with them.” He replied
Twilight looked at him for a long moment.
“Who do you want then?” she asked as she folded her arms across her chest.
“You know who I'm am speaking of, the one who I am protecting is the cause of my dilemma.” as he shifted uncomfortably. Twilight glanced down and noticed his groin was rather enlarged.
“I told you that can't happen unless she chooses you and you choose her. That choice must be made without influence from anyone.” She replied
He was pacing the hall by this point.
“Don't you think I know that! I cant think of anyone else but her these days. She's always on my mind morning noon and night even when I do feed I see her. The one thing I can not have!” He shouted at the Archmage. Twilight shifted her tone a bit.
“You love her don't you?” she asked him
“Yes I do love her, some bloody how I fell for her, is that what you want to hear?” he replied in irritation. Twilight looked at him and she could see the truth of it. She could tell that the mere thought of not being able to sate himself with me was in a way killing him. He got down on his knees in front of her.
“Please let me have one night with her just one night. So I can focus again.” He begged,
Twilight looked at him
“That is not my decision that is hers and hers alone to make.” she replied
“If she comes to you of her free will then as I have said no one will stop you.”she continued
With that said she turned and walked away back down the hallway.
Twilight came to collect the both of us shortly thereafter. She led us to a chamber I had not seen before in the castle. I had to say it was beautiful, crystals hanging about with dazzling hues of light, in the middle of the room was a circular bed with satin sheets in colors of red and black.
“This is the bonding chamber, this room has been used for centuries for the bonding of certain people.” she explained“
The doors will be locked until the bonding is complete, Donors will be delivered daily for you to refuel yourself.”
I looked at Moon and my face instantly went red. Twilight approached him and unclasped the amulet which he had been wearing the past few weeks.
“If this is what you two really wish it will not be stopped by anyone, and you Moon will be at the mercy of Skyla's pheromones which will be full force on you now.” He looked at me with a longing hunger in his eyes and obvious desire I had not seen before. I melted instantly and sat down on the bed.
“Good luck my little niece.” Twilight said as the door was closed.
Moon looked at me sitting on the bed in the satin white dress I had on. I was already moist with anticipation. He could smell me all around the room but he held back.

Twilight looked to him after he realized what had happened, tears were streaming down her face and she told him that the baby did not make it and that they were not sure if Skyla would make it either. “She's bleeding a lot Moon.” She said in a slightly distorted voice almost as if in a dream.
“We cant stop the bleeding. I've tried everything I know.” she said once again as she placed a hand on his shoulder. She turned and went back into the room a few moments later he heard the sound of a baby crying. Twilight rushed out to me.
“There was another baby!” she said with shock and handed me the child. He cradled a beautiful baby girl in his arms with raven black hair and ice blue eyes. Then the baby that he had been holding this whole time took a troubled breath gasping for air. Twilight grabbed the baby and took it back into the room and she came back a moment later.
“They are stabilizing your son right now Moon.” she said happily then the tone in her voice changed to that of sadness.
“I'm afraid however Skyla will not survive much longer.” Her voice trailed off in a slight echo.
Moon came to with his head in my lap
“You had your first vision?” I asked, he nodded and started to sit up.
“Slowly or you'll pass out again.” said laughing slightly
Once he was standing he pulled me to her feet and held me in his arms for a long moment. He held onto me as well never wanting my embrace to end. I looked at him with fear in my eyes as I knew for once he had a vision but I hadn't.
“What did you see?” I asked stroking the side of his face. What he told me made me smile even as he looked stricken.
“That is only one possible future, and considering your inexperience with visions probably the least likely” I said trying to calm my lover down. After a time just holding one another we heard the door unlock and open enough to allow Twilight to edge her way in the door.
Twilight looked to me then to Moon Strike who was happy but yet sad at the same time. A look of concern crossed Twilight's face.
“Are you alright Skyla?” she asked with concern. I looked up at her and smiled.
“Yes I'm fine how could I not be? I just got deflowered by the man of my dreams.” I said as Moon looked at me then just smiled that smile of his.
Twilight looked at me then to Moon with one of her warning looks.
“I swear Moon if you've hurt my niece in any way. . .” She trailed off
Moon threw his hands up in the air.
“Does she look like she's hurt to you?” He said
Twilight just looked at him with her arms crossed.
“She looks like a very satisfied woman to me, still wet and ready for me too by the smell of it.” he said with a little chuckle and a wink to me. At that my aunt obviously blushed and covered her ears.
“I'm not listening! I don't want to hear how you screwed the shit out of my niece!” She said
Moon stood there for a moment with his hands at his sides before the cheeky man walked over to me and lifted my dress as he pushed me against the wall, once again undoing his pants.

“What was that dear?” Moon asked Eris as she was doing an admirable impression of Lady Fluttershy
“It was my father, he made this happen, I'm sorry, I will get him to reverse it.” Eris said blushing even more furiously.
Moon gently brought Eris into a hug, Eris tensed at first then slowly relaxed into the embrace, when she was released and looked into Moon Strike's gentle gray eyes she blushed furiously. Suddenly she leaned up and kissed Moon quickly on the lips “...Stupid jerk, it isn't like I like you or anything.” can be heard as she stumbled into the room that still reeked of the pleasures that had been had within,
“Dangit, lost another one” came Mac's deep baritone rumble from the corner of the room.
“Oh I wouldn't say that Mac” Moon said sauntering over to the big avian until he was standing a hand span away. Moon took Mac's chin firmly in his hand and turned his face to look up at him “We all share here, no one will ever feel left out or unloved in this Kiss” with that simple statement Moon kissed the bigger man firmly letting his lips linger until Mac's wings began to flutter of their own accord and he leaned into the embrace that was being offered. Moon finally broke the kiss with a look that promised more only to be met with total stunned silence as the whole team stared at him as if he had grown another head. “What?”
