Rusty's a sixteen year old mare, who lives in AWM. (Abandoned West Side of Manehatten.) She's lived there all of her life, with her eighteen year old brother, Wolfeyes. Their parents abandoned them when they were very young. She lives in a hotel with him. So one night, when two gangs have a fight, and a third gang gets involved, the noise becomes so loud that it can be heard from the other side of the city. The cops arrive, and one of the gang members panics and goes into Rusty's hotel. The cops see the member, and look throughout the hotel, only to discover Rusty and Wolfeyes. Rusty escapes, and her life mission is now to avoid getting captured by the police, and avoiding being killed by gangs.

How will Rusty survive? Especially, now alone, without her brother?
