Darkness is Eternal
The dark is what we all fear, young or old, mare or stallion. From the time we are born to the time we die, it surrounds us. Light to us is a haven from the unknown, the upredictable. Ponies  think that when they are in light they have escaped it, but they are wrong. Darkness will always be with you once it has meaning. Ponies must embrace the darkness, like it is light, to escape it's grasp. It is of great importance to overcome your fear quickly, at least before darkness comes back.
