Prologue: Police Operator Non-peril Youth Initiative Reinstated
January 20, 2021
A newscaster for FOX News came back on the air to report on the inauguration of the new and first female President of the United States. Her hair was short and blonde, she wore a gray business suit and her make up artist added the final touches of make up before the cameras went live.
“We're live in three, two, one...” The cameraman said before pointing to the reporter.
“Good evening. This is Pamela Falls for FOX News. Today America has made history once more in the election of Bridgette Celestia, the democratic candidate who beat out Rand Paul by a total landslide. We go live now to the inauguration after-party where the President herself is about ready to make her speech to her supporters and Congress.”

Bridgette Celestia was pacing around her dressing room, finishing reading the script for her speech that her campaign manager wrote for her. She knew that the words on the note cards were all empty promises. Everything from re-writing Obama Care to writing a new immigration policy. Nothing on the note cards was new. They were just the same old crap the American people had heard time and time again. "Since when has any of this stuff actually been approved on by Congress?" shev thought. None of it had been approved by Congress. Instead Congress just bickered and argued on just what should be approved and what shouldn't. They even had four years of a Christian president that ALMOST got the homophobic agenda of conservatives passed through Congress. America was extremely lucky it was the Democrats who were dominant in the last four years. Now here she was memorizing the same old crap that her predecessors made.
A knock at the door brought her out of her thoughts. She answered it and found one of her aides.
“It's time.” he said. Celestia sighed and took a deep breath before walking out into the hallway with the secret service guarding her. She walked with her head held high and a fierce determination on her face. She didn't care what she had to remember. She was going to change this nation for the better in her own way.

The press secretary saw Celestia standing backstage, waiting for her cue. He went ahead and announced her to the American people.
“Ladies and gentlemen! I'm pleased to give you our new and first female President of the United States... Bridgette Celestia!”
“Hail to the Chief” was played by the local high school band as Celestia walked up to the podium, shaking her press secretary's hand.

As Celestia made her speech, one Secret Service agent was nearby, scanning the crowd and the entire Washington, D.C. building. He had short jet black hair highlighted blue. That was something that wasn't part of the Secret Service dress code, but he had been able to get past that. His sunglasses were advanced, in order to better help each agent at their job. He scanned the crowd looking for anything suspicious. He finally noticed something flash in the empty private sky boxes above.
“This is Sentry. All agents be advised there is activity in the sky boxes. Repeat: activity in the sky boxes.”
“Are you sure, Sentry?” came the voice of his superior. “We've already cleared those boxes. Maybe you're imagining things.”
Sentry used his glasses to scan for life signs and the glasses confirmed two inside the sky box where the flash was sighted.
“No, my glasses confirmed it. Two life signs shown.” Sentry said.
“Then go investigate and be careful. Once the area is cleared, report back to your post.”
“Yes, sir.” Sentry replied before leaving his post. Two fellow agents saw him leave and grew worried as he found the stairway to the sky boxes.
“This is agents Hannah and Callen. Agent Gordon, would you please get back to your post. That is an order.”
Their superior, the same as Agent Gordon's, came on the radio. “He will not! I ordered him to investigate something up there. You have no right to give him new orders unless I say you can.”
“Damn it, Callen. If Flash goes up there, our entire operation will be blown.” Hannah said.
“You already blew it when you got onto the radio you idiot!” Callen said. “We must get rid of him.”
The two followed Flash “Sentry” Gordon upstairs.

Anna-Belle Clive stood in the front of the crowd. She was only seventeen and already a high school graduate. She was going to attend the University of Texas in the spring. She could hardly wait. Her strawberry blonde hair was tied into a ponytail, as she held up a picture of Anna-Jean Balle, her foster sister, who had passed away three years before.
“She's our new president, AJ.” Anna-Belle said as she wore AJ's old hat on her head. It was the last gift AJ ever gave Anna-Belle before her death. First her older brother Mac, and then AJ. Everyone she loved and cared about in her life had died. Now she was all alone in this world, with Celestia to blame for how AJ died. She was present there because she wanted to try and to forgive the President. Then she noticed something on Celestia's chest area. It was a green dot, a dot that could only belong to a sniper rifle.
Anna-Belle should have screamed as loud as she could. Only she just stood there and watched in awe, as the sound of a gunshot was heard throughout the building, and the bullet missed Celestia completely. Anna-Belle climbed onto the stage and knocks down Celestia, only be snatched up and handcuffed by Secret Service. That was until Celestia ordered them to let her go, which they did.

Sergeant 1st Class Rebecca “Dash” Dawson was in the right place at the wrong time. She and a couple of soldiers from her unit were present at the inauguration. They were among the soldiers from the other three branches of the United States Armed Forces present to welcome in the new President of the United States. Dash smirked as Celestia walked onto the stage. She smirked that Celestia was once her superior in P.O.N.Y., and now was her commanding officer as commander-in-chief of the entire military. She looked over to her fellow soldier, Lance Corporal Scarlet “Chicken” Sanders. Scarlet went into the Marines as it was a tradition among her family. Scarlet earned the name "Chicken" due to her cowardly behavior during basic training. Despite the fact that Scarlet grew into a brave and strong female soldier, her nickname stuck to her like feathers to tar. But Dash had always told her to ignore them, and keep the nickname if she wanted to do so. Both women are in the Marine Corp's Aviation division. Both are wing mates when up in the air during missions. Both were in the last mission to return Iraq to it's original post Suddam Hussein state. However it was Scarlet's first ever combat mission and she lived up to her nickname.
Now both had come along with Brian “Bulk” Braxton and Ryan “Rumble” Laine sitting beside them. All four marines were enjoying the speech and the parties. Until the bullet missed Celestia completely, causing major panic as people tried to escape in the ensuing chaos.
“Scarlet, Brian, Ryan! We have to get these people out of here in an orderly fashion!” Dash ordered. They nodded and went to work.

Rachel and Bella Germain were taking some vacation time in Washington, D.C. They were invited to this ceremony by Dash of all people, who managed to get the seats. Bella's hair was medium sized, curly and dyed pink and lavender purple. Bella was now in college and had finished her first semester at Ymerton College, which was rebuilt and reopened in 2018. Bella was majoring in biology and minoring in science. She hoped to be like her sister and help those with missing limbs or were blind. She was especially hoping to enter the field of cybernetics and advance humanity to longer lives. They heard the gunshot and quickly ducked below their seats and took cover there, even as the innocent people went into a chaotic panic while trying to escape.

Flash reached the sky box with the life signs. He stood by the door and listened in. He could hear talking on the other side of the door, and knew he was at the right spot. Standing ready to strike, he kicked down the door with one powerful kick and drew his gun, ready to fire at whatever threat he was now facing. Inside were two young women. One had long luscious hair dyed in a light violet, with a white streak going down on strand. The other had silver dyed hair, a pair of wire framed glasses, and looked to be Asian.
“I told you this was not a good way to kill the President of the United States, Diamond.” said the Asian woman.
“Well, look what we have here.” Diamond said. “It seems our inside men didn't do a good job keeping us hidden after all.”
Callen and Hannah caught up to Flash.
“Just stop right there Agent Gordon.” Hannah said. “You have no idea what you're doing.”
“I'm trying to protect our new President! Exactly what are you doing, and why did you order me to return? You knew I was ordered to investigate here.”
“We're trying to save the world here.” Callen said. “The world will be a better place to live in once all of the nations are united under one world government.”
Flash knew these two weren't the sharpest tools in the tool box. But never once did he consider that they would be traitors to the United States of America.
“You guys are stupid and insane!” Flash said. “How did you two ever get to where you are now?”
“Simple we infiltrated your government.” Hannah said. “We're telling you all of this because we're going to kill you anyways.”
“Ummm?" Diamond said. “I'm going to kill the President now. Make yourselves useful and hold him down for me please?”
The two groaned and grabbed onto Flash tightly. He cringed as Diamond's trigger finger rested on the trigger. As she readiedto pull it, time seemed to slow down. Until other Secret Service agents arrived and pulled Callen and Hannah off of Flash. Flash charged at Diamond, only to be blocked by Silver. He just merely slapped her hard, and sent her falling down to the floor. Then Diamond took her eyes away from the scope of her rifle and pulled the trigger at the same time. The bullet being fired missed Celestia's body completely and caused the panic to unfold.
“Damn it!” Diamond grabbed Silver and helped her up.
“You do realize that you have nowhere to run, don't you?” Flash stated the obvious.
“We can break through any defense to break free. Come on Silver!” Diamond and Silver broke through the glass and jumped down. They used melee and smaller ranged weapons they carried with them to break free of the Secret Service agents trying to arrest them. Flash jumpede down after them, and saw that his fellow agents were being slaughtered by the two young women.
“Who the hell are these two!?” he asked himself, before giving chase.

Bella and Rachel came out of their cover to help Dash and the soldiers get people out in an orderly and peaceful fashion. However, they saw bodies of people dropping to the floor in a gory fashion. The adrenaline inside Rachel rose rapidly, and colors of many blue auras flashed. However, there were two red auras coming closer. As more blue auras vanished upon the person's death, Rachel whispered to Bella to go hide. Diamond and Silver slaughtered any people trying to get out and in their way. Silver now placing a crossbow attachment to her right arm, and loading a bolt onto it. Rachel stood her ground and blocked their way.
“I will not let you cruel, evil and downright despicable women out of here. You're not going anywhere until the police show up.”
Rachel got into a defensive stance and was ready to fight them hand to hand, forgetting that the Asian woman had a crossbow on her right forearm. However, Silver removed it and got into a fighting stance herself. She was ready to fight the English woman in an honorable fight.
Both young women charged at each other, letting out their battle cries as they both collided with each other. Rachel may have had some months of military hand to hand combat training during P.O.N.Y. However Silver was more skilled at it. She had been trained at the early age of three years old in the ways of the ninja. She had studied and mastered all of her clan's techniques and the skills needed to be a skilled assassin like her ancestors.
Rachel blocked a punch aiming for her face, and followed it up by pushing Silver away from her. Both stopped fighting to glare at each other. Diamond knew this was taking too long as they had to get out and fast. So, she just pulled out a throwing knife and hurled it at Rachel. Rachel didn't expect Diamond to end the fight as she did.
It was so sudden Rachel didn't have time to react. The knife pierced her chest in the area of her heart and left lung. Rachel fell to the floo and grabbed the handle, before realizing it pierced her lung. If she removed it, she would die quicker than she had hoped. At least with the knife in there, she could hold on as best as she could, given her situation.
“RACHEL!” Bella ran out of her hiding spot and over to her older sister. As Diamond and Silver left as quickly as possible. Dash, Scarlet, Anna-Belle, and finally Celestia made their way over to Rachel. Rachel coughed up blood as she struggled to hold on. Finally, Flash ran onto the scene. Realizing his prey had escaped him, he rushedover to Rachel, demanding his fellow agents call for an ambulance.
“Please don't die on me, sis!” Bella exclaimed as tears formed in her green eyes. “I need you!”
Rachel looked up at her younger sister, lifted her hand and ruffled her hair. “I'll... be fine... Bella...”
Rachel's body went limp as she drew even closer to death. Dash checked Rachel's pulse and learned she was still alive, but fading quickly.
“WHERE THE HELL IS THAT AMBULANCE!?” Flash cried out. Rachel's vision began to fade to black.
TWO WEEKS LATER
Celestia sat in the Oval Office, going over reports on her attempted assassination. Her mind was distracted by the event two weeks earlier. Back then, she lost some good agents, who died protecting her life. She also lost a former subordinate in Dr. Rachel Germain, who was buried back in England. Bella was the most devastated from her sister's death. More than their own parents, who had been working on getting back together and living in the United States. She hoped those two could work out their differences together. It seemed only strange that it took the death of their oldest daughter.
“Rachel.” Celestia said to herself. There was a knock at the door and it was her cabinet. They all sat down on the couches in front of Celestia's desk.
“Madam President.” the Secretary of Defense said as he laid a folder on the coffee table in front of him. “We need to know what you plan to do to track down those who tried to kill you. Now I have my own suggestions, but I wanted to run them by you first.”
Celestia saw his cocky smile and shook her head. His plans was to waste even more taxpayers money in order to go on an international wild goose chase. She noticed the folder on the table.
“Care to share with me the information contained in that folder, Mr. Anderson?” she asked, and Anderson picked the folder up and handed to her. Celestia read through the information in the folder. It contained information from Callen and Hannah's interrogation. About their real lives and their loyalty to the “Illuminati”. Celestia rolled her eyes at the name. The Illuminati was and always would be the biggest and most well-know secret society to be portrayed in mainstream media. Now she reading information on them? She was about to laugh out loud when she kept reading. Her smile was replaced with a frown, then a look of shock. This real life Illuminati was the real deal.
Using money and influence they were trying to usher in a new world order. A one world government under one ruler. However the name of the grand master behind all of this was never mentioned. But whatever information that hadbeen gathered in the two weeks since her assassination attempt was all right there.
“How did you get so much information so quickly?” Celestia asked Secretary of Defense Anderson. “Plus, wouldn't a secret society be more...secret?”
“Most of that is information gained from those two agents' interrogation. They spilled the beans despite having a lawyer present. The rest has been gathered from the internet.”
Celestia sighed and placed her head into her hands face first. “So, you took whatever information we gained from two dumb bells who quickly confessed to a conspiracy to kill me. Then the rest you got from an unreliable source?”
“Yes, it wasn't the most genius idea. That is how the agents in the CIA was able to find the information in the first place. Blame the new guy looking up this information.”
“Oh I will. But as for your plans: they are going to be a waste. If we're going to find this Illuminati. We're going to have to find better sources, like what happened almost six years ago with P.O.N.Y. We need to attack the criminal underworld again. That way we can actually find some answers like who is the mastermind of all of this. Those two young women Agent Gordon described had to be elite assassins with some kind of super powers. Either they got it from a MACER Device or actually trained for all of their lives to get that good. They still murdered several agents of the Secret Service, a lot of innocent people, and a former subordinate of mine in cold blood. If we're going to find answers we need to start small and work our way up the ladder.”
The Secretary of the Army looked at Celestia, as if he knew what she had in mind. “Madam President you don't mean...?”
“Exactly! I'm re-instating the Police Operative Non-peril Youths Initiative! I ..know who we should recruit into this program.”
