Chapters Sins of an Equine Empire: The uprising of a great empire.
Start launching sequence, 3... 2... 1... engage! Can be heard in every corner of the launching site, "Hope Bringer" is ready to go to the new frontier, inside the massive spaceship are about 20000 ponies of all the races, the ship is equiped with stabilizers to adapt any planet to house ponies.
The captain of the Ship is an orange mare, Captain Applejack, her second in command is Commander Pinkie Pie. The purpose of this two mares is to stablish the first Pony Colony out of the Planet and make contact with any other civilization in space.
The sound of the engines of the ship turning on means that is ready to go, It is going to be a long trip, as far as equestria knows there arent any other planets suitable for ponies to live in, thats why the stabilizers were created.
"Commander Pie, we are ready to go" Said the proud captain of the ship.
The engines of the ship started to heat up and then a big barrage of fire appeared, launching the rocket out of the planet. Everything was quiet, all eyes were focused on the sky, looking at the massive ship, the ship was passing the atmosphere and everypony was praying to Celestia.
"THEY DID IT!" A loud scream of joy can be heard, all the ponies were happy about the big acomplish.
"Ok Military Minister Dash, the space project is a total success, can we now start the military space program?" A pony dressed in a heavy armor said to Rainbow Dash the former minister of the military department.
"Its greenlighted Cadet, dismiss" Rainbow Dash smiled while saying this to her soldier.
"Communicationg protoccols?"
"Running and calling!"
"Life Support Systems?"
"Living!"
"Pony population?"
"Partying!"
The Conversation between the two in charge of the Spaceship, they were making a brief check just to be sure about everything.
"Ok crew, set the ship to the coordinates of the nearest discovered planet, that one is going to be our new home" Said the captain to her crew.
Twillight ah hope tha ya could see this thought AJ lookig at a photo of them taken years ago.
"Captain, the nearest planet is 15000 miles away, with the average speed of the ship we will make it in 3 weeks, but if we test the phase jump capability we will make it in a couple of hours, but that system is unpredictable." Said the navigation chief.
"Ya all better kept the phase jump thing off, better save than sorry"
"Captain the elders request your assistance on the conferation room" A cadet approached AJ bringing the news.
AJ entered the room with lots of intercoms.
"Elders whats the reason ta call me"
"Its simple Captain, your right way of doing things is causing problems on the assembly..." Said a deep Stallion Voice " Half of the population of your ship are criminals, make them soldiers for the empire or you will be sorry".
"I agree with the Senator AJ, those criminals think that they can get away of their crimes. To pay their debt with ponyciety they will be FORCED to be soldiers" Said the minister of military Rainbow Dash.
"Ah dont know elders, but an order is an order, Captain Applejack out"
Applejack sighted and contacted the navigation crew.
"Engage the phase jump, no questions asked" Said applejack.
The navigation crew prepared the ship for the phase jump, the engineers on the lower levels gave the approval for the phase jump. it was the first time for everypony to travel at such high speed.
"PHASE JUMP... ENGAGE!!" the voice of applejack sounded in every corner of the ship, all the ponies didnt even know what is a phase jump.
All the ship started to tremble, the view from the windows make ponies feel dizzy, the ponies on the engine room felt uncomfortable. The ship make it in no time to the orbit of the planet.
"It took less than expectect, that princess Twilight was such a genius" Said The Navegation captain.
"Can somepony call a biologist and a geologist" Said a Pony of the bridge.
"I am here to help you, i am the doctor" Said a brown colored pony with a green tie.
"The doctor?, doctor who?"
"Just the doctor... this planet seems suitable for ponies, i can tell from the look of the atmosphere that the air is clean and is filled with enought O2 for ponies to survive, the green areas of the continental parts showns signs of local fauna and flora and finally i can tell from the proximity to the sun of this sector that the weather is not hostile, marvelous!" Said the so called Doctor.
"Doctor we need to keep going, stop chatting nonsence" Said a gray pegasus.
"oooh, sorry ditzy i got too excited, this is the day when ponykind expands to a new planet"
The strange couple entered a police blue box and dissapeared.
Meanwhile on the mess hall of the ship.
"Alright ponies, our spy bot heard the conversation of the Captain with the Elders and the minister of military, we need to act now if we want to keep out of jail" Said the leader of the terrorist organization.
"Sir, they are still searching for you, that assination is still haunting us" Said one of his followers.
"I know, still we need to get to the planet the fast as we can then i will be in touch with our contact and get us all fake ID cards to finally be free" Said the leader.
"All ponies, the landing on the planet will be in 30 minutes, please go to your designated dock area and dont forget to bring an ID card" Said the voice of the Crew master on the speakers.
"You heard it!, its time to go everypony" Said the leader to his followers.
All the ponies took their luggage and started to form a line in each of the designated docks, the only ponies that will remain on the ship was its crew and their families, they are suppose to go to the planet when everything is settled.
"Launching stabilizers!... Just in case" Sounded the voice of the speakers "Initializing operation Exodus."
A lot of colonial frigates were deployed from the Capital Ship (Hope Bringer).
"May Celestia guard yer travel everypony" Said the proud Captain "Where tha heck is Pinkie!?"
Meanwhile on the lower decks.
"Okey dockey lucky Dashie" Said Pinkie.
"Commander... what are you doing?" A curious engineer approached her, but suddenly Pinkie turned to face him and kissed him, while kissing the engineer Pinkie took out a deadly poison on a syringe and inyected the poison on him, making him die almost inmediatly.
"Sorry enginie, no party today"
"Wow Pinkie, that was AWESOME!" Said Rainbow on the screen "But, get the operation Evo when the time shows up, you get it?"
"Yeah yeah, and then we make the bestactic party that all the universe ever had!!!!"
"That too Pinkie, Rainbow out"
Pinkie smiled and started to bounce to the mess hall, killing ponies sure makes you hungry.
The ships entered on the atmosphere, half of them exploded and that wasnt on the schedule.
"What tha heck happened?!" Shouted Captain AJ.
"Sorry captain, the computers say that it was a miscalculation" Said one of the bridge ponies.
"Dont you use yer fancy matemathics"
AJ was altered, everypony on the bridge had to calm her. Well at least half of the ships made it to the planet.

Operation Evo (Declassified)
The next step to Pony evolution, this project is declassified from the Princesses and the Civilians.
This project is meant to form a new branch of super soldiers using the most advanced mechanical engineering, the criminials on board of the Hope Bringer will be the Guinea Pigs for this project.
The landing wasnt perfect, almost all of the ships crash landed, but the good news, no casualties and they landed close to each other.
"Ok everypony, thanks to what the princess Twilight left to us we can build a little settlement here and we can land the Hope Bringer here" Said the designated leader of the colonization.
"But only half of us are here , how can you be so calm after that?!" Said the leader of the terrorist.
"Accidents happen, our main focus here is to stablish the settlement and bring the Hope Bringer down here"
The leader of the terrorist didnt wanted to blow his cover, he preferred to help with the settlement.
Twilight let some insta-build artifacts and their schematics, this helped a lot to the colonization. In no time the little settlement was stablished, a little mess hall, some houses, enought for the ponies to live and finally some work quarters and an apple farm, that last one was suggested by Captain AJ herselft.
The signal to the ship was a high speed flare that can be seen from the space. The leader of the terrorist couldnt find his contact, maybe he died on the explosions at the atmosphere, he was scared, he knew that as soon as the capital ship lands he and his followers are going to be forced to be soldiers.
Meanwhile on the Hope Bringer
"Captain the signal had been fired, we are going down" Said the Navigation captain.
"Somepony already found Pinkie?" Said Captain AJ.
"Relax Captain, she is eating at the mess hall" Said another bridge pony.
AJ just smiled and gave the order to the crew to land on the planet, the engines prepared but the ship is too big to land.
"Captain we got a problem... The ship is not designed to land on planets"
"What do ya mean?"
"In the archives of the space project it says something about orbital estructures, like a frigate factory and a space dock"
"Sounds like ah plan to me... Contact the colony and start the building of this" Said AJ looking at the fuel indicator.
The fuel of the ship is 100% organic, it is the manufactured version of the parts that the ponies cant eat from the fruits or vegetables.
"Can i go to the colony Apple Jackie" Said Pinkie entering bouncing to the bridge.
"What for?" Said AJ.
"Are you going to do what the elders told you?" Said Pinkie Smiling.
"Wait, Pinkie how do you know that?"
"I read it on the last chapter, oh you silly"
"Chapter?, what do ya mean?... Just go and do that for me could ya?"
"No problem Apple Jackie"
The shuttle taking Pinkie to the planet was launched and it made it in no time to the planet.
"Commander Pinkie, why the Hope Bringer isnt coming down?" Said the leader of the colony.
"It cant silly, i am here to make sure that the project Evo is in action." Said Pinkie with her normal joyful tone.
She called at the Hope Bringer for some armed back up, or more specific the convert ops from the Minister of Military. As soon that the back up arrived Pinkie gave the order to start project Evo.
The convert ops used face recognition to find the criminals, just the terrorist that killed princess Twilight and his whole organization. Now they dont have to take the security protocols.
"Ok you all come with me, anypony who refuses will be shot" Said the guard with his laser machine gun pointing at the terrorist.
The leader just looked at his followers and followed the instructions of the armed pony, they were took to a strange building that the other soldiers built up.
The ponies were left on a white room unaware of whats going to happen to them, there was a big monitor and suddenly it turned on with the face of Rainbow Dash the formely Minister of Military.
"Congratulations everypony, you had been selected for the operation Evo" Said Rainbow but it was just a loop, everytime a name of somepony is called the loop of Rainbow is repeated.
Each pony called enters to the room and dont come back, what happens to them is a mystery.
Only the leader remained, he was the last to be called, he entered rave enought to face anything that will be throw at him.
(This part has some Quake 4 and Starcraft 2: Wings of liberty stuff) (this part contains Gore)
The pony entered the room, it was full of mechanical arms the ones used to build star Ships, cars and other stuff. One of the arms was holding a syringe with a powerful sedative, obviously this sedactive was injected on the unaware pony, its purpose is to dont let him escape.
The pony was dizzy cause of the inyection, one of the arms was shaped as a surgical blade, it can cut off a pony limb with no effort. The arm got closer to the 4 legs of the pony and amputated his legs.
The pony was drugged, but due to the shock he started to scream. The wall was sound proof thats why anypony out of the building wasnt able to hear him.
It hurt, no matter how drugged he was, two other arms were holding him, while other four were cauterizing his wounds. Another six arms brought pieces of armor and four more arms brought mechanical legs.
The mechanical legs were forced to connect with his central nervous system, causing an agonizing pain on him. The arms holding the pieces of armor were welding them to the coat and skin of the pony, his whole body except his head.
"Move to the next room soldier" Sounded a voice from a speaker on the ceiling.
He couldnt move his new legs and the armor was heavy, the feiling of the metal pieces wielded to his skin was enought to make him cry. The covert ops of the minister came in and forced the poor pony to enter to the next room, it was like the operation room of an hospital.
He got injected with something strange again, this time it was a general anesthetic.
"Ok Surgeon, you know what to do... Implant the chip that cut off the freewill from the pacient" The pony who was forced to this project was asleep, this conversation was between the covert ops.
The surgeon openend with a drill a little hole on the skull of the pony, then with a surgical tool he installed the anti-freewill chip on his brain, the operation just took 5 minutes.
The last part of the mechanicalization was welding a helmet on the head of the pony, just to cover the hole on the head and to look badass.
"Everypony, its time for a celebration Party!!!!!" Said Pinkie like nothing happened "OOh right, you robie-ponie cant party, that sucks"
The covert ops were puzzled to see the commander acting like that, they contacted the Minister of Military just to say that the project went better than expected.
"Alright, robot silliest go and protect this colony from evil things!!!"
All the machine soldiers marched with a distinguished *clank* sound every step they do.
"Ok, the Hope Bringer sent schematics of building frigates, to build most bigger structures on the orbital space of this planet... Everypony is time to work!!" Said the proud leader of the colony.
The army of machine ponies got to the colony in no time, their presence make felt everypony safe from the unknown wilderness of the planet.

The colony was building their first construction frigates, the Captain of the Hope Bringer was walking around the ship, searching for something to do in her free time. Suddenly a voice sounded in all the ship.
"Captain, we need you on the bridge... NOW!"
AJ rushed to the bridge, she didnt known why it sounded so urgent.
"Captain you have to hear this" Said the Communication Captain.
"...*sight*...Colony 01 exploration team reporting...*strange sounds on the background*... we are not alone... *gunfire sounds*..."
"What did ah just heard?" Asked AJ.
"Captain that was a distress call from the planet" Said the Communication Captain "Would you like to contact the commander Pinkie Pie?"
"Naaa, ah know pinkie as well as ma hoof, she can handle it."
"Captain we are receiving another signal from the same location... playing... now"
"*indecipherable sounds*"
All the ponies on the bridge were puzzled, no idea who or what was trying to communicate with them, but it was using the distress channel, maybe that thing is friendly and needs assistance.
Back on the Colony, someponies were occupied with the construction frigates, others taking care of the farms, others making medicine already and others exploring the planet.
The scout team came back to the colony early than expected, they were scared of something they found on the wilds of the planet.
"We found something strange, its a like a ball of cotton candy but with mouth and eyes, that thing was making horrible squeals, we tried to shot at it, but the damn thing is inmune to bullets" Said the leader of the scouts, no casualties by the way.
All the ponies laughted at them, saying that the scouts were drunk or that they are crazy.
Suddenly another shuttle from the Hope Bringer arrived, inside the shuttle was the Captain AJ followed by a strange couple of ponies, a light brown earth pony with a green tie and a gray pegasus with funny eyes.
They asked the scout ponies to guide them to were they last saw the creature. It took them just a few minutes to get there the scout ponies went back to the colony with the excuse of helping with the frigates.
"Ok, they said that the creature looks like a ball of cotton candy, amazing!" the light brown pony said with a rather enthusiastic tone.
"Doctor please focus" Said the gray pegasus with a little giggle.
A little pink ball of fur that looked like a cotton candy rolled from the bushes, the creature was rather cute, as soon as the creature noticed the ponies it started to squeal. AJ got scared and pointed her hoof gun at the creature.
"Relax Captain, its just a little fluffy Aish" Said the Doctor.
The called Aish jumped and hanged on AJ head like a hat, then the thing started to speak.
"Hello Equine forms of life keep calm, my species is a peaceful one" Said the Aish.
"How do ya know English anyway?" Asked the Captain AJ.
"Thats simple, my species can absorb knowledge from other species just sitting in their head, i tried with the other ones but they got scared" Said the Aish, with a neutral tone on his/her voice.
"That means that your home is this planet... MARVELOUS!... FIRST CONTACT!!!!" Said the Doctor jumping around like a little colt.
The gray mare was trying to keep the Doctor calm like a caring mother with her colt, AJ was talking with the Aish, like asking for help with the colony, technological support if any and other stuff.
The army of mech ponies Commanded by Pinkie was going in the direction that the scouts pointed, 400 mech ponies, terrorist, robbers, maniacs, etc, all of them now emotionless robots.
After 30 minutes of walking, the army found hoofprints leading to the wilds of the planet, the commander didnt excitated to gave the order to follow the hoofprints.
What they found amazed Pinkie, a giant gate guarded by mechanical weapons shaped as birds, their pilots were fluffy little cotton candy balls with eyes and mouth
"OOH what cute little things, i wonder if they taste like cotton candy!?" Said Pinkie with a frightening smile.
The scouts mentioned that the cotton candy things are inmune to bullets, thats why Pinkie was happy to test the prototype of the newest laser gun, all the mech ponies are equipped with that, but in variations, like a machine guns, sniper rifles, submachine guns and hoof pistols.
The Aish on the bird like mechs were puzzled, then suddenly the army of mech ponies started to shoot their laser weapons at them, it caught them by surprise.
In no time both of the bird mechs were destroyed, their pilots KIA (Killed in Accion). The army of mech ponies is forcing their entrance to the Aish settlement.
Inside AJ, the Doctor and his assistant were hearing the noise outside the settlement, while they looked through the cameras installed by the Aish, AJ froze at what she saw, an army of mech ponies, no idea where they came from, then she noticed Pinkie Commanding them.
AJ knew about project Evo, but if the mech ponies are the results, that project is too dangerous, and Pinkie, why is she doing that?, she is not like that, then she remembered that day.
Flashback
"*sniff* Twilight wake up, please Twilight, dont leave us *sniff*" Pinkie was crying next to the lifeless body of the Princess.
"*sniff* Sorry Sugarcube, she is gone now *sniff*" Said AJ trying to calm Pinkie.
"ITS ALL YOUR FAULT AJ!... You were in charge of the security" Said Rainbow very angry by the incident.
Rarity and Fluttershy already said their goodbyes, they couldnt stand seeing their friend death, AJ kept quiet ignoring what the angered Rainbow was shouting at her, Pinkie was still crying but deeply she agreed with Rainbow, everything was AJs fault.
Flashback End
The mech ponies were shooting at the doors of the settlement, the Aish are a pacific species, they dont have too much weaponry their only defence are their bird like mechs, but those are easily destroyed by the laser guns of the mech ponies.
The only plan what they got is to evacuate every Aish before the mech ponies destroy the frontal entrance, the Doctor and his assitant dissapeared, AJ and the Aish on her head were the only ones around, they both helped the other Aish to get to the evacuation shuttle, obviously built by the Aish to escape in case of an attack, they are peaceful not idiots.
The Aish are small, all the settlement can be evacuated in a simple shuttle, their destination, the Hope Bringer.
"Mech ponies, impossible, they are supposed to appear in exactly 2 centuries" The Doctor was saying to his assistant.
"So, lets stop them like always Doctor" Said the assistant.
"No Ditzy, this is not our mission, we are here just to watch, i know that the Captain will succeed at the end... i hope so" Said the Doctor leaving to his Blue box with his assistant Ditzy.
The evacuation shuttle made it to the Hope Bringer, all the crew went to the docking bay to receive their Captain, 5 minutes before she requested landing from a strange looking shuttle.
All the ponies were happy that their Captain is safe and sound on the ship, but also she brought company.
"Ya all listen, these cute creatures are Aish, they are friendly, let them be" Said AJ with the Aish still in her head.
AJ took off the Aish from her head and let it roll around the bridge, she is angry at Pinkie, the project Evo was cancelled, why is it on motion?. Then she remembered, Rainbow is the Minister of Military, since the dead of Twilight the elements are not the same,
Loyalty?... mah Flank thought AJ while contacting with Rainbow.

Freewill? The Ballad of the mech pony
Rainbow is not responding to the calls of AJ, so AJ decided to contact with the elders to report Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash behavior.
"Elders ah want to speak with ya" Said AJ.
No response.
"Elders?, whats going on there?" Said AJ a little scared.
No response.
Where are the elders?, whats going on? , the first thoughts of AJ while hearing just interference..
The channel to the main planet is dead, no idea what happened to it.
It hurts, so much, please Celestia, Luna, please Kill me the thoughts of mech pony #A400, he can just feel the melted parts of his skin, his legs are cold steel, his head hurt like something that wasnt suppose to be there is trying to get at him.
Maybe this is punishment, i Killed Princess Twilight, now i escaped here just to start again, i just wanted to be a normal pony again, and finally forget that i was a terrorist leader! The pony continued to think, every corner he looks, mech ponies, maybe they are suffering like him, he tries to scream but his mouth cant produce a single sound due to the Pain.
"lunch time Every-mech-pony!!" Shouted Pinkie with a smile.
Lunch?,wait whats that? A tube entered to his mouth going straight to his throat, it felt disgusting, then the tube started to pour a weird solution of vitamins and minerals with some water into his body, just the necessary to survive, no solids that means no excretion.
Maybe, i can call for help, the Commander wants to take the Hope Bringer, my friends, all of them cursed to be mechponies by the minister of military, hang on friends i will for help you all Lucky for him, he was assigned to guard the comunications central, he just have to think on something to contact the Hope Bringer, warn them and ask for help.
He stopped as soon as he heard hoofsteps coming his way.
"So, you say that the signals on the anti-freewill chips are transmitted from here" Asked a Covert ops.
"Of course my horse, i installed it here, the fool colonist think that this is for radio transmissions." Said the Other Pony.
On the Hope Bringer all the ponies were thinking on how to explain to their home planet about the mechponies and the insanity of Pinkie, what got into her?, no idea, the only thing they know is that shes got an army and is dangerous.
A little message appeared on the screen, "Help me, it hurts too much, i am on the comunications central of the colony" , AJ readed the message and said that she is going there, to help the sender of the message.
AJ took another shuttle, those are just a few by now, one of the Aish on board gave her a camouflage device, not heavily powered but it can work for her and the other pony to enter and get away from the colony.
The shuttle landed on the wilds of the planet, the mechponies guard every corner of the colony, is late, the sun is set for the colony, they thought about how far the power of the princesses can go.
AJ looked at the mechpony guards, her hoof pistol had just one clip with 12 bullets in it, she is reserving them for Pinkie or even Rainbow Dash, well just the fleshy ones.
AJ activated the stealth thingy and walked as quiet as she can, sneaking into the comunications Central, for her surprise just one mech pony guard, she thought of taking it down, but the mech pony looked to its surroundings, when it thought that it was clear he abandoned the guarding pose and started to write on the comunications panel.
Well thats new Thought AJ still looking at the mech pony, AJ turned off the stealth machine and exchanged looks with the mech pony, the mech pony tried to talk with AJ but his mouth is barely moving, the easiest way to comunicate with AJ in his actually condition is writing.
The mech pony took a pencil with his hoof and wrote "Please, help me Captain" , AJ read the note and looked again at the mech pony with a bit of sympathy.
"Who did this to ya?" Asked AJ with some sadness on her voice.
The mech pony started to write again "The commander, she took me and my friends" .
"Who are ya?"

"Ok Diamond, lets get tha hell outa here"
AJ got closer to the mech pony, somehow his name sounded familiar to her. They both got closer and AJ activated once again the stealth machine.
Thanks to luck and prayers, they got safe and sound to the Hope Bringer.
An Aish inmediately jumped to AJs head.
"So this is a mech pony" Said the Aish "Why did you bring it with you?"
AJ looked to another Aish, her facial expression said everything. The other Aish jumped to the head of Diamond.
"Inside this metal armor is a living creature, is suffering and there is a strange device on his head" Said the Aish on the head of Diamond.
The Aish on the head of AJ closed its eyes an tried to connect with the other Aish, then opened his eyes and said "The only things we can do are retrieve the strange device, cure any injury ceasing the pain and return his ability to speak."
The other Aish jumped to Diamond, covering every part of him, he looked like a fluffy pony. Then 10 minutes later the Aish jumped back down, Diamond was puzzled, he didnt felt anything strange just a warm and fluffy embrace.
"The pain... is no longer!!" Said Diamond sounding like he was about to cry.
One of the Aish got the chip from the head of Diamond to a pony from the scientific team, after a few hours of examination the scientist contacted everypony and Aish again.
"This chip, has the logo of the Minister of Military, this thing produces a little energy waves that interfere with the brain, making the host a mindless machine, only listening to the orders of the minister of military" Said the scientist.
Still night at the Colony.
Mech ponies marching, covering any Corner.
"Dashie, hows everything at home?" Said Pinkied smiling to the monitor.
"Well, the military ships are in schematics and the mech ponies are hard to hide here" Said Rainbow "Oh!... and another thing, i sent you a gift is outside."
Pinkie, rushed outside just to be greet by mech ponies, all of them looking at her eyes, Pinkie screamed then passed out, a mech pony got her using his special knock down feature, it sends a electrical shocks to the brain of the victim forcing them to fall asleep.
Then the mech ponies took Pinkie to the "factory" and made her a special mech pony, the general mech pony.
Rainbow knew that Pinkie alone cant againts the crew of the Hope Bringer, thats why she gave the order to make her a general mech pony, it deleted any emotion and buffed her capability to make plans and strategies.
Diamond told to the crew of the Hope Bringer what he remembered about the process to become a mech pony.
The Aish couldnt stand hearing him, they said "This is too cruel for a species to do that to member of itselft".
AJ just wanted to take down Pinkie, contact Fluttershy in Equestria an report the crimes of Rainbow, so she once again with the Doctor and his assistant made a plan to free the mech ponies and take Pinkie to justice.
The elements of harmony, shattered since the dead of the bearer of the magic, two of them turned evil, the other three remained on the goodside.
AJ the Captain of the Hope Bringer, Rainbow Minister of Military (Corrupted), Fluttershy Minister of Justice and Animal care, Pinkie Pie Commander of the Hope Bringer (Corrupted), Rarity Equestrias top designer and Twilight Minister of Investigation (Death).
