When someone is in your heart, they're never truly gone. They can come back to you, even at unlikely times.

Disaster having struck against Equestria, everypony Twilight called a friend is gone and she is forced to continue to support the few ponies that remain in the underground ruins of what was the Crystal Empire. With there being little magic left and witnessing the passing of ponies daily, she struggles to continue to do what she has done for many decades, her immortality weighing down on her in all of her actions.
Oh, and those weird text bubbles that keep appearing don't help her out in this situation either.
